Both Tennessee Houses have voted and approved bills to apply for a Constitutional Convention of States.

The TN House took up the Balanced Budget Amendment (BBA) and approved it in 2014, the TN Senate approved the Conventon of States (COS) resolution in the spring of 2015. The House will vote on the COS resolution in January 2016 when it reconvenes.

The Tennessee State Legislature and Senate Houses have applied to Congress calling for amendments to the US Constitution. This action by our elected representatives could change, alter, eliminate or re-write our most sacred document that defines the freedoms we now partake of daily.

Both resolutions have passed with an overwhelming majority and now we await for a 2/3 majority to call upon Congress to make the Convention a reality once the vote is cast in January of 2016.

The measure can be stopped and We the People still have that ability to call House members and request they not approve the COS resolution in 2016. Time is short. We must be vigilant and expediant.

It is deeply regretful that the bid went forward and We the People did not foresee the many problems that may result from a Constitutional Convention sooner.

“Conservatives” in our State Legislatures by statement of their vote to conduct the process of amending the Constitution have acted irresponsibly.

The left through the years have resigned to the fact they could not do it on their own. They have now enlisted the right to assist them with the changes to the Constitution. The left has co-opted the right and the dance that ensues is a very dangerous and one that could disrupt our nation and hand it over to a New World Order, a much requested venture.

The US Constitution is the only thing keeping the left from creating that global utopian socialist nation under the control of foreign forces dead set on destroying our country.

Amendment changes to the US Constitution is too risky with too many people with the ability to place their paws upon the most precious document that relinquishes to us our God given rights and liberties.

The US Constitution is not yours to subject to the wiles of the left and evil people to do as they please. Leave it alone Mr or Mrs Statesperson.

“Conservatives” are saying that they will only be seeking to inject one amendment at a called convention. This is a lie!

By teaming with the left with its many constitution changing agendas, we know this to be a lie solely on their stated desire to do so.

The right is being used as the Trojan horse that will wheel up to the doors of a Constitutional Convention and to possibly change this document forever.

Let’s watch as that Trojan Horse is discovered.

Once at the gate of the convention the left with cover from their “Conservative” friends will knock on the doors of our rights at the convention. Knock, knock!

Our elected reps, our chosen delegates, once hearing the lustful knock of a combined “right, left” team effort will open that door.

Eyes will be curiously watching as the Trojan Horse will be hauled to a convention of states. Once inside, the belly of the giant will begin to slake and rumble. The trap door will become ajar from the eager vermin more than willing to embark. The horse will release its vile content onto the floor of a called convention.

As the sludge oozes from his belly, the barely recognizable forms will take shape. The surge of force will surely dislodge millions of dollars, several constitutions, special interest subjects and lobbyist and many diverse amendments and a host of other assorted ideologies.

As this Trojan Horse gives birth to its subjects, you begin seeing these delegates, numerous they may be, made up of hundreds of lobbyists and special interest groups they scatter among the convention and the feeding frenzy will ensue.

Once in place, the convention room may be closed off to any spectators, the doors closed and the dismantling ensues.

The speaker will make the call for order and for delegates to place their agendas upon the table. With a great ferocity each demanding their bought and paid for “changes”, the delegates will submit their considerations for adoption.

Each delegate will undoubtedly meet resistance from other better paid delegates and the proverbial chest thump and resulting dance will begin.

One delegate with less money influence will begin the squall of a dying calf, the better funded will strap on his sorosesque rapid fire cannon and lob his influence on to the convention hall. The less powerful will succumb to the monster we shall call a well funded entity.

The right whose eyes have been closed will now begin to open and start to see the lie they were fed, the result of bipartisan support and a blind cohesion with the left. Angst will build and regret shall encompass their sold out core.

The crowd will grow concerned, oddly uncomfortable while watching this three ring circus perform, peering to the right as if to question the lies…

The left will most likely yield the majority of delegates inside this debacle.

