Bradley County property tax or wheel tax as only solution? Are you kidding?

In Government on March 15, 2012 at 3:59 PM

Commissioner Caywood and Councilman Estes state we need a Property tax if not a Wheel tax!

When does it stop? Why is it that the first solution for our elected officials is to go deep into the pockets of it’s citizens?

Bradley Countians and Clevelanders are suffering and our current leaders are turning us around and putting the proverbial tax knife in the center of our backs!

In sure from their vantage point they don’t see the people hurting! I know personally families that are one check, one more tax from being homeless and on the street! The financial burden of this and more taxes in the horizon are going to place many in our county on the road to a socialist utopia, welfare and total dependence on the governement for cheese and a loaf of bread!

The fake president is doing it in DC, why not continue that effort at the local level! Many in Cleveland/Bradley County are at or below the poverty level! Every school, but one is a Title 1 program, meaning that we are at a certain poverty level in our community to accept federal grants!

We gave just suffered two of the strongest tornado disasters in our history with more than 600 homes destroyed and countless others ruined and many dead! Now, as we are awakening out of this disaster the people begin looking up and all we can see on the horizon is a Wheel Tax or a Property Tax ? You have got to be kidding me?

When will out elected officials get the message? I recently encouraged one of our commissioners to take me up on a challenge! Everywhere you go today, downtown, grocery store, in your community simply ask everyone you come across for 32 dollars! All ages, sizes, income levels, ask them for 32 dollars! See just how hard it would be for most to cough up that 32 dollars, being the equivalent of the Wheel Tax! I told the Commissioner that by the end of the day he or she would be crying and a Wheel tax would no longer be on the table!

Guys we are facing one of the toughest times in our country economically and instead of our elected officials from Mayor to Mayor, from City Council to County Commission making it easier on you, they are deciding that as a plan B, if the Wheel Tax gets turned down by the people, a Property tax will be levied upon you with the additional risk of losing your home on the line! God forbid? Where is the human side to all these decisions by our locally elected officials?

At one point do we say enough is enough! For all accounts and purposes the Property tax can be put to a referendum also! The will of the people can and will be enforced!

Another proposal out there and will be touched on in another blog is this! I feel there is a conflict of interest between certain members of our elected body and their connections to the local school system! The boards, council and commission are stocked full of people with a vested interest in their decisions! You know who you are and you are many, pull your self out of the tax talk. I believe a conflict of interest resides within our governing bodies! Pull your self out of the debate as you should! Taxing the citizens with a bias is not good practice! Hmmm food for thought!

A quick solution to our problems may be to ask the people who don’t belong in the current school zone area they are attending to politely go to the area they are zoned for! I hear this will take care of the overcrowding problem! I hear 200 to 300 kids are in our system that belong to systems outside the county and even the state! That would solve the overcrowding issue and nullify the need for 8 pods at a local high school! Just thinking out loud here in blogger world! Hate to discuss and perhaps over step my blogger boundaries!

Read the article below and look at the interactions between them! Absolutely not one person speaking up for “Joe Citizen!”

Take a look at the picture I’m guessing was taken at Lake Forest, with the cabinet door taken off and dangling from particle board! Think it is high time a group of citizen volunteers take up hammer and nail and fix those 40 million dollar cabinets! How about it? A citizen repair and maintenance team is on the way! Sound good ? Contact me or comment below if you have cabinet repair skills?

CLEVELAND, Tenn. — Members of four Bradley County elected bodies met over lunch Wednesday to hash out how to pay for about $38 million in immediate schools needs.

The Bradley County Schools system has a short list of needs that amounts to about $26 million.

“We have building needs, and one of them is Lake Forest [Middle School],” said county school board Chairman Charlie Rose, who taught at Lake Forest for 30 years. “It is a maintenance nightmare.”

The school, which opened in 1976 and was built for elementary and middle school students, includes 17 buildings. County officials want to replace the academic buildings with one large classroom building and keep the remaining buildings, including the gymnasium and cafeteria.

Overcrowding

They also want more space at Walker Valley High School. Built for 1,200 students, it now has more than 1,500. And officials want to replace Blue Springs Elementary School, lost in the 2011 tornadoes, Rose said.

Members of the Cleveland City Council, the Bradley County Commission and the city and county school boards talked about the needs during the roundtable at the Mountain View Inn.

“This is one issue where we are really joined at the hip,” Cleveland Mayor Tom Rowland said in his opening remarks.

