As sure as the sun is set to rise every morning in Chattanooga Tennessee, so was the expected response by the Muslim Brotherhood front group, Hamas tied, designated Terrorist Group CAIR demanding extra protection for Muslims after Tennessee sheriff calls for enhanced monitoring of potential Muslim terrorists in Tennessee.

CAIR today said it will call on the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate the civil rights implications of “raw anti-Muslim bigotry” expressed by a Hamilton County  Sheriff, Jim Hammond, who  recently said that Islam is communism with a god and is a huge threat to constitutional government.

Considering the most recent terrorist attack by Mohammed Youseff  Abdullahzeez that killed 5 US Service members in downtown Chattanooga, this is a very smart move by the Sheriff to protect the citizens of his city.

According to Nooga.com, the hate group, CAIR, Council on American-Islamic Relations is asking public officials to protect the civil rights of Tennessee Muslims after recent remarks from Hamilton County Sheriff Jim Hammond.

“They want Tennessee,” Hammond said. “They’re building mosques as fast as they can in Tennessee. For us to sit back and do nothing is wrong.”

Speaking at a Pachyderm luncheon Monday, Hammond urged other Tennessee sheriffs to monitor Muslims throughout the state for illegal and questionable activity.

He said Islam is a “state, wrapped in a religion so they can get the tax breaks, so they cannot have government intrusion into their mosques. They are able to use our own system against us.”

Hammonds continued with his verbal assault against Islam extremists stating “Islam is very good at what they do. They have built a structure to take over this country. And many of the pieces are in place.”

CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper said in a statement to the Chattanooga Times Free Press,

“Given Sheriff Hammond’s extremist views and his stated plan to act on and spread those views, it is incumbent on state and federal officials to take appropriate action to protect the civil and legal rights of the state’s Muslim population.” 

Hammond also said Muhammad Abdulazeez was motivated by jihad in fatally shooting five service members July 16 in Chattanooga. Coincidentally Abdullahzeez was a “regular” worshipper at the local mosque, ISGC, Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga with known financial ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.

“I can stand up here and tell you, as your sheriff, I’m convinced that this was Islamic terrorism,” he said.

Hammond went on to defend his position by saying he was not against all Muslims just the extreme radical ones, not the entire religion.

Rapid firing back against CAIRs accusations Hammond said that he is against anyone, Muslim, Buddhist or Christian who want to replace constitutional government with religious laws (Sharia Law)

He concluded his defense by stating that “Law abiding Muslims have nothing to worry about.”

Ibrahim Hooper quipped back and said be would like to see some kind of formal condemnation of such attitudes by state and federal officials, further stating we shouldn’t have to ask for these things but we do.

In light of the current trend of violence or Jihad against Americans, Christians and people abroad it is high time that we take Sheriff Hammonds advice and closely monitor the activities of radical Islam and collectively ask for  closer monitoring of their activities. Just as they have destroyed the culture in Europe, they will also in Chattanooga Tennessee and the US.

Fellow Tennesseans, Sheriff Hammonds comments are a shot across the bow warning Chattanooga and the state of Tennessee that Hijra (Conquest by immigration) and Jihad (Holy War) are upon us and the city is becoming inundated with violent extremism. According to local sources radical Islamists are flocking to our city in droves as the Jihadist influence is spreading. 

The call to stop this must be heeded before it is to late.

Please contact your legislators and elected local officials and demand that they take Sheriff Hammonds warnings literally as a man on the front lines, demanding this one sided war against Christians and all Americans stop.

Recently Chattanooga Tennessee Sheriff, speaking to the Hamilton
County Pachyderm Club called Islam communism with a god! 

As Sheriff Hammonds words ricocheted off the walls of the Pachyderm Club, we will surely see many upset Islamists in Chattanooga. 

I’m sure like clock work CAIR, the local MOA-Muslims of America terrorists and the ISGC, ie, the Muslim Brotherhood will soon attack the Sheriff. 

Hammond making these statements seems more concerned about the safety of Chattanooga residents and less about offending the non PC terrorists in our community.

According to the Chattanooga Times Free Press, “Hammond spent three years training police officers in the Middle East and previously served as a chaplain’s yeoman in the U.S. Navy, said that Islam is “the strongest infringement that we’ve had in our country as a constitutional government since communism.”

The CTFP interview continued, “According to Hammond, more than 2,000 mosques or Islamic centers have opened in the U.S. in the last 24 years and he warned that citizens and law enforcement need to be move vigilant about Islamic activities.”

In the past, Hammond has stepped up and shown his support for the Constitution taking a pledge to be a Constitutional Sheriff, committing his office to assure that federal officers cannot have jurisdiction over his city in the state of TN. A measure supported by many true conservatives across the state and nation.

Sheriff Hammond plans to speak with Tennessee sheriffs soon “to help monitor activity of Muslims throughout the state.” “And he wants to meet with education leaders to discuss mentions of Islam and Christianity in textbooks.”

According to the article
in the Chattanooga Times Free Press “he stressed that he was not trying to say all Muslims are dangerous and want to overthrow the U.S. government. But he said enough of them were.”

“Even if only 5 percent of the 1.2 billion to 1.5 billion Muslims out there want to perform jihad, that’s a lot of people,” Hammond said.

“Hammond added that the July 16 attack in Chattanooga was definitely Islamic terrorism.”