The Trojan Horse has been revealed and fearing retribution from opposing delegates they may seize the opportunity at a runaway convention possibly making a move to temporarily suspend state rights providing them immunity from any attempts to prosecute them for the seditious acts that will befall this convention.

We the People disillusioned with the tone and tenor of the convention will surely rise up paving another avenue for Civil unrest.

The Convention event has now lost stability. The “right”that got duped into believing them will now begin to attempt to control the event they helped create. A lengthy spin cycle with damage control will ensue, but it’s too little, too late.

Posturing from all sides, lobbyists and insiders will be breathing heavily as they run from aisle to aisle looking for a compromise or expansion of amendments.

The fear of a runaway or perpetual Convention has been realized. The right and the left have now become the same.

Upon exiting the chaotic convention one regretful patriot will inevitably emerge from Independence Hall on that fateful day reminiscent of that chilly fall day in 1787 when Ben Franklin departed the last convention.

A lady from the crowd lunges forward and yells “Dr what do we have a Republic or a Monarchy?” The response from the patriot will more than likely be “A New World Order under Parlimentary control by the UN, whether you want it or not!”

Ladies and gentlemen we are on the verge of some serious attacks on our US Constitution. The realization of a hostile takeover and destruction of our Constitution is just a Convention away.

The false assumption that an Article V Convention of States is benign is false. Yes, the Article V is Constitutional. But to question its intent and the timing of this call for a Convention is worth some serious contemplation.

The end result, regardless of how you word it, the US Constitution will suffer a great hit or be abolished all together inside a convention of delegates that may not share our vision of how we should live our lives under the protections given us.

Regardless of how you approach it, it could be a potential disaster, one that I’m not willing to watch happen.

Sure, in a perfect world I would love to think only one change will be performed upon the Constitution but the buzzards circling tells me otherwise.

Our forefathers didn’t provide a whole lot of instruction for delegates and the way a convention was to be run. This may have been purposeful but they may have underestimated the enormity of the attack and those dead set on changing it to their defined objective.

As a matter of fact we have never had a state led Amendment Convention. There is no example of us to follow, no precedence to lean on for guidance, only a slew of people wanting the same thing…..their amendment to be the one that gets the ok that leads to passage. This is an unmanageable issue that is too risky to ascertain.

This is not Tennessee’s first attempt to call on Congress to make amendment changes. In fact, I believe Tennessee has made three prior requests for a Constitutional Convention. There is a valid reason why Tennessee through the years has denied and rescinded this issue. It undeniably leaves the United States very vulnerable to the wiles of those willing to subjugate our sovereignty.

In 2010, Tennessee rescinded all calls for a Con Con. Even the RNC under the leadership of Reince Preibus called upon legislators to STOP the push for a CON CON, fearing the Trojan Horse scenario above would result.

The RNC, the Republican National Committee, condemned all attempts to change our US Constitution and urged our Tennessee elected representatives to stand down from all efforts because of the inherent damage doing so could do to our country and our state.

On August 22nd,2012 the RNC unleashed this WARNING to all legislators.

WHEREAS, the Constitution is also silent as to the agenda of such a Convention and sets out no way to limit the agenda of such a Convention, and,

WHEREAS, former U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Warren Burger concluded that there is no effective way to limit or muzzle the actions of a Constitutional Convention after it is convened; and,

WHEREAS, a Constitutional Convention would attract a multitude of individuals and special interest groups with agendas that would alter our Constitution beyond recognition….

Surprisingly two years later, despite this warning from their own party, our Tennessee reps have applied for a CON CON against their own party. What happened between 2012 and 2014?

You would suspect that this warning, this direction, would be enough to sway those in elected seats to halt their pursuit of a Constitutional Convention. It is akin to the constant consultation you give to your children that do not heed your advice.

In 2014, the current State Legislature took up the call to Congress as well as the State Senate in 2015 under the tutelage of Senator 9th District Mike Bell to conduct a Constitutional Convention.

Interestingly, some of the same legislators calling for a recision and repeal in 2010 voted for it in 2014 and 2015. Im only speculating but it looks as if special interest groups and lobbyist did a number on our elected reps in TN perhaps placing a little greenback into their personal coffers.

