Ebola outbreaks in the US have mostly gone unnoticed

9/30/14
0507 am

Long before our government started using scare tactics to prepare Americans to be herded into quarantined villages from EBOLA there was 3 pretty serious EBOLA outbreaks in the US.  Many cities near you in differing states all over the country were exposed to the EBOLA-R virus..

Americans have very poor historical recall and tend to not believe or remember things when it comes to events not directly involving them. We, as a nation are very forgetful.

100s of Americans were exposed
in the early 1990s and again in 1996.

Around 20 seroconverted positive for what is now known as the EBOLA-R virus. Fortunately for those people  infected with the EBOLA-R virus, the monkeys that were  brought into the US from the Phillipines in the 90s, did not drastically affect people only the primates. This doesn’t lessen the punch but because of this the outbreak was largely underreported and forgotten.

Who knows what will happen or did happen to those infected with this virus to date. Possibly a large swath of Americans are being infected today by carriers of this virus today unbeknownst to us. The CDC has said they don’t think the EBOLA-R virus will make you sick.

“The outbreak of EBO-R in the United States caused by infected monkeys in the United States prompted the Philippine government to investigate whether the workers in the primate facilities were at risk for contracting EBO-R, and, if so, to what degree they were at risk. The investigative team studied 186 people, 48 of whom were from wildlife collection areas and the remaining 138 were from the four primate export facilities in the area (Ferlite Farms being one of the four). Twelve of the 186 people tested had serological evidence of infection with EBO-R. 22% of the workers at Ferlite Farms had positive IFAT (indirect fluorescent antibody test) titers, which was significantly higher than at the other three export facilities. Of the five employees in Ferlite’s animal hospital, four had positive IFATs. Workers in the hospital had more positive titers than the rest of the workers at Ferlite Farms.
All of the monkeys at Ferlite were killed after this outbreak of EBO-R in 1989.”

“Ferlite Farms
Ferlite Farms is located in a 2.5 to 3-hectare area in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines, which is approximately 40 km South of Manila. Ferlite uses open cages as their holding facilities. Individual cages are used in their quarantine facility. Until 1996, Ferlite exported 1500 monkeys annually to the United States. The monkeys used for breeding come from Zamboanga and Iligan City. Supposedly, Ferlite quarantines the monkeys 30 days prior to shipping.”

The Reston, Virginia Outbreak

“On October 2, 1989, 100 cynomolgus macaques (Macaca fascicularis) from Ferlite Farms in Mindanao Island, Philippines were flown from Manila, through Amsterdam to New York, and then transported by truck to Hazleton Research Products’ (HRP) Reston Primate Quarantine Unit in Reston, Virginia. These monkeys were placed in Room F of the Reston Unit on October 4. HRP’s Reston Unit already had approximately 500 cynomolgus monkeys when this shipment arrived. There had not been any African species quarantined in the Reston unit for many years, ergo it is not possibile that the monkeys contracted Ebola from fomites contaminated by a prior shipment of monkeys. Because of the 1976 Marburg incident, all primates imported into the United States must be quarantined for 30 days to insure that they are disease free before they are released. In any transcontinental shipment of animals, a high attrition rate is to be expected due to this experience. However, this particular shipment of nonhuman primates had a far larger number of deaths in Room F than would normally have been expected. The HRP veterinarian conducted a few necropsies of the dead monkeys from this shipment in Room F and, based on the clinical symptomatology and on gross anatomy, made an initial diagnosis of simian hemorrhagic fever (SHF). SHF is a terrible disease in monkeys (fortunately it does not infect humans) and is easily transmitted amongst them. The HRP vet sent samples of the dead monkey tissue to United States Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) for conclusive diagnosis. SHF was isolated in the tissue cultures that HRP sent to USAMRIID. Before USAMRIID finished their diagnosis, HRP made the decision to euthanize all of the remaining monkeys in Room F to prevent possible further spread. During the 10 days following the euthanization of the monkeys in Room F, there were sporadic deaths in the remaining monkey population at Reston. The pattern of the deaths nor the pathology in the dead monkeys was indicative of SHF. The HRP vet became alarmed by this. Meanwhile, USAMRIID was conducting additional tests on the monkey tissue cultures and discovered that Ebola was also responsible for the Reston monkey deaths from an electron micrograph of damaged tissue from one of the dead Reston monkeys. Unfortunately, the pathogen was not contained by the euthanization of the monkeys in Room F. 29 additional monkeys in Room H had also died. The monkeys in Room H were from a separate shipment (but from the same supplier, Ferlite Farms) that had arrived at the Reston Unit on November 8. ”

“Were the Room H monkeys contracting the pathogen from the Reston Quarantine Unit or were they infected with the pathogen back in the Philippines? The Room F monkeys were euthanized on November 16. The Room H shipment of monkeys arrived on November 8. Both the Room F and Room H cynomolgus monkey shipments came from Ferlite Farms in the Philippines. Ferlite Farms was experiencing a hemorrhagic disease outbreak concurrently. It is likely that the Room H monkeys were sub-clinically harboring EBO on arrival. EBO has an incubation period ranging from five to seven days in nonhuman primates (personal correspondence, Anderson). The Room H monkeys arrived at the Reston unit while the Room F monkeys were still alive.”

