GOP accepts Democrat Candidate in TN 27th Rep race, Haslam, Ramsey support effort

 In today’s political world we are seeing blurred lines between the two major parties. It is evident today as we see endorsements pour in for a Democrat running as a Republican in a TN State House Rep race in the  27th District.

Nationally, the collective silence from GOP elected reps at all levels supports the theory that the R’s and D’s  are becoming one party.

The lack of resistance to tyranny displayed recently by Obama and other Democrats by our elected leaders speaks volumes of their allegiance to a blended system of government where “reaching across the aisle and sitting there” is the expected norm and preferred.

The end result is a maturation of a system that rewards turning a red blue situation into a purple one leaving a  blended party to represent we the people. 

This scenario puts our republic at a great disadvantage and leaves us with no real representative type of government that separates different political ideaologies.

In Chattanooga with the Hamilton County Republican Party choosing to back a true democrat that has chosen to run as a Republican we are seeing this type of politics personified and accepted.

Candidate for the 27th District, TN State Representative seat Patsy Hazelwood is a perfect example of this type of blending that is destroying the fiber of our country.

Mrs Hazelwood has chosen to enter this race as a spoiler propped up by Bill Haslam, Claude Ramsey and the Chamber of Commerce against a true conservative Republican. 

Tommy Crangle, the true GOP Candidate  is happy to brag of his distinction as a one party candidate representing the values of his constituency. With Tommy Crangle you know you are getting a true Republican GOP Candidate, his opponent, the opposite.

Candidate Patsy Hazelwood entering this race as a true Democrat in a Republican race speaks volumes of the direction the establishment GOP has chosen to pursue. In conservative land we call these candidates RINOs a label many choose to avoid in the strongly red state, she appears to run to it!

Bill Haslam has propped Candidate Patsy Hazelwood up as a state leader by assigning her as a Regional Director of the TN Department of Economic and Community Development for 3 years. She was also Organizer and Founding Director of Capital Mark Banking and Trust and also served for many years with AT&T.

Claude Ramsey has endorsed her for the TN State Representative, 27th District. Hazelwood had this to say about Ramsey, in an article found on the Hamilton County GOP website recently. “I am grateful and honored to receive Claude Ramsey’s endorsement,” said Ms. Hazlewood”, “He is one of our state’s greatest Republican leaders, and I admire his commitment to job creation and education in our region— a commitment I will continue on behalf of District 27.”

Ramsey quipped back with his assessment of her on the HCGOP site, ” Citizens deserve a proven leader and a representative they can trust to faithfully serve their interests in Nashville,” said Mr. Ramsey. “Patsy Hazlewood will do just that. Patsy is competent, qualified, and ready to serve.”

Only one problem with this scenario. As we draw the line inside a republic that begs for party indifference and separation necessary to balance the powers of a potentially tyrannical government one thing stands out as a truth. She IS NOT a Republican running for this state GOP seat, SHE IS a Democrat.

Mrs Hazelwood has been called by the GOP as “Politically flexible” with “no political obligations.” She has recently described her self as a “Conservative and a Republican!”

Her voting record paints a much different picture.

In 4 previous primaries back to 1992, she has voted on a Democratic ticket, 3 of which were Presidential Primaries of which she cast  votes for Obama, Biden, Clinton, Edwards, Kerry and Brown. To date, her voting record in local and state races is unknown but if party allegiance directs her as it did in 4 Primaries, I can assume the Democratic ticket was punched.

It has even been reported that she has written a letter to the Hamilton County GOP requesting the status of her political affiliation, seeking confirmation of her GOP status and her true allegiance to the GOP. (At the time of this publication, I could not verify this with a link but my source is reliable.)

This does not make her apolitical with no political political obligations, this makes her a RINO with the assumed long term intent to swing the state blue under the guises of a Republican. 

These actions and acceptance by high level  GOP elected reps such as Governor Bill Haslam and Claude Ramsey supporting her as a GOP Candidate is disturbing. “Staunch Republicans” supporting and endorsing a “Registered Democrat” for a GOP seat  leaves many questions as to their direction of our state and their leadership decisions made that affect it’s citizenry. 

My assessment is this. What is really a Republican or Democrat in the State of Tennessee and what values are represented when we endorse our leaders of tomorrow that are aligned with the opposite party?

Where does the line blur stop? Why do we continue to ignore past party affiliations and associations in the name of politics? 

Sure this is America and we can vote for who and when we want. Mrs Hazelwood can vote as she pleases but when the lines of demarcation no longer exist and GOP party seats are won by Dems we yield to a tyrannical mindset where accountability is extremely difficult to establish.

The Rs and Ds are rendering a political fruit that will  die on the vine! This blending is dangerous and will only create deeper division as true independents and conservatives will only levitate towards a truer color that represents our values and interests.

