TN NG911 center, big brother spying and making sure taxes are paid

The middle class tax act that was supposed to cut our taxes by billions has a clause in it that will end up costing the taxpayers billions upon billions all in the name of safety!

On February 22 2012, President Obama signed the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012 into law. What most financial analysts missed is that included in this new law are two very important spectrum actions taken by Congress, both of which will provide additional jobs and an influx of spending within the wireless community.

What Congress and most within our federal government are forgetting to tell you is deep hidden within the bill to cut your taxes by billions is a tax increase of billions for a brand new program that will allow you not only to call 911 but to text and send video of your emergency to 911 centers across the state.

NG911, New Generation 911, is being implemented to enable citizens to be able to contact a 911 location by text as well as by voice. They will also be able to send still pictures and videos directly from the incident they are reporting, which will help those responding.

I get it I really do! Some rural areas of Tennessee and across the US sometimes have very little 911 service from rural areas, have a severe lack of broadband coverage to these areas and perhaps a few deaf folks cannot communicate in a modern fashion to 911 operators. Believe me, I am an emergency room RN. The ability to respond is crucial and necessary! Our first responders need all the help they can get! They strive on the ability to get first hand knowledge at a scene they happen upon! I know this but the gripe I have with this program is the fact that we have hidden this terribly expensive clause in a bill that was supposed to cut taxes for you and I and most of the middle class incomers is an abomination to those who stand in the path of this bills intent.

Not only does NG 911 cut heavily into the middle classes income it will cost billions Yo implement and will encroach on your ability to remain sovereign!

The funding that will be provided to the public safety community is as follows:
$7 billion to assist in building out the Public Safety Broadband Network (PSBN)
$135 million to be used by the states for network planning and assessment purposes (20% state match required)
Up to $300 million for research and development for wireless services and devices for the PSBN
$115 million to help fund NG911 grants and activities
While this sounds like a lot of money to build out a wireless broadband network, it is only the start of what the network will eventually cost—AT&T (T) and Verizon Wireless (VZ) are spending $20-30+ billion to add fourth-generation services to their existing networks.

This system that will not only cost you and I billions will cost the phone carriers billions and will also produce another path for the government to monitor many of your other daily activities.

Aside from this NG 911 system having access to your name, address, phone number the federal government will have access to your mortgage payment and yes tax status and if you are paying all your taxes on time.

Andy Spears handles public affairs for the Emergency Communications Board. He says the 911 map compiles a mountain of information from property ownership to criminal records. It also has the ability to link cell phone numbers with people and places.

So Spears says the map is going to be used to improve voter registration, enforce drug-free zones and even collect taxes.

“I mean this is a way to make sure people are doing what they’re supposed to be doing. So if they are evading taxes, we want to make sure they pay taxes, absolutely.”

OBAMACARE is a tax? Right? So it makes sense that if this system is used to monitor those taxes doesn’t it make sense that Obama and his band of henchmen will use this system to monitor your health activity also?

Such household-level data would be a goldmine for marketers, but Spears says the state won’t sell the information it’s collecting. And he says agencies who’ve been given access had to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

The map that’s primarily meant for the eyes of emergency responders is supposed to be complete by the end of 2013.

I don’t know about you but I have just about had enough of this big brother crap and all that goes with it. I am up to my eyeballs in new regulations and simply the federal government knowing everything Bout me all in the name of a cause or the creation of a new program for safety or the infamous quote “it’s for the kids!”

Baloney, surrendering our sovereignty to a communistic organization dead set on destroying this great countries integrity is hogwash! We are settling in to losing our country and it’s greatness which is it’s freedom! We have given too much and it’s time for this nonsense to stop!

Stand tall USA! Get educated and educate the masses! Things such as this should never be in the greatest country in the USA!

Genetically modified rice from human liver DNA being grown in Kansas

Why mix human DNA with rice……just why?

They have really just messed up one of my favorite side dishes and sushi is messed up forever!