“On November 29, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Virginia Department of Health met with USAMRIID, and a coherent plan of action was formulated to insure the safety of the community and the humane treatment of the Reston primates. Because of the threat that Ebola might spread to the remaining animals in the quarantine unit and that it might infect the staff, the remaining animals (~500) in Room H were euthanized on November 30, 1989. On November 28, 1989, Ferlite Farms, unknowingly, sent a shipment of EBO-infected cynomolgus monkeys to Philadelphia. ”

“Six of the 178 people who had contact with the infected monkeys at the Reston Quarantine Unit seroconverted. All six of the individuals worked with the primates. None of the six who seroconverted developed a filovirus-related illness. Of them, four (all of whom were animal handlers at one quarantine facility) had serologic evidence of recent infection with Ebola-Reston. It is likely that one of the four infected himself when he cut his finger while performing a necropsy on an infected monkey. The mode of transmission for the other three handlers is not known. The remaining two people were seropositive at low titer and had evidence of past infection. One of these two people is a worker at a facility that temporarily houses nonhuman primates before delivery to U.S. quarantine facilities and had had regular contact with quarantined nonhuman primates for three years. The second person was an employee at Hazleton’s Texas Primate Center.”

“CDC researchers conducted an additional study on the prevalence of seropositivity to filoviruses. They tested 550 people with varying levels of exposure to monkeys (or monkey tissues or body fluids) with an indirect immunofluorescence assay test (IFAT) and confirmed the results using Western blot. 42 of the 550 (7.6%) people tested were positive to at least one of the filoviruses (EBO-Z, EBO-S, EBO-R, EBO-CI, MBG). 26 of 266 (9.8%) import quarantine facility staff members were seropositive; 16 of the remaining 284 (5.6%) persons having contact with monkeys (or with monkey tissue or body fluids) outside of import quarantine facilities were seropositive. None of the 42 who tested seropositive reported having any illness believed to be caused by a filovirus.”

“In order to assess the significance of the prevalence of the seropositivity in people who have contact with monkeys and their bodily fluids/tissues, the CDC conducted a cross-sectional study on the seroprevalence of filovirus on the serum from 449 adults in outpatient primary care facilities throughout the United States. Using the same IFAT and Western blot assays, of theses 449, 12 were positive (2.7%) (Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report 39(24): 404-05, 1990).”

EBOLA outbreak in Alice Texas

” On January 31, 1990, Ferlite Farms, a farm  sent a shipment of 100 macaques to Hazleton’s Texas Primate Center (TPC) in Alice, TX. A day later, 100 monkeys from Ferlite were also sent to HRP’s Reston Unit. Within the first week of arrival, the monkeys at both facilities had clinical signs that were identical to the signs during the first Reston outbreak. The two separate shipments of monkeys from Ferlite to Reston and Alice had no contact after they left Ferlite Farms. From February 1 through March 15, 46 of 52 animals in one of the quarantine rooms died. The surviving six tested positive for filovirus. Necropsy samples from the TPC monkeys were sent to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for conclusive diagnosis. The CDC determined that the monkeys were co-infected with SHF and Ebola. The cages at TPC were numbered horizontally and stacked in two tiers. In this quarantine room at TPC, monkeys had a 40% chance of dying if they were horizontal from a neighbor who had EHF, and if they were vertical from a neighbor who had EHF, they had a 26% chance of dying. “Because animals were consistently fed, handled, and treated in ascending order by cage number, these data suggest that handling procedures may be implicated in transmission” (Hendricks, KA et al. Filovirus Outbreak Among Philippine Nonhuman Primates in South Texas).”

“Texas outbreak, number 2. In March of 1996, 100 colony raised macaques from Ferlite Farms were shipped from Manila to Houston by way of Hong Kong and Rome. These monkeys arrived to TPC on March 21. On March 27, one of the monkeys from this shipment showed signs of illness and died on March 30. Necropsy of this dead monkey indicated a pneumonic process, and the liver tested positive for Ebola. On April 10, a second monkey that was housed at the opposite end of the block of cages from the index case became ill. On April 13, this monkey’s serum tested positive for Ebola and was sacrificed. (20 days after the monkey arrived and 13 days after the incubation period was over if it contracted EBO from the Philippines).”

“If the monkeys were quarantined for 30 days prior to being shipped to the US, how come they developed EBO-R once they reached the US? The incubation period of EBO in nonhuman primates is 5-7 days.”

Oh well! We await the next outbreak.

Interestingly, at the “Monkey House” address where monkeys were housed and quarantined now sits a daycare for children in a gated community.

Can’t be 100 percent sure you can’t get the Ebola Reston version
“This is not the Ebola-Zaire strain,” Texas Health Commissioner David Smith told a news conference in Alice, the south Texas town where the privately owned Texas Primate Center is located.

Although the Ebola diagnosed in Texas killed the monkeys, that particular strain “has not caused, in the past, any problems with humans,” Smith said.

