Tennessee School Districts Say Revealing Islam Lessons May Cost ‘Millions,’ Take Too Darn Long

Dozens and dozens of taxpayer-funded Tennessee school districts are refusing to comply with an open records request from a conservative legal nonprofit seeking materials and documents relevant to the way public schools are teaching Islam — primarily to middle schoolers.

The American Center for Law & Justice, a law firm that generally promotes conservative and Christian principles, sent its open records requests to all 146 taxpayer-funded school districts in Tennessee earlier this month, reports The Tennessean, Nashville’s main newspaper.

A Nashville attorney, Chuck Cagle of the law firm Lewis Thomason, has provided almost 80 school districts (all represented by the firm) with a sample letter which district officials are customizing to deny the conservative group’s open records request.

“Our client denies your request in full,” the sample letter reads. “Among many other defects in your demand, the Tennessee Open Records Act only requires that certain public records be made available for personal inspection by Tennessee citizens. See Tenn. Code Ann. § 10-7-503(a)(1)(B). A public records request made by an agent on behalf of a foreign business entity is invalid.”

An attorney for the Washington, D.C.-based American Center for Law & Justice, CeCe Heil, says Cagle is applying his Tennessee law all wrong.

“We deal with government entities regularly and anticipate the necessity of engaging in negotiations pertaining to the actual documentation received,” Heil told The Tennessean in an email. “Our open records requests are valid and signed by an attorney who is a citizen of Tennessee.”

Also, Heil noted, the ACLJ is requesting the records because anxious Tennessee parents contacted its attorneys.

The ACLJ’s open records request is definitely broad. The conservative activist group is seeking every test, every quiz, every lesson plan, every study guide and every bit of instructional material concerning the teaching of religion in all Tennessee public school districts. The request specifies anything asking students to recite words in Arabic or to say or write Muslim prayers. It also seeks internal communications concerning how classroom materials were chosen.

“I’ve never seen a records request that asked for this volume of information in 25 years of practicing law,” Cagle, the professional school district lawyer, complained.

Cagle has also claimed that compliance with an open records request about what schools are teaching is not feasible because it will take too long to respond and cost too much money.

“On the front end, this could cost school boards hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars to respond to this request,” Cagle told Nashville NBC affiliate WSMV.

The open records request is related to a grassroots reaction among parents — primarily evangelical Christian parents — against what they perceive as an inappropriate focus on Islam in history and social studies courses in Tennessee middle schools.

Earlier this month, for example, parents in the Nashville suburb of in Spring Hill expressed alarm because their public middle school children are learning about Islam in a world history class but, the parents say, the course material pointedly ignores Christianity. Mad mom Brandee Porterfield, who has a seventh-grade daughter at Spring Hill Middle School in Spring Hill, Tenn., said her daughter came home with world history schoolwork all about the Five Pillars of Islam and other core teachings of the Abrahamic religion. The first and most important pillar — the shahada in Arabic — is roughly translated as: “There is no god but God. Muhammad is the messenger of God.” Porterfield said her daughter’s teacher instructed the girl to write: “Allah is the only God.”

A petition initiated by the American Center for Law & Justice entitled “Stop Islamic Indoctrination in School” had garnered 201,505 signatures as of early Wednesday morning.

A spokesman for the Islamic Center of Nashville, Rashed Fakhruddin, said he thinks both the ACLJ’s open records request and the claim that schools are teaching too much Islam are preposterous.

“I don’t know if this is meant to be a witch hunt, but all of the religions — Islam, Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism — they’re being taught in the schools,” Fakhruddin told WSMV.

In addition to Islam, students in Tennessee public schools also study Buddhism and Hinduism. However, they do not study Christianity per se. There is not, for example, one class day dedicated to the basic Jesus story.

A Spring Hill school district official promised that students eventually come across a reference to Christianity when history teachers reach the “Age of Exploration” in eighth grade. Then, students will hear about Christians persecuting other Christians in some countries in Western Europe.

The American Center for Law & Justice, a legal advocacy group for conservative Christian causes, is sending open records request letters to all Tennessee school districts for information on teaching Islam, reports The Tennessean.

State Senate Education Chairman Dolores Gresham, meanwhile, is calling on the state Department of Education to caution all schools against Islamic indoctrination.

In a recent meeting held by the Bradley Ministerial Association in Bradley County Tn, the notion seems to be, based on a series of comments, Islam will be taught as a “tool” for learning. The school leaders stated that they must teach to the standards which contains the teaching of Islam, to include memorizing the Shahada and the 5 Pillars of Islam. Now we will see if they intend to teach it.

Many schools and parents are reporting a series of teachings accumulating to 3 and 4 weeks on the study of Islam and other teachings. This is indoctrination. We must adhere to the 3 Rs not the 5 Pillars and spend our time wisely. Our kids could learn alot of other things within that extra month of study beside being indoctrinated to Islam.

For schools stepping over the line they will more than likely be issued subpoenas for teaching adverse and excessive religious topics in our schools and then be forced to stop or face a lawsuit or jail time.

Much of this Islamic teaching is heavily funded by the likes of the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, Iran, Qatar and Saudia Arabia to slant the standards to contain a heavy influence of the Middle Eastern Culture.

Cece Heil, Senior Counsel with the ACLJ, said open records requests have gone to all 146 Tennessee public school districts because of the concerns voiced by parents to the organization.

“Although a school may teach curriculum on religion, it must be objective,” Heil said in an email. “It may not prefer one religion over other religions without running afoul of the Establishment Clause. After receiving specific complaints from parents, it seems that some school (districts) may have crossed this line.”

The time and depth Islam has been taught in schools has been scrutinized recently by Tennessee lawmakers and community members representing multiple districts.