I know Tommy. I had the pleasure of fighting along side him in other arenas. One of the qualities that stood out for me was he was always consistent, nice, a true gentlemen and represented his GOP Party proudly and without waiver.

If you want a Democrat in a Republican State House Seat then by all means vote for Patsy Hazelwood in the 27th District.

Tommy Crangle and Patsy Hazlewood will both be on the GOP ballot in the Aug. 7 election, one as a Republican and the other as a Democrat.

Early voting begins today, Friday, July 18, 2014. 

Tennessee House District 27 includes Soddy Daisy, Falling Water, Red Bank, Mowbry, Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Lookout Valley, and Walden.

Many will see this as a hit piece on Patsy Hazelwood and that’s ok with me. I see it as public education to the masses and a huge opportunity for the voters to see what they are getting when they cast their votes. I stand with my decision to not just ignore this planned takeover of our state but to inform.  

Get out and vote today! 

Only you can decide your representative. If I lived in this district, I know where my vote would go!

Its more than a good feeling that has drawn me to predict Carr a winner in the US Senate Seat over long term politician Lamar Alexander in Tennessee.

From the water fountain at work, the grocery store at your favorite retail store, at political meetings, church, everywhere everyone is talking about the upset and can the upset be pulled off? And the staff at BCN has predicted yes!

With the most recent addiction of talk show host Laura Ingraham to the Carr campaign, it’s an upset brewing and waiting to happen.

You may remember the last candidate she backed. Congressional Candidate Dave Brat defeated the very liberal left leaning, pro immigration, RINO, Eric Cantor. She was very instrumental in that monumental win.

Recent polls are seeing significant bumps in poll. Several polls show some as much as near 20 percent. With those bumps it means momentum has been established and the tide is turning.

With the simple fact that Lamar Alexander is

Pro Amnesty
Pro Obamacare funding
Pro Common Core
Pro Obamas war on coal
Pro cutting veterans benefits 
Pro higher taxes
Pro voting with Obama/Dems 63 percent, should be enough to send this old Pro-fessional politician home to retire.

Several things must happen to make this prediction possible and send Lamar packing.

– YOU must get out and vote!
– YOU must get 10 of your best friends to go with you to the polls.
– WE must be on the look out for fraud and illegal practices at the polls.
– WE must continue to get the word
 out on social media and on the net.
-WE must continue to notify people of liberal Lamars record.
– We must visit our local GOP Chapters and convince them Lamar must go.
– We must also apply pressure on our state reps to let go of the RINO ties that bind them. Lamar is not good for TN. They will let go when you tell them too.
– Democrats and illegal immigrants must not vote for Alexander.
-Report any illegal events observed to your local election commission or DA and demand action immediately.
-Continue going door to door.
– Show up at the Restore America: Joe Carr for Senate Rally on July 22 at 7 p.m. The event is at the Millenium Maxwell Hotel in Nashville.

Lamar Alexander voted for Obamacare!

No amount of trickery can deny this fact. The man is not being forthright in his dealings with the citizens of TN and the United States.

A recent TV ad touted by the Alexander campaign shows Alexander banging it out with Obama on Obamacare in 2010. This is where the opposition ended.

He even stated he was right for this decision to oppose Obamacare. But sadly the ad failed to mention his continued funding of and support for  the Presidents failed and highly unpopular policy on healthcare since that time.

Hiding these issues does not settle well with voters as eventually the truth surfaced and many turned their heads on a politician that speaks out of both sides of his mouth. It’s double talk and severely underestimates the citizens of TN and their ability to see through the lies and deception.

This deception seems to be the establishments plan for Alexander. He has recently also denied he voted for the Amnesty bill yet voted with the Gang of Eight to move it forward for a vote.

“The Senate Conservatives Fund (SCF) responded (recently) to the television ad released by the re-election campaign of U.S. Senator Lamar Alexander (R-TN), which says he stood up to President Obama on Obamacare. Alexander’s TV ad includes a clip of an exchange he had with the President at the White House health care summit on February 25, 2010. 

“However, it conveniently leaves out any mention of Alexander’s vote to fund the implementation of Obamacare on March 20, 2013. It also leaves out his support for the Wyden-Bennett health care bill, which included an unconstitutional individual mandate to force Americans to buy government-approved health insurance.”

“Lamar Alexander is doing everything he can to hide his liberal record on health care,”said SCF Executive Director Matt Hoskins. “He wants voters to think he’s fighting to stop Obamacare, but he supported the individual mandate and he voted for a bill that funded Obamacare earlier this year.”

The SCF reports that on “On August 2, 2007, Lamar Alexander cosponsored the Wyden-Bennett health care legislation, which included an individual mandate to force Americans to buy government-approved health insurance plans.”