Fast population growth is fueling the immediate need for another elementary school in the city system, Director Martin Ringstaff said.

“Rezoning is not the answer,” he said. “You can’t rezone overcrowded schools into other overcrowded schools.”

Push for wheel tax

County Commission Chairman Louie Alford said the solution is passage of a $32 wheel tax in August by county voters.

“If that goes through, it should give us some additional money for some of these projects and pay down the school debt,” Alford said.

Commissioner Jeff Morelock said a $32 wheel tax will not generate enough income to do all that.

A property tax increase of a few cents would be cheaper for taxpayers and generate the needed money, City Councilman Bill Estes said.

In response to a question about what would happen if voters turn down the wheel tax, Alford said, “There is no plan B.”

Commissioner Terry Caywood said the next alternative is a property tax increase.

Commissioner Jeff Yarber then noted that the City Council “has the power to raise its own property taxes.”

Others said all four elected bodies should get behind selling the wheel tax to the public, and Councilman Dale Hughes said each should approve a resolution saying that.

But those resolutions should tell voters exactly how the money would be spent, whether on immediate needs or to pay down the county’s $65 million school debt, city school board member Dawn Robinson said.

Commissioner Adam Lowe said some voters in his district see paying down the debt as an immediate need, too, .

HJR 587- Anti Agenda 21/ICLEI resolution passes another hurdle, on to floor today

In Agenda 21 on March 15, 2012 at 2:05 PM

HJR 587 jumps another hurdle on it’s way to final approval! Another vote will take place today, awaiting results! I know State Representative Kevin Brooks has been all over this resolution as it has gained greater than 30 sponsors in a short amount of time!

The United Nations Agenda 21 is being recognized as the evil plan that it is! In Bradley County we have in less than a year gone from “you are out of your minds” to a resolution being passed in the State Legislature to get it and ICLEI out of our community!

The RNC has made this effort their number one concern for 2012 and have also endorsed legislation to get the UN out of TN and the country! They were even as bold as to say that if you do not make a stand against Agenda 21 they would not endorse you for office next election! That is a very bold statement and has gained and spurred many bills and pieces of legislation to be created!

Our Bradley County,Cleveland City Mayor, city and county planners along with consultants McBride Dale and Clarion, commissioners and councilmen need to realize that their efforts beyond this date are futile. State and RNC legislation should be followed! We are done with our expensive and expansive growth plan and all the “green” efforts that are being implemented without the peoples approval!

We are no longer alone in this process! We now have teeth and we are asking our local leaders to jump on the bandwagon and stop looking beyond the will of the people! Stubbornness and thoughts of that’s the way we have always done things are no longer the status quo! At this point, you are alone and acting as if their are no stop gap measures in place. Continued action is irresponsible and possibly illegal. We keep hoping they will do the right thing, but we will see!

Listen to the sweetness of this resolution below sponsored by State Representative Kevin Brooks! It really is music to my ears and sends a definitive message to the local press that mocked us for daring to make this an issue long before any one knew about it. I’ll reserve my judgement for another day! The following resolution was created by a State Representative that dared to step out and act while others were hiding under mommas skirt tale too scared to stand up with the will of the people!

An email from Kevin Brooks!

A good morning fellow patriots,

HJR 587, by K. Brooks

A resolution relative to United Nations Agenda 21.
Whereas, the United Nations Agenda 21 is a COMPREHENSIVE PLAN of extreme environmentalism, social engineering and global political control that was initiated at the United Nations conference on Environmental and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1992 and

Whereas, the United Nations Agenda 21 in being covertly pushed into local communities throughout the United States of America through the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) through local “sustainable development”, polices such as Smart Growth, Wildlands Project, Resilient Cities, Regional Visioning Projects, and other “green or alternative” projects and

Whereas, the United nations Agenda 21 plan of radical so called “sustainable development” views the American way of life of private property ownership, single family homes, private car ownership and individual travel choices and privately owned farms all as destructive to the environment and

Whereas, according to the United nations Agenda 21 policy, social justice, is described as the right and opportunity of all people to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by society and the environment which would be accomplished by socialist/communist redistribution of wealth, and

Whereas according to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy, national sovereignty is deemed a social injustice, now, therefore, be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the one hundred seventh general Assembly of the State of Tennessee, the Senate concurring that the general Assembly theat the General Assembly recognizes the destructive and insidious nature of United Nations Agenda 21 and hereby exposes to the public policy makers the dangerous intent of the plan.