“We cannot be 100 percent sure that humans can’t be infected . . . but we never saw any (evidence) of this,” added Pierre Rollin, one of several Ebola experts from the Centers for Disease Control sent to assist Texas health authorities.

Senator Alexander, “Ebola… as serious a threat as the Islamic State.”

09/24/14
1133 am

TN US Senator Lamar Alexander while addressing the so called “Ebola pandemic” ahead of Obamas speech on how he is going to stop the spread of Ebola said, “Ebola should be considered as serious a threat as Islamic State.”

Really Mr Alexander? As serious as ISIS.  In light of the fact that the president has called them a JV team and non Islamic, your comment doesn’t make much sense.

This now classified terroristic threat called Ebola is being thrust to the forefront by Mr Alexander prompting fear as a way to pass a liberal money making scheme to several vested individuals with their hands in the Ebola disease cookie jar.

It is no secret George Soros, Bill Gates and the Feds are licking their chops to get the Ebola virus up and running well….then…… ka Ching the money starts pouring in for their multi million dollar investments in hospitals in Africa, patents on vaccines and even ownership, intellectual property of the virus. (I plan to address these subjects further in upcoming posts, research on these items continue)

Mr Alexander, there have been about 3,000 deaths from EBOLA since 1976. Many of those 40 years have had few to  no deaths from year to year. That’s about 70 deaths per year on average. This virus has been around for 40 years. If  it were going to spread as quickly and as dangerously as you say, wouldn’t it have done it before today?

40,000 per year die of the FLU in the US every year. 10,000 per year die of Rabies every year in Africa. 70 die every year in all of Africa on average of EBOLA according to CDC data. Sure one death is too many but comparatively there is no huge epidemic or pandemic except in your mind and it’s not as dangerous as ISIS.

In fact, many living in Africa are saying all this is fabricated and the diseases are being spread purposefully and are calling reports such as yours lying and propagating to set a bigger agenda. This may be casual thinking but in reports I am researching, the locals are indeed calling it overblown and are angry that martial law and potential forced vaccines are their future.

Where is the crisis? At this point there is not one. Even researchers are looking for a way to justify vaccines at this point simply because the pool is too shallow and they are worried the “Small number of people affected by this Ebola outbreak” will not justify the cost of developing the vaccines or assure their efficacy. They are even trying to combine and develop a rabies/Ebola vaccine just so the numbers would be high enough to justify the expenditure.

Mr Alexander this is a manufactured crisis that is being blown way out of proportion and too many people stand to make billions off your scare tactics. I know there are people that could make sure this get bigger and more out of hand, they have been trying for years. And I can assure you they are giving it their best shot to make an pandemic out of it. Their money and investments rely upon it.

Its an ugly disease and kills people rapidly and for that I feel for the few  comparatively who have died. But ISIS is a much greater threat and your statement says volumes about your lack of  knowledge of a great credible terroristic threat.

There are billions of Islamists wanting us dead and our heads lopped off and placed on a platter and if they had their way would certainly do so indiscriminately and freely.

Your comparison doesn’t equate. Your misunderstanding and over simplification of a serious terroristic threat shows your ineptness to lead this state into the future and protect it’s citizens.

Stop with the fear mongering. Follow the money trail or just stay tuned and I’ll spell it out for you soon.

Shame on you!

Marines chant “There’s no God like Jehovah” and the left goes insane

There is a presence in this room that does not always get seen by the human eye.

Religious freedom is alive and well today and it is being displayed freely in our military.

Gods presence amidst warriors, faith warriors calling on God, calling on Jehovah, relying on him for protection.

The Holy Spirit of an almighty God is moving and on display in this “participatory worship service!”

The sound of unity as free spirited, constitutionally protected Marines express their faith and proclaim their God from Camp Pendleton in California, is truly amazing and should scare the bejeebies from anyone that hears this chant of religious freedom and choice.

The fist pumping, rocking Christian warriors worshipping in solidarity proclaiming their God as Jehovah during the days of Elijah is sure to drive the secular humanist left insane and quite frankly, it is about time.

While ISIS is carrying small children and Americans around on a stick shouting Allah Akbar, it is refreshing to see our US Soldiers proclaiming and singing to an almighty God that uplifts and is a righteous forgiving God.

“These are the days of Elijah
Declaring the word of the Lord, yeah
And these are the days of your servant, Moses righteousness being restored”

“These are the days of great trials
of famine and darkness and sword,
still we are the voice in the desert crying prepare ye the way of the Lord!

Behold he comes riding on a cloud……hear the trumpet sound….ooooh ra!

This sound stirs me like no other.

Let the liberal left humanist gnash their teeth at this sound. Their is plenty of it in our armed forces and across our land. The spirit of God and his presence will be there whether they like it or not.

Let the Freedom From Religion Foundation rise up and attempt to squash these warriors with their pithy lawsuits.

In America and in our military, much to the chagrin of atheist and unbelievers we fight evil with good and we can deliver with a heavy hand and we all know how the final battle goes.

Let the left “steal” our rights, openly shame those who proclaim their faith. The faith and personal beliefs will move forward. Even if whispered, the spirit displayed in this video will continue to spread like wildfire and will permeate many lives and infuse them with good instead of evil.

