Extremist cleric to lead White House protest calling for Muslims to ‘rise up and establish Islamic state in America’
Last updated at 3:27 PM on 20th February 2011

Call to arms: Muslim extremist Anjem Choudary will call for Sharia law to be established across the U.S.

A hardline Muslim cleric who sparked anger across the U.S. with his anti-American comments in a television interview this month is to hold a protest outside the White House.
British extremist Anjem Choudary – who once said ‘the flag of Islam will fly over the White House’ – has announced he will lead a demonstration calling on Muslims to establish the Sharia law across America.
The rally, planned for March 3, is to take place just weeks after his on-screen row with Fox News presenter Sean Hannity.
Mr Choudary, 43, called Americans ‘the biggest criminals in the world today.’
The former leader of outlawed group Islam4UK told the Daily Star ‘we expect thousands to come out and support us.’
Mr Choudary said the March rally was organised by the Islamic Thinkers society, an extremist group based in New York.
Two other British extremists,  Abu Izzadeen and Sayful Islam, have also been asked to speak at the demonstration.
Izzadeen is the hate preacher who caused fury last year when he called British soldiers ‘murderers’ the day he was released from jail after a three-and-a-half year sentence for inciting terrorism.
Mr Choudary told the newspaper: ‘The event is a rally, a call for the Sharia, a call for the Muslims to rise up and establish the Islamic state in America.’

Furious reaction: Cleric Anjem Choudary made headlines when he was interviewed by Fox News presenter Sean Hannity earlier this month
However, whether the three will be able to enter the U.S., especially Izzadeen, remains to be seen. Even a tourist visa requires applicants to answer questions on whether they have been involved in acts of terrorism or plan to commit crimes in the U.S.
‘This is a unique event taking place in Washington, outside the White House which, Inshallah, (God willing) will garner huge support.’
He hit U.S. headlines just two weeks ago after his furious exchange with Mr Hannity on Fox News. The presenter became so enraged with his anti-American comments he ended the interview by calling him a ‘sick, miserable, evil S.O.B’.
The East London-based cleric’s anti-American stance is well-documented. Last year he led protesters in burning the American flag outside the U.S. embassy in London on September 11.

British extremists: Sayful Islam, left, and Abu Izzadeen, right, have also been invited to speak at the White House rally, which will call for Sharia law in the U.S.
And in October, he told an ABC chat show that ‘one day the flag of Islam will fly over the White House.’
He told the Daily Star: ‘They have seen our activities in the UK and Europe and have decided they want to challenge the vacuum in freedom and democracy and the people in the front line of the struggle against Islam and Muslims – the American government and the establishment.
‘They have invited and myself and Sayful Islam from Luton to come over to address the crowd and rally support.’

Scene of protest: British extremist cleric Anjem Choudary plans to mount a pro-Islam demonstration outside the White House next month
‘We are going to address corruption in the Senate, corrupt foreign policy, the mayhem around the Muslim world, the drug and alcohol culture, promiscuity and the pandemic of crime in America.
‘It is only right the call is made in the heart of Western civilisation in front of the biggest pharaoh that exists today, which is Barack Obama.’
He added: ‘I think the American people’s hearts and minds are open to receive Islam as an alternative way of life. We expect thousands to come out and support us.’

Congress can take your tax dollar inscribed “In God we trust” but cant wish you “Merry Christmas?”

In Government on December 16, 2011 at 5:10 PM

I am increasingly becoming all to aware that someone is running this country does not need to be there!

What is this country coming to when sending in your tax debt with “In God we trust” inscribed permanently on it and my Congressman cant send me a “Christmas card” with that same money I just sent my taxes in with?

Why have we been castrated by a few elitists? Why do we cow tow to this simple minority who are dictating to the majority the rules? It doesn’t sound sensible to me?

Where are all the real men and women that should be standing up and saying “Stop the madness?” Where are they? Did they get snipped and go into hiding?

You would think that someone in Congress currently would say, ok with near single digit approval ratings, “Americans”, many Cbristian Americans are overwhelmingly shouting, saying we are not doing something right here, we need to change course and fast!”

It would be so refreshing to hear one elected politician at any level say, “Enough is enough!” Near 90 percent of the American people we represent say, “time to do something different!” We are not well liked out there in district land!”

Not a single one, at at any level is willing to make that stand! I long for that one elected official to say “Today, ladies and gentlemen, we have heard you. We are standing up for your rights! Starting today, we are going to start listening to the majority of you Americans who still love this country, we are no longer going to be advised by a few vocal minority that are dead set on destroying this country!”

I would even like to hear it in an official commercial, with band music in the background, lightly playing the star spangled banner, perhaps in a John Wayne voice over, drums come to crescendo, and that voice says loud and boldly, In America, liberty will stand, we are starting today taking our country back from the few elitist, moronic leftist minority! Enough is enough! We are fed up and we ain’t(yes, I said ain’t) gonna take it no more!” What? A guy cant dream and wish this would happen? Would that not be the sweetest sound? Can you imagine the amount of people that would stand and cheer and watch as Nancy, Harry and Barrys hair gets blown back by the collective “whoosh” of air from millions sending that message? I’m getting chills just thinking about it!

Sadly, it’s only a dream, a wish! Will anyone stand up or is it time to elect people that will?

Our people will have to awaken from this sleep that has attacked them first! No change will be created until enough people are hurting and suffering I am afraid!

Soon and very soon I want to watch begrudgingly of course, the eyes of many AmericAns when they finally do wake up and say, “hey, wait a darn minute here! What happened to that great country we used to know? Why didn’t someone tell me?”

What has our country been turned in to?

What about the taxpayer that wants a “Christmas” card and not a “Holiday” card! I’m sure the numbers far outweigh the ones who may be offended by the word “Christ” on a greeting card!