Be it further resolved, that neither the United States government, nor any state or local government is legally bound by the United Nations Agenda 21 treaty in that it has never been endorsed by the United States Senate,

Be it further resolved, that the Federal government and State and Local governments across the country be well informed of the underlying harmful implications of implementation of United Nations Agenda 21 destructive strategies for “sustainable development” and we hereby endorse rejection of its radical policies and rejection of any grant monies attached to it.

Breathe in deeply Bradley County and the rest of Tennessee! We now have a representative that is willing to stand in the gap!

Next step, based on the recommendation of our own State Legislature let’s take our reps resolution and demand legally that the Regional, Comprehensive plan, the BCC 2035 Growth plan are dead in it’s tracks!

Let’s tell the consultants hired by ICLEI out of Chattanooga that are currently directing our local growth plan to go home! You are fired! We do not want you here no more! Your outdated, cookie cutter plan has already cost us too much money!

Mayors, commissioners, councilmen and the Chamber of Commerce you no longer legally have the right to keep implementing this Agenda 21 plan in our community!

We can develop our own growth plan! We do not need the United Nations, the Chamber of Commerce or a group of ICLEI led Consultants spending billions of our tax dollars on sustainable development and placing the burden on me, my grandchildren and beyond!

Sustainable development, a new EPA tool

In Agenda 21, Government on March 5, 2012 at 9:42 AM

Our Mayor of Bradley County and our City Mayor have made it possible for the EPA, DOT and HUD to have full reign on our community by joining with ICLEI out of Chattanooga in support of the Regional Growth Plan to promote sustainability!

Not a single vote was cast by a single member of our elected body in our region or county! All they had to do was say yes to have them in here to regulate the fool out of us!

We no longer live in a community that relies upon it’s elected bodies to set policy for our county! We are now being ruled by an NGO(Non Governmental Organization) or some type of appointed member of a committee stocked full of beneficial parties that will rule in favor of their best interest!

We have lost our way when a constitutional republic fails to stand and govern by the will of the people! And on the other hand it’s we the people that are remaining silent so that it can happen as they wish!

I have been warning you of Executive Order 13575! Obama has set into place a way to regulate most of our society and take what liberties you have away! Look back on previous blogs about this EO! It will once again show you what was in the works back then and today with very little fanfare what the plan is for the future

This story below is confirming what we knew 6 months ago! These tiny steps turn into reality while securing yet another notch in Obamas proverbial belt on his way to a forced sustainable world using the EPA as his guide!

Sustainable development: latest tool for expanding EPA’s empire
A corrupted National Research Council gives EPA power to regulate waterways via zoning and limit farming choices in the name of “sustainability”