Why else would a Tennessee State Legislator or Senator buck the advice of their own party as they have in Tennessee? It’s worth consideration.

This frequent waffling, flip flopping and resistance on the same subject has to have some big money behind it. What else would make them turn one way one year and another way against the advice of their own party in 2014 and 2015. Sounds to me like a few prodigal sons need to find their way home.

Meanwhile we wait for other states to approve the applications for a CON CON as TN did or we stand against these wayward legislators tampering with our freedom and subjecting us to the possibility of propping up a new government that will equate to a socialist dump with all the non perks that go with that decision.

This is serious bidding and the health of our state, our nation and its people are at risk!

Call your state legislators to either say NO to a CON CON or rescind the application to make a call to Congress for a Convention.

Your country and your freedoms depend on your action or your silent consent.

You make that decision.

I’m only informing you of the risk and the potential result! My self prescribed duty is done.

Listen up America!

I have something very serious on my mind. I’ve stepped away from reporting for a minute and I just wanna talk!

I thinks it’s high time we have a conversation about this subject before the usurpers and infiltrators destroy our country.

I am looking down the road a bit and what I see could potentially ruin our country and change it forever.

There is a large group of people actively seeking to amend or change our Constitution forever.

In my opinion, these people, which I’ll name in another article are being co-opted and directed by people not interested in keeping America great. They unfortunately see this country as too mighty but realize it is in a weakened state. I believe they are taking this opportunity to change the most sacred document, aside from the bible, that this country owns.

I know many of these people personally and have had a great relationship with them. I don’t understand why they do not see that this process could very well unwind the fiber that holds us together and keeps us free.

Why can’t they see that some of the purveyors of this call for a convention are not good people.

Why are we not vetting those we choose to get our advice from? Where is the call to differentiate between good and evil?

Why are we believing the lies expelled from these same people who have a track record and associates within their groups that have and want to destroy our country?

Are we so blind with our “Christian values” that we don’t see evil when it stares us in the face?

Regardless of whether you call it a Convention of States, a Con Con, Constitutional Convention, an Article V Convention, a state or Congressional led Convention, the end product could lead to a single change or a complete rewrite of the most sacred document that has protected our freedom for several hundred years.

Any path or entry point that is breached could lead to a complete Article V Convention where our Constitution could be ripped apart and never seen again.

I have grown tired of the play on words as many attempt to justify their actions of backing a COS with one excuse after another. We need to stop and face the fact and realize that if we play with fire we may get burned!

Sure, it’s Constitutional and it is our right to do so, but to open it up for the vultures to pick at is not a good thing and the timing is horrible. In case you haven’t noticed, we have a president that has said the Constitution is an old outdated document, we have known socialist and communist in our elected chambers. This leads me to believe someone wants it changed!

There are some very bad people and groups out there that are just waiting to inject their non-American agendas into it once it is opened. How do I know this? Research it! It’s there!

I keep hearing this same lame offering for pushing for an Article V Convention of states over and over. “We are gonna only suggest one or two items to be amended!” Hello? Earth to Conservative groups! So will everyone else! It will be like a dinner for two being crashed by oh maybe a million other people with their own special interest agenda items too.

To my understanding and I’m sure I will be corrected but there is no limit on the number of delegates to be assigned, although we get only one vote per state, the room on that day could and probably will be filled with countless people or delegates. Can you imagine that many people trying to decide on one subject? It will quickly heighten to many subjects, I’m sure.

I am astounded at the response this action has had on “conservatives and conservative groups”, mainly Tea Party Leaders and their groups. It has turned them into zombies aimlessly wandering around with their flesh rotting off. This leads me to believe they were co-opted by special interest groups, lobbyists and perverted politicians and other subversive types. To me there is no other reason. Someone has sold them a bill of goods and they sold the farm over it!

It beats all I have ever seen.