Where are all the Christians on this issue? Where are the Americans? Why are the churches silent on this issue? Why are all the politicians silent? What happened to our backbones? Why do we deny Christ inside the government that is supposed to representative of the citizenry? Why are a vocal minority able to make and implement all the policy? One, I think our Reps have become spineless, two, yes, Im sure they will lose their “tax status” all the while, they lose their “freedom of religion or free speech”, three, Im sure castration hurts! I can’t figure this one out! Or maybe I did figure it out and I am in denial!

Anyway, I can still express my freedom of speech and while I still can without being fined by my government or placed in jail, I am going completely out on the edge here…………here goes…………MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND MAY ALL YOUR CHRISTMASES BE BRIGHT! GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND MAY GOD WATCH OVER EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU! MERRY CHRISTMAS! Have a great weekend! Keep reading and I’ll keep posting!

Please take another minute and read this very depressing article!

Congressmen Can’t Say ‘Merry Christmas’ in Mail
by Mark Tapscott –

Looks like the PC police have threatened members of the House of Representatives against wishing constituents a “Merry Christmas,” if they want to do so in a mailing paid for with tax dollars.

Members who submit official mailings for review by the congressional franking commission that reviews all congressional mail to determine if it can be “franked,” or paid for with tax dollars, are being told that no holiday greetings, including “Merry Christmas,” can be sent in official mail.

“I called the commission to ask for clarification and was told no ‘Merry Christmas.’ Also told cannot say ‘Happy New Year’ but can say ‘have a happy new year’ – referencing the time period of a new year, but not the holiday,” said a Hill staffer who requested anonymity.

Another Hill staffer told The Washington Examiner that “we were given that advice after submitting” a draft mailing.

Members of Congress send millions of dollars worth of mail to constituents every year but there are official rules that govern what can and cannot be said in those mailings. Members are barred, for example, from saying anything that might be construed as advocating their re-election.

But saying “Merry Christmas” is also not permitted, according to a Dec. 12 memo from the “Franking Commission Staff” concerning “Holiday Messaging.” The memo explains:

Members are unable at the current time to use official resources to record holiday greetings, post on social media/website, or send to constituents in franked mail or e-communications.

Member’s Congressional Handbook: GREETINGS-

Expenses related to the purchase or distribution of greetings, including holiday celebrations, condolences, and congratulations for personal distinctions (wedding anniversaries, birthdays, etc.), are not reimbursable.”

Franking Manual:

4(a). Example of Nonfrankable Items
-Birthday, anniversary, wedding, birth, retirement or condolence messages and holiday greetings are prohibited.”

You may make reference to the season as a whole using language along the lines of ‘Have a safe and happy holiday season.’ It may only be incidental to the piece rather than the primary purpose of the communication.”

A franking commission spokesman confirmed to The Washington Examiner that Members of Congress indeed cannot wish constituents “Merry Christmas” in any official mailing.

“Currently, incidental use of the phrase Happy Holidays is permissible but Merry Christmas is not,” said Salley Wood.

So it’s true, the elected representatives of the nation that puts “In God We Trust” on its currency are not permitted to use the greeting that has likely been uttered by every living adult American at least once in their lifetimes.

Just another demonstration that political correctness and freedom of speech, faith and thought are utterly incompatible.

Jesus’ name ruled ‘unconstitutional’

In Uncategorized on December 16, 2011 at 9:38 AM

If you think Bradley County is beyond this type of censorship you are dead wrong! This County Commission in North Carolina, our neighbors, probably never thought they would be told they couldn’t pray and use the name of Jesus in doing so!

It took one complaint and the courts with the assistance of the ACLU and they swept in like hawks and stripped this town of it’s ability to pray if they desired or use Jesus’ name!

With Bradley County and it’s elected officials inviting the International world into our community with unprecedented speed it is sure to happen to us also sooner or later!

We are also flirting with this type of disaster! The more federal money we accept, the more this liberal type thinking takes hold in a community, then we are looking stunned, wandering how that could have happened! The works of these people are very sinister and have a huge diabolical net our elected officials are allowing them to cast over us! It is just a matter of time! I’m sorry! My warnings have been loud and often times fall on deaf ears! That’s ok, I’ll know that I did my part, along with 100 s of other Patriots in Bradley County!

We tried to warn of this demise!

Jesus’ name ruled ‘unconstitutional’
Judge says prayers to Christ ‘do violence to America’s pluralistic, inclusive values’

A board of county commissioners in North Carolina is asking the Supreme Court for help: Its members don’t believe they should have to forbid volunteers from mentioning the name of Jesus in prayers offered before their meetings.

But the American Civil Liberties Union and Americans United for Separation of Church and State are standing by their victory in a U.S. circuit court decision that states even “a solitary reference to Jesus Christ” in invocations before the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners’ meetings could do “violence to the pluralistic and inclusive values that are a defining feature of American public life.”

Furthermore, wrote Judge James Harvie Wilkinson III in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals majority opinion, legislative invocations offered in Jesus’ name are inherently “sectarian” and thus should be censored lest they make some attendees feel “uncomfortable, unwelcome and unwilling to participate in … public affairs.”

What is Christianity’s role in the nation? Find out in “Christianity and the American Commonwealth”

But the board disagrees, and with the help of the Alliance Defense Fund is asking the Supreme Court to trump Wilkinson’s ruling.

“America’s founders opened public meetings with prayer; this county simply wants to allow its citizens to do the same,” said ADF Senior Counsel David Cortman in a statement. “We trust the U.S. Supreme Court will want to review this case because of the long history in America of offering prayers before public meetings. Public officials shouldn’t be coerced into censoring the prayers of those invited to offer them just because secularist groups don’t like people praying according to their own conscience.”