“I can stand up here as your sheriff and say this is Islamic terrorism,” Hammond said. “Was he (I’m assuming he is speaking of Mohammed Abdullahzeez, the Islamic Terrorists that took the lives of our soldiers in Chattanooga) given instructions, I don’t know. The FBI might not ever know.”

I will reiterate and take Sheriff Hammonds words a step further and state that all of Islam whether moderate or radical are attempting to destroy all of our country. 

They are taking incremental steps and we are allowing Sharia Law to creep into our country. This is no more evident than in Chattanooga Tennessee. 

Sweeping change is coming to Chattanooga Tennessee and a very dangerous environment is being set up. 

We, in Chattanooga have enough Islamic sympathizers that are willing to see Islamic terrorism flourish in spite of recent attacks on our populace. We have just enough willing to accept Terrorism instead of condemning it.

And this attitude, this environment will allow Islamist terrorism to take root and freely breed in our city and destroy it from within. 

It started with a terrorist attack and the murder of our soldiers, next it will be shoving Islam down your throat with politically correct statements defending Islam as a peaceful loving religion incapable of doing the the things Mohammed Abdullahzeez did to our city and it’s soldiers. Tomorrow, we remain silent as not to offend a political ideology that is on the move and serving jihads to it’s inhabitants and the movement thrives.

Take heed. 

That 5 percent that Sheriff Hammond spoke of, and I personally think it’s much higher are setting up the political structure right now to take over out city and our country. 

Terrorists from all over the state and nation have been emboldened by the Abdullahzeez murders and “copycats” are sure to migrate to our area, receive support from local mosques and Imans then act all over again. This pattern of activity is being echoed all over the globe.

Chattanooga is a prime target of radical/moderate Islam and is well positioned to embed it’s tentacles into our community whether we allow
it or not. A bevy of migrants, refugees and their families are on their way to Chattanooga. Brace for it’s onslaught and decide where you will stand. Islam is on the move in our city and state and it in recent weeks has targeted Chattanooga.

CAIR and the likes will surely come after Sheriff Hammond for his statements. 

We need to make sure we are willing to stand with great force with this brave Sheriff as he takes on terrorism in his city.

The Islamist “anti propaganda” team is well organized and is vicious in it’s  defense of people who speak against jihadist/terrorists in their ranks.

Stand and salute Sheriff Hammond Chattanoogans. 

He will be lonely on this non PC island as the attacks come without your support.

Surely, RINOs and establishment politicians will run from this perceived controversy and the people will suffer as they succumb to the will of Islam.

It will happen.

Recently I declared MOA terrorist camps were well positioned to strike key cities from their bases in Nashville, were in your neighborhoods and said they were more widespread than once believed. 

I stood by the facts and said that MOA, Jamaat Al Farruq  are proven terrorists capable of harming Tennesseans. MOA was very close to the terrorist  attack recently in Chattanooga Tn and joining with ISGC to protest is throwing up a very important red flag, only 3 days ahead of a terrorist attack.

On July 13th, 2015, MOA- The Muslims of America, Jamaat Al Farruq terrorist group was in Chattanooga Tennessee protesting as part of it’s  “Stand For Justice Campaign.” On July 16th, 2015, Muhammed Abdullazeez killed five soldiers in an act of war, Jihad.

Yes, Muslims of America, Jamaat Al Faruq terrorist group led by Sheikh Gilani from Lahore Pakistan. The same one I have warned you about numerous times and have even proven their terrorist connections and activities. 

This fact would have gone completely unnoticed if you had to rely solely on the MSM for your coverage. This occurrence and visit to Chattanooga by MOA slipped by many and warrants further investigation.  It would not surprise me if nothing gets done about known terrorists protesting in downtown Chattanooga, TN then 5 soldiers killed shortly after they came to town.

Recently a man named Robert Doggart was accused of conspiring to shoot up the “holy city of Islamberg, in Hancock, New York” the capital of all MOA terrorist camps in the USA led by it’s  leader Sheikh Gilani a prominent figure head with ties to Al Qaeda and even Osama Bin Laden, among other terrorist groups. They were unhappy that Doggart was able to post bail and be confined to his home, so they protest.

The mere fact that the Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga was protesting with them in a show of solidarity is suspect at the very least.

Why would a so called peace loving group like ISGC be protesting with known terrorist at a federal building in downtown Chattanooga just before Abdullahzeez mowed down US soldiers.

The common thread was they are all Islamic and share the same beliefs and read from the same Koran, Hadith and Sunnah where it is commanded of their faithful followers to wage Jihad and to kill all Kafirs or unbelievers.

The Stand for Justice Rally gained national attention because the alleged “American Taliban,” Robert Doggart made perceived threats against it’s holiest city inside the USA. This type behavior does not sit well with Islamic extremist, but interestingly enough I did not see them protesting the killing of American Soldiers in Chattanooga.

The MOA, Jamaat Al Farruq terrorist group and its connections to the Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga is a sign that ISGC is accepting of this terrorist group or supportive of their agenda. 

There may be a story behind the story of a terrorist connection that could be made between these two groups.  At the least watched carefully for future action against citizens of Tennessee.

The ISGC mosque and it’s leaders have been tied to NAIT and Hamas, co conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation trial where it was uncovered via “The Project” that Islam plans to destroy America from within by following a well thought out plan for world dominance.

The New York post recently wrote about the NAIT terrorist connection with the ISGC.

In 2007, the Justice Department designated NAIT as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorist financing case in America history, US v. Holy Land Land Foundation, which resulted in convictions and imprisonment of several US-based Hamas terrorist leaders. Current NAIT chairman Gaddoor Saidi also appears on the government’s co-conspirator list.