February 27, 2012by BONNER COHEN, PH. D.
Determined to concentrate power in the hands of largely unaccountable bureaucrats in Washington, Obama administration officials have devised a new scheme to justify expanding the regulatory reach of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
At the request of EPA, the National Research Council (NRC) issued a report last August laying out an “operational framework for integrating sustainability as one of the key drivers within the regulatory responsibilities of EPA.”  Referencing a little-noticed Obama Executive Order (13514) from 2009, the NRC report adopts the President’s definition of sustainability contained in the order.  Under that definition, sustainability means “to create and maintain conditions, under which humans and nature can exist in harmony, that permit fulfilling the social, economic, and other requirements of present and future generations.”
Founded in 1916, the NRC is currently administered by the National Academy of Sciences, National Academy of Engineers, and the Institute for Medicine. In developing the “operational framework” for future EPA policies, the NRC cited the 1969 National Environmental Policy Act‘s (NEPA) use of the word sustainability in describing the federal government’s approach to the environment.  “That policy is what is now described as sustainable development,” the NRC notes.
It has often been said that “beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.”  The same holds true for sustainable development.  The term – never defined with any precision – has been a mainstay of the United Nations, environmental organizations, and, increasingly, federal, state and local governments.   A growing number of corporations – eager to parade their green credentials – frequently claim their products and technologies are “sustainable,” without ever telling the public what is meant by the term.  Sustainable development is also a pillar of Agenda 21.  Adopted at the UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) at Rio de Janeiro in June 1992, Agenda 21 is described by the UN Division on Sustainable Development as “a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations Systems, Governments and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts (sic) on the environment.”
The lack of any clear understanding of what is and is not sustainable bestows a huge amount of discretionary power in the hands of regulators and other government officials acting in accordance with a term whose meaning is withheld from the public.  Small wonder that Wendell Cox, Ronald Utt, and Brett Schaefer of the Heritage Foundation have warned that Agenda 21/sustainable development in the hands of EPA “would significantly expand the role of government in economic decision-making, impede development and economic growth, and undermine individual choice and policy flexibility in local communities.  Opponents should be concerned about efforts by the U.S. government to implement these policies, both nationally and locally.”
“EPA is already engaged in many projects that further sustainability aims, but the adoption of this framework  — implemented in stages – will lead to a growing body of experiences and successes with sustainability,” Bernard Goldstein, occupation health professor at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School for Public Health, told The Daily Caller (Aug. 4, 2011).  Goldstein, who chaired the NRC panels that drew up EPA’s sustainability framework, added that, “To the extent that the laws permit, working with other agencies EPA should be able to incorporate [sustainability] using this framework.”
That effort is already well underway.  In June 2010, for example, the Obama administration, by way of an executive order, launched its Ocean Policy Initiative (OPI).  The OPI will subject America’s waterways – oceans, rivers, bays, and the Great Lakes plus coastal and even inland areas – to federal zoning.  Under the scheme, these areas will be managed according to “coastal and marine spatial planning.”  As an unnamed administration official told the Los Angeles Times (July 19, 2010), “This sets the nation on the path of much more comprehensive planning to both conservation and sustainable use of resources.”
Similarly, the administration, on June 9, 2011, announced the creation via Executive Order 13575 of the White House Rural Council.  Like the Ocean Policy Initiative, the Rural Council is composed of more than two dozen federal agencies whose objective is to “enhance the federal engagement in rural communities.”  The executive order states that, “Strong sustainable rural communities are essential to winning the future and ensuring American competitiveness in the years to come.”
But it will be bureaucrats in Washington — working hand-in-glove with environmental groups, suppliers of renewable energy, and other political allies — who will determine what is sustainable down on the farm.  This massive expansion of the powers of the administrative regulatory state is taking place without the consent of Congress, state and local officials, much less the residents of rural America.

The loss of American property rights to the United Nations

In Agenda 21 on February 2, 2012 at 12:00 PM

With the first in a series of 3 meetings to “kick off” the Comprehensive plan for Bradley County behind us, I can officially say I know what it is like to have smoke blown squarely up my backside! I feel I was courted, kissed and left limp before I awakened! Undoubtedly, the rest in the room were given tranquilizers as our elected officials never batted an eye or twitched a muscle as this plan was introduced and allowed to proceed!

Consensus was not obtained in that room at the five points museum regardless of how it was reported in the local press! Overwhelming disapproval was echoed by the majority in the room! I have the video to prove it, but then again, citizen objections are not supposed to be heard or voiced in Bradley County!

Their attempt to bamboozle and intimidate was obvious when County Commissioner Connie Wilson stood up from her seat and shouted the Citizens down leading us to believe we were wasting her time. Well, Mrs Wilson a great way to open up a little time in your busy schedule would be to resign or not run again, that would be a great way to free up your Mondays! Better yet, come election time we need to encourage the vote to go to someone willing to listen to and be inconvenienced by the people! Beyond the yelling by Mrs Wilson the meeting moved on without much citizen input acknowledgement.

The calling of the Police is a classic but outdated move often rendered by the machine when they are being objected to and not getting their way!

I wonder, if perhaps, the call was made from her table, thinking out loud always gets me in trouble.

For future reference, in case you have forgotten, “we the people” have a constitutional right and duty to question our government and their actions! Stop calling our Policemen and women who have other important things to do besides monitoring law abiding citizens demanding answers from their government! It’s appears so Gestapo, so Marxist, loud and out of touch!

Enjoy the article below! I have been so busy lately with all the happenings I can’t catch up! Believe me, the other articles are coming!

The loss of American property rights to the United Nations
The UN Agenda 21 Marches on in America with the USDA-EPA National Partnerships.

By Dr. Ileana Johnson Paugh  Sunday, August 14, 2011

John Adams said, “Property must be secured, or liberty cannot exist.” The Decalogue emphasized private property in “Thou shalt not steal.” George Washington stated, “Private property and freedom are inseparable.”

Private property was so important to our Founding Fathers that its principles were included in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. The right to property is surmised in the owner’s determination of land use, as long as its use does not “disturb the equal rights of another.”