“On March 20, 2013, Lamar Alexander voted in favor of the FY2013 continuing resolution, which included funding for the implementation of Obamacare!”

The SCF report further states “The U.S. Senate will vote on the FY2014 continuing resolution in September. Democratic Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) needs 60 votes to fund the implementation of Obamacare, but there are only 54 Democrats in the Senate. If Republicans like Lamar Alexander oppose it, they can stop it.”

“Lamar Alexander can’t have it both ways. If he votes to fund Obamacare, he’s for Obamacare.” added Hoskins. “He needs to stop misleading his constituents and pledge to oppose all funding for Obamacare.”

In summary, 

1) Lamar Alexander put on a dog and pony show for the cameras and showed a little opposition to Obamacare in 2010.

2) He voted to fund Obamacare in 2013.

3) He voted for the individual mandate.

4) He voted for the Wyden-Bennett health care bill, that forced you to buy healthcare insurance and the individual mandate.

5) He will more than likely vote to continue funding for Obamacare in September 2014.

5) Yes, he voted for Obamacare!!!

Hopefully, Liberal Lamar Alexander will be retired after this next primary  and true conservative leadership will have been established.

Id give my vote to Joe Carr, if I were you.

As hoardes of illegal immigrants stream into the United States, Americans are being put at risk of danger as Lamar Alexander continues to support Amnesty as the answer to our illegal immigrant woes.

US Senator Lamar Alexanders vote for Amnesty, supporting the gang of Eight, Chuck Shumer and John McCain is clearly not in line with how the majority feels on this issue in Tennessee.

Sure, Alexander can shrug this off easily from his office in DC. it’s real easy to see the disconnect from his constituency as parts of TN readies for an onslaught of illegals resettling to mainly Nashville and Bristol.

Alexanders votes for amnesty is taking away our jobs and using our tax dollars to disseminate illegal immigrants into our state and across the nation.

It has been reported that Alexander supported the Amnesty bill because in his liberal mind, he believes it’s already here, so I guess it’s ok for them to continue to break the law? 

According to Brietbart.com “We have amnesty today,” Alexander said. “Turning your head while 11 million people are already here illegally is perpetual amnesty. I voted along with 67 other United States senators to end perpetual amnesty.”
Alexander voted with 14 other Republican Senators in favor of the “Gang of Eight,” immigration bill led by Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY)”

This bill to citizenry for an estimated 11 million is a huge mistake and sets a dangerous precedence that laws do not matter as long as politicians vote opposite of the law.

TN US Senate Candidate Joe Carr has been a staunch critic of Liberal Lamars amnesty views and has led the charge to expose the Alexander campaign of these issues as well as his vote for Obamacare.

In a statement to Brietbart.com he had this to say about Lamar Alexander, “There’s this arrogance about these people who stay in Washington,” Carr said, referring to the border crisis and the immigration reform debate. “The arrogance that they say – you know what, it doesn’t matter that they are flooding our labor markets with unskilled labor and driving down American wages, it doesn’t matter as long as we cater to the United States Chamber of Commerce.”

“Alexander insisted that the bill he voted for identifies illegal immigrants and requires them to pay a penalty, payment of back taxes and required them to work.”

Lamar Alexander seeing illegal immigrants as a way to expand our tax base, provide amnesty for millions, take away jobs for Americans and pay penalties for breaking the law is the mind of a man that is not thinking logically and is worlds apart from the conservative base that has supported him in past races.

A trick of Alexanders and many lifetime politicians is to vote for a bill on cloture, or bring it up for a vote and move the bill forward, then vote against it so he can tell his constituency that he didn’t vote for it, when in fact he did. 

As Brietbart reported, Lamar Alexander, in this case, voted to advance debate on the bill — in the initial cloture vote to begin consideration that passed 82-15 — before the border security amendment was introduced. 

This is sneaky and underhanded and  gives we the people the opportunity to say enough is enough Lamar!

If you remember, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor lost his primary race in Virginia based on this same premise and for his support of amnesty when many voiced they did not want it. This move refueled the Tea Party base in Virginia and acrosst the nation as a defeat of liberal Lamar Alexander will do the same for Tennessee.

Brietbart states further that “Carr signed the FAIR pledge live on conservative talk show host Laura Ingraham’s radio program, and challenged Alexander to do the same.”

“The pledge asks candidates to vow to oppose amnesty, increases in legal immigration, and increases in the number of guest workers.”

“But Alexander defended the bill as one that would encourage jobs and economic growth in the United States by allowing “talented people and essential workers” to come to the United States legally.”

“I chose to secure the border, end perpetual amnesty and encourage jobs, rather than do nothing,” he said.