I believe so strongly in this Article V Convention NOT going forward that I have isolated myself from this pack and have chosen to make a stand outside of the current arena I used to call “true conservatives!” Perhaps, by stepping outside this box I have defined that true line of conservative and a conservative in name only. I have always known that line has existed, I have never stepped over it. Never really had to worry about it till now. This has not been a popular move but I’m certain it’s the right one. History will tell us I’m afraid.

Our world, our country as we know it could drastically change if these folks open up our Constitution to a huge pack of wolves. I am not gonna apologize for my stance, I made it and I’ll stand on it regardless of the fall out. I believe that much that it is a huge mistake to pursue amending the Constitution. If this convention goes forward and it goes as I expect, I’ll not wiggle my finger at those involved or shake my head, I’ll more than likely bow my head, pray and wipe the tears from my eyes. Our country ruined by those fighting to save it. Wow! I can’t stand thinking about it.

27 states have already approved applications for a convention or CON CON based on a single item, to pass a balanced budget amendment. 9 other states under Republican control are also calling for a convention to make changes. 34 is the magic number to conduct a Convention. TN must not follow this path, if already committed, it needs to be rescinded. And every politician that is behind this movement should be called and warned of its implications.

My greatest fear is that enough states will align, the delegates assigned, the doors will close and a free for all to change our Constitution will ensue.

Please take note there are very few rules or limitations in the Constitution to limit the actions of the “appointed” delegates or the direction they may take when they get there. This is a very dangerous move based on the political climate that now exists in our country and in all branches of our government.

Can you imagine the heist of our delegates by special interest groups and lobbyist aiding in the process?

I imagine the delegate selection process to simply be a highest bidder war. Where the special interest group or lobbyist who pays the most gets the delegate designation. Think it couldn’t happen? Ever been on the floor of the house or watched CSPAN on a big vote day. It’s interesting to watch as one person runs to another and the process repeats over and over.

With that thought in mind, can you imagine what would happen inside a room of lobbyist, er……. delegates and the bidding begins…..with few rules and immunity from prosecution? Whoa! Before you know it, we have a severely modified or completely rewritten Constitution. There are very few guidelines on how the convention will be conducted or even if the ratification process will work unaltered.

A CON CON or whatever you call it is just too risky! Our country is worth more to me than to see it taken away because political hacks and others want it changed.

Just remember by any name you call it, any route you choose to get there the result could be the same. A complete rewrite or a runaway convention could happen. The last time it was done it was a runaway and fortunately there was enough Godly men guarding the decision making, today? Not so much!

Could it be done the right way and only one amendment be passed? Sure. Is it likely it would go this way? Simply put NO!

The Constitution is not our problem, those we elect are the problem and the people influencing them. If we want lower taxes, federal restraint, a balanced budget, safer streets, parental control or whatever, simply apply pressure to those elected bodies to act and vote the way you want. Demand they obey the Constitution and punish them if they don’t! The 18 enumerated powers is all the Feds can do! It’s pretty confining as is.The rest is allowed by the people and those we send to our state houses and to DC! Get the lobbyist and special interest groups out of our houses and you will see great change!

We don’t have a Constitution problem, we have a people problem.

George Soros/CREW attack Dejarlais: A saint, a sinner and moderate vie for TN 4th District Congressional seat

One of the most interesting stories in a long while is developing out of the wild wild west, better known as Bradley County Tennessee and the 4th Congressional District.

Tennessee State Representative Kevin Brooks announces today he “may” be throwing his hat in the race for the 4th District Tennessee Congressional seat, currently held by embattled Congressman Scott Dejaralis.

This makes for a very interesting race as Zack Wamps little boy Weston also announced he is exploring running for the much sought after 4th District Congressional seat.

This sets up the inevitable clash and deserving conversations between a sinner saved by grace with mistakes he made 13 years ago, Congressman Scott Dejarlais. The saint, an ordained Church of God minister whose associations have him appearing left of center and a Bill Haslam protege, State Representative Kevin Brooks. Little Wamp, a moderate young thinker hanging onto Daddy’s coattail, who has yet to date prove he can string enough votes of support outside Chattanooga. A billionaire Socialist who has lent large financial contributions to CREW, who is attacking the current Congressman. I would be remiss to say once again if I didn’t say I live for this type of thrill inside the political arena. We got us a race Tennessee!