The Declaration of Independence states that “…all Men…are endowed by their Creator with Certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.” United Nations Charter and Declaration of Human Rights are based on the idea that rights are granted and rescinded by men.

The UN third world nations planners devised Agenda 21 on three suspect principles: Equity, Economy, and Environment, all controlled by government because “individual rights must take a back seat to the collective.”

In 1964, UN developing nations called for the establishment of a New International Economic Order, asking that multi-national corporations be regulated, foreign property nationalized, asking to establish commodity monopolies, and requesting transfer of technology and technical assistance.

Developed nations ignored this declaration but developing nations promoted these ideas at other conferences. In 1976, the Conference on Human Settlements (Habitat One) declared that private land ownership and wealth are the primary reasons for social injustice. The 65 page socialist document recommended land use:

redistribution of population in accordance with resources

government must control the use of land in order to achieve equitable distribution of resources

land use must be controlled through zoning and planning
government must control excessive profits from land use
urban and rural land reform should be done through public ownership of land

public authorities should hold developing rights of land and should be separated from owner rights

The 1987 UN report, “Our Common Future” by the World Commission on Environment and Development focused on the policy of sustainable development: land use, education, and population control and reduction. Sustainable Development made nature and its protection the central principle for all member nations.

The 1992 UN Bruntland Commission released the official UN Agenda 21 with its 40 chapters and the 178 nations who signed and agreed to implement UN Agenda 21 at the conference in Rio de Janeiro. Signatory for the United States was President George Bush.

All countries agreed that decisions must be made based on how they will affect the environment. Property is evil and creates wealth for the rich at the expense of the poor. Business is evil, should be controlled by the community, while the owner is responsible, and pays taxes.

Wealth was produced at the expense of the poor and must thus be confiscated and given to the poor. No private enterprise should exist, only public-private partnerships. These ideas are tenets of socialism/Marxism.

UN Agenda 21 set out to abolish private property, control education, control and reduce population, and control the economy. The global plan was called “Sustainable Development.”

Every one of the 40 chapters contains policies that member nations must adopt such as demographics, settlements, sustainable communities, water control, land use control, role of business, energy control, role of industry, international mechanisms of implementing the agenda, and the institutions used to implement the policies.

In 1993, President Bill Clinton signed the Biodiversity Treaty. The treaty was used to implement UN Agenda 21 in the United States, “Creation of national strategies, plans, policies, and processes which are crucial in achieving a sustainable world.”

Dr. Michael Coffman revealed a map to the U.S. Senate of the proposed development of the Wildlands under UN Agenda 21 in the U.S. This map had red, yellow, and green zones noted as Core Reserves and Corridors with little or no human use, Buffer Zones with highly regulated use, and Smart Growth with human settlements.

President Clinton signed Executive Order 12852, creating the President’s Council on Sustainable Development to translate UN Agenda 21 into public policy administered by the federal government. The Council created the first UN Agenda 21 called “Sustainable America,” with 16 “we believe” statements. The ultimate goals were to abolish private property, control education, control and reduce population, and control the economy.

To aid in implementing UN Agenda 21 a Consensus Process was developed: Stakeholders of the Affected Group select an Initiator who then selects a Decision-Making Committee (steering committee); Policy Decisions are pre-determined by a Facilitator and not by the Committee (they cannot vote). Consensus is the process in which objections to the proposal are erased. (Exactly as they did on the 30th of January in Cleveland Tennessee with the “kick off” of the BCC Comprehensive growth plan.) The Affected Group has to abide by the pre-determined decision with no voice in choosing the decision-maker or the outcome.

President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD) published “Sustainable America, a New Consensus,” which contains 150 policy recommendations taken directly from UN Agenda 21. Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown said that his agency can implement 67 percent of the recommendations administratively, using rule-making authority.

Land Management Agencies promoted land use policies based on ecological or aesthetic consequences. The agencies appropriated millions in grants to state and local governments and set up land trusts for the purpose of acquiring private property. For example, by 1997, 43 million acres were designated roadless areas, 1/3 of land in America was owned by government and ten percent by states, 21 national monuments were expanded. (Donna Holt)

How was UN Agenda 21 implemented at the grass roots? Millions in grants were awarded to state and local governments by American Planning Association and EPA through “visioning.”

A Visioning Council (steering committee) made up of businessmen, politicians, NGOs (non-governmental organizations), and people who stood to gain financially from the implementation of the goals of UN Agenda 21, worked with the EPA, the American Planning Association, the Conservation Fund, the National Resources Defense Council, and the Sierra Club.