For years, the board has extended an open invitation to religious leaders from the community to volunteer a prayer before its twice-monthly meetings, asking only that the invocations “not be exploited as an effort to convert others … nor to disparage any faith or belief.”

But a pair of local citizens, Janet Joyner and Constance Lynn Blackmon, attended the meetings regularly and were bothered by the frequent mentions of Jesus in the prayers. After the pair sat through yet another Christian prayer, this one including references to “the Cross of Calvary” and the “Virgin Birth,” they sued the board of commissioners with help from the ACLU and Americans United lawyers.

After a pair of appeals, Judge Wilkinson handed down a majority opinion Americans United called “a major win for church-state separation.”

“While legislative prayer has the capacity to solemnize the weighty task of governance … it also has the potential to generate sectarian strife,” Wilkinson reasoned. “Such conflict rends communities and does violence to the pluralistic and inclusive values that are a defining feature of American public life.”

“It is not enough to contend, as the dissent does, that the policy was ‘neutral and proactively inclusive,'” the ruling continues. “Take-all-comers policies that do not discourage sectarian prayer will inevitably favor the majoritarian faith in the community at the expense of religious minorities living therein. This effect creates real burdens on citizens – particularly those who attend meetings only sporadically – for they will have to listen to someone professing religious beliefs that they do not themselves hold.”

The Forsyth Board’s invocations, the court determined, “made at least two citizens feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and unwilling to participate in the public affairs of Forsyth County. To be sure, citizens in a robust democracy should expect to hear all manner of things that they do not like. But the First Amendment teaches that religious faith stands on a different footing from other forms of speech and observance.”

Judge Wilkinson concluded, “In order to survive constitutional scrutiny, invocations must consist of the type of nonsectarian prayers that solemnize the legislative task and seek to unite rather than divide.”

But does a volunteer’s prayer that merely mentions Jesus necessarily “divide”?

The court referenced one of its prior decisions in which it ruled a town council’s prayers “clearly ‘advance[d]’ one faith, Christianity, in preference to others … because they ended with a solitary reference to Jesus Christ.”

The ruling further projected, “As our nation becomes more diverse, so also will our faiths. To plant sectarian prayers at the heart of local government is a prescription for religious discord. … In their public pursuits, Americans respect the manifold beliefs of fellow citizens by abjuring sectarianism and embracing more inclusive themes.”

Judge Paul Niemeyer, however, dissented from the two majority judges in the three-judge panel that heard the case, arguing that the court is, in application, “regulating” public prayer.

“When offering legislative prayers in which the Divine Being is publicly asked for guidance and a blessing of the legislators, religious leaders will hereafter have to refrain from referencing the Divine Being with the inspired or revealed name,” Niemeyer wrote. “The majority has dared to step in and regulate the language of prayer – the sacred dialogue between humankind and God. Such a decision treats prayer agnostically; reduces it to civil nicety.

“Most frightfully,” he continued, “it will require secular legislative and judicial bodies to evaluate and parse particular religious prayers.”

Alliance Defense Fund Senior Counsel Brett Harvey agrees.

“The decision is troubling on many fronts,” Harvey wrote in a blog post. “It is out of step with many other federal courts that have considered the validity of public invocations, including the United States Supreme Court. It ignores the religious heritage and history of our nation. But more troubling is the impact of the court’s decision on prayer itself. … It requires the government to censor private prayers and engage in comparative theology.”

He concludes, “The Constitution prohibits the government from deciding which religious words are acceptable and which are not, even if the goal is to make people feel more comfortable.”

Obama to outlaw “corn sex” on the farm

In Farmers on December 15, 2011 at 9:09 AM

Before you blow a fuse and get your blood pressure up for me using the word sex in a post, it really does have meaning and it has been around for years as a way for farmers to pollinate their corn crop, thus the word corn sex or detasseling a more politically correct name! Relax, farmers knew what I meant!

Yes, Obama feels again he needs to attack farms and the people who work on them! He is contemplating enforcing more stringent labor laws to prevent farmers from “overworking” the youngsters on the farm!

I have one sentence for Obama, “leave our farmers alone” they are the heart of our country and are very much needed to keep America fed!

Get off the farm and get out of the White House, you are frightening and your socialist ways are not a good fit for our country or our farms!

Washington Times-LANSING, Mich. — Sparking outrage across the country’s rural heartland, the Obama administration is proposing rules to curb the ability of children on farms to engage in “corn sex” for pay.

Farmers call it corn detasseling, a time-honored but physically demanding chore designed to promote cross-pollination in the field. For decades it has been a way for teens to earn extra spending money — and forge some good-natured field hand camaraderie — for a few weeks each summer.

The Obama administration is considering revisions to federal agricultural work rules that effectively would bar teens younger than 16 from engaging in a number of traditional chores for pay — including detasseling.

Opponents of the rules across the Farm Belt argue that they are in part an attack on a way of life, one foreign to Beltway bureaucrats and one that should be encouraged in an era of rising childhood obesity rates and increasingly sedentary lifestyles.

“We need more young farmers in Oklahoma, not less. We need more young people who know where their food comes from, not less,” Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin and state Agriculture Secretary Jim Reese said in a Nov. 30 letter to Labor Secretary Hilda L. Solis.

“Any policy that would hinder the opportunities of young Americans to experience life in our agricultural communities is misguided indeed.”

The American Farm Bureau is heading a coalition of more than 70 agriculture organizations that have petitioned the Labor Department in Washington to reconsider what would be the first major rewrite of farm labor standards since the 1970s.

“We have no desire at all to have young teenagers working in jobs that are inappropriate or entail too much risk,” said Bob Stallman, president of the farm bureau.

“Farmers and ranchers are more interested than anyone else in assuring the safety of farming operations, and their right to operate their farms with family members is specifically permitted by Congress. We don’t want to see those rights infringed.”

