You want hope and change? You are fixing to get it except I don’t think you will be hoping for this type of change. In the aftermath of the beginning of our plunge into total socialism I have decided to not focus on the recent election and it’s results. We are all burned out on that anyway. Instead I have decided to focus on the consequence of re electing a socialist/communist to a second term and the affect it will have on you.
We are only beginning to see what this monster is capable of. The future will reveal many more tragedies as a result of the majority of Americans falling asleep at the polls.
Another tax, yes, Obamacare is a tax. And to pay a tax it will require another form. Another tax means that you will be responsible for paying that tax which equates to about 10 percent of the average income of all Americans in the form of a penalty.
Many more taxes will come in our near future to pay for the more than 6 trillion surmounted by this fake president and the trillions it will take to fund Obamacare. But today we focus on just the penalties for not purchasing the mandatory insurance from the government. Yes it is required and if you don’t purchase it you will pay hefty fines to the IRS, enforceable by law according to tax laws complete with imprisonment if not paid. Mr Obama has hired and trained another 25,000 IRS agents to enforce this new tax penalty.
Did I mention that you will be required to have a medical ID number, some have even said these may be implantable under your skin for quick access when your medical information is needed. Don’t scoff because it was in the first version of OBAMACARE and has since been removed but they keep bringing it up leading me to believe it will resurface at one point. A probable healthcare history questionnaire is probably not too far into our future and must be done quickly as the roll out and the big push to OBAMACARE starts in 2014. Giving my health information to the IRS? Didn’t think it would be in my lifetime.
Many exemptions will be given for religious or economic status and that will probably equate to about 50 percent of our population that will not be required to file this tax form which tells me that 50 percent will be paying large premiums, in Tennessee, it is being speculated that because we will be paying greater amounts for those exempt and those with no limits on their pre existing conditions we will most likely see premiums in the range of 1500 to 2000 dollars a month. And if you opt out you get fined for each month you did not purchase the governments mandatory health care plan.
Many in America placed this burden and many others on themselves by re electing the fake president to office. I am afraid we have gotten so wrapped up in the glitz, glamour and oratory ability of the fake president that we have failed to see the real problems that lie just under the surface.
Prepare for less of your income to be taken home. Eventually, our take home pay will be negative to zero and at that point all the goods and services provided by the government will be deducted from your check and we are at that time truly a socialist nation. You will punch a clock, work all day and consume your services that are deducted from your pay check and provided to you by the good ole US government! Doesn’t that make us slaves? Servants? Serfs?
IRS Tax Form for Obamacare Individual Mandate
Our projected IRS form assists 140 million Americans in their obligation to disclose personal identifying health information and calculate the IRS tax penalty.
As a service to the public, Americans for Tax Reform has released a projected tax form to help families and tax specialists prepare for the additional filing requirement of the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate provision.
Starting in 2014, all Americans who file income tax returns must complete an additional IRS tax form. The new form requires disclosure of a taxpayer’s personal identifying health information in order to determine compliance with the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate. As confirmed by IRS testimony to the tax-writing House Committee on Ways and Means, “taxpayers will file their tax returns reporting their health insurance coverage, and/or making a payment”.
Highlights from the Obamacare Individual Mandate Tax Compliance Form:
1. Determination of “qualifying” health insurance. Under the Affordable Care Act, most Americans must purchase health insurance deemed “qualified” by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) starting in 2014. Failure to comply with this mandate results in a tax penalty which must be paid to the IRS. The tax penalty ranges from $695 to $2085, or more, depending on the size of a family. The dollar amount grows over time and is tabulated on the form. Taxpayers must demonstrate that they obtained qualifying health insurance for each month of the year in order to avoid payment of this tax penalty. [See lines 12-13]
2. Disclosure of personal identifying health information. Every family that files a tax return (140 million households) will have to disclose whether or not they were covered by a qualifying plan, in which months they were covered, and what type of coverage they received. Tax filers must also divulge and disclose their personal health ID number, the nature of their health insurance, and other information from their health insurance card as further IRS regulations warrant. [See lines 3-4]
3. Exemptions from Individual Mandate: Prisoners, Undocumented Immigrants, Welfare Recipients. The form also determines which individuals are exempt from the Individual Mandate and non-compliance taxes. Classes of individuals who are exempt from the mandate include but are not limited to: those serving sentences in the federal penitentiary system; those persons not legally able to work in the U.S.; welfare recipients; and those qualifying for an HHS-granted religious exemption. [See lines 8-11]
4. IRS penalties and interest on unpaid mandate taxes. Because the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate penalty is a tax, the IRS will be able to assess interest and non-criminal penalties on those families who will not or cannot pay the tax. The IRS will issue regular, periodic correspondence audits to these families to help them comply with their filing responsibilities.