The Visioning Council received their proposal from the President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD) and proposes it as local goals for the community. The “Consensus” would remove any objections the public may have had. The result was the “vision” and the new plan of action. The entire process took 12-18 months.

The Initiator would make press releases to introduce the idea of Sustainable Communities and to build huge public support; the elected officials signed on without any questions asked. They either did not understand the nefarious intent or were financially complicit in the vision. Some local government officials had no idea that the plan came from the United Nations Agenda 21.

Partners of Sustainable Development are ICLEI, International County/City Management Association, American Planning Association, Renaissance Planning Group, Florida Forever (largest public land acquisition program in the U.S.—9.8 million acres purchased). They provide technical support and assistance with SD, management training, performance measurement, rural and urban planning.

In June 2008, The One Planet Communities proposed: (data from Donna Holt)

58 percent less electricity
65 percent vehicle mileage down time
23 gallons/water less per person
50 percent reduction in car ownership
40 electric car solar powered charging stations
Reduction of footprint from 6 homes to 2 homes by 2020
Stacked homes to avoid expansion of housing developments
Five minute lifestyle (5 minute walk or bike from your home to shop, work, live, go to school)
Walk or bike within the community
Car-sharing for short distances or from one stacked community to another
High speed rail for longer distances
Car ownership will disappear
Current consequences of UN Agenda 21:

Sustainability is taught k-12, colleges, and universities
Colleges teach how to “build earth’s sustainable workforce,” “sustainability manager for carbon accounting,” “corporate sustainability manager,” “energy auditor,” “engineering sustainably certified homes,” to name just a few
Children are well indoctrinated into Sustainable Development practices
Government schemes to control future use of agricultural land and water through the recently passed White House Rural Council
San Joaquim Valley in California was turned into a virtual dust bowl last year when water was denied to farmers in order to protect the delta smelt; 40,000 people became unemployed;

less vegetables and fruits resulted in higher prices

Regulatory taking of land, especially in Florida, Miami-Dade County

Rationing of water, electricity, and fuel

Expensive retrofitting of homes—people will be forced to leave their homes if they cannot afford the expensive retrofitting

Denied building permits and thus land is deemed worthless

Private property abolished to prevent urban sprawl

Land shortage

High density living

In June 2011, President Obama signed the White House Rural Council. To make good on the promise to control rural life and its resources, on August 8, 2011, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the EPA announced a national partnership “to improve rural drinking water and wastewater systems.”

The Secretary of Agriculture, Tom Vilsack, who chairs the White House Rural Council and thus controls 16% of U.S. land, “is working to coordinate USDA programs across the government and encourage public-private partnerships, to improve economic conditions and create jobs in rural communities.”

I guess the government has finished “saving or creating the three million jobs” in urban areas, they are now moving into rural areas.

Here is UN Agenda 21 in action through its Hallmark public-private partnerships, to “fundamentally change” and control the use of water, resources, and agricultural land.

NFRA condemns A21 and comprehensive plan, Bradley County leaders forge on

In Agenda 21, Government on January 29, 2012 at 9:28 AM

The National Federation of Republican Assemblies recently made a statement and offered a supporting resolution regarding Agenda 21, Comprehensive planning and land use regulations stating these plans have no respect for the people’s rights to their own property!

This resolution and statement below did not come from a conservative right wing spokesperson or media outlet! This did not come from Glenn Beck or Alex Jones, it came from the NFRA on the heels of a resolution made by the RNC and a bill proposal by Tennessee State Representatve Kevin Brooks to halt and desist the Agenda 21/ICLEI COmprehensive Planning process.

These resolutions are evidence to me that our elected officials are starting to listen the people they represent and are absorbing the enormity of this sinister and diabolical plan to rid our country of it’s sovereignty, inalienable and property rights!

They have now gone a step further and have taken the initiative to call out the groups that are responsible for implementing these “Comprehensive Plans” using the United Nations Agenda 21 model for “sustainable growth.”

The NGOs, Non Governmental Organizations such as the APA-American Planning Association, the Chamber of Commerce (of which holds the number one Consultative Status with the United Nations) Sierra Club and locally, the Cleveland and Bradley County planning offices, the Industrial Development Board, “the SSD gang” (I warned you of months ago), TACIR and the many other boards not representative of the people of Bradley County!