Court records detail money flowing through NAIT financial accounts to Hamas. In the same exhibits from the trial, the Justice Department lists NAIT and Saidi among “members of the US Muslim Brotherhood,” alongside NAIT’s parent the Islamic Society of North America — from which the Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga derives its name.

To ignore this connection amidst the recent happenings occurring 3 days after ISGC teamed up with known terrorist MOA, Jamaat Al Farfuq is irresponsible. 

MOA has struck before in the US and they should be questioned about their links to national and international terrorism  and the recent terrorist attack in Chattanooga Tennessee. 

ISGC and MOA protesting together should raise many flags, just as many red flags were raised about Abdullahzeez  and ignored, we should not make the same mistake twice.

Sources yet unnamed have confirmed that the active shooter is indeed Muhammed Yousef  Abdulazeez.

This information seems to substantiate leads reported earlier that this may be a terrorist attack with connections to ISIS and perhaps an ominous warning of things to come.

The Jihadi John twitter site continues to warn of more death to Americans in the coming hours. We must be on high alert and report and share this news other will not.

A tweet from the site in the last few minutes depicts a human with his neck partially severed and the speaker calling for more blood from Americans, particularly Chattanooga.

The mainstream media is not reporting this folks. This is mostly coming from underground and less than mainstream media sites.

I know with this type of information comes a great sense of caution and I understand the need to keep information pure and accurate. With that said on this side of things it’s entirely difficult to sort through the many texts and reports coming my way but I can assure you my sources are close to the action and are capable of reporting almost in real time and have been extremely accurate this far.

I am further investigating this news and the shooter. I should have more info in the near future.

We should all spread this info abroad. Remember, I am reporting in real time and as quickly as I can. This leads to ask why are the people supposedly watching over us not reporting this info so we can be informed. Never mind, I know the answer.

What I do know is the suspect of this shooting does not sound domestic and with the other info provided I have reduced this sounds like a flat out terrorist attack from an invading country.

Sounds to me as if we are at war!

According to sources close to me ISIS has tweeted an ominous warning to Chattanooga Tennessee shortly before this unfortunate terrorist attack.

“O American Dogs, you will see wonders, hashtag Chattanooga, #USA, #ISIS.

This horrendous warning came from the Jihadi John site according to sources.

Tennesseeans and the US are preparing for another huge onslaught of Islamist refugees from Syria, Iraq and Somalia.

This dump of UN refugees from the Middle East will pour into 180 cities in 49 states across America with Chattanooga, Nashville, Knoxville and Memphis taking the lions share for Tennessee in 2015. This will wreak havoc on our cultural and economical health in our states.

It’s estimated there are 1.3 to 3 million refugees and family members waiting to seek refuge into the United States with an assist from the United Nations as part of the UN Refugee Resettlement Program.

Last year 70,000 people made their way into our country from the Middle East as part of the UN Program. Hundreds of thousands have already entered the US since 9/11/01.  

It is estimated that 600,000 or so refugees are “almost ready to go” from Syria in UN Refugee Settlement Camps today.

To add insult to injury there is another less known program that will create even more flow of refugees into our states and communities from overseas.

The UN Refugee Family Reunification program gives new refugees the vehicle, once established in your community,to invite their family members to the USA on the taxpayers dime with the same status and benefits given their refugee family members.

These two programs alone will provide the vehicle for millions more to enter our country, our state and our communities in the coming years, beginning now.

The US Government has been the biggest sponsor of all nations to accept refugees from muslim countries to include Iraq, Somalia and The Democratic Republic of Congo.The next huge rush of Syrian refugees is expected in the remaining months of 2015.

Not many people are aware that resettlement, ie, immigration is one of two common tactics being used to conquer the west and establish Islamic dominance in the world. One is Jihad or Holy War, the other is Al Hijra, the Islamic doctrine of conquest through immigration.

It’s about the numbers, procreating, establishing communities and changing the environment around them to advance Sharia Law, Islamic doctrine with separate civil protection apart from the Constitution in our free country. It’s definitely an interesting concept worth considering in light of the huge amounts of refugees preparing to enter our communities, Al Hijra. Why should this concern me?

The State Department in summarizing their stance on these refugees and their families said  “They are cleared for refugee status by the U.N. high commissioner on refugees (UNHCR), who assigns them to various countries. Once granted refugee status by the U.N. they are screened by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for any ties to terrorist organizations.” Remember, the US Department of Homeland Security has said there is no threat from Islamic Terrorists on the US but the FBI conflicted that statement when it clarified that Islamic Terrorism in the US is our number one threat. 

Also note, that Mohammed Ebiary, the Top US officer of the Department of Homeland Security has recently tweeted that the United States is an Islamic Country. He has been rumored to be linked with the Muslim Brother and makes you wander who is being protected by DHS.

In February 2014 according to WND.com, stunningly, “the State Department moved to ease the rules that protect the U.S. from accepting refugees with potential ties to terrorist organizations. The rules were seen as “too strict” by the refugee-resettlement groups that lobby Congress and the administration to continuously let in more Muslims from the war-torn Middle East.” This will put the citizens of the US in harms way. The “softening” of screening rules will allow many more Islamic extremists already radicalized to enter the US and should make us loudly skeptical of thes refugees.

The State Department has made it clear that the 9,000 or so far entering the US in the early months of 2015 will not be the end, many more will follow.