Rule critics were bolstered last week by farm groups and detasseling companies gathering at state capitols to urge lawmakers to intervene with the Labor Department.

The department is reviewing those laws, which also would cover work with bulls, cows and other farm animals and farm machinery, at the urging of groups such as the Child Labor Coalition and the National Safety Council.

According to a Labor Department statement: “Children employed in agriculture are some of the most vulnerable workers in America. The fatality rate for young agricultural workers is four times greater than that of their peers employed in nonagricultural workplaces.”

The rules would not affect children working on their parents’ farms, but could affect minors who want to work for relatives or hire themselves out for temporary work during the summer. The Labor Department proposal would restrict the range of chores children could do for pay, including driving tractors, branding cattle, working above a certain height and herding livestock on horseback.

Corn detasseling companies that hire the youth work crews are among the most outspoken, saying that keeping teens out of the field and hiring adults, if they can find them, will cause labor costs to spike. Teens earn anywhere from minimum wage to $10 an hour for corn detasseling work in the fields and spend long days in heat and humidity during about a monthlong season.

“At first I thought it was a joke,” Iowa corn farmer Henry Hemminghaus recently said in an interview with KWQC-TV of the Quad Cities. “It would eliminate 40 [percent] to 70 percent of my workforce. It would probably eliminate about 1,200 out of the 2,000 kids I hire.”

The practice of detasseling earned negative publicity this summer when two 14-year-old Illinois girls were electrocuted after stepping into a puddle apparently charged from a nearby irrigation system while working corn crops that were leased by a private farmer to Monsanto Corp.

The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating, and the girls’ families have filed a lawsuit.

The Labor Department is still evaluating the responses on the proposed rules. Coalitions of agriculture groups, including Nebraska farmers and ranchers, are joining some lawmakers in coming out strongly against the revisions.

“The proposed regulations demonstrate a complete lack of understanding of agriculture and the people whose livelihood stems from the industry,” the Nebraska coalition said in its letter.

Shelly Mayer, executive director of Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin, said in an interview with the Omaha, Neb., World-Herald: “We have raised a generation of ‘bubble-wrap’ babies. Parents dote so much on kids, they practically need an oxygen mask to go outside. And we wonder why they can’t function in society.”

Editorials also are calling for federal authorities to rethink their approach to something they contend has been a safe tradition for years.

“Why should teen workers be denied the right to detassel when young teen football players will be sprinting and colliding at full speed in football practice in the same weather conditions?” argued an editorial published in the Lincoln, Neb., Journal Star newspaper.

“Surely it’s better for teens to be earning a paycheck detasseling in the great outdoors than staying at home on the couch playing video games.”

Decade of Records Document (Cleveland Tennessee) Police Misconduct

In Government on December 14, 2011 at 8:18 AM

I am going to only report this with very little commentary because of the sensitive nature of these happenings!

I find it interesting that local papers are noticing that the City Council and City Manager Janice Casteel have not acted pro or con on this issue!

A newspaper choosing to chew up on the council and City Manager for not acting! Hey, I think I like it…….alot!

Please read the banner article below calling on our council and city manager to act one way or another! The problem is and I think the council realizes it , is if they lean one way or another, it may backfire on them and cause some great distress downtown among close circles that may or may not be directly involved!

This may be fun to watch! Watching our elected leaders squirm a little while being held to a standard by the local news media!

Additional note! Seeing the Mayor Rowland and City Councilmen supporting the Chief on the front page of the Banner does not surprise me especially after the local media scolded them and called them out for not supporting the Chief publicly.

I do not have a personal beef with the Chief and I don’t know him personally and he may be a great guy and the way everyone has rallied to him to support him but with that said one thing seems very odd!

I don’t see anyone supporting the children or laying down blanket endorsements for the children! The children are the losers in this dilemma. I have not heard the local media, the Mayors or the Council say one thing in support of the children!

Lest I need to remind you, many children, not consenting adults, but little girls, someone’s babies, raped, drugged and molested! Sure the Chief didn’t participate in these children’s abuse but it happened under his watch for 10 to 12 years and someone must stand in the gap for the children!

These children still exist! They still must attempt to put their lives together as adults with their own way of coping!

There was a day when the child abuse in any form was not pushed aside so easily! Perhaps we are further down that road to collapse than first thought!

The article below is from officer.com by a reporter that I believe currently works or used to write for the Times Free Press!

Decade of Records Documents Tenn. Police Misconduct
Judy Walton, Staff Writer
Cleveland police have said there was “no proof” that officers in 2008 were abusing prescription pills and having sex with underage girls before an investigation began late in the year.

But police department records show that one of the Cleveland officers now serving a prison term for two statutory rapes in 2008 and 2009 was known to be dallying with a teenage girl 10 years ago.

Files also document substance abuse by the officer, Nathan Thomas, in 2005 and 2007.

Another officer involved in the 2008 investigation, Dennis Hughes, was investigated twice in late 2007 for domestic altercations and harassing phone calls to a former girlfriend. The file notes that Hughes was intoxicated both times and when investigators came to question him.

Thomas never was disciplined beyond counseling. Hughes was given three days off for harassment, records show. Hughes later told TBI investigators that he had been addicted to hydrocodone pills since 2006, and Thomas confessed to pill addiction.

A third officer, Lt. Jeremy Noble, who was not involved in the 2008 case, was named in 2003 and 2004 reports saying he tried to date students while working as a school resource officer at Cleveland High School; that he left campus with a girl at least three times; and that he propositioned a Lee University student.

In 2009, Noble was demoted and suspended without pay after he confessed to having three sexual affairs while on duty.

Cleveland city officials, including City Manager Janice Casteel and Mayor Tom Rowland, have not returned calls seeking comment over almost two weeks.