The state provides academic standards, which Tennessee Department of Education Commissioner Candice McQueen said are designed to provide a deep understanding of how world religions have affected world history.

The letter comes after recent objections were raised by parents in several Tennessee counties regarding the teaching of Islamic practices in middle school curriculum. Some parents claim their children were required to memorize the five pillars of Islam and to write “Allah is the only God” as part of an assignment.

“Over the past few weeks, members of the General Assembly have received an increasing number of messages from constituents over the curriculum being used in Tennessee 7th grade Social Studies classrooms,” the letter said. “Most of these concerns surround the teaching of Islamic tenets in Tennessee classrooms. While we understand the importance of teaching world history to our students, we must be prudent in our approach so it is clear that we are educating rather than indoctrinating.”

“To help ensure that our State is providing the best quality education to our children we request that the Department of Education issue a letter instructing our local school districts to use caution when teaching religious beliefs and how they impact world history,” the letter concluded.

The Cleveland Bradley Ministerial Association conducted a question and answer session recently in Cleveland Tennessee, inviting several local and private education leaders to share topics that are going on in their school systems. 

The association is seeking ministers and educators to come together to unite in their efforts to to enhance goals that will improve literacy scores across the county.

According to the Cleveland Daily Banner, a forum of four local leaders spoke to the group Wednesday: Dr. Bill Balzano, president of Tennessee Christian Preparatory School; Dr. Linda Cash, director of Bradley County Schools; Dr. Jeff Elliott, supervisor of curriculum and instruction for Cleveland City Schools; and Ramona Kim, principal of United Christian Academy.

Among the goals discussed was our county wide literacy rate of around 50 percent, Superintendent Linda Cash called this unacceptable. 

Many of the leaders provided input into what could make our schools better and what could better prepare them to excel and prepare them for college and beyond.

In summary from the Cleveland Daily Banner article, among the subjects listed to raise the schools literacy rates were promoting Coach Dungys book, “An Uncommon Life”, Read 20, dance and music classes, the “one-to-one initiative”, early reading and math, improving graduation rates and ACT scores, walkingthe halls praying, providing meals for teachers, landscaping schools, learning of their personal faiths, the K-12 program, etc.

After the introduction and small talk, in a question and answer session, the blended group was directed to Common Core, referring to the The Shahada and the 5 pillars of Islam being taught in public schools by an unnamed group member.

The Cleveland Daily Banner said the organizations unnamed member asked the school leaders about the religion of Islam being taught in schools, calling it “a harmful virus.” 

“The unnamed source referenced information about Islam allegedly being taught in seventh-grade history classes  in Tennessee public schools.”

TN Christian Preparatory Schools Director Dr Bill Balzano spoke first and said “Though there may be information about something in a textbook, he said one must actually look at an individual teacher’s syllabus and curriculum map to see what will be covered and when.”

“Though TCPS is a Christian school, he noted junior and senior students are taught some passages from Islam’s governing book, the Quran, in their Bible classes. Balzano said students must know what other religions believe in order to effectively defend their Christian faith.”

Jeff Elliott the Cleveland City Schools director of instruction and curriculum said “Cleveland’s schools do not push one religion over the others, and all classes are being taught in accordance with state standards which dictate students learn about religions to help them understand history.”

“Cleveland City Schools has also seen a continually increasing population of students learning English as a second language, and he said schools are seeing more students from families practicing different religions.”

“Elliott said students learning more about other religions can help them better relate to other people.”

“He added churches have the most important roles to play in making sure Christian students are knowledgeable about their faith.”

Most interesting to me during this charade was the comments made by the new Director of Bradley County Schools Linda Cash stating “textbooks which may feature information about Islam are JUST A TOOL teachers can use. They have to follow the standards that tell them to teach about various faiths, but they can use a variety of resources.”

Considering the words of Cash, We have now evolved from a Christian based school system to the teaching of Islam as a “tool” to teach our kids. 

She further stated we have to teach the standards (that contains the creed of Islam) to our children to teach them about other faiths. 

Many would say the the public school system is not who they would prefer teaching their child about faith.  Many parents would gladly take on that task within the family and at their places of worship.

Cash continued, “teachers are not going into a tremendous amount of depth when talking about religion.”

“Nothing is taught in isolation,” Cash said, adding that no one religion is taught without the others. 

I deem it ironic that not too long ago the Christian faith and prayer were literally removed from our schools and now that Islam wants us to be inclusive, we teach all religions now!

Dr Linda Cash has now endorsed the teaching of Islam in our Bradley County Schools. Regarding my own children, they have had little exposure to Islam or other faiths in school to date. With her statement supporting teaching Islam as a tool, it may drastically change the teaching environment as teachers may see her comments as a green light.   

Dr Linda Cashs statements could potentially lead to handing our kids over to the influence and will of Islam.   

Maury County TN Schools, particularly Spring Hill High School has been blasted recently for teaching Shahada and the 5 pillars of Islam, requiring their students to memorize the passage and proclaim Allah as the one and only god and Muhammed his servant and prophet, and then administering TCAP tests covering the subject. They were also told to write it on paper as “Allah is the one and only god and Muhammed is his servant” (see Brietbart news link below) All this under the direction of Common Core standards.

My thoughts are if it’s on TCAP, it must be taught in our schools, all of them. Thus, the emphasis on Dr Cashs words when she said teaching Islam is just a tool for teachers to use when they teach.  

The Shahada is a very dangerous Islamic “prayer” for our children to utter while proclaiming Muhammed as a prophet.

It is multifaceted and has many tentacles and is the creed for Islam. 

In very simple terms, by comparison, it’s basically the Christians version of the “Road to Salvation, the Romans Road, the Sinners Prayer or the path to salvation with specified duties to live a faithful life.