According to the State Department “The United States accepts the majority of all UNHCR referrals from around the world. Last year, we reached our goal of resettling nearly 70,000 refugees from nearly 70 countries (2014)”

“We plan to lead in resettling Syrians as well,”  “We are receiving roughly a thousand new ones each month, and we expect admissions from Syria to surge in 2015 and beyond.”

“Once refugees get to the United States they are placed on a fast track to citizenship and are able to get their extended families to join them in the states under the government’s reunification program”

State Department spokesperson Marie Arf, recently said “Obviously, we have several thousand in the pipeline, and that number will continue to go up.”

In the last few years, residents of Tennessee have seen large concentrations of Muslims inserted into and around our communities. They have not assimilated into our culture but instead have isolated themselves into many differing communities, many with ties to Islamic terrorist organizations. 

They are networking very well with established terrorist already in the US. The Terror Camps in differing states are providing an opportunity to travel pretty much unnoticed and off the grid from state to state to assemble this push toward jihad and Al Hijra.

This terrorist network is functioning at a very high level preumably well under the radar of the FBI, the CIA, State Department and DHS. Tennesseans and all of America is in great danger.

A great percentage of these refugees will enter the system and immediately receive free healthcare, welfare programs, housing, classes and food allowances all coordinated by mostly Catholic resettlement charities. A few within the established terrorist camps in the US have been arrested for welfare and food stamp fraud in the recent past.

Once their families arrive the same handouts are extended to them on the US Governments dole and the taxpayers dime. As many as 90 percent of the money coming into these charities in the business of resettling are from federal grants. This gives them accountability for what they do with the money and they should expect criticism if that money is used unwisely. 

I have chosen to look at the local impact on Tennessee since a large number of my readers are from this area. Keep in mind these numbers will be duplicated in 180 cities in nearly every state in the US. (See link below for resettlement plan by state and city below)

Let’s look at the numbers: These numbers were formulated on State department, UN Settlement and DHS estimates and represent averages. I could not find an exact amount ahead of this movement but one thing is for sure, many will come and many are waiting.

Chattanooga
Nashville
Knoxville
Memphis

It is known that 70,000 entered the US last year. That was about 450 refugees for every participating city and about 1,500 per state in 2014. These numbers alone have led to many negatives on our state and the Islamic influence felt in our state. First amendment issues have been challenged, seperate laws, crime rates, child endangerment, child sex crimes have increased with the migration of largely Somali immigrants in Nashville in recent years. Separate rules and preferred treatment treatment have been applied to Muslim populations relocating to our state with DOJ protection. This should not be happening in America and more immigrants resettling will only make a bad situation worse.

Sources reveal that an estimated 3 million or so could migrate to the US when it is all said and done. The per average share of refugees per city and state will skyrocket tremendously regardless of the specific exact number.

In one year the 450 refugees per community could skyrocket to 17,000 per community and about 70,000 per state based on State Department projections for Tennessee alone.

Every job that is available will be consumed quickly. The Government via the taxpayers will be called upon to provide food stamps, daycare, vouchers, school costs, disability and insurance to every refugee and their family members. Can you picture the change in our communities with millions of devout unwavering Muslims entering our communities with little or no intent to be American, clinging tightly to their own ideological political system with a religious tag, refusing to assimilate into our country?

Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville and Memphis will receive the lions share of Tennessee’s refugees. 72,000 Islamic refugees or so entering our state and community will weaken, not strengthen it.

This will plunge us into economic and cultural chaos. I believe this is purposeful and our president is dismantling our nation and fundamentally changing it’s course toward this impending disaster. 

The up surge of Islamists I believe is purposeful and it will eventually suck every bit of life out of our country. This is a solid plan. It is only a matter of time before the total transformation will take place, the seed is being planted, Al Hirij in action, Jihad is pending.

Once these seeds of refugees take place and begin to grow exponentially we will no longer be positioned to save ourselves or turn back. 

Those thousands will become millions, will become 10s of millions will become 100s of millions. The Hope and Change directive will be complete. Americas deathnail has been hammered. Mark my word. Unless we stand up and quickly this will be our final demise. Islamic domination of our country is not safe or viable.

Terrorist sleeper cells and Lone Wolf participants will abound, thrive and flourish under this resettlement program. Americans are asleep on this issue and many are not seeing the greater picture. 

This resettlement project will result in the downfall of our great nation. Look across the river at Australia and Great Britain for a glimpse of our future.

As with all my posts, these are my opinions based on hours of research and a collection of facts. These opinions are just that, opinions and they should be viewed as just that, an opinion. 

This blog was started as a way to inform. It’s therapy for me, an avenue to vent, a way to inform others when the mainstream media will not. So please continue to enjoy.

I’m confident not all will be happy with the result and it would be unrealistic of me to think so. 

For now, I sleep well at night knowing I’m contributing or assisting, albeit, in a small way to keep our country great. 

I often rely on my readers and subscribers to be foot soldiers doing your due diligence putting feet to my blogs, while creating momentum that forces change. There are far more of you talented than me and I rely on you heavily for that support.

A first-ever 16-county planning effort for the Chattanooga region, dubbed Thrive 2055, is picking up speed with the hiring of a director and naming of a key oversight panel.

Aimed at creating a 40-year growth plan for the area over the next three years, Thrive 2055 has raised more than $2.5 million of a proposed $3 million budget, officials said.