Our locally elected officials continuing to be complicit with the Comprehensive plan is a failure of our local government to constitutionally operate!

This shameful display of cooperation with a foreign entity to destroy our country borders on illegal and is definitely unconstitutional! This blatant disregard for our sovereignty and our mere survivability should be condemned and these complying officials removed from office by the strength of the ballot box.

As soon as tomorrow our County Planners, Mayors and many elected officials in cooperation with ICLEI, McBride Dale and Clarion are presenting a “Comprehensive Plan” to the public using the United Nations Agenda 21 as a directive tool!

This is no longer our elected officials and planners moving forward without notification and ignorance! This is full cooperation with ICLEI, the UN and NGOs setting out to destroy our country, our property rights and our way of life!

The meeting tomorrow, Monday January 30th, from 7 to 9 pm, at the Five Points museum with planners, elected officials and NGOs will be a direct overt act to circumvent the people of Bradley County and will show direct cooperation with a foreign entity to undermine our constitutional republic.

A reminder to readers our County Commission has not authorized this action and have voted for it not to move forward. County Planner Corey Divel has countered that the County has committed to the funding to assist with implementation. But no vote to go forward! The city council and Mayor Tom Rowland have voted yes on the BCC 2035 Strategic Growth Plan.

It will be interesting to see who will show up at this big “visioning” meeting! Who will remain complicit above all sensible warnings, bill drafts and resolutions? Who will the “useful idiots” be that remain committed to this process?

We can no longer stand back as our elected officials give away our country and our county to an agent of an International entity that does not have our best interest in mind. This direct and deliberate violation of our rights cannot be tolerated and all should be held accountable for their actions.

The NFRA, the RNC and most recently our very own Kevin Brooks have presented resolutions and bills to stop Agenda 21. I believe our leaders are beginning to see the Comprehensive Plan, Agenda 21 process for what it truly is. They are now willing to step up to stop it, we should make sure their resolutions and bill proposals and efforts do not go to waste.

The question still remains why is Bradley County, Tennessee still going forward with this costly and unconstitutional plan? Why are our Mayors and select elected representatives still moving forward when leaders in the nation and many within their own parties are saying halt.

Read below, look closely at it’s content and then tell me we have nothing to worry about! The nation sees it, some of our elected state officials, a few local guys see it, but, why are our planners and mayors still moving forward?

I am afraid it is the lust and lure of the mighty federal tax dollar and the selfish pride of not wanting to admit they were wrong. Then sprinkle into the equation the thought that some may be in deeper than we think and can’t get out even if they wanted. I think now you can begin to see a little more clearly!

NFRA RESOLUTION OPPOSING UNITED NATIONS’ COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLANNING
WHEREAS, the National Federation of Republican Assemblies recognizes that the pillars of freedom and liberty are life, liberty and property. As such, we seek to identify those candidates that understand and support these same noble characteristics of our great nation and that it is the combination of these truths that makes America “exceptional”; and
WHEREAS, some little known facts about comprehensive land use planning, known as Agenda 21 include, but are not limited to, the following:
The UN’s Agenda 21 was revealed to the world at the Rio Earth Summit II in 1992;
Agenda 21 was signed into soft law in 1992 and requires only administrative approval and not legislative approval;
The UN’s Agenda 21 was granted administrative approval when President Clinton, through Executive Order, created the first President’s Council on Sustainable Development;
The President’s Council on Sustainable Development created the domestic plan known as “Sustainable America”;
Official non-Government Organizations known as NGOs are certified through the UN based on their compliance and willingness to institute UN created policies like Agenda 21 and the “Wildlands Project”. Examples of NGOs include, but are not limited to: the Sierra Club, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, American Planning Association, and ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability; formally known as the “International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives.”;
GATT, NAFTA and other trade agreements also contain components that are derivatives from the economic components of Agenda 21;
Income redistribution as a form of “economic justice” is a tool to be used by Agenda 21;
Agenda 21 is anti-property rights;
The terms “Sustainable Development”, “Smart Growth”, “Comprehensive Land Use Plan”, and “Sustainable Agriculture” are domestic equivalents of Agenda 21; and
The Global Biodiversity Assessment Report identifies private property ownership, single family homes, traditional agriculture, and consumerism as “unsustainable.”; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that we, the National Federation of Republican Assemblies (NFRA), oppose the nondomestic policies of Agenda 21 based on failure to recognize private property rights as one of America’s cornerstones of freedom and liberty; be it further
RESOLVED, that Article one, Section ten of the Constitution prohibits any State or subordinate governmental body from contracting with nondomestic entities such as ICLEI; and be it
RESOLVED, that the NFRA shall not endorse a candidate or elected official including the office of President that refuses to oppose the same.