You can not destroy the belief inside a warriors heart, ain’t happening, sorry, pack your bags.

The evil being shown today on every social media site and TV channel today had been met with silence and very little of their actions condemned or accounted for. It is high time those naysayers be called out for their religious bias and then ignored.

These critics will come and when they do, grab your kids, your friends, your fellow warrior and start whispering, rocking back and forth, leading to a shout……”There’s no God like Jehovah, there’s no God like Jehovah……………”

It’ll drive them crazy.

It’s clear the war is advancing from the battlefield in the Middle East to the war of good against evil in your own living room and place of worship. So be prepared, gather your church warriors, strap on the whole armor of God, like it or not the days of triumph are coming. The call for you to stand is approaching.

We all know how that battle ends…..

“Behold He comes, riding on the clouds
Shining like the sun at the trumpet’s call
So, lift your voice, it’s the year of Jubilee
Out of Zions hill, salvation comes”

Ooooooooh raaaaaaah!!!!

The song in it’s entirety! Enjoy!

These are the days of Elijah
Declaring the word of the Lord
And these are the days of Your servant Moses
Righteousness being restored

And these are the days of great trials
Of famine and darkness and sword
Still we are the voice in the desert crying
Prepare ye the way of the Lord!

Behold He comes, riding on the clouds
Shining like the sun at the trumpet’s call
So, lift your voice, it’s the year of Jubilee
Out of Zions hill, salvation comes

And these are the days of Ezekiel
The dry bones becoming as flesh
And these are the days of Your servant, David
Rebuilding a temple of praise

And these are the days of the harvest
The fields are all white in Your world
And we are the laborers in Your vineyard
Declaring the Word of the Lord

Behold He comes, riding on the clouds
Shining like the sun at the trumpet’s call
So, lift your voice, it’s the year of Jubilee
Out of Zions hill, salvation comes

Behold He comes, riding on the clouds
Shining like the sun at the trumpet’s call
So, lift your voice, it’s the year of Jubilee
Out of Zions hill, salvation comes

Theres no God like Jehovah!
Theres no God like Jehovah!
Theres no God like Jehovah!
Theres no God like Jehovah!

Theres no God like Jehovah!
Theres no God like Jehovah!
Theres no God like Jehovah!
Theres no God like Jehovah!

Theres no God like Jehovah!

Theres no God like Jehovah!
Theres no God like Jehovah!

Obama endorses UN Small Arms Treaty, DHS to enforce UN mandates using local police authority

In Uncategorized on September 22, 2014 at 3:24 AM

It appears DHS plans to use local police forces, ie, formed standing armies via the UN to confiscate your guns and ammo.

Bradley County News Network

It didn’t take but mere hours from Barack Obama’s victory speech, as the confetti was still being swept off the floor, for the reelected President to make a late night phone call giving a full and hearty endorsement of the UN Arms Trade Treaty. Reuters reports that the backdoor gun control conversation, which was shot down earlier this year, is about to make a grand comeback at the UN. It is fully expected to pass:

Hours after U.S. President Barack Obama was re-elected, the United States backed a U.N. committee’s call on Wednesday to renew debate over a draft international treaty to regulate the $70 billion global conventional arms trade.

Naysayers simply state that the UN Arms Trade Treaty has more to do with controlling the flow of guns into rogue, third-world nations, than restricting the 2nd Amendment. However, that doesn’t appear to be the language in the last draft…

Why is DHS heavily fortifying our local police with military equipment?

Why is DHS heavily fortifying our local police with military equipment?

9/21/14
0927 am

“If the United States is a police state, then the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is its national police force, with all the brutality, ineptitude and corruption such a role implies. In fact, although the DHS’ governmental bureaucracy may at times appear to be inept and bungling, it is ruthlessly efficient when it comes to building what the Founders feared most—a standing army on American soil.”

“The third largest federal agency behind the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Defense, the DHS—with its 240,000 full-time workers, $61 billion budget and sub-agencies that include the Coast Guard, Customs and Border Protection, Secret Service, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)—has been aptly dubbed a “runaway train.”

“Militarizing police and SWAT teams. The DHS routinely hands out six-figure grants to enable local municipalities to purchase military-style vehicles, as well as a veritable war chest of weaponry, ranging from tactical vests, bomb-disarming robots, assault weapons and combat uniforms.”

“This rise in military equipment purchases funded by the DHS has, according to analysts Andrew Becker and G.W. Schulz, “paralleled an apparent increase in local SWAT teams.” The end result? An explosive growth in the use of SWAT teams for otherwise routine police matters, an increased tendency on the part of police to shoot first and ask questions later, and an overall mindset within police forces that they are at war—and the citizenry are the enemy combatants….”

Something is awry in the United States and sadly I believe we will find out why we are having this military build up against it’s citizens. What happened to police and their ability to protect and serve?

Images of sharply dressed policemen  patrolling the streets used to be the norm. Now, the “military” is patrolling our communities. Why? This is the million dollar question.