“We’re definitely moving ahead,” said Ron Harr, the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce’s incoming chief executive.

Newly hired project director Bridgett Massengill said it’s important to engage people in the wide area that includes counties in Southeast Tennessee, Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama.

A 28-member coordinating committee will gather regularly, she said. The group’s meetings will be open to the public, Massengill said, and it will aid in communicating with officials in the region.

Possibly starting later this year, working groups of people will convene, she said. They’ll discuss topics the plan is to examine such as transportation, workforce, education, economic development and environmental sustainability.

Massengill, 37, formerly was executive director of the Development Authority in Johnson City, Tenn., and headed her own consulting firm.

To aid Massengill and the new initiative, a Cincinnati-based consultant, McBride Dale Clarion, will help gather regional data and facilitate the working groups.

McBride also will handle social media outreach, which is seen as another way of spurring dialogue.

J.Ed. Marston, the Chamber’s vice president of marketing, said the final product will include an “action plan” for the 16-county area.

“It’s very much like a business plan for the region,” he said.

Chattanooga and Hamilton County each have committed $500,000 to the planning effort while local foundations are investing $1 million, officials said. The Chamber also has raised $540,000 from the private sector. Work continues to reach the initiative’s $3 million budget.

Bradley County land grab under way by forced annexation! Feeling a little like Clint Eastwood!

Land grab? Yes! The city is launching an all out assault on your property! The city has decided to annex a large portion of Bradley County! See details in article below!

Where are our locally elected officials? Let me tell you where they are! They are mum, silent and 100 percent complicit with this forced annexation! Why? Let me tell you! They will be getting more of your money! It’s that simple!

This is essentially a new tax that you will not get to vote on! Do I have the hair on the back of your neck standing erect yet?

My understanding is now you get to pay city and county taxes if you live within the Mouse Creek Corridor around all the new large corporations, truckstops to exit 33. There was even discussion about annexing Walker Valley into the city but it was determined that the extra tax burden wouldnt help the school at all. But tax you more? Oh yeah baby, no problem there! Pile it on! Anyone concerned? Anyone awake yet?

Why are our county elected officials not concerned that the city is eating up your property…..exactly, MORE MONEY, MORE REVENUE! That one factor that will close the lips of a politician faster than a serving of the ex in laws mince meat pie!

Think it will stop at the Mouse Creek Corridor, exit 33, Wacker and Amazon, nope! The Dream of our City mayor is to have a Metropolitan government! All inclusive, one big tax generating machine to the Chattanooga border! “Only 5 more miles” from Cleveland to Chattanooga! Ooltewah is the only thing stopping them and I’m sure they are contemplating how to break that up to benefit both Mayor Littlefield and our mayors! Think I’m kidding? Call and ask about this annexation that is being forced on you, I dare you!

Now be prepared for a smoke chimney to be neatly placed behind you and copious amounts of smoke generated and blown up your backside, but call and ask! Call and ask your City or County Commisioners? Heck even call your State Representatives Kevin Brooks or Eric Watson! I personally doubt they will tell you much about it, but I promise you they “may have heard about it!”

Get informed Bradley County, the current elected leaders are complacent, been there too long! Are all about the money and are blind to your needs! Step up and get involved! Wake up from your slumber!

This is where Clint works his magic! Read with caution! I warn you it gets a little…..steamy! Hopefully by now you are coming along with me as I reveal the Eastwood mystique! You are perhaps now awakening, just read the paper, hair tassled and still in your PJs, preparing to embark on your day and are still wiping the sleep from the corners of your eyes! While sipping that first cup of java, peering like steel over the brim through the steam, ask your bride with a Clint Eastwood scowl, “what the heck are the people that were elected by us doing to my community and why!” Resist the urge to look away! Then take a bite of your biscuit and gravy, while clearing the residue from the corner of your mouth, one eye closed, look up at your bride with a mocking growl in the back of your throat and repeat after me…this may make your throat…. But say to her….. “Baby, I think something is awry and sideways in our town!” “It’s high time we speak up and stop this madness!” Just over the rim of your coffee cup, steam now collecting on your forehead, manage to open one eye and allow it to twinkle a little bit, she now begins to squirm a bit in her chair as memories of you 25 years younger, edgier and more robust than ever jump through her head and she winks a flirtatious approval of her reformed man now standing up for what he believes in!

As the heat in the room continues to rise, resist the urge to pull your nose off the brim of your coffee cup, because its working for you! From the steam you continue to stare through while now connecting with her soul, she’s putty in your hands! Relate to her ever so gingerly the scope of this forced annexation on your budget and your lifestyle together! The weekend shopping trips, the occasional jaunt to the Smokies, that little extra socked away for a rainy day, college fund ?……done, no more! Those pipe dreams just went down the drain with the bath water! That extra money is now being turned over to the government! The smile may go away but she will be proud of her man for at least sounding good over breakfast, but the stark obvious reality remains the same!

These characters are going to do whatever they want regardless of the encroachment on your life! The mighty dollar speaks louder than the call of humanity! This scenario though lighthearted should scare you, it did me but it provided for one interesting morning!

Its not what you think! Get your minds out of the gutter! My wife fell off her chair, flipped the table and I ended up with a tender nose and a lap of hot greasy gravy! Ouch! At least for a moment I thought I was Clint and she was starting to respond……a little!

The first paragraph should really concern anyone in Bradley County! Impromptu meeting to discuss annexation and oh yeah a flood plain study, spending another 300,000.00 dollars of your hard earned cash to define open space of course!

