Ryan and Murray sacrifice 2nd Amendment for bipartisan budget deal

Ryan and Murray sacrifice 2nd Amendment for bipartisan budget deal

12/15/13

This week Representative Paul Ryan reached across the aisle and essentially placed the 2nd Amendment protection in jeopardy and left it open for further attacks.

Many are calling this latest move by Ryan and the leftist Senator Patty Murray the “Bipartisan Budget Act” to avoid another government shut down. Those in the know are calling it a carve out of our 2nd Amendment Rights, that should have remained intact.

Besides kicking the can down the road another two years with no real long term spending cuts, our stated 2nd Amendment Rights are left vulnerable.

Ryan assisting Murray effectively put into place a series of actions that are sure to pave the way for you to turn in your guns and surrender our sovereignty to an international power called the United Nations via the UN Small Arms Treaty.

Ben Marquis with the Examiner explains the bipartisan budget bill passed this week  “Rep. Ryan willingly sacrificed a number of Deficit Neutral Reserve Funds. These Deficit Neutral Reserve Funds are basically principled stands for public consumption that are added into budget deals and Concurrent Resolutions, or CR’s. They hold no actual funds, rather they serve as placeholders for future legislation, and give said legislation something of a jumpstart in the procedural process, provided this future legislation does not add significantly to the deficit, i.e. is “paid for” by tax increases or expense cutting. In the temporary CR that was passed in mid-October to end the government shutdown, there were 84 such Reserve Funds staking out principles, ideals and future plans. The budget deal worked out between Ryan and Murray trimmed that number down to 58 Reserve Funds in Subtitle B, Section 114, Parts (c) and (d).”

The Examiner continues “Two of the Deficit Neutral Reserve Funds that were cancelled in the deal dealt with the 2nd Amendment, and their cancellation could place our gun rights at risk. Located in House Con Res 25, Title III, Section 382 established a Deficit Neutral Reserve Fund to ensure that the United States will not negotiate or support treaties that violate American’s 2nd Amendment rights under the Constitution of the United States. Section 384 established a Deficit Neutral Reserve Fund to uphold 2nd Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty. Both of these principled stands that explicitly protect our natural right to keep and bear arms from foreign interference were sacrificed for the sake of a temporary budget deal. The door has been opened for the Obama administration or some of his agencies to begin implementation of aspects of the UN Arms Trade Treaty, with a false claim that nothing directly prohibits them from doing so.”

The UN Small Arms Treaty narrowly failed a June 3rd, 2013 vote but many are expecting it to pass the next time it is up for a vote and it will be easier with these provisions carved out!

Many say the UN Small Arms Treaty is nothing and has no teeth. Of course this is based on conjecture and not fact. If anyone reads this treaty, they will quickly find out that registering every firearm, linking it to every maker, retail store and consumer is very much a part of the UN Small Arms Treaty. This is the first step to allow this to happen.

Some are saying the supremacy clause of the Constitution, located in Article 6, Section 2 trumps all treaties and should protect us. In a perfect world this would be the case, but we have a president and an administration that does not honor the Constitution.

The assault on our 2nd Amendment Rights are deliberate and intentional, we must remain aware and cognizant to know that those in elected leadership positions do not always represent our best interests.

If our 2nd Amendment Rights are gone and they are taken away we lose any ability to defend ourselves from an encroaching tyrannical government that needs you to be unarmed to completely control you.

For now, we must call out the elected leaders that voted for this bill and let them know we are none too satisfied with this latest move

My first call out is to TN 3rd District Congressman Chuck Fleischmann who voted for this bill, supporting Ryan and Murray, this shredding our 2nd Amendment.

I want to give a shout out to TN 4th District Congressman Scott DeJarlais for his no vote! Mr DeJarlais consistently votes with his constituency and has shown great judgement with his votes.

You know what to do!

Call at high noon: Leave our guns alone

In Uncategorized on December 27, 2012 at 10:38 AM

Que in old Western music here! You know the one with the whistling noise, the rattlesnake slithering by and the desert debris floating across the earth with a coyote howling in the night at a full moon.

Now transport your self to 2012 and imagine that a band of no gooders just rode into your town, the government on horseback, if you can imagine, Obama in a black cowboy hat riding a black stallion with his posse Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi. A cigarette neatly tucked into Barrack Husseins Obamas mouth and from the smoke he whispers in a breathy Clint Eastwood style…….I’m here……….to take………your guns!!!!