In Islam, to become a Muslim according to the Koran, the Hadith and the teachings of Muhammed you must say a prayer or passage to gain entrance to Jennah (Paradise) and to become a devout follower of Allah via Muhammed. That prayer is the Shahada and its proclamation that Allah is the only god and  Muhammed is the prophet. This is the  same prayer that our kids are memorizing and TCAP testing on.

The following is a direct quote from an Islamic website on the subject of Shahada.

“The complete statement of the creed of the Muslim is:
“Ash-shadu anna Laa elaha illa lah. Ash-shadu anna Muhammadar Rasoolulah.” (I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger).

“Every Muslim has been taught that the key to “Jennah” (Paradise) is the statement in Arabic:
  “Laa illaha illa lah.”  (There is none worthy of worship except Allah.) ”

“Many Muslims believe that as long as they have made this statement, nothing will harm them. They think they will be granted Paradise because of this mere verbal statement of the Shahadah.”

“There is no question that the mere saying of the shahadah: “I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger” is not sufficient for salvation.”

The article continues to elude to the fact that some Muslims only believe the Shahada is their path to Paradise when in fact the Pillars of Islam must be followed also. 

“True scholars of Islam are quick to tell us that this testimony of faith is our “Muftah ul Jennah” (Key to Paradise). The famous follower Wahb ibn Munabbih was once asked;
“Isn’t the statement of “La ilaha illa-lah” the key to Paradise?” 

He answered; “YES! But every key has ridges. If you come with the key that has the right ridges, the door will open for you. Yet if you do not have the right ridges the door will not open for you.” 

Much like the Christian faith and the prayer of repentance, the mere words are not enough, but must be followed by the statement of baptism and living the life, such as obeying the 10 Commandments and following the teachings of Jesus and messages of God almighty.

The 9 conditions of the Shahada are known as:
1) Knowledge  
2) Certainty  
3) Acceptance  
4) Submission  
5) Truth  
6) Sincerity  
7) Love  
8) Denial  
9) Adherence

Your kids are memorizing this prayer and proclamation in your schools!

The Five Pillars of Islam is essentially their rule book for Paradise after proclaiming the acknowledgement of Shahada, Muhammed is the prophet.

The 5 pillars from the Hadith of Gabriel:

1) Faith or belief in the Oneness of God and the finality of the prophethood of Muhammad;
2) Establishment of the daily prayers;
3) Concern for and almsgiving to the needy;
4) Self-purification through fasting 
5)The pilgrimage to Makkah for those who are able.
6) The one that is frequently left out for obvious reasons is Jihad or Holy war on non believers.

Your kids unbeknownst to you have unknowingly pronounced their faith to Allah and Muhammed through the Shahada and introduced to the 5 pillars to live as a righteous Muslim. 

It is a stretch but like myself, to become a Christian I professed my sins and asked God to come into my life, and now your child by professing the Shahada and proclaiming Muhammed as his prophet and servant he or she has submitted and made a faith statement to Allah.

Think about it! If we use the same path of accepting Christ and uttering the sinners prayer to become a follower of Christ doesn’t it make sense that now, technically by virtue of a prayer, your child is now a follower of Islam and Allah?   

What an evil and  ingenious indoctrination “tool” to deliver your your children to Allah . What a statement this makes to Islamic leaders who are very aware of what Shahada is and the tools involved in influencing your children.

Your kids under the direction of our esteemed educators and political leaders have created the path, the “tool” to expose and convert millions of our kids and submit them to the will of Allah. 

The above scenario should enrage you! It amazes me at the lack of concern for what is being taught in our schools and the level of acceptance to co-exist with a political ideology that promotes the desire to conquer your country and dominate your religious beliefs. 

Can you imagine the uproar if our schools chose to make our kids memorize the sinners prayer and the path to conversion, follow Jesus Christ, pronouncing him as our Lord and Savior? The roof would be lifted from these schools and every teacher fired but instead your child in essence has been converted to Islam and you stand unknowing and unaware.

Islam and the teachings of Islam has been creeping into our lives and now the conversion has been placed in overdrive. Stunningly, the reactionary silence is deafening.

I personally doubt Dr Cash knows of the extent to which Islam is trying to gain control of our children. I also doubt she knows of the level of
Influence her simple statement can have on our children’s life. But her acceptance of Islam being taught in our schools as a tool is well worth providing her with the knowledge to retract her statement.

Please contact her or the school boards and let her know her words can be very damaging to our kids.

Recently Chattanooga Tennessee Sheriff, speaking to the Hamilton
County Pachyderm Club called Islam communism with a god! 

As Sheriff Hammonds words ricocheted off the walls of the Pachyderm Club, we will surely see many upset Islamists in Chattanooga. 

I’m sure like clock work CAIR, the local MOA-Muslims of America terrorists and the ISGC, ie, the Muslim Brotherhood will soon attack the Sheriff. 

Hammond making these statements seems more concerned about the safety of Chattanooga residents and less about offending the non PC terrorists in our community.

According to the Chattanooga Times Free Press, “Hammond spent three years training police officers in the Middle East and previously served as a chaplain’s yeoman in the U.S. Navy, said that Islam is “the strongest infringement that we’ve had in our country as a constitutional government since communism.”

The CTFP interview continued, “According to Hammond, more than 2,000 mosques or Islamic centers have opened in the U.S. in the last 24 years and he warned that citizens and law enforcement need to be move vigilant about Islamic activities.”

In the past, Hammond has stepped up and shown his support for the Constitution taking a pledge to be a Constitutional Sheriff, committing his office to assure that federal officers cannot have jurisdiction over his city in the state of TN. A measure supported by many true conservatives across the state and nation.