Such activities by Cleveland officers returned to public attention in November, when Assistant Police Chief Gary Hicks testified that officers were warned in May 2008 against “dating minors, porn on city-owned phones, consumption of alcoholic beverages while off-duty, snorting crushed pills [and] oral sex in public” and other misbehavior, according to a memo on Cleveland Police Department stationery.

Hicks was testifying in a lawsuit filed by a Cleveland detective who had been fired.

Police Chief Wes Snyder said that allegations about such activities weren’t specific enough to investigate the officers’ conduct.

But in November 2008, Hughes accidentally shot another officer in the hand and the ensuing investigation uncovered prescription pill abuse. In January 2008, another investigation began when a 15-year-old runaway was found with Hughes and told police that two other teen girls were involved with the adult police officers.

Thomas pleaded guilty to having sex with 14- and 16-year-old girls as well as drug and forgery charges. Hughes pleaded guilty to statutory rape and aggravated assault.

When the mother of the 15-year-old tried to draw attention to Hughes’ conduct in May 2008, her complaint was not written down or investigated, which department policy requires.

“We teach people to trust teachers and trust law enforcement, and when they violate that trust, what do you do?” the mother said in an interview last week. Her name is not being revealed to protect her daughter’s identity.

Snyder said last week his office “acted appropriately and transparently” in the 2008 investigation.

Asked if his officers did everything they were required to do under department policy and their oaths as police officers, Snyder said in an email: “If the young ladies [sic] mother wants to file a complaint on them, I will review it and deal with it transparently and within the Cities [sic] policy and state law.”

Police records provided to the Times Free Press listed only two incidents for Hughes, both related to domestic incidents with a former girlfriend.

Four internal charges were brought against Thomas in August 2001, after a Cleveland woman said he had been dating her and giving her alcohol since 1999 when she was 18 and he was 28. According to police records, the girl broke off the relationship with the married Thomas when she caught him with yet another woman.

One count, conduct unbecoming an officer, was sustained, but nothing in the documents provided under the state’s Open Records Law show Thomas being given any punishment.

He was reprimanded in December 2004 after police found him at home when he was supposed to be working. In February 2005, an internal investigation noted he was coming to work late and leaving early. Confronted with suspicions of alcohol abuse, Thomas confessed and said he would handle the problem.

In June 2007, his file shows a counseling session with Snyder and noting that domestic incidents at his home required police response five times since 2001.

Snyder wrote that “I informed Thomas that I was becoming weary of dealing with his personal problems and that this behavior could not continue. I told him if he could not correct these issues in his personal life more severe disciplinary measures will be taken.”

Files show three incidents for Noble, who was Snyder’s brother-in-law and wasn’t connected to the 2008 investigation into the accidental shooting.

In 2003, Cleveland High School Principal Chuck Rockholt told police that female students allegedly had complained to a school board member that Noble was trying to date girls at the school.

No formal compliant was filed. Schools Superintendent Rick Denning told police he didn’t think the allegations were credible and he wouldn’t reveal the board member’s name.

The same report documents that Noble left the high school campus at least three times with a girl. The report said he took her to a DARE program, to pick up his wife’s car at the mechanic and to observe his wife teaching a class at another school. The girl’s statement wasn’t in the package of records given to the Times Free Press.

On Friday, Snyder said the girl was a baby sitter and no misconduct ever was alleged. Snyder then was the captain over the criminal investigation division and had responsibility for internal affairs investigations.

He said in an email Friday that he didn’t remember whether he or Lt. Ken Simpson investigated the Noble case and there’s no name listed on the internal affairs investigator’s notes.

In 2004, a mother reported to police that Noble propositioned her daughter, a Lee University student. This was one day after Noble reported that the young woman propositioned him while he was interviewing her over a harassment complaint she had filed against a fellow student. No formal complaint was filed.

And in 2009, Noble admitted that he had had three sexual affairs — including one with the wife of a fellow officer — while on duty.

Noble was cited for immoral conduct, dereliction of duty, misuse of city property and falsification of documents. He was reduced in rank from lieutenant to sergeant, given 10 days off without pay, lost use of his city car for 20 days and was required to serve a year on disciplinary probation.

Urban Growth Boundary rapidly expanding, City plans to annex Mouse Creek, Wacker and Amazon

In Agenda 21, Government on December 13, 2011 at 8:50 AM

This article from the Banner was actually well written and full of facts so I am sharing with you!

It appears the City Mayor and the City Council are on the move again with multiple Annexes and rezoning requests!

I love it that the Banner reports that through an “impromptu” meeting by the City Council that several items were voted on! This to me seems that it was not on the agenda for public digestion, thus if the public doesn’t get notified, then there will be no opposition to this annexation! Is this legal? Maybe someone with more learning than me can set the record straight!

Also, who in the world allows these elected officials to gobble up the County and why are we allowing it? Again, maybe someone can help me out here!

Mouse Creek Corridor to consume Wacker, Amazon, two truck stops all the way up to exit 33! Am I just imagining this or are we witnessing that land grab that my elected leaders said would not happen? We are witnessing Agenda 21 perfected in Bradley County Tennessee! Not a single word from our County Commissioners! I can’t figure this one out! Please read the article below, notify your neighbors who may live around this area and tell them their environment is getting ready to change forever and taxes are fixing to go through the roof!

City to launch Mouse Creek corridor annexation
by DAVID DAVIS, Managing Editor

The Cleveland City Council passed two impromptu resolutions Monday that directed staff to begin the process of annexation and invite Bradley County to participate in a countywide floodplain study.

The Council voted unanimously to direct staff to begin the process of annexing the Mouse Creek corridor all the way to Cleveland Utilities Waste Water Treatment Plant on the Hiwassee River.

The corridor includes Wacker Polysilicon North America, Amazon.com, East Coast Lighting Distribution Center and two truck stops at Exit 33 of Interstate 75.

