Authorities ignore Chattanooga mosque links to Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas

Property records show the mosque attended by the terrorist who killed US soldiers at a base in Chattanooga, Tenn., is affiliated with the same Islamic group as the mosques patronized by the Boston marathon bombers and the 9/11 hijackers who attacked the Pentagon.

Yet federal investigators have dismissed any possibility that the Tennessee mosque was a source of radicalization or support for the terrorist, Mohammad Youssef Abdulazeez.

The trustee of the Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga, like the Boston and Virginia mosques attended by other terrorists, is the North American Islamic Trust.

In 2007, the Justice Department designated NAIT as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorist financing case in America history, US v. Holy Land Land Foundation, which resulted in convictions and imprisonment of several US-based Hamas terrorist leaders. Current NAIT chairman Gaddoor Saidi also appears on the government’s co-conspirator list.

Court records detail money flowing through NAIT financial accounts to Hamas. In the same exhibits from the trial, the Justice Department lists NAIT and Saidi among “members of the US Muslim Brotherhood,” alongside NAIT’s parent the Islamic Society of North America — from which the Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga derives its name.

While NAIT maintains its innocence, its repeated appeals to the government to expunge its name from the co-conspirators list have failed. A federal judge ruled there is “ample evidence” tying NAIT to Hamas and the Brotherhood.

The Muslim Brotherhood is a worldwide jihadist movement whose credo is “Jihad is our way, and death for the glory of Allah is our greatest ambition.”

The ethnic-Palestinian Abdulazeez expressed similar ambitions in his Internet writings, in which he dreamed of fighting and dying in “jihad for the sake of Allah.”

In 2009, when Islamic Society leaders were raising money from Chattanooga Muslims for construction of their new mosque, they invoked the names of major Muslim Brotherhood figures — including the group’s spiritual leader Yusuf al-Qaradawi, who once issued a fatwa calling on Muslims to kill US soldiers in Iraq.

Qaradawi’s name shows up in a mosque PowerPoint presentation exhorting Muslim faithful to donate “in the cause of Allah.”

Abdulazeez and his family were longtime members of the Islamic Society, which forces women to pray separately from men and wear head coverings.

Contradicting recent claims they had “minimal interactions” with the 24-year-old jihadist, Facebook postings show mosque leaders once held a well-attended graduation celebration for him.

Friends say Abdulazeez regularly prayed at the Islamic Society in the months leading up to his attack on two US military sites.

The current mosque leadership is directly connected to NAIT.

The Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga grew out of a small mosque founded by NAIT in 1997, the original deed reveals.

“NAIT bought the property in August of 1997 from St. John United Methodist,” said Sheldon Wright, deputy clerk for the Hamilton County, Tenn., register of deeds.

In 2007, the land for the new mosque was purchased by the “Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga Inc.,” which lists an address for NAIT agent Arif Shafi. Shafi that same year filed the articles of incorporation for the Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga. The state charter lists Shafi as both the “registered agent” for the mosque and one of its “incorporators.”

Then, in 2013, NAIT sold the old mosque, Masjid Annour, moving it to the new Islamic Society site. Shafi is represented in the transaction as “the authorized agent of the North American Islamic Trust.”

Attempts to reach Shafi for comment were unsuccessful. Other Islamic Society officials have asserted the mosque preaches peace and that they saw no signs that Abdulazeez was involved in “extremism.”

This is a familiar refrain. Americans have heard the same line from leaders of other mosques controlled by NAIT after their members, too, carried out acts of terrorism. Among them:

Islamic Society of Boston, where a dozen terrorists have worshipped, including the marathon bombers Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and Tamerlan Tsarnaev and most recently the ISIS-inspired terrorist who plotted to behead Boston cops.
Islamic Community Center of Phoenix, where worshippers included two ISIS terrorists who attacked a Dallas-area event and planned to shoot up the Super Bowl.
Dar al-Hijrah Islamic Center, where some of the 9/11 hijackers worshipped and got help obtaining IDs and housing, following on the heels of the Fort Hood shooter and several other terrorists who have attended the mosque just outside Washington.
More interested in outreach, authorities overlooked these disturbing patterns.