Sheriff Hammond plans to speak with Tennessee sheriffs soon “to help monitor activity of Muslims throughout the state.” “And he wants to meet with education leaders to discuss mentions of Islam and Christianity in textbooks.”

According to the article
in the Chattanooga Times Free Press “he stressed that he was not trying to say all Muslims are dangerous and want to overthrow the U.S. government. But he said enough of them were.”

“Even if only 5 percent of the 1.2 billion to 1.5 billion Muslims out there want to perform jihad, that’s a lot of people,” Hammond said.

“Hammond added that the July 16 attack in Chattanooga was definitely Islamic terrorism.”

“I can stand up here as your sheriff and say this is Islamic terrorism,” Hammond said. “Was he (I’m assuming he is speaking of Mohammed Abdullahzeez, the Islamic Terrorists that took the lives of our soldiers in Chattanooga) given instructions, I don’t know. The FBI might not ever know.”

I will reiterate and take Sheriff Hammonds words a step further and state that all of Islam whether moderate or radical are attempting to destroy all of our country. 

They are taking incremental steps and we are allowing Sharia Law to creep into our country. This is no more evident than in Chattanooga Tennessee. 

Sweeping change is coming to Chattanooga Tennessee and a very dangerous environment is being set up. 

We, in Chattanooga have enough Islamic sympathizers that are willing to see Islamic terrorism flourish in spite of recent attacks on our populace. We have just enough willing to accept Terrorism instead of condemning it.

And this attitude, this environment will allow Islamist terrorism to take root and freely breed in our city and destroy it from within. 

It started with a terrorist attack and the murder of our soldiers, next it will be shoving Islam down your throat with politically correct statements defending Islam as a peaceful loving religion incapable of doing the the things Mohammed Abdullahzeez did to our city and it’s soldiers. Tomorrow, we remain silent as not to offend a political ideology that is on the move and serving jihads to it’s inhabitants and the movement thrives.

Take heed. 

That 5 percent that Sheriff Hammond spoke of, and I personally think it’s much higher are setting up the political structure right now to take over out city and our country. 

Terrorists from all over the state and nation have been emboldened by the Abdullahzeez murders and “copycats” are sure to migrate to our area, receive support from local mosques and Imans then act all over again. This pattern of activity is being echoed all over the globe.

Chattanooga is a prime target of radical/moderate Islam and is well positioned to embed it’s tentacles into our community whether we allow
it or not. A bevy of migrants, refugees and their families are on their way to Chattanooga. Brace for it’s onslaught and decide where you will stand. Islam is on the move in our city and state and it in recent weeks has targeted Chattanooga.

CAIR and the likes will surely come after Sheriff Hammond for his statements. 

We need to make sure we are willing to stand with great force with this brave Sheriff as he takes on terrorism in his city.

The Islamist “anti propaganda” team is well organized and is vicious in it’s  defense of people who speak against jihadist/terrorists in their ranks.

Stand and salute Sheriff Hammond Chattanoogans. 

He will be lonely on this non PC island as the attacks come without your support.

Surely, RINOs and establishment politicians will run from this perceived controversy and the people will suffer as they succumb to the will of Islam.

It will happen. 

It’s happening all over the country.

As reported earlier, Rutherford County Police have arrested 2 MTSU students of Middle Eastern descent in connection to shots fired from a pellet gun during a girls soccer game at Riverdale High School. 

The reported original text from Odom via a source close to the incident informed me via a message from memory,
 ” 3 middle eastern men were shooting with pellet gun into soccer field.  So officer followed, most in custody.” (The original text has not been recovered. A simple FOI request may confirm or deny the existence of this text and it’s full content.)

So in usual BCN fashion more info needed to be gathered to complete the report. With the vagueness of the first reports, I assumed there had to be more to the story and for some reason the MSM did not initially report the perpetrators were of Middle Eastern descent.

“School Resource Officer James Coots heard the pellet gun go off and turned to see the gun sticking out of the passenger side window of a Toyota, according to the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office.”

“The driver sped off, and Coots pursued the car until he and other deputies were eventually able to stop the vehicle. During a search of the car, Coots said he found a pellet gun lying on the floorboard.”

“Mohamed Nasoah Al-Dahan and Khaled Mahfouz, both 21, are charged with felony reckless endangerment with a weapon. They are being held on a $25,000 bond.” 

“Rutherford County Schools officials said no one was injured and all students are safe.”

“We take our responsibility seriously of protecting students both during classes and at after-school events,” said Sheriff Robert Arnold in a news release.. “SRO Coots, other responding deputies and the detectives did an outstanding job in quickly apprehending the suspects and charging the suspects. We are happy no one was injured during this unfortunate incident.”

BCN Note: No need to sugar coat this any longer. This was a terroristic attack by 2 maybe 3 men of Middle Eastern descent. The verdict on whether they were Islamic has yet to be confirmed, my guess and it’s only a guess, it will more than likely be confirmed.

Recently I declared MOA terrorist camps were well positioned to strike key cities from their bases in Nashville, were in your neighborhoods and said they were more widespread than once believed. 

I stood by the facts and said that MOA, Jamaat Al Farruq  are proven terrorists capable of harming Tennesseans. MOA was very close to the terrorist  attack recently in Chattanooga Tn and joining with ISGC to protest is throwing up a very important red flag, only 3 days ahead of a terrorist attack.

On July 13th, 2015, MOA- The Muslims of America, Jamaat Al Farruq terrorist group was in Chattanooga Tennessee protesting as part of it’s  “Stand For Justice Campaign.” On July 16th, 2015, Muhammed Abdullazeez killed five soldiers in an act of war, Jihad.

Yes, Muslims of America, Jamaat Al Faruq terrorist group led by Sheikh Gilani from Lahore Pakistan. The same one I have warned you about numerous times and have even proven their terrorist connections and activities. 