Does the police force/DHS know something we don’t? The current administration in DC planning something? Martial law and forced quarantine for something like Ebola? A suspected coup? A citizen uprising against the government? Protection against Civil War? Regardless of the reason and speculation, something is going down and it will require billions of rounds of hollow point ammo and various heavy duty military equipment to enforce whatever they are planning to stand against with a mighty hand. Think about it! What does the federal government and local police fear this much and why are they putting this army into place, so quickly?

I can hear the critics now. Why are you and others attacking the police? This is not an attack on police. It’s a forewarning of a military style takeover of our
local police departments by DHS. I have talked with some within law
enforcement. Some admittedly say they don’t know why but they are definitely seeing a militarization of our local police departments and it worries them some too. This will set new rules of engagement and it may require them turning a weapon on it’s
citizenry, perhaps on family and friends as commanded by higher
powers.

I doubt most of our local police would ever turn military style weapons on citizens. They are great guys, but I know a few or enough that would and thus the concern. We appreciate their duty and service. I just wander if they understand their role inside a
standing army run by the federal government via DHS?

We will not remain a  free country if our local police become a militarized  standing army. We remain free when the people assert freedom and are willing to stand against foreign aggressors to protect our homeland, not the other way around.

Below is a local, state and national breakdown of the fortification of our local police departments that are turning into “platoons” or “companies” within a National standing army called the Department of Homeland Security, or a national police force.

Bradley County: Each:

1-MRAP or similar combat vehicle
105-.45 Cal. Auto pistols
36-5.56 Automatic rifles
6-7.63 mm rifle
1- Utility truck
1- Utility truck

Just in case you were wandering

Hamilton County:

4- Night vision goggles
4-5.56 mm automatic rifles
17- 7.62 mm rifles
2- Utility trucks

Bledsoe:

5- 5.56 mm automatic rifles

Polk:

4- 7.62 rifles

Rhea:

3- 5.56 rifles
2- 7.62 rifles

All of TN

168 pages of equipment delivered to include Tanks, assorted rifles, boats, motor cycles, generators, underwear, vests, grenade launchers, ammo, foose and ping pong tables, assorted utility vehicles, ambulances, medical equipment, radios, radar jammers, motor cycles, Combat boots, Kevlar helmets,.38, .40, .45 and .50 cal weapons, sniper rifles, MRAPS, etc.

By glancing over the county by county supply lists it appears each county and state has a specific duty or function that will come together pretty much army battalions come together in war time. Each having their specific duty and specialty. Each having a specific “sector or district” to protect or annihilate.

All United States:

4,794 pages of assorted equipment delivered. Browse around, it will blow you away. (See link below)

I dont know what you are thinking at this point, but do you see a standing army being created by the Department of Homeland Security within the United States, presumably  to be used on none other than We the People, the citizens of the United States. Question? Have you ever heard of DHS fighting overseas? Of course not! This is for use within the United States.

A standing army outside our military is highly unconstitutional and needs an explanation.

Data below reflects State, County,Item Name, Quantity, UI,Value, Ship Date of Items shipped

With the stated price tag, I am assuming this is an MRAP or similar  light or heavy duty military vehicle. Why a “street sweeper” and “snipers” for a local, rural police department? Why port holes for rifles with the ability to kill large amounts of people?

When the flak is heavy, you are over the target

In Uncategorized on September 21, 2014 at 6:41 AM

Bradley County News Network

This month has been a very productive month for the patriots of Bradley County Tennessee!

Many issues have been confronted and many spoken about on this blog site. I have noticed a very curious occurrence during this very eventful month. I have noticed an up tick of flak and it has been directed toward the citizens that dare ask questions.

flak:
Noun:
1) Antiaircraft fire.
2) Strong criticism.

When I was in the service, I would sit and observe the desert night much like a movie screen on some nights but much more dangerous. The night air over Iraq was full of aircraft, some you could see some you could not. As they made their way across the sky, either high or low, slow or fast you knew they were over the intended target because the return fire or flak would be heaviest and the tracers and fire trails would…

Incremental change via elected leaders lays groundwork for Agenda 21 fulfillment

9/18/2014
1044 am

We all have a choice! We are all capable of recognizing right and wrong. We live in a world today where it is most important to know the difference.

We have elected officials and leaders in the communities in which we live who are making decisions that affect our daily lives. Big decisions that will leave us in a situation that will not provide a path to retreat to once bad decisions are made.

Recently, in Bradley County Tennessee, our elected leaders have voted to revise, adopt and accept international building codes and a few have called for stricter environmental regulations to be placed on it’s citizens. A tighter control to push someone else’s agenda upon you the private property owner.

For some reason, our elected officials are under the belief that to do things right, we must adopt regulations and codes that are from an international body, particularly the United Nations under the guises of Agenda 21.

Many scoff at this thought that somehow the UN is going to reach into our community and dictate to us what and how we are going to structure our community. This in fact is happening and our elected leaders seem oblivious to this fact when a few googled words could provide them the answers they need and resolve any doubt.

Unfortunately too many listen to someone else that may not be as informed. This scenario never ceases to amaze me. Simply dismissing something because it sounds too far fetched? This phenomenon is an interesting study in human nature and it’s ability to drift toward public opinion instead of rock steady facts.