The Mouse Creek corridor would have to be brought into the urban growth boundary in two pieces. The first annexation could not take place before 2013.

The process of annexation begins by expanding the city’s urban growth boundary which is about a six-month process. The area is attractive to the city because municipalities are required to provide services to incorporated areas and sewer service is the most expensive cost up front. However, that service is available to residents along the existing sewer main between the city and the treatment plant.

“Any area already served by sewer is obviously not going to impact like it would if we took a subdivision they couldn’t get sewer to,” said Development and Engineering Services Director Jonathan Jobe. “When we did our study on Mouse Creek Road, there was talk about another interstate exit where you could alleviate a lot of traffic off Mouse Creek Road and that would be something you’d want to initiate.”

The city includes an area of 28.77 square miles. By law, the Council can annex 25 percent of the city’s area every two years, which amounts to about seven square miles.

The last major expansion of the urban growth boundary and annexation occurred in October 2010 when the city extended its boundary southward to bring in the proposed 343-acre Spring Branch Industrial Park. Also included in the expanded growth boundary was the 357-acre Cleveland Municipal Airport alongside Michigan Avenue Road and Dry Valley Road. The Council only recently completed annexation of the 357-acre municipal airport.

Hardwick Farm, which includes about 678 acres between Stuart Road and Tasso Lane, and from North Lee Highway up to Urbane Road is scheduled to be incorporated into the city in February 2012. The plan does not include existing subdivisions between the farm and Urbane Road.

The other impromptu resolution simply directs City Manager Janice Casteel to invite Bradley County to participate in a countywide floodplain study. The city has allocated $300,000 to fund the local share of a floodplain study in the city.

On other regular agenda items, the Council passed the following by a 7-0 vote:

– Resolution 2011-107 approved an additional and amended contract with Warren Moberg and David Watts, for providing services to meet the requirements of the Targeted Crime Reduction Grant.

n Ordinance 2011-26 to rezone 357 acres of the new airport property at 4505 Michigan Avenue Road N.E. and 261 Dry Valley Road N.E. from Rural Agriculture (RA) to Light Industrial (IL).

– Ordinance 2011-27 for rezoning a property yet to be addressed on Michigan Avenue Road Industrial Highway (IH) to High Density Single and Multi-family Dwelling District (R3).

– Ordinance 2011-28 for rezoning a property yet to be addressed on Peach Orchard Hill Drive from Single Residential (RI) to Low Density Residential (R2).

– Ordinance 2011-29 to amend the Zoning Code’s downtown parking requirements.

– Ordinance 2011-30 to amend PUD8 on 25thStreet/APD40 to change the number of units in Phase II from 144 to 112. (p. 24-38).

Just throw those extra soldier body parts in the landfill, if you don’t mind!!

In Government on December 12, 2011 at 9:10 AM

I am sick at my stomach today! I have been reading of fallen soldiers being delivered to Dover Air Force base in Virginia for a proper burial and they are tossing them into a local landfill like trash!

This infuriates me and someone should be held responsible for their actions and punished to the full extent of the law!

Dover Air Force officials have admitted to tossing nearly 300 soldiers and remains, consisting of nearly 3000 body parts “being chopped up, incinerated” and thrown into a public landfill like a piece of trash!

What in the world is wrong with people these days when a soldier, somebodies child, someone’s little boy or girl can go off and fight in a war, be killed, returned home to rest and end up in a dump! This is beyond anything I can imagine!

What have we become? A society of robots with no conscience? A society where our morals and values have been pushed aside with no feelings of remorse? How can we be so inept at protecting and honoring our fallen soldiers? What happens when we as a society all take on this attitude? Do we kill babies and the spare child because we can no longer afford to feed them? How about all the poor people? The elderly? The handicapped? When we get done with them do we sink hot pokers into their brains or perhaps poor battery acid on them and watch them suffer a horrible death? Why don’t we just put our spare infants into a dumpster and walk away because they no longer fit into our busy lifestyles?

Come on people! We can no longer afford to be numb to this in our society! We have the greatest nation on Earth and we have 100s of thousands of soldiers willing to die for our country! Have a little back bone and say enough is freakin enough!

Stop with this nonchalant passive jelley spined, apathetic outlook on everything that is sacred! Instill in the next generation the value of life and teach them if the bells of liberty are to continue ringing we must treat our warriors with the respect they deserve!

God bless our country if we forget the ones who gave all! If we forget and have no ability to distinguish right from wrong, we will soon be only a remnant of what we once were!

The Tea Party of Bradley County and several citizens of Bradley County have already spoken to Congressman Chuck Fleischmann 3rd District and he is checking into the details of this tragedy and will be providing us with answers soon!

Please, if you feel any sense of pride and empathy for these soldiers and their families, please call your local Congressman and let them know that this will not be tolerated in the USA as long as there are still American Patriots and living soldiers that can stand in the gap for every soldier that was flown home, disrespected and dishonored by the very people who should have held their burial sacred and honorable!

If you care to call and demand someone be held responsible, call the main Capitol Hill Switchboard, ask for your Congress person and demand answers at (202) 224-3121!

NIXEL in Bradley County, sharing your personal info with the world

In Agenda 21, Government on December 8, 2011 at 8:27 AM

First of all, let’s establish the connection to and the reason for all this involvement in our community!

Once again it is our elected leaders who are contributing a great deal to the loss of our freedoms here in Bradley County and why our sovereignty is being given away all in the name of a few grants that for some reason they seem to feel is worth the trade off! Our freedoms for a few federal dollars is one of the saddest statements I have made in a long time!