Seriously, I am about three stomach spasms from vomiting and there is nothing I can do or say that will stop it! Seriously, no liver or cannibal jokes.

Rice, coined “Frankenrice” made from the liver DNA of humans for use in Pharmaceuticals and approved by the FDA to be grown in open fields in Kansas! Have we lost our ever loving minds? Have we just gone off the moral cliff to the point of no return?

As a child, growing up near farms, I witnessed my grandfather pour pig brains over his scrambled eggs for breakfast! Up until now, I thought that was, well it still may be the grossest thing I had ever witnessed. But still it had no human element to it and it was still an animal and you didn’t have to shake Tobasco hot sauce on it to make it more palatable.

Who in their right mind would think up some concoction? Yeah, they are saying it is not for human consumption but they are already making plans to ship it to starving children in Sudan, yeah sort of like Mikey from the Life cereal commercial fame, “give it to Mikey, he will eat anything!

I have a little medical knowledge and know even less about farming but wouldn’t this being grown in an open field spread to other plants in the air, where plants made for human consumption and essentially free of human body organs? Doesn’t the liver of any 2 or 4 legged animal see the most blood flow through it and is the filter of all things bad from the body? I’m pretty sure the answer is yes to both! Then does this not lead one to believe this could make us sick?

Anaphylaxis? Blood type confusion and reaction? Mutations? Resistant strands of organism? New disease? Nausea and vomiting? That was mine, but do you see my distorted logic in it, regardless of the fact that I may have just eaten a portion of my grandfathers DNA in my chicken and rice casserole with his pig brain and egg breakfast covered with Tobasco? Yuck! Wretch! You get the point!

Why are we allowing the likes of Monsanto and other GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) to produce these beastly recipes? Where is the outrage?

I’ll stick to my baked potato and steak! You can have the rice and beans. Please no one please don’t send me a link for GMO steak from human DNA, that may be more than I can take!

2nd Amendment Preservation Act needing a sponsor

The Tenth Amendment Center has created a piece of legislature to preserve our gun rights in Tennessee. As many of you know, in the wake of recent school shootings, the liberal Socialists in DC are pursuing every opportunity to take our guns out of many hands because of the actions of a few evil twisted people.

The 2nd Amendment was written to protect us from a tyrannical government, not purely for hunting and target practice. The assault on our constitution by the likes of the United Nations, Harry Reid, Diane Feinstein and a host of others is coming out of their mouths much too easily these days.

This preservation act that had recently been drafted is to send a strong message to our Federal Government that our guns and our Constitution or any part of it are not on the table for any disruption or hijacking by the likes of a communist regime. Our guns are not negotiable and we will not simply stand by while you destroy the fiber of what has made this country strong and free for years.

We are needing a sponsor or someone to pick up this act and deliver it to the house for approval. Our state rights must be our voice and we are asserting our rights to do so. I am calling on all or any legislators or State Senators to run this throughout the necessary committees to get it approved and in place as we are sure to see very soon an onslaught of new regulations that will squelch and eventually take away our gun rights.

I am putting out a challenge to one of our Tn State Legislators or State Senators to take the proverbial ball and run with it.

State Senator Mike Bell or perhaps the likes of Bo Watson?

Who can take this bill and make it a reality?

We must get on the phone with these guys and encourage them to stand in the gap and get it done!

We are only a minute from losing many rights that our forefathers and the many after them have fought very hard for to prevent this day and we are making it way to easy on a fake president and his cronies to do it in one 8 year term.

2nd Amendment Preservation Act

AN ACT, which shall be known and may be cited as the “2nd Amendment Preservation Act.”

To prevent federal infringement on the right to keep and bear arms; nullifying all federal acts in violation of the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF (STATE) DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1 The legislature of the State of ____________ finds that:

A. The 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows, “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

B. All federal acts, laws, orders, rules or regulations regarding firearms are a violation of the 2nd Amendment

SECTION 2 PROHIBITION ON FEDERAL INFRINGEMENT OF THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS

A. The Legislature of the State of _______________ declares that all federal acts, laws, orders, rules, regulations – past, present or future – in violation of the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States are not authorized by the Constitution of the United States and violate its true meaning and intent as given by the Founders and Ratifiers, and are hereby declared to be invalid in this state, shall not be recognized by this state, are specifically rejected by this state, and shall be considered null and void and of no effect in this state.