The device used in this wave of Agenda 21, particularly chapter 7, is locally elected officials. Local Agenda 21 is focused on changing your community or habitat with environmental and international building codes using those you elected, then bypassing them with the same regulations and codes they just enacted.

The bricks are being laid even as we speak. Many elected officials are willingly going along with the plan to transform our country into a socialist utopia while destroying our individual God given rights. We are at a crossroads. We do not get a second chance to save her.

Incremental small changes will gradually succumb us to this international push to transform our
Nation, our community, Bradley County into something beyond our control, a method to control every aspect of your life and choke you of liberty, sovereignty and property rights.

The people you have elected to office are in charge of making these decisions. We don’t get a do over. Once done it is done.

Remind each commissioner, Mayor and elected official that you will be holding them accountable for each and every decision they make. And when it all hits the fan, tell them you
will not forget them giving away your  rights and your freedom to an international body.

Say no to the adoption of
International Building codes and UN influence on our county.

Many in elected office have tried
to forget about Agenda 21 and it’s influence on our community. They have tried to toss it aside like if I forget about or ignore it, it will go away. It will not go away. Simply refusing to continue to address it will not stop it from progressing and eventually assuming every function your elected officials were elected to perform.

Below is a video that was given to many elected officials in the recent past. I consider it one of the best and most simple video about Agenda 21 for elected officials I have seen.

Please feel free to share it and this blog entry.

This video provides a description of Agenda 21/sustainable development and how it affects your property rights.

While it is important to be good stewards of our planet, the sustainable development movement has been co-opted by an aggressive agenda to rewild America (The Wildlands Project) and reduce automobile usage and unnecessary travel by gradually shifting people into high density urban areas supported by mixed use dwellings (Smart Growth.)

Often the planning process to meet these objectives confiscates private property rights through imminent domain or conservation easements. The outcome is not a safer planet, but rather, an unrecognizable nation most would strongly oppose. When advanced community by community, most do not realize the bigger picture.

The bigger picture is the elimination of your property rights one regulation or code at a time and herding you into pods on a pre determined growth boundary complete with guidelines to develop your community or build your home. Doesn’t sound desirable to me, what about you?

How Agenda 21 influences the BCC 2035 joint strategic plan

0911 am

Shortly before Henry Lambs death, I asked Henry to evaluate the BCC 2035 growth plan and it’s proposed building codes. Henry was one of the foremost leaders on Agenda 21 and how it was affecting our local communities. He was great at analysis and his thorough understanding of Agenda 21 made it a joy to drain his brain at every occasion.

Shortly before his untimely death he took great interest and was drawn to what was being done in Bradley County. He graciously studied our growth plan and drew comparisons to Agenda 21 and offered his genius to show specifically where our very own growth plan was indeed a product of the UN and Agenda 21. His analysis showed the eerily close similarities the UNs plan to eventually herd us all into pods, loss of sovereignty, property rights and eventually world dominance under a new world order.

His analysis when done showed many elected leaders that their involvement was indeed a devious plan by the UN to gain control of the last bastion of freedom, our property rights and our sovereignty.

This week the Bradley County Commission voted to enact new building codes in accordance with Agenda 21, particularly chapter 7.

These new regulations and codes are set to go into affect on January  1, 2015. They have allowed for a 90 day education period before the final vote is cast. This is part of that educational process.

You may ask what is wrong with building a building that is done right and has regulations that protect the citizenry? It is all incremental and it takes baby steps to make leaps ahead. This is by design. Our elected leaders once the pieces of the pie are formed and the plan in place will have very little say so about what goes on in the community of Bradley County mainly because they won’t have elected officials to represent them. The peoples voice and representation will be taken away.

Please read the link below by Henry Lamb. It is a PDF file so I could not cut and paste. I left it intact and please enjoy as it relates directly to our county and it’s growth plan.

UN’s International Building Codes, necessary tool for Agenda 21 implementation

9/16/14
0744 am

Here is an excerpt from the preamble of the document Agenda 21

“Land… cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market.

Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes…

Public control of land use is therefore indispensable to its protection as an asset and the achievement of the long-term objectives of human settlement policies and strategies.”

By Henry Lamb, post humously, I certainly do miss his mentoring abd advice.

“Anyone who reads Chapter 7 of Agenda 21, and then reads their local comprehensive land use plan will immediately recognize that most of the provisions of the local land use plan come directly from Agenda 21.

More often than not, the elected officials who adopt these plans have never read Agenda 21, and many have never even heard of the U.N. document, signed by President George H. W. Bush in 1992.

The facilitators and professional planners have heard about Agenda 21, but frequently claim that the plan they are working on has nothing to do with the U.N. or Agenda 21. Don’t believe it for one minute.

Gary Lawrence, former Director of the Center for Sustainable Communities at the University of Washington, and Chief Planner for the City of Seattle, told an audience in London that:

” In the case of the U.S., our local authorities are engaged in planning processes consistent with LA21 [Local Agenda 21] but there is little interest in using the LA21 brand…. So, we call our processes something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management or smart growth.”