This fact would have gone completely unnoticed if you had to rely solely on the MSM for your coverage. This occurrence and visit to Chattanooga by MOA slipped by many and warrants further investigation.  It would not surprise me if nothing gets done about known terrorists protesting in downtown Chattanooga, TN then 5 soldiers killed shortly after they came to town.

Recently a man named Robert Doggart was accused of conspiring to shoot up the “holy city of Islamberg, in Hancock, New York” the capital of all MOA terrorist camps in the USA led by it’s  leader Sheikh Gilani a prominent figure head with ties to Al Qaeda and even Osama Bin Laden, among other terrorist groups. They were unhappy that Doggart was able to post bail and be confined to his home, so they protest.

The mere fact that the Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga was protesting with them in a show of solidarity is suspect at the very least.

Why would a so called peace loving group like ISGC be protesting with known terrorist at a federal building in downtown Chattanooga just before Abdullahzeez mowed down US soldiers.

The common thread was they are all Islamic and share the same beliefs and read from the same Koran, Hadith and Sunnah where it is commanded of their faithful followers to wage Jihad and to kill all Kafirs or unbelievers.

The Stand for Justice Rally gained national attention because the alleged “American Taliban,” Robert Doggart made perceived threats against it’s holiest city inside the USA. This type behavior does not sit well with Islamic extremist, but interestingly enough I did not see them protesting the killing of American Soldiers in Chattanooga.

The MOA, Jamaat Al Farruq terrorist group and its connections to the Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga is a sign that ISGC is accepting of this terrorist group or supportive of their agenda. 

There may be a story behind the story of a terrorist connection that could be made between these two groups.  At the least watched carefully for future action against citizens of Tennessee.

The ISGC mosque and it’s leaders have been tied to NAIT and Hamas, co conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation trial where it was uncovered via “The Project” that Islam plans to destroy America from within by following a well thought out plan for world dominance.

The New York post recently wrote about the NAIT terrorist connection with the ISGC.

In 2007, the Justice Department designated NAIT as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorist financing case in America history, US v. Holy Land Land Foundation, which resulted in convictions and imprisonment of several US-based Hamas terrorist leaders. Current NAIT chairman Gaddoor Saidi also appears on the government’s co-conspirator list.

Court records detail money flowing through NAIT financial accounts to Hamas. In the same exhibits from the trial, the Justice Department lists NAIT and Saidi among “members of the US Muslim Brotherhood,” alongside NAIT’s parent the Islamic Society of North America — from which the Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga derives its name.

To ignore this connection amidst the recent happenings occurring 3 days after ISGC teamed up with known terrorist MOA, Jamaat Al Farfuq is irresponsible. 

MOA has struck before in the US and they should be questioned about their links to national and international terrorism  and the recent terrorist attack in Chattanooga Tennessee. 

ISGC and MOA protesting together should raise many flags, just as many red flags were raised about Abdullahzeez  and ignored, we should not make the same mistake twice.

Shelby County Tennessee, near Memphis in Millington, at Lucy Elementary school, 10 year old, Erin Shead was told she had to stop writing about her hero “God” in a class project. (See finished project in the links below)

She was told to change the subject for fear that it may offend someone.  She was even told she had to take her project home where it could not be displayed along side the other children’s heroes.

Speaking from the heart of a 10 year old inside a repressive environment she spoke softly in great detail about her project,  “God is my idol, I will never hate him. He will always be the number one person I look up to.” First of all, why would a child express that she will never hate him? This is not a natural relaxed response while speaking of her hero “God!” This is more of a conditioned response made after perhaps a scathing debate.

When the child was pressed for another hero, she was either prompted or simply chose the deceased pop singer Michael Jackson. The choice possibly made because it would not draw the ire of her teacher and would somehow seem less controversial.

Are our children being forced or directed to steer away from Christianity and more toward pop stars because it is more appealing to a greater base and remains politically correct.

It seems the Common Core standards and the lesson plans accompanied and applied have left teachers with the option to direct the conversation to a certain agenda, reflecting their own beliefs on a child.

Each unique teacher is either teaching to a personal belief or a perceived implied  belief within an ideology that somehow promotes forming a differing and limiting view within the minds of our children with a certain agenda, called Common Core!

Are we steadily seeing indoctrination of our children within a closed biased system that is more concerned about developing “global citizens” than with teaching the ABCs?

Christian Ross, a Shelby County school district’s spokesperson, told Fox News last week that the “incident has been addressed at the school-level, and the principal has contacted parents of the student regarding their concerns.”

“This was a regrettable misunderstanding, and we as educators must learn from it.” “The principal and teacher have had a positive and productive conversation with the family, and we are pleased this matter is being addressed at the school level.” “The district will not be discussing this matter further in the media,” the statement added.

Ironically, the same schools in Tennessee that are demanding that we as Christians not be allowed to express our first amendment rights are allowing visits to mosques, gifting of Korans to school children,  offering of prayer mats praying to Allah while facing the east, visitation of Buddhist temples and explaining to young folks that the 10  Commandments cannot be displayed and the 5 pillars of Islam are proudly displayed where the 10 Commandments once stood. They have allowed the 6th pillar, a  lesser known  pillar called Jihad (Holy War against Christians and non believers  that usually ends with death) to be mounted to a wall for all to see.

The obvious push to strive for greater understanding of other religions while separating and isolating another religion is truly a case against the school  system and other leftist establishments that strip everyday Americans of the ability to worship a god of their choice.

The Freedom from religion foundation and the ACLU are not beating down doors to stop this type of repression of religion, thus making these organizations seem biased and singular in their approach to all religions.

This leads me to the conclusion that it’s not about keeping religion out of our schools as much as it is about restraining the expression of christianity from our vernacular. 