B. It shall be the duty of the legislature of this State to adopt and enact any and all measures as may be necessary to prevent the enforcement of any federal acts, laws, orders, rules, or regulations in violation of the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

SECTION 3 EFFECTIVE DATE

A. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Que in old Western music here! You know the one with the whistling noise, the rattlesnake slithering by and the desert debris floating across the earth with a coyote howling in the night at a full moon.

Now transport your self to 2012 and imagine that a band of no gooders just rode into your town, the government on horseback, if you can imagine, Obama in a black cowboy hat riding a black stallion with his posse Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi. Governor Haslam falls in step with Sharia Law, CAIR asks same of GOP

I find it curious that the Council for American Islamic Relations (CAIR) is now giving political advice to the GOP. In today’s Washington Times, CAIR paid for a full-page ad entitled “GOP Asked to Reassess Its Relationship with American Muslims.”

This is the same organization which was an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest Islamic terrorism funding trial in American history (The Holy Land Foundation).

Perhaps CAIR might like to reassess its own relationship with the Constitutional principles and values of our American republic. I would like CAIR to provide some sensitive thoughts and insight into why Army Major Nidal Hasan still has not been brought to trial three years after shouting “Allahu Akhbar” while gunning down 43 American soldiers and civilians, killing 13, and why his religion gives him the right to openly disregard US Army standards by refusing to shave his beard.

The Council on Anti-American Islamic Relations (CAIR) held a press conference yesterday in which they demeaned and maligned the entire Republican party as well as Republican leaders by name. CAIR’s executive director, Nihad Awad, has been an outspoken supporter of terror-groups Hamas and Hezbollah, while condemning American law enforcement’s counter-terrorism activities and training.
CAIR today announced the publication of a full-page advertisement in the conservative Washington Times newspaper (See ad below) outlining recent examples of intolerant speech and actions by Republicans and offering recommendations to help improve GOP relations with the Muslim community. What CAIR calls “intolerant” speech is the truth about stealth jihadist groups like CAIR and its Muslim Brotherhood affiliates in the U.S. whose goal is to spread sharia law and turn the US into an Islamic state.

GOP Asked to Reassess Its Relationship with American Muslims

We are writing to offer an open invitation to reassess your party’s current relationship with American Muslims. As with other demographics, American Muslim support for Republicans has dropped precipitously in recent years. This shift away from the GOP is not set in stone, but its future direction is dependent on choices your party makes.

It is well known that the majority of the American Muslim vote went to Texas Governor George W. Bush in the 2000 election. However, by 2006 only 17 percent of American Muslim registered voters self-identified as Republican. In 2008, that number had dropped to 8 percent. In an October 2012 poll conducted by the Council on American-Islamic Relations, it was 9 percent.

That recent poll also found that only 12 percent of respondents perceive Republicans as being committed to upholding the Constitution.

This perception has a basis in Republican Party members’ actions.

In 2011 and 2012, 78 bills or amendments (ONLY 78?) aimed at interfering with Islamic religious practices were considered in 31 states and the U.S. Congress. Seventy-three of these bills were introduced solely by Republicans. These were not just fringe legislators; in too many cases they included state- level GOP leadership.