In community after community, the same scenario is repeated. The federal government, through the EPA or the Department of Commerce or the Department of Interior, offers special grants to communities for the purpose of developing a vision for a greener future, and a plan to convert the vision into reality.

Typically, the local government will find a private consultant to “facilitate” the process. The facilitator will identify a local “steering committee,” carefully chosen from people who represent various segments of the community, all of whom are known in advance to be sympathetic to the goals of Agenda 21.

Typically, the advisory group will meet in private to lay out the framework for the process and the goals for the finished product. When this is achieved, public meetings are scheduled to give the appearance of public input and ownership. Rarely are these meetings ever publicized adequately to attract the private property owners who are most directly affected. Care is taken to see that members of local environmental organizations and social justice organizations constitute the majority of attendees.

These public meetings are said to be “the visioning process.” The procedures vary slightly from community to community, depending upon the facilitator. Remarkably, however, the “vision” in every community contains essentially the same elements: restricted auto traffic; bike trails; walkable neighborhoods; integrated housing; high density urban boundary zones; conservation areas; green belts; and much more — directly from Agenda 21.

Once the vision document is complete, the next step is to convert it into a Comprehensive land use plan, adopted by local elected officials in the form of an ordinance that is enforceable with fines and other penalties. The plans are necessarily so long and complex that few people ever read them, other than the professional planners and enforcement officials. Many, if not most, of these comprehensive plans incorporate many, if not most, of the codes developed by the International Codes Council. Here are some of the codes:

International Building Code

International Residential Code

International Fire Code

International Energy Conservation Code

International Private Sewage Disposal Code

International Mechanical Code

International Fuel Gas Code

International Wildland-Urban Interface Code

ICC Performance Code

International Existing Building Code

International Property Maintenance Code

International Zoning Code

International Green Construction Code

Here’s a sample of what to expect. From Chapter 2 of the International Green Construction Code:

CONSERVATION AREA. Land designated by the jurisdiction or by state or federal government, as a result of a community planning process, as appropriate for conservation from development because of the land possessing natural values important to the community including, but not limited to wildlife habitat, forest or other significant vegetation, steep slopes, ground water recharge area, riparian corridor or wetland.

DAYLIGHT SATURATION. The percentage of daytime hours throughout the year when not less than 28 foot-candles (300 lux) of natural light is provided at a height of 30 inches (762 mm) above the floor.

DEMAND RESPONSE, AUTOMATED (AUTO-DR). Fully Automated Demand Response initiated by a signal from a utility or other appropriate entity, providing fully-automated connectivity to customer energy end-use control strategies.

This is a tiny sample of the rules and regulations buried deep within the innocent-sounding comprehensive land use plans adopted by unaware local officials to achieve the politically-correct label of “sustainable community.”

These plans should be rejected, not simply because they arise from the United Nations, but because they infringe personal freedom and private property rights. The implementation of these comprehensive land use plans effectively transfers to government the right to dictate to individuals what kind of materials must be used in constructing their privately owned homes. The Auto-DR provision defined above actually gives government the right to dictate the temperature in your home, and the ability to enforce it.

This is madness! This is sustainable development! This is Agenda 21!

Local Tea Parties, 9.12 groups, and property rights organizations must learn about Agenda21, and exactly what their local visioning statements and local comprehensive land use plans contain. Many groups are forming study committees to analyze their local plans by section, and then report back to the entire group. This way, not every individual has to read the entire plan.

If this rush to oblivion is going to be stopped, it is up to private citizens to get informed, get involved, and help get into office only those people who truly respect the Constitution and the individual freedom it is supposed to guarantee.”

BCN Note:

Authur Lee, an American patriot and colonist in 1775 said, “The right of property is the guardian of every other right, and to deprive people of this, is in fact to deprive them of their liberty.”

Dan Peterson, Executive Director for the Coalition for Property Rights (CPR) said this and I close,

“Is Agenda 21 the greatest threat to private property ownership, property rights, and liberty today? It could be. For years it has flown under the radar, and now urgently needs critical investigation, public exposure, and evaluation. One thing is certain; it has cost billions over the years and brought our nation under an enormous burden of regulation and restriction.”

The Bradley County Commission voting to implement International Building Codes is a scary game to play and sets the stage for a regional growth plan.

Not only are we conforming to
the United Nations Agenda 21 plan we are giving away our property rights as well as our sovereignty.

Commissioner Caywood starts new session with request for tougher grass height regulations on homeowners

09/11/14

As soon as the Bradley County Commission is sworn in they are quickly off to a tyrannical start.

Right out of the gates the conversation races to talk of property rights and regulation of grass height on your property.

First District County Commissioner Terry Caywood begins the new work session by ripping into foreclosed  property owners and tightening the hand of government, restricting your property rights.

He raised the issue to discuss the height of grass and the power of environmental officers to enforce stronger regulations to force folks to cut their grass to a certain height, especially on foreclosed property.

Many unfortunate stories across the nation have been told of tyrannical government yielding too much power and now it has come to Bradley County via a suggestion of our locally elected representative.