City to launch Mouse Creek corridor annexation

The Cleveland City Council passed two impromptu resolutions Monday that directed staff to begin the process of annexation and invite Bradley County to participate in a countywide floodplain study.

The Council voted unanimously to direct staff to begin the process of annexing the Mouse Creek corridor all the way to Cleveland Utilities Waste Water Treatment Plant on the Hiwassee River.

The corridor includes Wacker Polysilicon North America, Amazon.com, East Coast Lighting Distribution Center and two truck stops at Exit 33 of Interstate 75.

The Mouse Creek corridor would have to be brought into the urban growth boundary in two pieces. The first annexation could not take place before 2013.

The process of annexation begins by expanding the city’s urban growth boundary which is about a six-month process. The area is attractive to the city because municipalities are required to provide services to incorporated areas and sewer service is the most expensive cost up front. However, that service is available to residents along the existing sewer main between the city and the treatment plant.

“Any area already served by sewer is obviously not going to impact like it would if we took a subdivision they couldn’t get sewer to,” said Development and Engineering Services Director Jonathan Jobe. “When we did our study on Mouse Creek Road, there was talk about another interstate exit where you could alleviate a lot of traffic off Mouse Creek Road and that would be something you’d want to initiate.”

The city includes an area of 28.77 square miles. By law, the Council can annex 25 percent of the city’s area every two years, which amounts to about seven square miles.

The last major expansion of the urban growth boundary and annexation occurred in October 2010 when the city extended its boundary southward to bring in the proposed 343-acre Spring Branch Industrial Park. Also included in the expanded growth boundary was the 357-acre Cleveland Municipal Airport alongside Michigan Avenue Road and Dry Valley Road. The Council only recently completed annexation of the 357-acre municipal airport.

Hardwick Farm, which includes about 678 acres between Stuart Road and Tasso Lane, and from North Lee Highway up to Urbane Road is scheduled to be incorporated into the city in February 2012. The plan does not include existing subdivisions between the farm and Urbane Road.

The other impromptu resolution simply directs City Manager Janice Casteel to invite Bradley County to participate in a countywide floodplain study. The city has allocated $300,000 to fund the local share of a floodplain study in the city.

On other regular agenda items, the Council passed the following by a 7-0 vote:

– Resolution 2011-107 approved an additional and amended contract with Warren Moberg and David Watts, for providing services to meet the requirements of the Targeted Crime Reduction Grant.

n Ordinance 2011-26 to rezone 357 acres of the new airport property at 4505 Michigan Avenue Road N.E. and 261 Dry Valley Road N.E. from Rural Agriculture (RA) to Light Industrial (IL).

– Ordinance 2011-27 for rezoning a property yet to be addressed on Michigan Avenue Road Industrial Highway (IH) to High Density Single and Multi-family Dwelling District (R3).

– Ordinance 2011-28 for rezoning a property yet to be addressed on Peach Orchard Hill Drive from Single Residential (RI) to Low Density Residential (R2).

– Ordinance 2011-29 to amend the Zoning Code’s downtown parking requirements.

– Ordinance 2011-30 to amend PUD8 on 25thStreet/APD40 to change the number of units in Phase II from 144 to 112. (p. 24-38).

Bradley County Tennessee is in the throws of a takeover by the United Nations, ICLEI, the EPA, DOT and HUD. This takeover of our county is being orchestrated by our local Mayors with a hidden agenda! They have ample assistance from our state elected leaders and are being directed by the Chattanooga Regional Growth plan for a 16 county, 3 state implementation of Agenda 21 into our community! One very sinister man that is directing the onslaught and stands to gain financially from the implementation of Agenda 21 is George Soros! Become familiar with this person. What is Agenda 21?  If you do not know about it, you should.

Agenda 21 is a two-decade old, grand plan for global ’Sustainable Development,’ brought to you from the United Nations. George H.W. Bush (and 177 other world leaders) agreed to it back in 1992, and in 1995, Bill Clinton signed Executive Order #12858, creating a Presidential Council on ‘Sustainable Development.’ This effectively pushed the UN plan into America’s large, churning government machine without the need for any review or discussion by Congress or the American people.

‘Sustainable Development’ sounds like a nice idea, right?  It sounds nice, until you scratch the surface and find that Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development are really cloaked plans to impose the tenets of Social Justice/Socialism on the world.

At risk from Agenda 21;

Private Property ownership
Single-Family homes
Private car ownership and individual travel choices
Privately owned farms
The Agenda 21 plan openly targets private property.  For over thirty-five years the UN has made their stance very clear on the issue of individuals owning land;

Land… cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes. The provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only be achieved if land is used in the interest of society as a whole.

There are two more, very good reasons to be wary of Agenda 21 and the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) that supports it: George Soros and the United Nations. Soros money has been tracked to funding parts of ICLEI ;

In 1997, George Soros’s Open Society gave ICLEI a $2,147,415 grant to support its Local Agenda 21 Project

As regards the UN, that organization‘s problems with America’s appreciation of freedom and self-determination is one that needs no explanation.

Currently in California, Agenda 21 is working to implement plans to create plans for sustainable management of ‘open spaces.‘ The definition of what is to be considered an ’open space’ has sparked some heated exchanges between those directing the planning meetings and citizens who want private property rights to be respected and protected. (The East Bay Tea Party video featuring a Liberal Democrat arguing against ICLEI can be seen at the end of this article.)