The gravy definitely just got thicker when you toss in a smattering of George Soros and CREW and you have an unforgettable race full of trickery with a certain evil essence from the “scary spooky dude” George Soros. The many bells of alert are sounding across the country as these candidates jump into a world influenced by the money of this very evil man, perhaps a purveyor of the much talked about New World Order!

This helps explain the medias extreme bias attacks on the current Congressman because Soros has been long rumored to “own” the liberal media also. These layers of socialist involvement begs for you to also ask if Mr Soros and his Open Society Institute are influencing the candidates that are entering the race. This is a very interesting statement and will garner alot of research and attention from the “conservative grassroots” press who are very familiar with George Soros and his influence on Global politics.

I cannot make this stuff up y’all! This is the stuff Hollywood can’t put together and sell to a devouring public frequently enough.

George Soros a billionaire Socialist dead set on ruining America alone is enough of an “attention getter” to sell out many theaters. Add a sinner saved by grace, a saint under Haslams wing and a Wamp with unfortunately his Daddy’s name and a host of others vie for Tennessee’s very large and diverse 4th Congressional seat and you have sold out show that is going to gain national attention once it hits the “conservative” press circuit.

This is going to be fun right out of the gate and is going to reveal some very interesting facts to come out of this race into this blog news site. My heart is beating hard and the juices are flowing freely as this one is gearing up to be most interesting to say the least.

SCYTL: Spanish company to report election results for majority of U.S. Jurisdictions on Election Day

A Spanish Company Known As Scytl Will Be Reporting Election Results For Hundreds Of U.S. Jurisdictions On Election Day

Where is the outcry of protest Bradley County and the whole US? Our only way of overturning a runaway government has been turned over to a Spanish Company somewhere in Europe.

The people’s right to vote and to have that vote accurately counted is in jeopardy. The options we now have to keep our government in check are slowly dwindling away and Americans are for the most part in denial or too lazy to research the facts for themselves.

We can no longer deny away a fact or simply call it a conspiracy. This does not make it go away. The fact remains.

Do you know who is going to be counting the votes on Election Day 2012?  Most Americans never even think about this.  Most Americans just assume that their votes will count and that the government will ensure that the counting process is done honestly and fairly.  But is this really the case?  Sadly, the vast majority of people never take the time to “look behind the curtain” to see how things really work.  If they did, they might find themselves extremely upset about what they would find.  The integrity of our voting process is of the utmost importance.  If we do not have the ballot box, then what avenues for changing our government do we have left?  Unfortunately, the integrity of our elections has been called into question quite a few times in recent years, and now a Spanish company known as Scytl will be involved in reporting election results for hundreds of jurisdictions across the United States this upcoming election day.  Will those election results be accurate?

It is absolutely amazing that a foreign company has been able to gain such control over the reporting of election results in the United States without it ever making a significant splash in the mainstream media.

You would think that there would be a law against this sort of thing, but apparently there is not.

So how did this all come about?

Well, the story starts with a company called SOE Software.

SOE Software was founded in 2002 and has been involved in reporting election results in 25 U.S. states….

Founded in 2002, SOE Software (SOE) has been working in 25 states to provide election management tools that include online pollworker training and election night reporting solutions to over 900 state and local election jurisdictions.

SOE Software was purchased by a company based in Barcelona, Spain known as Scytl earlier this year.

This combination of the two companies has produced a giant firm.  Scytl now has a dominant market position in the election software market….

With the acquisition of SOE Software, Scytl is now the industry leader in the election software market with a full range of solutions that cover the whole election process and include secure online ballot delivery, Internet voting, electronic pollbooks, election night reporting, and online pollworker training.

Scytl will be involved in reporting election results in more U.S. jurisdictions than any other company.

In fact, the new combined company will be involved in reporting the election results in 30 U.S. states….