Quick glances around the scene, music intensifies. One person afar off in the distance is seen running in the alleyway and darting into the sherrifs office. “Sherrif, there is a badman on horseback, just rode up, saying he’s gonna take our guns!”

Sherrif rises from his chair in the corner, pats his revolver strapped snuggly to his side and he pokes back “not today he ain’t!” “Where’s the varmint?”

You get the setting! Now time for you to act!

Across the nation, and in every city, coordinated by many within the local, state and national Tea Party Patriots are coordinating a call every day for 7 days to call the US Capitol Switchboard at “high noon” to tell out representatives to leave our guns alone. In my immediate area and state that would be Congressmen Scott DeJarlais and Chuck Fleischmann and Senators Bob Corker and Lamar Alexander and of course Governor Bill Haslam.

Wherever you are at today and for the next 7 working days, please help us make a call at high noon everyday till the first of the year. We need to make a strong statement that our guns are not negotiable. This ploy doesn’t work unless you call and in great numbers.

Call today and let’s crash the switchboards! You may have to call several times but hey, it’s your guns that are being threatened, our only protection against a tyrannical government. Call today, call here in a few minutes, call for the next 7 days at high noon.

Come on America! Get busy!

If you want to save our 2nd Amendment call 202-224-3121! It’s the US Capitol Switchboard! Then call your representatives and tell them hands off your freedom and hands off your guns!! Do this today (Dec 27) at high noon! Then keep it up each day at noon times 7 days or as long as you want to.

This message sent to me by Lynn Moss, a Tennessee State Coordinator of the Tea Party Patriots via Mark Hager of the NC TPPs. Thanks guys for getting this started!

HR 459: Fleischmann and Paul to “Audit the Fed”

In Uncategorized on June 7, 2012 at 6:44 PM

Extremely good news coming out of DC today! Congressman Chuck Fleischmann has signed on with Ron Paul to audit the fed with bill HR 459.

The runaway fed is spending trillions of our tax dollars and for the most part the feds are largely unaccountable to that spending.

Let’s congratulate and call Chuck and Ron and let them know we are happy for this decision. Like all bills we must get more co-sponsors to make it stick. By Chuck signing on as well as others, it’s chances of survival are greater.

Call your Congressman now and let them know you want them to sign on to HR 459. An audit of the fed is way over due.

Pass this along to your email lists and get lots of attention drawn to this bill.

Email from Congressman Fleischmann:

During the 2008 financial crisis, the Federal Reserve Bank issued roughly $3.3 trillion in loans to failing investment banks, hedge funds, and other financial firms which are outside the mandate of the Fed.  In return, the Fed accepted undisclosed assets from their counterparties, many of which are no doubt toxic and have exposed the Fed to significant loss. It is clear that an audit of the Fed is badly needed, so I am pleased to join Rep. Ron Paul as a cosponsor of H.R. 459, the Federal Reserve Transparency Act.

Currently, the Fed is purchasing trillions in US debt and other securities in a practice called quantitative easing, thereby weakening the dollar.  Also, the Fed has lowered the dollar financing costs for European banks, potentially taking on European sovereign debt, which isn’t exactly the safest investment these days.  Both of these actions could significantly threaten the US economy, and expose taxpayers to bailouts.  Unfortunately, neither Congress nor the American public knows the extent of the Fed’s exposure.  An audit will change this, and bring the actions of the Fed out of the shadows and into the light of day.  It is long past time that we examine the Fed’s role in our financial system.

I look forward to supporting the Federal Reserve Transparency Act on the House floor, and I will continue to fight to make the Fed transparent and accountable to the American people.

Sincerely,

Chuck Fleischmann
Member of Congress

RNC passes resolution to halt and expose Agenda 21 and ICLEI

In Agenda 21 on January 17, 2012 at 3:21 PM

This is a good day for American citizens, particularly, in Tennessee! Our RNC State Executive Committeewoman D6, Peggy Lambert, has co-sponsored a resolution to expose Agenda 21 and perhaps put an end to this runaway international program to take your personal property rights and put an undue burden on you by paying for this atrocious, overexpensive, overreaching growth plan!

They, the RNC, in the last few days have made Agenda 21 it’s main focus for 2012! What a victory! We have come from being called conspiracy theorists and kooks to the RNC making this their number one priority in 2012 and passing a resolution unanimously to expose and halt it!