Our elected leaders open participation in TACIR, ICLEI, Southeast Economic Development Council, and the Department of Homeland Security are the crux of our problems. They are not on the board of many of these organizations by accident. They are being usef as useful tools of the government to implement pretty much anything they want on the citizens they represent all for the few dollars that may pass his way! In other words, they are useful idiots, pawns for big government, willing participants for any “useful” programs that will assist the government and the United Nations (the global community) to facilitate a socialist agenda, thus our sovereignty and freedom at what ever cost they think it is worth!

As mentioned earlier, the local newspaper introduced the NIXLE Policing Sysytem to the citizens of Bradley County. All was fine and seemingly benign until a little research revealed a very disturbing trend for our community which is often done in this community and is the sole reason that this news blog was created and that was to give near 10, 000 readers of this blog the opportunty to see another side of the news, that news often left off the headlines of our news papers.

After reading the story and after noticing the “free NIXLE” system that was just given to us because we are such a great community and because we deserve it, after all doesn’t our Mayors have out best interest in mind, sure they do and that is why they think it such a great plan for our community! “It will make our community stronger, able to communicate with first responders and give out information on storms and hurricanes that hit our area! Sounds really good doesn’t it? Until you pull away the layers that so many have either been paid to hide or just blatantly hopes you wouldn’t look!

First layer, the NIXLE system! The NIXLE system is free because it has many components that are missing. NIXLE is only the delivery portion of this policing system it is the ying, the missing portion is the yang for lack of a better word!

The NIXLE system is only that, a policing system, which needs the other components, such as NLETS, INTERPOL and many other systems to connect to that are not “free!”

NIXLE must have a NLET system to operate effectively! NIXLE will get this in our community because our local guys have done their initial job and that was to accept it. Next, we must purchase NLET, then the grants start pouring in! What will the NLET and other systems cost? No telling and to date, I have not been able to confirm how much, but I can bet it will not be cheap!

NIXLE is a notification system asking for subscribers, they ask you to sign up for free, give all your personal info, they upload this into a data bank and the process starts.

It has been rumored on EMA blogs by Rick Wimberly and Lorin Bristow that NIXLE will sell your info to advertisers and in turn sell advertising space on NIXLE! This rumor has to date been squelched by NIXLES CEO and founder Craig Mitnik. Mr Mitnik has stated that he plans to not sell advertising but plans to fund NIXLE with other projects with his customer list of 3600 agencies throughout the nation!

Here is where the “free” part comes into play. Mitnik and company have developed related technology they intend to sell to the private sector. He believes this will be more lucrative than selling to public safety and will help support his public safety efforts, he stresses “that his public safety system and his private sector systems are not commingled!”

“One of these systems is the NLETS system (National Law Enforcement Tech Systems) which has very strict standards for security.

WWW.NLETS.org calls it system the “International Justice and Public Safety Network” this system with the assistance of NIXLE links together and supports every state, local and federal law enforcement, Justice Department and other public safety agencies for the purpose of sharing and exchanging critical information teaming with the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (USDOJ) to pursue the necessary security measures for enhanced law enforcement sharing.

Furthermore, on their website they answer the question “Who are we?” “We are owned by the states, a 501 (c) 3 non profit company, the use of info is composed of all US and territories, selected international agencies (United Nations) and a variety of strategic partners that serve the law enforcement community, all cooperatively exchanging data.” Types of data shared 1) Motor vehicle and drivers data to Canadian and INTERPOL databases, 2) State criminal history records, 3) Drivers license info 4) Corrections info 5) Photos. This data amounts to over 1 billion transactions a year to over 900,000 personal computers, mobile and hand held devices in the US and Canada at 45,000 user agencies and to 1.2 million individual users! Is this sounding so “groovy and benign” now! You can thank BCN reporting for giving you the other side…….for free of course!

What we do? “We are dedicated to diligently growing the network….at the lowest possible cost. Also, wea are a proving ground for information sharing technology and we are a trusted source for GRANTS (your tax dollars) to develop breakthrough programs which NIXLE owns that support the men and women who need the right info 24/7/365!

Grants, NLET is very proud of one of our flagship programs, GRANTS! Nearly 10 million dollars in grants acquired thus far! “Because we are a not for profit organization, owned by the states, we can obtain grants from the DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY (thanks Mayors and your connections) Science and Technology Directorate and the National Institute of Justice. It is nice to also note that NLETS retains approximately 25 percent of the grants (their profit share) but the rest is awarded to the states, then NLETS contracts it’s services to the individual states, ie BRADLEY COUNTY TENNESSEE, to get the work done! They go on to boast on the website that the best part of the business model of NLETS is that they do all the work so it is not necessary for the states to procure the grants for themselves, but my assertion is that if the states procured this money themselves their would be 25 percent more to go around, just thinking out loudly again, shame on me! But NLETS is going to do all the work for you as long as they get their 25 percent cut of your tax dollars! Right? It’s the American government way, right?

NLETS further mentions it’s companies strong connection to public private partnerships, you know those Non Governmental Organizations (NGOS) that bypass your local government and implement all those wonderful programs in our communities without a single vote cast by elected officials that represent you.

NLETS also mentions it silent partners that work closely with them to make sure you are safe of course…..traffic enforcement, red light, speed and toll violation camera companies, local, state, federal and international agencies such as DHS, INTERPOL, and other international agencies like the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) and the UNITED NATIONS! These agencies combined help track down violatora which increases revenue and helps with information sharing! Each time a law enforcement (listen closely, it gets good here) official sends a registration or drivers license query beyond their state borders it transmits across the NLETS NETWORK and back in less than a second 100 million times a month, “without the officers realizing it!” Law enforcement officers use the NLETS NETWORKS every time they send a query out of state, which is often the case with traffic violations, and they don’t even realize it! This data is not only used by local, state and federal agencies, “it is used by the DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY, INTERPOL and other international bodies such as the UNITED NATIONS AND WHO”, the World Health Organization, really?