The combined organization is the largest pure election software company in the United States and will be serving customers in over 1,100 jurisdictions in 30 states, including 15 state-wide customers.

So exactly how does all of this work?

Why should we be concerned about what Scytl does with our votes?

Bev Harris of blackboxvoting.org has studied voting systems in the United States extensively.  According to her, the combination of SOE Software and Scytl is going to make it much more difficult for observers to independently verify the integrity of the voting results in many jurisdictions.  The following is an extended excerpt from a recent article by Bev Harris.  It is a bit technical but it does a great job of breaking down how things have changed now that Scytl has acquired SOE Software….

In a major step towards global centralization of election processes, the world’s dominant Internet voting company has purchased the USA’s dominant election results reporting company.

When you view your local or state election results on the Internet, on portals which often appear to be owned by the county elections division, in over 525 US jurisdictions you are actually redirected to a private corporate site controlled by SOE software, which operates under the name ClarityElections.com.

The good news is that this firm promptly reports precinct-level detail in downloadable spreadsheet format. As reported by BlackBoxVoting.org in 2008, the bad news is that this centralizes one middleman access point for over 525 jurisdictions in AL, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, KY, MI, KS, IL, IN, NC, NM, MN, NY, SC, TX, UT, WA. And growing.

As local election results funnel through SOE’s servers (typically before they reach the public elsewhere), those who run the computer servers for SOE essentially get “first look” at results and the ability to immediately and privately examine vote details throughout the USA.

In 2004, many Americans were justifiably concerned when, days before the presidential election, Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell redirected Ohio election night results through the Tennessee-based server for several national Republican Party operations.

This is worse: This redirects results reporting to a centralized privately held server which is not just for Ohio, but national; not just USA-based, but global.

A mitigation against fraud by SOE insiders has been the separation of voting machine systems from the SOE results reports. Because most US jurisdictions require posting evidence of results from each voting machine at the precinct, public citizens can organize to examine these results to compare with SOE results. Black Box Voting spearheaded a national citizen action to videotape / photograph these poll tapes in 2008.

With the merger of SOE and SCYTL, that won’t work (if SCYTL’s voting system is used). When there are two truly independent sources of information, the public can perform its own “audit” by matching one number against the other.

These two independent sources, however, will now be merged into one single source: an Internet voting system controlled by SCYTL, with a results reporting system also controlled by SCYTL.

With SCYTL internet voting, there will be no ballots. No physical evidence. No chain of custody. No way for the public to authenticate who actually cast the votes, chain of custody, or the count.

So should we trust that whatever election results Scytl gives us are accurate?

Of course not.

The truth is that there have been all sorts of questions about the integrity of Scytl voting systems.  The following example comes from a recent article posted on westernjournalism.com….

The American advocacy group Project Vote has concluded that SCYTL’s internet voting system is vulnerable to attack from the outside AND the inside, a situation which could result in “…an election that does not accurately reflect the will of the voters…” Talk about having a flair for understatement!

There have also been very serious questions about SOE Software.  Bev Harris of blackboxvoting.org says that there have been major problems with SOE Software election results in the past….

In Broward County FL, the results reported by Scytl-owned SOE Software in 2008 showed an entire candidate, who was winning, disappear into vapor in the middle of the count, and in Hillsborough County FL and Dallas County TX, votes that had been reported began to disappear.

So now we have a combination of SOE Software and Scytl.  Considering the questions that have surrounded both firms in the past, it is easy to see why so many voting activists are deeply concerned.

There are a lot of rumors floating around the Internet that George Soros is at least a part owner of Scytl, but so far nobody has come forward with any solid evidence of this.

According to Scytl, the primary investors in the company are Balderton Capital, Nauta Capital and Spinnaker SCR.  It is not known at this time whether George Soros has an ownership stake in any of those venture capital firms.

In any event, it is deeply troubling that a Spanish company will have control over the reporting of election results from hundreds of jurisdictions in the United States on election day.

Hopefully there will be no problems and the election results will be 100% honest and accurate.

But what if they are not?