In supporting such efforts to introduce government-sanctioned discrimination protection against radical Muslims, members of your party have made despicable Islamophobic factual remarks. South Dakota anti-Islam bill sponsor Phil Jensen (R-District 33) told an audience, “It is alarming how many of our sisters and daughters who attend American universities are now marrying Muslim men.” (God help them) Alaska state Rep. Carl Gatto (R-Palmer) said his anti-Islam legislation was necessary because of the religious beliefs of recent immigrants. “As a kid, we had Italian neighborhoods, Irish neighborhoods. . .but they didn’t impose their own laws,” Gatto said. “When these neighborhoods are occupied by people from the Middle East, they do establish their own laws.” Such anti-immigrant fear mongering needs to be clearly rejected. (It isn’t fear mongering when they are trying to replace our system of laws with barbaric sharia law) 

In at least 11 states, mainstream Republican leaders introduced or supported anti-Muslim legislation. (That means we still have 39 more to go)

Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin ignored the Constitution’s proscription against government censure of religion when she threw her influence behind House Bill 1552, a version of Islamophobe brilliant Islamorealist lawyer David Yerushalmi’s model anti-Islam legislation, saying, “I personally believe that a law should be made on American law, on our constitution. The people of Oklahoma spoke pretty clearly when there was a vote…on Sharia law.”1 (They voted overwhelmingly NO and a leftist Muslim sympathizing judge overturned the will of the people)

Rep. Gatto, who supported an anti-Islam bill, is chairman of the Alaska State Legislature’s House Judiciary Committee. The originator of Michigan’s anti-Islam bill was Rep. Dave Agema, the majority caucus chair. Missouri Speaker of the House Stephen Tilley supported such a bill. In South Dakota, original sponsor Charles Hoffman was the majority whip. (Remember those names when you vote in these states)

We repeatedly hear—primarily from Republicans—that our faith is a threat to the United States. (It IS!) Such things have been said about Catholics, Jews, Mormons, and other religions as well. (But it’s only true about Islam)

In each of those cases, history has proven the voices of unreason and fear to be wrong. (But not wrong about Islam)

In contrast to fear-laden true assertions that Muslims harbor traitorous intentions regarding our Constitution, CAIR’s lawsuit against an anti-Islam constitutional amendment in Oklahoma argued that the law violates both the First Amendment and the Supremacy Clause. So far, four traitorous federal judges have ruled in our favor. Muslims are defending the Constitution, while elements of your party seek to strip its fundamental protections from a minority faith. (Muslims are goddamn filthy liars who intend to replace the Constitution with sharia as they try to do in every country – See Egypt now)

Additionally, mainstream Republican candidates have questioned our loyalty (Your so-called religion commands you to be loyal ONLY to Islam) and even threatened to undermine the Constitution in efforts to exclude us from the political process, all without any pushback from party leaders. (They were right)

During the recent election cycle, Herman Cain said that Muslims who wanted to serve in his administration would have to take loyalty oaths. (Bad idea because Muslims always lie to unbelievers) He explained to Glenn Beck that he would not require similar oaths from Mormons or Catholics “because there is a greater dangerous part of the Muslim faith than there is in these other religions.” Article VI of the U.S. Constitution says there is no “religious test” for public office. (Islam is not a real religion, it is a tyrannical political ideology) Despite this, the only response to Cain’s assertion was applause from the debate audience. (Hear it? BNI readers are clapping loudly right now)

Rep. Paul Broun (R-GA) expressed his exasperation when “a guy in Arabian dress” did not receive secondary screening in an airport.2 A Republican state representative from Tennessee, Rick Womick, said, “Personally, I don’t trust one Muslim in our military.” He openly agreed that all Muslims should be removed from the military.3 (We totally agree)

Rather than speak aggressively against extreme voices in the party, there has been a problematic decision by party leadership to give it tacit approval rather than confront it. (The GOP voices against Islam are NOT extreme, they are informed) A classic example occurred in 2005. When Hispanic and Muslim groups criticized former Rep. Tom Tancredo for threatening to nuke the Islamic holy city of Mecca, then party-chairman Ken Melman brushed aside concerns about such extremism saying, “The fact is, we’re a big-tent party. I’m proud that we have debate in our party.” (NUKING MECCA should be US policy if there is another Muslim terror attack here)

We believe that November 6 presented an opportunity to distance your party from anti- Muslim bias and place the voices of bias on the fringe where they belong—still free to speak, but shunned for their intolerance. (The anti-Islam movement grows stronger every day)

We have witnessed some signs recently that this rejection of anti-Islam bias can easily take place if the party commits to confronting intolerance.