After 9/11, the Pentagon even invited the Dar al-Hijrah cleric, who ministered to the very hijackers who torpedoed the military headquarters, to an interfaith luncheon. That same cleric, Anwar al-Awlaki, would go on to head al Qaeda’s operations in Yemen before a drone-fired missile finally caught up to him.

Muslim Brotherhood archives uncovered last decade in an FBI raid of a terrorist suspect’s basement in a Washington suburb list NAIT as one of the movement’s key fronts in the US. They also describe its Islamic centers as “bases” from which to train and deploy its “battalions” in jihad.

NAIT holds title to more than 300 mosques and has helped finance more than 500 Islamic centers in America. Imams insist that none of them preach hate. But is it enough for law enforcement to just take their word for it?

We can’t let political correctness spare these mosques due scrutiny.

Who could have seen this one coming? 

Medicaid expansion under Obamacare is 91 percent higher than states expected. 

Of the states initially choosing to expand Medicaid under Obamacare have seen enrollee numbers explode from an estimated 3.6 million to nearly 7 million, a whopping 91 percent increase.

Remember the Tennessee Medicaid expansion in the early 1990s that resulted in 300 percent debt above expected costs and enrollment shoving the state into near bankruptcy, a failing credit rating, a near state income tax and consumption of nearly 40 percent of the states total budget? 

The end result in TN, the Governor had to cut 10s of thousands of enrollees from the roster of TNCARE enrollees just to stop the bleeding.

The trouble with “free healthcare” under a state plan via Obamacare is exactly that, it’s free!

If you throw out a free state program via the federal government to those who unfortunately have very little, it will be ravenously and uncontrollably consumed. Consumed much like a wild animal being thrown a steak. 

You can stand at any Emergency Room in the nation and see the waste and over utilization inside a free, expanded healthcare program. The doors are brimming with consumers trying to get a chunk of that free healthcare pie.

The continual rotation of these patients night after night, day in and day out is only understood by a caregiver that works in this environment. 

The system has no checks and balances and does not encourage frugality nor discourage habitual practices and use of the ER as the main source for their primary care.

Costs will continue to sore and few will restrain. At this pace it is easy to see private healthcare premiums will continue to rise and their benefits dwindle because free healthcare will consume all the resources. 

This allowance for overspending seems purposeful. This seems to stimulate the record high healthcare CEO salaries among Insurance executives. This would explain loads and would definitely explain the lack of oversight of such a massive expansion.

The hospitals are at an advantage here and are calling for expansion to tap into the steady stream of federal tax revenue to protect their bottom line. Sadly, this only kicks the can down the road and doesn’t solve our current problem the one we initially set out to fix. 

Hospitals are reluctant to discourage utilization instead preferring to overutilize to maximize a return on the care rendered while never really expecting to get 100 percent of their costs recovered. They are simply tossing out the net and recovering as much revenue as possible to stay alive.

Our healthcare system will never be fixed by encouraging frugal utilization because lower billable costs will result in lower income streams, thus our dilemma and conclusion that healthcare cost will never be reduced because to reduce or manage costs downward will spell financial disaster for those delivering that care.  We have to lower costs inside the machine and decrease that demand which would offer incentive to restrain spending. Attacking Big Pharma costs for medication cost crimes would also be a sensible maneuver if we truly want to knock down escalating costs.

There is no incentive not to consume or penalty for doing so inside our healthcare system for the reasons aforementioned. 

The free fall begins and will continue if certain legislator have their way. 

We are not fixing anything by expanding Medicaid or introducing INSURE TN, ie, Obamacare to the masses we are only perpetuating the delivery of 100s of million of new federal tax dollars and dumping them on a huge healthcare sponge that has no restraint nor does it encourage restraint. 

It’s paradoxically the same as giving a heroin addict a syringe and endless supply of cash and telling him to be thrifty with it’s use. 