I do know that many so called Republicans in this town and state are still pushing and supporting Agenda 21 via the growth plan, comprehensive plan and the ICLEI inspired and led 16 County, 3 State Regional growth plan out of Chattanooga! It is even mentioned in the resolution!

We need to communicate with our 2 Mayors in Bradley County, our two State Representatives Kevin Brooks and Eric Watson, our State Senator Mike Bell, Congressman Fleischmann and our Governor and two Senators that their continued support of this growth plan, comprehensive plan is unconstitutional and if you talk to constitutional purists, this complicity with a foreign nation inside the United States could be called a treasonist act and could be left up to the citizens of the state to file charges for doing so!

ICLEI and it’s connection to the United Nations and our county, its mayors and state representatives working side by side with these international entities to make sure this growth plan moves forward is unconstitutional and possibly treasonist!

I have warned our local and state representative of this day for months now and to date they have ignored my requests to stop this monstrosity of a growth plan directly from the United Nations and to date no action o statement had been taken to stop it!

Now the RNC of which they are affiliated with has taken the bold step to expose and halt Agenda 21 and they are still hightailing it toward the glorious land of the few federal grants they have been promised for cooperating with ICLEI and the UNITED NATIONS!

The day is coming and I believe it has arrived when the citizens of this state and nation awaken and realize this diabolical plan is from a very dark place and every one of my local and state representatives have been taken by her sensual money desire! The love of money has foreshadowed the freedom of it’s citizens! Everyone of you that has been complicit should be ashamed, better yet replaced at the ballot box next election!

Your poor decision making should be enough to replace you but to see you bow in a hail of votes against you or even a recall of your eligibility for being very cooperative with another foreign entity and charged with treason may be the icing on the cake!

Think it want or can’t happen? You didn’t think this was an ICLEI led, United Nations inspired attack on our country either just 9 months ago when I and others got laughed out of the courthouse and scorned in the local press for trying to warn you?

If you are looking for my motivation here, well here it is! On December 19th, 1985 in Knoxville Tennessee,at the Knoxville MEPS CENTER, a rainy afternoon, on my entrance into the US Army which embarked upon an 8 year term and nearly a year on foreign soil in support of my country, I TOOK AN OATH! TO DEFEND MY COUNTRY AGAINST ENEMIES BOTH FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC! PERIOD!

My country is attempting to be destroyed from within and it can come in many forms such as a suit, a dress, or a set of camos! But it is up to me and other citizens that have taken the oath and frankly those that have not taken the oath, but are citizens of this great nation who are dead set on protecting her!

It is our duty! We must push on to secure this country from all invaders even if they were elected by us!

Thank you RNC for leading the way! Now lets support them! It shouldnt matter where you are politically, republican, Democrat or independent, we should unite to save our country!

Get on the phone immediately or email your representatives and ask their support of this new brave resolution that may just save our country as we know it! Get busy! Don’t wait for someone else to do it for you!

As you continue to read this article and resolution below, keep these words in mind:

“No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto law, or Law impairing the obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.” -Article 1, Section 10, The United States Constitution

That Section of the Constitution prevents membership of states, cities and counties in an organization called International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI)… but I’ll bet many readers of this article live in a city, town, or county that belongs to ICLEI because ICLEI has more than 600 active members throughout the United States. Those members are cities, counties, and states, not individuals.

If your state is spending your tax dollars to violate Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution to pay for membership in ICLEI, you need to do something about it. The Constitution says no state should enter into an alliance with a group devoted to supporting international policies unfriendly to America.

Our County Mayor Gary Davis and City Mayor Tom Rowland joined with ICLEI out of Chattanooga and signed on to implement the Chattanooga/ICLEI led 16 County, 3 State Regional Growth Plan for Bradley County! This in my opinion is unconstitutional and treasonous! Just an opinion, but one deep seated in the pages of that ole document called the US Constitution!

They embarked on this without one single vote being cast or one council or commission member knowingly informed! This is a sinister act and they should be held accountable for every action they take from here on out!

Additional Note: The Cleveland council and Bradley County commission members upon notification of this sinister act have also remained, to date, quiet and complicit in this very dark, diabolical and sinister act upon the citizens of this county and region!