This is really starting to warm my heart! The innocent sharing of all my personal info with the whole world from little ole Bradley County Tennessee is really making me feel special! What else can this harmless little system called NIXLE/NLETS do for me?

Glad you asked! The pictures taken from the traffic/speed cameras (we had them just a few months ago, till they were femmes not cost efficient and citizens such as myself started law suits against them and they were taken down) yep those same cameras that took 1000s of pics of your license plates, well guess what else this system can do? They can create a thumbnail of your license plate from the photo of you vehicle, upload it into the NLETS system and wallah, it is shared with international agencies, your name, age, birthdate, residence, social security number, car make and model. This information is permanently stored in some vault at the UN archives, for your safety of course and for any other use they may find necessary and expedient!

Once the local law enforcement guys are able to communicate nationally and internationally (thanks to our elected Mayors), the DHS, NIXLE and NLETS recieves this information and it is then uploaded to INTERPOL, a “strategic partner” with the UNITED NATIONS! “This then allows them the opportunity to deter crime at the international level! INTERPOL (international police) then relies on current technology and maintains a range of global databases such as criminal and suspected individuals, search requests for wanted persons, fingerprints, photos, DNA profiles, list and stolen travel documents, stolen vehicles and illicit weapons related to criminal cases.

Through this system the United Nations and INTERPOL join together for International police peacekeeping….of course, it’s all about world peace and loving one another, never a thought of tracking every thing you do and everywhere you go, just in case you turn out to be a domestic terrorist, remember SB 1867?Recently that bill gives the military unilateral authority to detain “suspected domestic terrorist” and whisked off to another country and tried by a military tribunal only on suspicion of questionable activity! Yes while you were sleeping your senators voted for this bill, this week!

Please now refer to the YOU TUBE videos from your recliner and place of comfort. Please view the next videos to show the connection of the UNITED NATIONS to INTERPOL which links NIXEL and NLETS to Bradley County! “policy matters more than ever before” and “UN and INTERPOL join together for international police peacekeeping”

In these two videos the international police, the UN and member states began drafting an action plan through NIXLE, INTERPOL and NLETS to implement this doctrine at the UN! At a ministerial meeting they both agreed and the action plan was enacted at the INTERPOL General Assembly in 2010!

WWW.scribd.com/mobile/documents/1 page 6 states NLET worked with INTERPOL to provide states direct access to INTERPOL databases and Interpol message keys were developed to enhance greater communication. Strategic partners such as American Traffic solutions, lojack, NIXLE, ONSTAR, vision air, Red Flex traffic systems, laser craft, datamax, ALS state and local solutions.

NLETS business model also calls for the following plan and is how they plan to make money off of you and your data with the cooperation of our Mayors and local law enforcement officers.

The following link establishes this info http://www.scribd/…/NLETS-DMVs-interp , NIXEL is accepted into the communities, NLETS is purchased and identifies potential funding sources, applies for funding, extends funding to the staff via their vendors, aids the states/vendor in planning and execution, and then monitors the continued success of the project!

NLETS has recently recieved federal grants from the US Dept of Justice, Department of Homeland Security to demonstrate the viability of exchanging interstate drivers license photos and recently recieved a grant from the National Institute of justice for geospatial info capabilities! Satellite photos!

Other sources for this info can be found at http://www.justice.gov/usbcb/initiatives/index.php , http://www.justnet.org/lists/…/1073/Locke.ppt , http://www.hendanpub.com/resources/…/details.asp

With this information shared it still leaves a lingering question. Do you think the seemingly sinister introductions of sovereignty stealing programs like NIXLE and NLETS are intentional moves to destroy our freedoms or are they sincerely being done to devise an international plan to eventually turn our communities into socialist Gestapo type regimes?

Are our leaders simply useful idiots, with the naievete of a child watching innocently as our country is being destroyed? I would like to think the latter, but a part of me thinks otherwise!

If our leaders are that naive then maybe they don’t need to be placed in a position of authority with the ability to make decisions for the citizenry! Maybe it high time to be out with the old and in with a new form of responsible leadership!

Bradley County Courthouse cleared out because of anthrax scare

In Government on December 8, 2011 at 12:01 AM

Ok, we have a nut clearing the Bradley County Courthouse this afternoon! Anthrax, hope to God it is not true! Talcum powder, please hope that is the case! If only the courthouse gets exposed to only talcum powder, inconvenient but it spellS relief!

Someone spent the time to send talcum powder but thank God the end result was powder instead of a terrible disease that could spread to many very quickly and have a very devastating effect on many!

I have many friends within the courthouse and am so glad that many have gone unharmed as they file into Skyridge MedicalCenter this afternoon! God bless them all and may God be with them as they complete this decontamination, all will be healthy when they return to their homes and families!

Many nuts try to grab the spotlight with a sad attempt to get someone’s attention! I am so glad that many of us civilized folks choose not to take the path of a nut, instead to respect the position of our elected leaders!

Although I disagree with many things our elected leaders do, that does not mean we wish them harm! I hope every servant walked out of the courthouse with the reassurance that although a republic is at risk, the people peacefully have the right to speak peaceful and without enforcing harm! God bless you civil servants, may your jobs be plentiful and may your days be many! We must continue the debate and our county must continue with debate and that is my resolve! Please, as this case is investigated may you have gods speed In solving this dilemma! Thank you for all you do! The respect is there, I may not always agree with you but harm is never intended your way! God bless you and thank you for standing in the gap! You have my respect for your position! Rest well civil servants as you have my respect! Let’s go forward as a civil society, let’s wish you safety! God bless you!

The Constitution never intended harm to replace those we disagree with but to be thankful for the position to ask for change without harm! Thank you for your resolve! I thank you for the opportunity to debate change and reform without harm! Have a great day!