Following Islamophobic Islamorealist criticism of his nomination of Muslim terrorist attorney Sohail Mohammed as a New Jersey Superior Court judge, Governor Chris Christie bluntly stated, “This Sharia law business is just crap. It’s just crazy, and I’m tired of dealing with the crazies.” (Which is why Muslim asskisser Christie will never attain higher office) Of the nominee, Christie stated, “He is an extraordinary American who is an outstanding lawyer and played an integral role in the post-September 11th period in building bridges between the Muslim American community in this state and law enforcement.”4 (CRAP)

More recently, when Rep. Michele Bachmann led an effort to cast suspicion on Muslims engaged in honorable public service, Sen. John McCain and Rep. John Boehner made welcome comments calling Bachmann’s actions into question. (Bachmann is a GOP hero for exposing Huma Abedin as a Muslim Brotherhood operative who should be investigated)

In the spirit of promoting a more inclusive Republican party, we respectfully offer the following thoughts on improving relations between American Muslims and Republicans. (Don’t dream, we don’t want to improve relations with our enemies – you)

The party establishment should speak out strongly against biased speech within its ranks. Free speech must always be preserved, but biased speech should be relegated to the fringes. Many of the statements quoted above are reflective of an ugly, bygone era in our nation’s history. Bias has no place in serious discussions about our nation’s policies and future. (Telling the truth is not bias or hate speech)

The party should make a concerted effort to engage Muslim voters. During this past election cycle, there was a notable unwillingness on the part of Republican candidates to attend non-partisan candidate forums hosted by Muslim groups. Use of anti-Muslim themes—examples such as Rep. Renee Ellmers vile “victory mosque” ad or former-Rep. Allen West’s assertions that Islam is not a religion—are too often a Republican electoral tool. (You will see a lot more of this)

The party establishment should oppose efforts to pass discriminatory legislation. A simple Internet search of “American Laws for American Courts” demonstrates that its author holds biased views of many minorities. While the bill itself makes no direct mention of Islam, it is clearly aimed at stigmatizing Islam. While proof of this is abundant we will offer one example here: “This [bill] doesn’t say ‘Sharia law,’” Republican State Senator Chris Steineger said in a speech that condemned the legislation for discriminating against Muslims, “but that’s how it was marketed back in January and all session long—and I have all the e-mails to prove it.”5 Steineger was an early supporter of the bill, but turned on it once he recognized the bias it represented. He is an example for other party members. (Anti-sharia legislation is NOT discriminatory)

The party establishment should reject any member’s effort to use official public forums to smear a minority. Rep. Peter King’s five anti- Muslim hearings generated no appreciable response from Republican leadership. When King asserted that Muslims are not loyal Americans,6 Republicans did nothing to put him in check. (Telling the truth about vile Muslim behavior/beliefs is not smearing)

During his hearings, not a single witness attempted to factually validate King’s longtime allegation that the American Muslim community is run by extremists. Five of the six law enforcement representatives who testified did not support King’s assertion that Muslims do not cooperate with law enforcement. That he could not prove his own allegations in a hearing room where he controlled the deck should have come to the notice of leadership and been addressed as the intolerance it was. (Total bullshit. King had excellent witnesses, some of them Muslims)

Party officials should end the persistent witch-hunt targeting legally operating Muslim institutions. Almost every national Muslim community organization has come under sustained attack from members of your party. These are not the philosophical disagreements expected in a robust political process; rather they are allegations of subversion and ill-intent more characteristic of the “othering” of a minority. (CAIR should be the first to be outlawed and its leaders jailed for being a front for the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas/al-Qaeda)

Let us all work together to maintain America’s leadership in support of emerging democracies and the rule of law worldwide by promoting the humanitarian principles enshrined in our Constitution’s Bill of Rights. May God Almighty bless the United States of America.