The RNC resolution:

RESOLVED, that Article one, Section ten of the Constitution prohibits any State or subordinate governmental body from contracting with nondomestic entities such as ICLEI; and be it

RESOLVED, that the NFRA shall not endorse a candidate or elected official including the office of President that refuses to oppose the same.

Resolution Exposing United Nations Agenda 21

described as the right and opportunity of all people to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by society and the environment which would be

Addendum to resolution:

RESOLVED:  That membership in ICLEI is an unconstitutional confederation with foreign cities in an international organization with foreign policy goals and that every city, county and town in the United States ought to get out of ICLEI immediately.  We commend the communities that have already done so.

ICLEI: Understanding the connection to Chattanooga, Bradley County and the UN

In Agenda 21, chamber of commerce, Government on November 22, 2011 at 9:19 AM

ICLEI-International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives
Link-(copy and paste in google or other)

http://www.uneca.org/itca/governance/Decentralization.htm

ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability was founded in 1990 by local governments at the United Nations Headquarters in New York as the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI). ICLEI is a democratically governed membership association of cities, towns, counties, metropolitan governments, and local government associations. Its headquarter is located in Toronto, Canada.

The above information is directly from the http://www.UN.org website!

This information was not generated by me nor did I in anyway manipulate the material provided! This compiled information came straight from the source, the United Nations and ICLEI!

Bradley County, Mayors Tom Rowland and Gary Davis and 15 other counties in a 3 state region have joined with Chattanooga, Mayor Ron Littlefield(who are very supportive members of ICLEI and other NGOs Non Governmental Organizations), mainly the Chamber of Commerce who enjoys “chief consultative status” at the United Nations and are joining forces with the EPA, HUD and the DOT to enter into a full scale assault into our community with the Regional Growth Plan beginning January 2012!

This initiative is not understood by our Locally elected officials nor do they know what it is about but they are so willing to remain silent while the Federal grant money flows in! What a sad statement that we are selling our souls for grant money!

Our State Representatives Kevin Brooks, Eric Watson, Senator Mike Bell have the ability to stop this but to date have done nothing but make sure of it’s success!

Our Federal representatives Corker, Fleischmann, Haslam and Alexander have also remained mute! Perhaps the Chamber of Commerce has them tucked neatly into their pockets!

Our press is too lazy to investigate or put the pieces of the puzzle together for a hungry constituency and are probably willing participants in the scheme! Our failure to report this as a society is abominable and every person that ignores this repeated call should be outed and exposed!

The Mayors leaving our locally elected officials out of the loop was purposeful while they were being appointed to the boards of the very NGOs (Mayor Davis to the Southeast Regional Development council by Beth Jones and of course Mayor Rowland on TACIR which is our equivalent of ICLEI!) are implementing this disastrous and diabolical plan!

This blog is a little lengthy, especially the list of member cities and NGOs! Can you see an international plan being implemented? It is happening all around us for years, is now coming to a head and we are still unable to see the clear connection! So please read intently and ask your self these two questions 1) Am I a willing participant in this plan and is my silence allowing implementation? 2) if this is not an International United Nations all out assault on our nation and world, then what is it?

The information directly from the UNITED NATIONS website!

Who we are
More than 1126 local governments and their associations, representing over 500 million people in 70 countries, constitute ICLEI’s membership. As a democratic, membership-driven association, every Member has a vote at council meetings where the priorities and direction of the organization are determined.

Governed by the ICLEI Charter put in place by its founding Members, our mandate is to build an active and committed membership of local governments and local government associations.

Council
The Council is the general assembly of ICLEI Members which is composed of Full Members. ICLEI also offers Associate Membership to non-governmental organizations, research institutions, state governments and other entities. The Council meets every three years on the occasion of an ICLEI World Congress. After the founding congress in New York, USA (1990), Council meetings were held in Toronto, Canada (1993), Saitama, Japan (1995), Dessau, Germany (2000), Athens, Greece (2003) and Cape Town, South Africa (2006). The Council elects the Executive Committee, approves the six-year Strategic Plan, which is updated every three years, and receives the Triennial Report. The Council also adopts a Declaration of Commitment, in support of the Strategic Plan.