Allowing the suppression of one religion while allowing another is not a balanced approach and speaks of a higher appointment to lessen the impact of a Christian influence.

We have stepped into a time period where the table is changing and the ball is now in the other court. 

Christians are now being forced to demand the same protection being afforded Muslims, Hindus, Atheist,Jewish or whomever. 

No longer are Christians allowed to practice what we believe but instead left with the option to litigate to limit the expression of several religious expressions upon the majority fighting for the ability to express their religion. Unfair and unbalanced beliefs are now being forced upon christians seeking the same censure given to other religions.

Why must it be that a child wishing to express God as their hero have a negative impact on all those in striking distance. 

And if the truth be known, had this child chosen to speak about Allah, Mohammed or Buddah as their hero we would not be having this conversation today.

Many Americans are beginning to piece the puzzle together and look at the hard facts above.

Millions upon millions of Christians, Jews and non muslims are being killed daily. Who is doing this killing? You can see it? It’s not a mystery. Why are they doing it? Because it is commanded of them.

And yet we remain silent when our public schools take field trips to mosques, receive copies of the Koran but can’t find “the time” to go to a church. Then when pressure is applied by concerned parents, the schools spontaneously cancel any future trips to religious institutions and stand amazed, wandering why there is resistance to such a simple act of intended tolerance and acceptance.

We sit idly by as our kids are directed to make posters of the 5 pillars of Islam while the 10 Commandments are taken down never to return. We teach tolerance and acceptance for this religion that has no tolerance or acceptance of any kind to any religion outside Islam.

We live in a time when the NAACP, FFRF and other liberal organizations want Christianity to be nowhere near a school but do not budge when any other religions other than Christianity is pushed or prosteltyzed upon our children.

It is obvious this push to open our children’s minds to “all religions” is nothing short of making sure Christianity is the only religion that is not tolerated or accepted.

Parents and teachers want to portray Islam as the religion of peace inside our schools yet the tough reality that those same people we are for some reason protecting would gladly sever you carotids with a very sharp sword simply because you do not believe as they do.

We hurriedly implement Common Core with it’s “global feel” to every student, to every community in the nation while all around them this satanic activity is happening. Like driving a gas truck into a fire!

An environment where it is acceptable for our teachers to praise the “religion of peace” even as they kill 400 Christians a day?

We live in a time where we attempt to separate radical Islam from moderate Islam. While one lies about the other and one asks for forgiveness while either would slit your throat with the zeal of a hunter making his first big game kill!  Two vantage points with a shared dual ideology colliding on the same field of play.

While you attempt to rationalize all this info, remember the ones you protect under the banner of political correctness are the same savages that want you dead.

You are doing no one any favors by speaking up or out for these demonistic souls. While you are plotting to find a way to understand them, they are looking for a way to rid you from the face of this earth. Sheep to slaughter ?

This is deliberate. As I believe Abraham Lincoln once said       
“America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.” 

The enemy has a foothold on the conscience and will of our country. The citizenry is labeled a racist, a bigot, a hater, extremist and even a terrorist if you speak up or out against this coup of our country. It has taken many years and many battles to get here. The propagated system that is in place has raised one generation of children and is working on the next.

The softening and indoctrination of this generation of gullible minds will be the finishing touch that springs us into Socialism and situated within influential positions to perfect the transition.

The left, the communists or whatever you prefer have been working for years to complete this task and will be very successful unless more Americans speak up and speak up loudly.

We are at a critical tipping point. Attempt to talk to a child that has been inside the system, ask them a geography question, how to do their time tables, who is your Congressman etc. The answers will be very shocking and proof that something is astray. 

Why should we be tolerant of Common Core or Islam? Why should we tolerate indoctrination and it’s stronghold on our children and the next generation? Why should I be tolerant of a political system that wants Kafirs (you and I) dead if we don’t convert? Why should I be respectful of a society that sees you as the enemy but yet we need to make our children the tolerant and accepting ones. Why should I sit by idly as Jihad is sending many Americans home in a body bag half the man or woman they once were and bound to a wheelchair for the rest of their lives? Why must I be willing to accept and allow this “religion” where Sharia law dominates and women are less than whale dung? Why? Why does my child’s school feel it needs to be the moral compass for my child’s religious beliefs? Why am I as a parent frowned upon when I demand that my child skip the lessons where “other” religions are discussed?

America was founded on Judaeo Christian values. Our foundation is the 10 Commandments and our God, our savior, of whom millions believed  died on a cross and rose again. My god is not Allah nor Muhammed our messenger. My beliefs or your failure to believe as I do will not result in a sword across the back of my neck and why should I look the other way when my child is being taught Islam and that acceptance is mandatory to be successful inside a global arena?

Why in blue blazes should my child be  subjected to the negativity of “other” religions when my only goal and choice is to show them the love of Christ and not Allah. I could care less if they “understand and become tolerant” of a religion I personally disagree with as a path for which my child should follow. I do not want my child exposed to perhaps other harmful religions, there are things about “other” religions I don not want to think is the norm, to name a couple killing other for your cause and pedophilia. That should be enough, but sadly it isn’t!

Kids are confused enough as is and are trying to sort their way without the confusion of many religious influences in their young minds.

If you wanna teach Islam, Christianity or Buddhism to your child please feel free to do so. After all we live in America and part of living here is we have free choice and the liberties to do as we please inside the law of the land. My liberties are now being infringed upon because now I do not have a choice of what I want my child exposed to. Our school system has taken that right away!

Where did we go wrong when somehow we have relinquished our sovereignty and decision making capability over to a school system that is in the middle of a hostile yet willing takeover.

Backlash? I’m sure many that read this blog will go directly to the sewer and ask why are you and your staff not tolerant of other religions?