Your demands will go right to the garbage CAIR. You haven’t seen anything yet. We are going to double down on all the above.

UN and Obama prepare for March vote to take our guns

If you read no further than the copied paragraph below you have gone far enough to alert you to what OBAMA and the UN are planning come March on the International stage.

The UN will meet soon to pass a final version of the “Small Arms Treaty” to be sent for ratification by the Senate.

But even worse than a renewed mandate, the General Assembly could vote by simple majority to implement the “Small Arms Treaty.”

This would bypass any further meetings and would allow them to insist that member states ratify the treaty immediately.

So if you and I are going to defeat them, we have to turn the heat up on Washington now before it’s too late!

UN Human Rights Day set for December 10th in Chattanooga TN

The flyer information below was just handed to me by someone that attended a parade in downtown Chattanooga this afternoon. The content and the manner in which it was distributed made my jaw drop and I had this look of amazement on my face.

Several years ago when I started warning people the UN was coming I was met with great resistance that I would dare utter those words in public. Once one of our local papers called the UN and asked them if they had any interest in our area and left the impression in an article the next day that I should be wearing an aluminum foil hat and locked up for my insanity. Today, every single warning U have cast has come to fruition and been proven with fact and substance.

Today, another warning has been met with fact. A celebration of the UN Declaration on Human Rights in downtown Chattanooga, one of the original documents created by the UN in 1948.

Let me repeat. Our involvement with the UN and surrendering our sovereignty to the UN will be our gravest mistake and it will eventually destroy every freedom we have in our country.

Every move we make, every decision we make will be under the complete control of an International body and it’s justice system and once under their control, our Constitution our freedoms and our sovereignty will mean nothing.

The United Nations is sliding into our country one evil step at a time. They are creeping into our great nation to destroy her. We have a very willing fake president and a state department who are more than willing to place the US on the altar as a sacrifice.

This event below is only the beginning. The UN essentially manipulating the tax payer and exploit the poor to provide food stamps is such a tragedy.

The idea that by international standards we treat our poor badly is a slap in the face to the many taxpayers, many of whom can’t even afford health insurance or groceries for their own family are giving to the poor everyday in the form of more taxes.

Pass this around, attend the meeting and see for your self the forseeable role the UN is going to have in our lives. It’s a socialistic future where the American Dream is no more and every one is equal and the wealth of our country is evenly distributed and we are all dependent on the government for our every need.

The International Human Rights Day is a globally observed celebration marking the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the United Nations General Assembly on 10 December 1948.

In honor of International Human Rights Day, several local organizations and community leaders are organizing the 2012 Chattanooga Truth Commission on Human Rights. Truth Commissions are designed to expose the truth about systemic human rights violations and injustice that powerful forces would rather keep hidden. Truth Commissions provide a forum in which masses of poor people who are normally ignored, silenced and made invisible can speak out and be seen and heard.

The event begins with a community meal and fellowship at 5:30 pm, this event is free and open to the public.

Huge Industrial Park funding vote set for Monday

On Monday, December 3rd, 2012, 7pm at the Bradley County Courthouse in Cleveland Tennessee there will be a vote on a MOA, a Memorandum of Agreement for initial funding for the Spring Branch Industrial Park off exit 20.

The City, the County and Cleveland Utilities will be chipping in about 2 million dollars each up front just for the purchase of this property that was bought by a local businessman and a bargain price and selling it to the taxpayer at around a 600 percent profit.

Many things stink about the purchase of the property and that can be discussed in future blogs, but the message today is we cannot afford this vast industrial park and it’s many amenities and kickbacks to several involved.

Please plan to attend this meeting before the County Commission. We must hold our elected representatives to task when they waste and spend our hard earned tax dollars.

We cannot afford another drain on our economy. We as a county are broke. We cannot continue to spend and spend and expect to stay afloat.

Many have already committed to being there. Grab a friend and haul them down to the courthouse to participate in saving our local economy.

Call your commissioners, mayors and council men and women and tell them you do not want a huge industrial park in your community that will further drain your bank account.