The recipients of free healthcare see this as an entitlement and under these conditions cost control will not happen nor will over consumption be squelched. 

Costs will inevitably be beyond state budget restraints and many will eventually receive benefits and then have them taken away when states realize they can’t support the weight of a continuous drain on it’s resources.

Remember the Affordable Care Act, Insure TN, Medicaid expansion was to be sexy beast designed to entice 100s of thousands into free healthcare with the promise of federal aid to cover 100 percent of the costs of the new enrollees. The ugly, not so sexy side is, the federal government is not refunding 100 percent as promised.

In 2017, the federal government’s portion of the bill will start scaling back, eventually down to 90% and then as if to add insult to injury, the states are on the hook for 50% of the administration costs incurred in signing up new Medicaid enrollees.

For example, In Kentucky, they had 311,000 new Medicaid enrollees in fiscal year 2014, doubling their original estimates. 

Kentucky is now being forced to revise its Medicaid cost estimate from $33 million to $74 million for fiscal year 2017, and the projection for 2021 is now a staggering $363 million. 

Kentucky will be forced soon to remove many from it’s enrollees from their insurance plans as Tennessee did in the 90s after over enrollment and cost factors proved too much for the states budget.

As per the graph above it shows “17 states were over their projected 2014 enrollment, and 16 states had already enrolled more than they projected for the lifetime of expansion.”

As per uncoverobamacare.com, “According to an AP analysis of state budget projections, at least 14 states have new Medicaid enrollments that have exceeded their original projections, Medicaid enrollments, and cost details in the expansion states. At least seven have increased their costs estimates for 2017 like Kentucky had to do.”

The AP report continues, “California had enrolled nearly 2.3 million people, almost three times what they estimated. Washington’s enrollment more than doubled. Oregon’s enrollments are 73% higher than projected. Michigan’s estimated costs increased by 50%. Ohio’s projected costs more than doubled!” 

As you can see we are fixing nothing by expanding Medicaid, implementing Insure Tn or Obamacare.

We are only enabling the demise of a system crippled by many years of overspending inside an anemic reimbursement structure. 

We have created the monster, now it’s time to tame it, if we dare.

Sources yet unnamed have confirmed that the active shooter is indeed Muhammed Yousef  Abdulazeez.

This information seems to substantiate leads reported earlier that this may be a terrorist attack with connections to ISIS and perhaps an ominous warning of things to come.

The Jihadi John twitter site continues to warn of more death to Americans in the coming hours. We must be on high alert and report and share this news other will not.

A tweet from the site in the last few minutes depicts a human with his neck partially severed and the speaker calling for more blood from Americans, particularly Chattanooga.

The mainstream media is not reporting this folks. This is mostly coming from underground and less than mainstream media sites.

I know with this type of information comes a great sense of caution and I understand the need to keep information pure and accurate. With that said on this side of things it’s entirely difficult to sort through the many texts and reports coming my way but I can assure you my sources are close to the action and are capable of reporting almost in real time and have been extremely accurate this far.

I am further investigating this news and the shooter. I should have more info in the near future.

We should all spread this info abroad. Remember, I am reporting in real time and as quickly as I can. This leads to ask why are the people supposedly watching over us not reporting this info so we can be informed. Never mind, I know the answer.

What I do know is the suspect of this shooting does not sound domestic and with the other info provided I have reduced this sounds like a flat out terrorist attack from an invading country.

Sounds to me as if we are at war!

According to sources close to me ISIS has tweeted an ominous warning to Chattanooga Tennessee shortly before this unfortunate terrorist attack.

“O American Dogs, you will see wonders, hashtag Chattanooga, #USA, #ISIS.

This horrendous warning came from the Jihadi John site according to sources.

More to come and of course no one else in MSM is reporting this. Count on BCN for more soon.

God bless America. Hope everyone is safe today as you celebrate this country and it’s independence from evil. Be reminded there are millions of people on this earth that are not happy about it and want to destroy our country and it’s greatness.