This is not hardly what I want my 12 year old to learn in middle school, she is trying as others to find herself inside a world that is not always seen clearly. Why add to this confusion? Why not allow the parents to subject that same child to the religious belief they desire, free of any other influence and let the schools get back to teaching the fundamentals of being a good student.

The left has drilled the school system for years, sued, complained and fought for “no religion, bible, pledge, prayers or 10 commandments” in our schools and now they are saying we should be tolerant and accepting of “all” religions? 

The same folks that wanted religion completely out of our schools are now demanding that Allah, Buddah and others be a part of our children’s curriculum. 

Uh uh! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it one more time. How can you not expect a backlash by many Americans when you are doing the exact thing today that you fought to eliminate over the last 40 years, what is good for the goose is good for the gander! 

You have brought the fight to us and regrettably successfully, don’t come whimpering for your religion to be accepted now that you have another agenda. It doesn’t work that way! Not in America! Our memories are not that short!

Common Core must be eliminated from our schools and the real foundations of our country reestablished and the new age foundation, the 5 pillars of Islam eliminated!

The Constitution was written to protect us from a tyrannical government, not used to institute laws and opinions to restrain the people and limit freedoms for any special groups or sects of Americans, it is for us all. I have rights also!

Subtle uprisings as seen in Manchester Tennessee are popping up all over the country. Passion is running high and we are on the crest of a movement set on securing our future.

Still in it’s infancy the steady drumbeat of revolution is seeping into conscious thought as a way to overcome an empirical Washington, the elitist, loyalist or Tories if you will, to tighten control on the farmer, the peasant, the patriot.

On display enmasse last evening at the Manchester Convention Center was a group of well over a thousand patriots gathered in one room.  In this setting, I witnessed a clash of two different ideologies and political systems.

The overwhelming concern was the DOJ, FBI forbearing the rights of a majority over the rights of the minority, circumventing the current law for sharia law.

The overwhelming realization that we all have the same rights under the  Constitution but that right is being altered because an Islamic political system refuses to live within stated boundaries and create their own Sharia compliant culture with separate carved out rights for a specific group that  ignores others rights.  

There was a quick realization that our country is changing and the liberal left is leading the charge.

A tense evening has revealed the federal government is taking a stand and protecting their six, alongside political islam.

The DOJ, the FBI and a federal leftist led government are preparing to lead the charge against the constitution while limiting free speech and carving out a niche for a requesting minority despite the rumblings of millions in our nation. 

The seemingly simple request to indict, monitor, prosecute and imprison Americans for speaking out against political Islam on social media has sparked outrage in the state of Tennessee. 

Representing first hand accounts, I witnessed on June 4th, 2013, around the water cooler, in and around the convention center, I heard the following;  “Why are my civil rights being suspended because another sect of our populace refuses to assimilate and adopt the nations laws that have existed for well over 250 years  inside a constitutional republic?” “Why must we be the ones to suffer because they demand it?” “Are we not protected by the Constitution?”

The first shot, figuratively of course, was fired tonight  in Manchester TN as concerned patriots in droves took a stand for the Constitution that has been the glue that has kept this country free.

Reviews and commentary was mixed after the large event on our stand for freedom as the huge crowd filed out and worked their way back to their humble abodes. Were we well represented and was our message affected?

The leftist media response was predictable and expected. “They were loud, they were obnoxious, racists, rude to the speakers, disrespectful and downright near militant as hundreds of right wing extremists gather in Manchester TN!”

Most surprising to me was the evaluation of many within the Tea Party that showed reservation for views expressed inside the venue an their overall performance.

A modern day revolution was launched from this room and we failed to recognize it as that.

The silence in the aftermath at what was probably the greatest stand in many years by the Tea Party and we walk away disappointed? 

Social media and Tea Party groups have gone silent in the aftermath of the convention and for what reason?  Perhaps we have allowed the leftist media to dictate to you political correctness, damping the spark that could cause a flame to create change, DONT DO IT! 

This was a glorious night where, yes, people spoke up and were loud and some even obnoxious but this is passion folks! This is patriotism!  This is a peaceful rebellion! The revolution many talk about all the time just happened. The people spoke up! This is the outrage that has been missing for a while in this country. 

Sure I asked for silence a few times because I thought it was necessary for us to hear what they had to say. The night is what it was! 

An ideological revolution against tyranny! LET IT BE! 

I overheard messages on the way out such as “We have lost our way”, “our message has been distorted”, the “fringe in the room showed their arses”, “we should have remained silent and we would have been more effective”, “the media will spin this as a bad thing.” NO!  We have found a common message and tapped into a vein that could fuel change. Does anyone remember the Occupy Wall Street embarrassment recently? This group tonight, tame by comparison, peacefully assembled and somehow the OWS guys seemingly get a leftist pass and our loud voices condemned. This is purposeful folks! Shame them into silence and they will shut up and go away!  Silent servitude never changed a country!

In all the perceived discord a memory of our not to distant past has been forgotten and a comparison of modern day patriots
to the warriors of the past was not drawn or just momentarily forgotten in our search to remain politically correct.

The evening was very mild if you compare it to the last American Revolution where burning houses, murder, tar and feathering were the routine for a nation of patriots trying to break free from a emperial tyrannical British government.

No arrests were made last evening, hundreds of people peaceably assembled in the scorching heat, provided taunts and insults toward a population that refuses to assimilate into American Culture yet demand change as part of their existence and yet  noone was tarred and feathered, no militia raids or charges on strongholds made. 

Objection to a litany of admiration for the Department of Justice, FBI and the federal government overreaching and offering “protection” for political Islam while issuing warnings to those Americans that do not comply to their requests while receiving biased treatment in front of freedom loving citizens is enough to spark outrage in any freedom loving patriot.