Despite his support Presidents idea of illegal immigration reform and amnesty, in the last 24 hours, he has called for sending TN National Guard troops to the  Mexican border to stop the flow of illegals into this country.

Hello McFly? Alexander? A little late! A resettlement package has already been sent to TN and they are now on their way to Tennessee.

It’s time for a change! We need real leadership in Tennessee.

Get out and vote! Otherwise, it will not matter and things will stay the same. 

The alternative is Joe Carr for US Senate, Tennessee.

Tennessee US Senate candidate Joe Carr has picked up another very hearty conservative Tea Party endorsement yesterday.

The Tea Party and conservative support continues to pour in across the state in his bid for the US Senate Seat currently held by liberal Lamar Alexander.

Jenny Beth Martin and the Tea Party Parriots Citizen Fund have put their support behind Joe Carr.

It is obvious he is a viable candidate to knock off a Democratic and establishment GOP favorite.

Lamar Alexanders support continues to dwindle in TN as Tennesseans begin to wake up and see the long time “career politician” is leading the state in a direction that is the opposite of it’s citizenry’s needs and wants. 

Voting 63 percent of the time with Barrack Hussein Obama and in favor of Amnesty and Obamacare is not in line with what Tennesseans believe is in the best interest of the state.

Tea Party Patriots Citizen Funds Jenny Beth Martin spoke highly of Joe Carr when questioned in an interview with Brietbart.com,  “Joe Carr embodies the values of personal freedom, economic freedom and a debt-free future,” TPPCF Chairman Jenny Beth Martin said in a statement. 

“In contrast to his incumbent opponent, Joe is willing to take the fight to both liberal Democrats and establishment Republicans in defense of liberty.”

Martin highlighted Carr’s anti-amnesty record on illegal immigration, citing the issue as a critical one for the Tea Party in the 2014 elections.

“While Joe Carr has been a genuine leader – not just a reliable vote – in the fight against illegal immigration, Lamar Alexander voted with Chuck Schumer, Harry Reid and John McCain for the Gang of Eight amnesty bill,” Martin said. 

“Joe wants to preserve American sovereignty; Lamar Alexander’s policies are producing a human wave of criminality and disease on the Rio Grande.”

Martin also pointed out that Alexander sought to work with Harry Reid on Obamacare, voting for cloture to bring the bill to the Senate floor.

“Lamar Alexander is wrong on Obamacare and wrong on amnesty,” Martin added. “Fortunately, conservatives in Tennessee have a choice, and we urge them to give Joe Carr their vote and their support. We’re proud to endorse him.”

“I am very proud that the Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund has joined with us in our fight against a broken Washington establishment led by Lamar Alexander, who put the interests of 11 million illegal immigrants ahead of our working families,” said Carr in a statement. 

In parting, if you don’t get out and vote, the establishment wins and you lose! Encourage friends and family to get behind the vest choice to lead this state and this country.

The EPA, Environmental Protection Agency, has announced that as of September 2014, it will have the unbridled ability to garnish your wages for environmental infractions.

If this seems odd to you then you had best speak up. Otherwise, breaking an EPA regulation will cost you plenty and they can take it via wage garnishment.

As per link below, According to The Washington Times, the agency announced the plan to enhance its purview last week in a notice in the Federal Register. The notice claimed that federal law allows the EPA to “garnish non-Federal wages to collect delinquent non-tax debts owed the United States without first obtaining a court order.” 

The notice went on to say that the EPA had fast-tracked the new rule, enabling it to take effect September 2. 

1. The EPA said the rule was not subject to review because it was not a “significant regulatory action.”

The EPA has claimed this new authority by citing the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996,  Section 31001(o), which gives all federal agencies the power to conduct administrative wage garnishment, provided that the agency allows for hearings at which debtors to challenge the amount or the terms of repayment schedule. 

.”The EPA also states that, “we view this as a noncontroversial action and anticipate no adverse comment.” 

“This direct final rule is effective September 2, 2014 without further notice unless EPA receives adverse comments by August 1, 2014.”

The conservative Heritage Foundation claimed that the rule gives the EPA “unbridled discretion” over the process of challenging fines.  David Addington, group vice president for research at Heritage, told the Times that the rule not only puts the burden of proof on the debtor, rather than the agency, but also allows the EPA to decide whether a debtor even gets a chance to present a defense before picking whomever it chooses to serve as a hearing officer.

The amount of money the EPA has collected in fines has increased steadily since President Barack Obama took office. In 2012, the agency took in $252 million in fines, up from just $96 million in 2009. 

Also be conscious of the fact that a growth plan is probably in effect in your community. This Agenda 21 project gives the DOT, the EPA and  HUD full access to your community with all authority rendered to them via your locally elected representatives. 

It’s time to speak up and out about government overreach into your wallets by a truly oppressive regime.