Many have warned of environmental  officers yielding more power than they were warranted and now we are beginning to see  potential enhanced regulations  being put in place by those less inclined to respect the Constitution and an individuals rights to his own property.

This news source warned and provided many examples of government overreach via environmental police and warned of giving environmental officers unlimited power. Those suggestions were dismissed as whimsical and conspiratorial. Well, today, with Gestapo like adventure we see an overreach applied to environmental issues by our locally elected leaders, particularly, Commissioner Terry Caywood. The mere expression of environmental law leaves open the ability of one person to convince others that someone elses private property is their own business. This leaves many in power the lee way to use their position to regulate those within their sweep of power, while annihilating an individuals property rights.

According to the Cleveland Daily Banner (link attached to this article), Commissioner Terry Caywood expressed his concerns about enforcing environmental codes during Mondays Commission work session.

Caywood expressed his excitement to the new environmental officer for  “hitting the ground running,” but expressed frustration there are not enough teeth in the county’s regulations to allow adequate enforcement.

His enthusiasm for the  new enforcement officers could leave the impression that he is gung ho on seeing this power extended. Please stay aware of his actions as we do not want to see this arm of government grow in Bradley County!

Mr Caywood was concerned a property on Georgetown Pike was not up to code and had received a
at least four calls of concern over the property.

Caywood who reportedly visited the site said “The property [of the site] had been foreclosed on sometime ago by the bank and the home that is there … the yard is literally, literally taller than my head,” Caywood said.

He went on to say  “we don’t have anything on the books that gives our environmental officer any teeth to do anything about it.”

Please allow me to interpret and speak freely at this juncture. I do believe you have heard the phrase “not enough teeth” spew from Commissioner Caywoods mouth on more than one occasion during this work session. “Not enough teeth” and will speculate Mr Caywoods comments to mean there are not enough laws or regulations on the books to enforce environmental regulations against the property owner against his will. In other words, this shot across the bow will result in more laws being generated by local government. It’s just a guess, but I see it coming.

Caywood has astutely observed that the city has some laws on the books “where they can do something.”

Caywood said he could not give his constituent any encouragement “and this has gone on all summer, but [the officer] couldn’t get anything done because he doesn’t have the means to do so.” Lest me remind you that the other property owner is also a constituent, albeit less fortunate than on the other side of the fence, but nonetheless a constituent with the same property rights.

Caywood went on to defend “his constituent” citing examples of him growing his own grass to new heights, ” if farm owners want to grow their property in such a way, “that’s fine, because that’s why we own farms.”

BUT,

“If you’re in a subdivision, that’s not the same ball of wax,” Caywood said.

He said it was a subject that needed to be looked at and officials need to “see what we have available for these guys we employ to do this, and if they have any recourse.”

Again, Mr Caywood, once you tread this slippery slope of tougher regulations and environmental codes  , sooner or later they will affect your  farm also. Environmental codes do not get to pick and choose their suitors, they apply acoss the board and show no favor to position or power. Once you unleash the tiger of  environmental regulation on your district, you are one complaint from having your property and your grass regulated also.

Luckily, Commissioner Howard Thompson saw the satire in Caywoods reach for more regulatory power and said, “the officer could leave a letter which would give a period of time before the owner is summoned to court.” Wow, what a fresh idea! Let’s ask the property owner to mow his grass and even provide someone to do it, providing that’s what the property owner desires. Doesn’t that sound alot less tyrannical and more “Christ like?”

Commissioner Charlotte Peak also sees the overreach in this and cautions of to many regulations on the books,  “But, I would caution the Commission not to put any new laws on the books that take away any of the rights of the individual homeowner. Property rights are property rights, and if you start mandating more … it’s a real fine line.” Meaning it starts the regulatory ball rolling till we are strangling on governmental regulation, Mr Caywood!

Commissioner Dan Rawls also chimed in, “You can send them all the notices you want, but they’re not going to reply to that,” Rawls said. “It’s an unfortunate situation. I don’t know what you would do to force them. If it was in-state or local, you might have some recourse.”

Rawls , in the article from the Banner “said he agreed with Peak on limiting mandatory requirements “on people’s lawn heights or things like that.”

“Let’s teach responsibility and not legislate it,” he said.

“Commissioner Mike Hughes said the county has already passed a resolution that covers overgrown vegetation.”

“It’s actually already covered, we just never set a height for grass and I don’t know if it’s wise to do it,” Hughes said, “But, if a house is abandoned … I have personally sent letters to banks and you just have to get the right person.”

Hughes said once the right person is reached “they will clean the property.”

“Persistence,” said Chairman Louie Alford.

“Basically, that’s what it is,” Hughes said.

And basically what was concluded at this work session was how about being neighborly and talk to each other. Send over a nicely dressed letter and perhaps a dozen or so home baked chocolate chip cookies and talk with our neighbor.

Let’s look over that fence and try to see the other person who may be struggling personally. He or she may be down on their luck, behind the eight ball and looking for a helping hand. Government extending their reach is not the answer.

Let’s try nice.

Let’s stop relying on the government for more rules and regulations to rule our lives and lets live by the “golden rule” and extend a hand of assistance.

After all, wouldn’t Jesus do it?