Remember, the media and this opposing political system system wanted to see a fight! They wanted a citizen to get out of line completely and the incident videoed and broadcasted for all the world to see. That did not happen, because tremendous restraint was exercised. Voicing discontent, raising your hands in the air and disrupting a meeting is not the nail that buries a movement. Please guys, I watched an OWS guy defecate on a police car, widespread drug use, rape and attempted murder last summer and somehow we view that as “they were upset an misunderstood!”  

We left the Manchester Convention Center, police cars clean, the women respected and drug or alcohol free, even singing and praying on occasion. The Convention hall was left in pretty good shape by comparison, no arrests, to my knowledge, no one was murdered, raped or tarred. Gosh! No one expected this from the Tea Party? Please! we have a track record for five years and so far not a single incident of disobedience unless you consider yelling in a room unlawful! This is not how we roll!

You did see the mood shift near intermission as the police and secret service flocked to the corners of the room near the halfway point and call off the intermission over “safety concerns and heightened tensions!” 

This was purposeful as if a
little drama would elicit a response requiring intervention. Even this was a failed attempt to evoke some “poor redneck” to act
out!  

Much to the event holders chagrin, the very large passionate group gathered outside for some old timey passionate rallying and chest thumping, filed in and out very orderly, grabbed some chips and spicy salsa and some lemonade, then filed outside for another hour of speeches and evaluation and nothing reportable happened! Let me add once again, NO REPORTED EVENTS! Not a single arrest! 

Loud and obnoxious, if you saw it that way, perhaps but not against the law or the constitution. NO laws broken!!! This is something to be proud of!  

Passion is needed today in this world of passiveness. You wanted someone to speak up and act and exercise their freedom of speech, you got it tonight, the right way! Now embrace it.

The night was not all fueled by the jeers in the room from the patriotic crowd. The opposing side had a game plan too. 

The plan as I viewed it initially was for AMAC, OIC and the DOJ to appear as solemn, quiet and hushed  victims. 

The subdued atmosphere with a bowed chin and quiet demeanor, perhaps a reflection of their culture, but it was very obvious. The line of demarcation was being drawn! The itended road map route changed as many speakers became intolerant and reactive to some of the loud objections. The tone changed from somber to snarky, mean spirited, challenging and condescending as the nerves of the speakers became frazzled.

At one point, while viewing an obviously propaganda style 15 to 20 minute video that displayed dissent in the public around Murfreesboro over the recent building of the mosque depicting objectors to the mosque as white, poor, disheveled and redneck. 

Many in the room yelled “PROPAGANDA” and “TAQIYAH!!! The crowd was sarcastically challenged by the speaker as she raised her voice and said ” you are using words you don’t even understand.”

Another challenge came when one of the speakers said her family was eighth generation American after shouting down an attendee who said they were from six generations of Americans. She quickly countered with ” I was born and raised right here on Monteat Mountain” at which time the crowd shouted it’s “Monteagle Mountain!”

AG Killian took the podium and was met with stiff opposition when he started singing the praises of his “boss” AG Eric Holder. At this point he was in my opinion,rightfully set back with taunts especially after the recent displays of injustice displayed by “his boss” in light of the recent Benghazi, Fast and Furious, EPA, IRS and AP reporter scandals.

FBI Agent Moore while approaching the podium hearing the taunts and jeers regarding AG Holder stepped to the podium and shouted “Attorney General Eric Holder” and when boos rang out again he quickly and condescendingly chuckled and said “I just wanted to get out of the way ahead of time!”

He also went on to say after making some comments about social websites and the surveillance they are doing on it, countered defensively and laughingly said “if its on the Internet it must be true.”

Another speaker while giving a set of statistics only referencing a few Christian on Muslim violence cases refused to divulge the obvious 400 murders per day around the world of Islam murdering Christians every day and this was obvious to the throng of objectors. 

While reading the demographics she would over accenuate and raise her voice to say the word “white” often taunting more objection from the assembly.

Sure the evening was tense and at times a little loud and spirited but what American that values their freedom wouldn’t be? 

The mix of religion, politics, freedom, objections from the right and left caused quite a stir but has has left many in every community thinking about what is happening to our country and has caused many to speak up and come to her rescue.

Everything did not go without controversy, nor should you have expected it to do so. Doing so would mean we were mindless drones in a time warp.

Allow me to repeat loud and boisterous! The criticism of these patriots does not warrant counting out these great citizens as extremists or racists. This group showed up in mass tonight in support of their country and constitution and fought for it! Shame to you if you think otherwise!

If you were offended then you probably have not been engaged in the fight! The fight for freedom is tense and is worth fighting for. As my daddy used to say or some version thereof, ” If the dog cant hunt, stay on the porch and watch! 

The Main Stream Media will do what they are prompted to do by their Commander in Chief and depict this as a negative. I have simply chosen to make this a positive. 

For the last five years we have advocated for the “sheep to awaken from the sleep!” Well, that happened tonight and I in no way will discredit this very well orchestrated event where most everyone was on their best behavior in spite of the fact that we are about to lose our country to the left!  In my humble opinion, the Manchester TN revolution was a success.

A revolution as necessary as this one cannot be condemned. The table was set with many agendas and the purpose of this meeting was derailed and a strong message sent! Mess with our country, our rights and our
Constitution and you will surely meet the wrath of a peaceful, albeit, raucous rebellion. 

An ideological rebellion with a peaceful and non violent end is the preferred route. We don’t need the masses to approve to make our point. Three percent snagged our country out of the hands of the left with our might in the past and it can be done again.

I believe a strong message without violence can create the change we want. Knowledge, facts, social media and truth can win this war. If shouting upsets you then I request you to reevaluate where you stand in this rebellion! 

The peaceful rebellion has only begun.