Take this history lesson and pass it around. I feel a catastrophic event may be looming and being made possible by Islam. 

 Be alert, hug your family and pray hard that leadership is returned that will see this threat as it is, pure evil and act to protect us!

The perfect storm of events for an Islamic terror attack is brewing for July 4th this year.  The Obama administration and Western leaders are failing to report the truth about Islam and the significance of this date.  It was on the 17th of Ramadan, which just happens to precisely coincide this year with America’s Independence Day, that the greatest and most significant battle in Islamic history took place: the Battle of Badr in 624 AD.  This battle marked the first significant victory for Islam, as well as the beginning of Mohammed’s reign of terror.

Dates are significant for Islamic terrorists.  The date of September 11 was chosen by Islamic terrorists to inflict a horrible carnage on the West because in Islam, that day is remembered as a day of humiliation and defeat: in 1683, the Islamic armies were defeated at the gates of Vienna, and in 1697, they met their final defeat at Belgrade.

If ever there was a date to be remembered and commemorated in Islam, it’s the 17th of Ramadan.  What makes this battle so special to most Muslims is its spiritual significance.  The Koran discusses how Allah and his angels helped the early Muslims win the battle.  This is most certainly a date that the Islamic State holds close to the heart, especially since Mohammed’s victory solidified his position as ruler of the first Islamic State in Medina.  It is a date to be memorialized, underscored by its anniversary on the U.S.’s Independence Day, in ways jihadists know best.

The 17th of Ramadan was the time when Mohammed mandated the killing of captives in battle, and this action is emulated by the Islamic State, as Mohammed is considered the ideal model in Islam for mankind to follow.  It was the time when a simple preacher morphed into a vengeful warlord, eliminating all Jewish tribes once living in Saudi Arabia and changing the way of life for people living in the Arabian Peninsula (now Saudi Arabia) and afterward Asia.  It is a date that Westerners should be made aware of and become familiar with.

In addition to the upcoming commemoration of the Battle of Badr on July 4 of this year, the Islamic State has two other significant events to laud.  First, this summer marks the Islamic State’s first-year anniversary as a self-proclaimed terrorist state.  Second, this month of Ramadan is a time to wage jihad, as Mohammed did.  “Ramadan will have lots of surprises,” the Islamic State promised before the Tunisia, France, and Kuwait attacks.

“This may be potentially the most complex counterterror overlay for this event, ever,” affirmed NYPD’s deputy commissioner of intelligence and counterterrorism, John Miller.  Fox News chief intelligence correspondent Catherine Herridge defines this heightened threat environment as “one of the most severe we have seen in a decade.”

Do U.S. law enforcement and counterterrorism agencies or the media have any perception of the groundbreaking victory Muslims had in their first major battle against non-Muslims that coincides with July 4 of this year?  Perhaps the extremely high volume of social media Islamic terrorist chatter from overseas to the U.S. to wage jihad on U.S. soil can be attributed to the anniversary of the Battle of Badr falling on July 4.

The West can be sure that ISIS will make good on its promise to kill and maim even more non-believers in celebration of these three events, not to mention a tenfold reward in Paradise for any jihadist killed in action during Ramadan.

The perfect Islamic storm is brewing on the horizon as the Obama and other Western administrations tiptoe around Islam in refusing to link it with terrorism or to call the Islamic State Islamic.  Western civilization will tilt, tip over, and eventually capsize unless citizens become more politically engaged in policymaking and more aware of the Islamic storms that face them so that these storms can be better assessed and properly tackled.  Citizenry must stop relying on leaders when those leaders will not even admit the nature of the jihadist enemy.

As Stephen Coughlin writes, “the nature of today’s jihadist enemies can only be understood within the context of their declared strategic doctrine to dominate the world. Just as we ignored Mein Kampf ‘to our great detriment’ prior to World War II, so we are on the verge of suffering a similar fate today.”  The ironically dual anniversary of July 4 and the Battle of Badr representing two antithetical ideologies is looming large.  Be informed.  Be prepared.