This type of global plan could not be implemented without a large and well-funded group pushing through its priorities. For that, Agenda 21 has the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI). And ICLEI is deeply entrenched in America;

ICLEI USA was launched in 1995 and has grown from a handful of local governments participating in a pilot project to a solid network of more than 600 cities, towns and counties actively striving to achieve tangible reductions in greenhouse gas emissions and create more sustainable communities. ICLEI USA is the domestic leader on climate protection and adaptation, and sustainable development at the local government level.
Over six hundred cities,towns and counties in America are members of ICLEI? Do you support your local government agreeing to rules and regulations set up by a UN-based organization that wants private property transferred to government control? If you would like to see if your community is a member of ICLEI, you can visit their website.

Austin, Texas is one city that seems to have fallen for the ICLEI/Agenda 21 and was heavily consuming the ‘Communitariasm’ Kool-aid. A local group called Texans For Accountable Government saw what was happening and attempted to stop the Austin City Council from adopting some Agenda 21-friendly initiatives. One of TAG’s members, John Bush, delivered a succinct presentation on ICLEI and Agenda 21 that was virtually ignored. Watch his short argument against the proposed local law immediately followed by the lopsided vote adopting the plan.

In the world of business Agenda 21 is not a free market friend, preferring PPPs or Private Public Partnerships where the government decides which companies will receive tax breaks and are allowed to stay in business. In light of this realization, the cozy relationship between the current administration and GE (a company that paid no tax in 2010) should raise eyebrows. And the WH efforts to tell Boeing in which state they can operate seems to further bolster the belief that Agenda 21 ideals are already making headway in America.

The seeds for Agenda 21 were planted back in 1987 when the writings of Gro Harlem Brundtland (a woman who was first Vice-President of the Socialist International) caught the eye of the UN.  Dr. Brundtland wrote a report for the UN called, ‘Our Common Future’ eventually got into the business of environmentalism as a tool to control all the people of the world and establish a global government. The growth of ICLEI and the framework being put in place by supporters of Agenda 21 appear to be bringing Dr. Brundtland’s ideas closer to reality.

In recent months, many groups have stepped up and have begun fighting this attack on our freedoms and are attempting to notify the masses of this takeover of out sovereignty and eventually our freedom!

Seek out a Tea Party and help offer a solution! Join a group and get busy notifying others across the nation!

Let’s begin to look for an alternative to the socialist ideas of a fix and let’s get back to the constitution and return to our forefathers idea of a strong America and let’s magnify what it stands for!

Agenda 21 marches on in Bradley County as our local/State elected officials turn their heads

It is a very sad day in Bradley County and the region consisting of 16 mayors representing 16 counties in 3 states!

Our local and state elected officials have provided a path to implement Agenda 21 via the Regional growth plan originating out of Chattanooga and Hamilton County!

I recently attended a Mayors/Commission meeting at the Waldens Club and I walked away from that meeting with the realization that we the people are not represented in this plan and our government and the officials that are running this town and state have given the United nations planners, ie, ICLEI, Southeast Tennessee Economic Development Committee through the guidance of Armando Carbonell using our state Representative, Senators and Mayors as pawns to carry out this takeover of our county and region with a truly diabolical plan with overregulation and destruction of our property rights!

Everyone that has turned their heads and not stopped this should be ashamed because you have allowed your elected voice be hijacked by people that are not even elected to make our decisions for us! You allowing this is everything our forefathers tried to stop and prevent with limitations set forth on the constitution!

Your strangulation and deliberate passiveness in this situation and your “hands off” approach in this debacle is no excuse!

Please read below and when you do you can no longer state you don’t know and were not aware! It is pretty sad statement that someone with a blog is the one informing our elected officials! It’s goes to show the disconnection between the people and the elected representative! It is even sadder and is evident that our elected officials would rather listen to those that pad thier pockets or offers them a grant than to listen to the people they represent!

It is clearly time for a peaceful revolution and that can begin at the ballot box and putting people induced term limits on the self serving career politicians that claim to represent us!

It’s time to get busy removing alot of the dead weight here in our state, city and county!

John Adams said, “Property must be secured, or liberty cannot exist.” The Decalogue emphasized private property in “Thou shalt not steal.” George Washington stated, “Private property and freedom are inseparable.”

Private property was so important to our Founding Fathers that its principles were included in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. The right to property is surmised in the owner’s determination of land use, as long as its use does not “disturb the equal rights of another.”

The Declaration of Independence states that “…all Men…are endowed by their Creator with Certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.” United Nations Charter and Declaration of Human Rights are based on the idea that rights are granted and rescinded by men. The UN third world nations planners devised Agenda 21 on three suspect principles: Equity, Economy, and Environment, all controlled by government because “individual rights must take a back seat to the collective.”

In 1964, UN developing nations called for the establishment of a New International Economic Order, asking that multi-national corporations be regulated, foreign property nationalized, asking to establish commodity monopolies, and requesting transfer of technology and technical assistance.

Developed nations ignored this declaration but developing nations promoted these ideas at other conferences. In 1976, the Conference on Human Settlements (Habitat One) declared that private land ownership and wealth are the primary reasons for social injustice. The 65 page socialist document recommended land use:

redistribution of population in accordance with resources
government must control the use of land in order to achieve equitable distribution of resources
land use must be controlled through zoning and planning
government must control excessive profits from land use
urban and rural land reform should be done through public ownership of land
public authorities should hold developing rights of land and should be separated from owner rights
The 1987 UN report, “Our Common Future” by the World Commission on Environment and Development focused on the policy of sustainable development: land use, education, and population control and reduction. Sustainable Development made nature and its protection the central principle for all member nations.