That UNITED NATIONS CONNECTION TO ICLEI!
This is a length read (64 pages directly from the UN website) for the sake if time look at page 62 item 52, “The local Agenda 21 survey” (google it)

“The plan will on regardless if we have local, state or federal approval says ICLEI Executive and Policy Assistant Susanne Salz, who also spoke at the Conference, said the reaction from communities in the US to the Kyoto Protocol provides a good example of how local players have the power to make changes. Despite the refusal of the US government to ratify the protocol, more than 1,000 mayors from across the country signed the pact to meet the protocol’s targets for greenhouse gas emissions; a 7 percent reduction by 2012 from 1990 levels.”

“We can get started without them [the federal governments],” she said.

“The government is beholden to this old paradigm – they withdraw their support from the industries and the businesses that can create green economies. But the cities are going to act anyway and create their own agenda.”

Miller said she is hopeful that governments will respond to the call; but, she notes, local communities will continue to make progress even if officials don’t.

“Even if that doesn’t happen, it [the push for sustainable development] will still be going forward with these local organizations and governments… so it doesn’t matter if it fails in a way, the movement will still be taking shape,” she affirmed.

This woman is a representative of ICLEI sending a very strong message with an extremely bleak outcome! YOU CAN’T STOP US, WE WILL GO AROUND YOU TO MAKE IT HAPPEN, just as they have in Bradley County

Chuck Fleischmann introduces the “Stop Green Initiative Abuse Act of 2011”

In Uncategorized on November 17, 2011 at 8:38 AM

This is definitely a move in the right direction but with the ever increasing autonomy of the EPA on our country it is evident we must do more

Along with the high cost of complying with the “green movement” comes the imposing regulations and mandates that will further stifle our freedoms and restrict us to federal demands under the guises of a runaway EPA with no limitations on their encroachment!

Let’s encourage Congressman Fleischmann to continue the fight, continue to make the much needed cuts and take his efforts one step further! I am challenging him to move forward on the Ron Paul bill to get the US out of the United Nations (HR 1146) and co sponsor this bill! It must move forward, we are being inundated by the UN at every turn in this country and this bill would turn them away for good!

Chuck Fleischmann introduces the “Stop Green Initiative Abuse Act of 2011”

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Chuck Fleischmann introduced the “Stop Green Initiative Abuse Act of 2011” today. It will eliminate the Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program and save taxpayers $2.1 billion over the next ten years.

“I ran for Congress because I knew something had to be done about our crushing debt. I have worked since day one to balance our budget and stop the ‘tax, borrow, spend’ mentality that has dominated Washington for far too long. I am glad to introduce legislation to end the Weatherization Assistance Program in order to save billions of dollars. I am also glad the American people directly had a say in this process through the YouCut program. Together we can get our fiscal house in order and get our country back on the right track,” Fleischmann said.

The Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program was originally created in the 1970’s. However, other federal programs, such as the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), are already in place to assist low-income households in managing energy costs.

In December 2010, the Tennessee Comptroller General’s office released a review of the program citing that weatherization contractors had, in nearly half of the cases studied, failed to implement critically recommended measures to properly weatherize homes. The review also noted that funds for the program were used for other assistance measures that had nothing to do with weatherization.

The Office of the Inspector General at the Department of Energy also conducted a review of this program concluding that weatherization work on homes was poorly administered and led to potentially harmful effects for home inhabitants. The State of Delaware actually suspended their weatherization program due to “fraud and mismanagement”.

The Weatherization Assistance Program received the most votes from the American people during the week Congressman Fleischmann lead the YouCut effort.

Jordan Powell
Press Secretary
Congressman Chuck Fleischmann

Get the United Nations out of the US! Here is how you do it!

In Agenda 21 on October 25, 2011 at 7:18 AM

It’s time to put up or shut up! Call the Congressional switchboard today at (202)-224-3121, simply ask for the office of the Congressman you wish to talk too! Tell them to go co-sponsor HR 1146, without delay! That simple!

If you are serious about getting the UN out of the US then get on your Congressman or woman and tell him or her to cosponsor this bill which is sitting in a foreign affairs committee with one co sponsor Paul C. Broun 10 th District Georgia! There should be 100 percent of the Congressmen picking this up as a cosponsor, call now! Do not delay! Your sovereignty depends on it! Just think? Agenda 21 would be wiped out in one fail sweep, IB schools out! Socialism well on it’s way out! Get on the phone NOW! It’s up to YOU and ME! Share and re share this! See if we can overload the switchboard! Pass it all your friends and ask them to call without delay!