The 1992 UN Bruntland Commission released the official UN Agenda 21 with its 40 chapters and the 178 nations who signed and agreed to implement UN Agenda 21 at the conference in Rio de Janeiro. Signatory for the United States was President George Bush.

All countries agreed that decisions must be made based on how they will affect the environment. Property is evil and creates wealth for the rich at the expense of the poor. Business is evil, should be controlled by the community, while the owner is responsible, and pays taxes. Wealth was produced at the expense of the poor and must thus be confiscated and given to the poor. No private enterprise should exist, only public-private partnerships. These ideas are tenets of socialism/Marxism.

UN Agenda 21 set out to abolish private property, control education, control and reduce population, and control the economy. The global plan was called “Sustainable Development.”

Every of the 40 chapters contains policies that member nations must adopt such as demographics, settlements, sustainable communities, water control, land use control, role of business, energy control, role of industry, international mechanisms of implementing the agenda, and the institutions used to implement the policies.

In 1993, President Bill Clinton signed the Biodiversity Treaty. The treaty was used to implement UN Agenda 21 in the United States, “Creation of national strategies, plans, policies, and processes which are crucial in achieving a sustainable world.”

Dr. Michael Coffman revealed a map to the U.S. Senate of the proposed development of the Wildlands under UN Agenda 21 in the U.S. This map had red, yellow, and green zones noted as Core Reserves and Corridors with little or no human use, Buffer Zones with highly regulated use, and Smart Growth with human settlements.

President Clinton signed Executive Order 12852, creating the President’s Council on Sustainable Development to translate UN Agenda 21 into public policy administered by the federal government. The Council created the first UN Agenda 21 called “Sustainable America,” with 16 “we believe” statements. The ultimate goals were to abolish private property, control education, control and reduce population, and control the economy.

To aid in implementing UN Agenda 21 a Consensus Process was developed: Stakeholders of the Affected Group select an Initiator who then selects a Decision-Making Committee (steering committee); Policy Decisions are pre-determined by a Facilitator and not by the Committee (they cannot vote). Consensus is the process in which objections to the proposal are erased. The Affected Group has to abide by the pre-determined decision with no voice in choosing the decision-maker or the outcome.

President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD) published “Sustainable America, a New Consensus,” which contains 150 policy recommendations taken directly from UN Agenda 21. Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown said that his agency can implement 67 percent of the recommendations administratively, using rule-making authority.

Land Management Agencies promoted land use policies based on ecological or aesthetic consequences. The agencies appropriated millions in grants to state and local governments and set up land trusts for the purpose of acquiring private property. For example, by 1997, 43 million acres were designated roadless areas, 1/3 of land in America was owned by government and ten percent by states, 21 national monuments were expanded. (Donna Holt)

How was UN Agenda 21 implemented at the grass roots? Millions in grants were awarded to state and local governments by American Planning Association and EPA through “visioning.”

A Visioning Council (steering committee) made up of businessmen, politicians, NGOs (non-governmental organizations), and people who stood to gain financially from the implementation of the goals of UN Agenda 21, worked with the EPA, the American Planning Association, the Conservation Fund, the National Resources Defense Council, and the Sierra Club.

The Visioning Council received their proposal from the President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD) and proposes it as local goals for the community. The “Consensus” would remove any objections the public may have had. The result was the “vision” and the new plan of action. The entire process took 12-18 months.

The Initiator would make press releases to introduce the idea of Sustainable Communities and to build huge public support; the elected officials signed on without any questions asked. They either did not understand the nefarious intent or were financially complicit in the vision. Some local government officials had no idea that the plan came from the United Nations Agenda 21.

Partners of Sustainable Development are ICLEI, International County/City Management Association, American Planning Association, Renaissance Planning Group, Florida Forever (largest public land acquisition program in the U.S.—9.8 million acres purchased). They provide technical support and assistance with SD, management training, performance measurement, rural and urban planning.

Colleges teach how to “build earth’s sustainable workforce,” “sustainability manager for carbon accounting,” “corporate sustainability manager,” “energy auditor,” “engineering sustainably certified homes,” to name just a few
Children are well indoctrinated into Sustainable Development practices
Government schemes to control future use of agricultural land and water through the recently passed White House Rural Council
St. Joachim Valley in California was turned into a virtual dust bowl last year when water was denied to farmers in order to protect the delta smelt; 40,000 people became unemployed; less vegetables and fruits resulted in higher prices
Regulatory taking of land, especially in Florida, Miami-Dade County
Rationing of water, electricity, and fuel
Expensive retrofitting of homes—people will be forced to leave their homes if they cannot afford the expensive retrofitting
Denied building permits and thus land is deemed worthless
Private property abolished to prevent urban sprawl
Land shortage
High density living
In June 2011, President Obama signed the White House Rural Council. To make good on the promise to control rural life and its resources, on August 8, 2011, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the EPA announced a national partnership “to improve rural drinking water and wastewater systems.”

The Secretary of Agriculture, Tom Vilsack, who chairs the White House Rural Council and thus controls 16% of U.S. land, “is working to coordinate USDA programs across the government and encourage public-private partnerships, to improve economic conditions and create jobs in rural communities.” I guess the government has finished “saving or creating the three million jobs” in urban areas, they are now moving into rural areas.