From pathetic to prophet: ‘Sustainable Development’ a new political issue

In Uncategorized on January 3, 2012 at 11:53 AM

Pathetic to Prophet! Not really but it sounds good in a headline! Eating that elephant one bite at a time! That is the proper technique for exposing and destroying the huge albatros known as Agenda 21! The stealthy but large mammal is making it’s way into every facet of Bradley County, the Region through every corridor in the State of Tennessee, to the nation! And our local and state officials are still ignoring that it exists!

From little “county smart sustainable growth plans” to “moderate Regional plans” to large federal involvement, we are seeing our once great country conquered, divided and destroyed by Socialist dead set on seeing your private and intellectual property, your divine God given rights, your sovereignty given away by a herd of politicians dead set on “getting that federal grant money” in exchange for your freedom!

Agenda 21 is real Bradley County and the rest of the nation! People are slowly awakening to this reality and little by little the moo mentality within our own local commission and council, general public is slowly turning to favor my stance against this diabolical plan to rule the world by convincing the local policy makers with a local agenda 21 focus!

Yesterday, I went to the local grocery store and briskly walked in to collect the evening meal for my family, purchased a copy of the Cleveland Daily Banner and flipped quickly to the editorial section, I believe page 16, top of the column, I see the ominous words “Sustainable Development.” My heart raced, my imagination stirred!

Will I be reading once again, a failed attempt at the paper to discredit me or call me a kook, have they dialed up the UNITED NATIONS again and attempted to thwart the work of a few patriots in this town trying to save Bradley County and the Region! Perhaps, a scathing article announcing a find that Agenda 21 is a hoax, a fake Socialist program dreamed up by local Tea Party types and “crazy freedom lovers” gaurding their great Republic from a Socialist Leftist Regime sent down from Washington DC?

Nope! It was a time for me to smile! Within the pages of the local newspaper was a very satisfying article chocked full of the same information that me and my freedom fighting buddy “Dan the Man” gave them almost a year ago! It was reading something like a novel directly from the pages from my distant mentor Henry Lamb! In fact it was! I loomed further and he was even quoting Henry, referred to his research and even directed every one to his website for further information! Could the local paper have had an epiphany, could they have seen the light?

A grin now forming from my jowls, a witnessed precarious situation was unfolding and popping into my proportionately large mixed up head! Sort of like having to kiss your lil sister for one of those silly family pictures or sucking a lemon right after consuming a tablespoon of sugar! That reverse of what is expected to happen!

The local paper, I’m sure, has contracted this syndicated, editorial, columnist and agreed to print this article, regardless of what he had to say! You know that long forgotten free speech thang! Needless to say, I believe the paper had no choice but to print the truth about Agenda 21 from this great columnist, thus the sister and lemon analogy!

Not too long ago, Dan and I approached the County Commission about the BCC 2035 Strategic Growth Plan having deeps roots within the United Nations and stunk of Agenda 21 filth! The local paper reportedly called the UNITED NATIONS and shortly offered a story the next day or so completely debunking, mocking and attempting to discredit our efforts! A very clever UN telephone spokesperson offered that they knew nothing of an Agenda 21 plan in Bradley County Tennessee! The reporter then pounced on this, wrote an article the following day and left the impression with their readers that the UNITED NATIONS was unaware of any agenda 21 plans “to rule the world!”

The article went on to explain that all the allegations were false and unduly represented by the local Tea Party fanatics in Cleveland/Bradley County! They went on to say, and I’m again paraphrasing, but said they were unsure of what they were going to do about all these rumors floating around by those radical tea party types! This left me and others the impression they were either going to snuff me out or sue me. Otherwise, the local paper in a failed attempt to embarrass me had “outed” me as perhaps a “domestic terrorist”, a “trouble maker”, “un-American” or at the very least a “crazy” with very little power to defend myself against the very large leftist elite media machine and the great big ole UNITED NATIONS!

Sure, the attention they gave to the UN regarding me and the poor attempt to discredit me could have caused me and my family great harm, fortunately has not to date! I was placed in the crosshairs and given as a sacrificial lamb to arguably the most powerful regime in the world, the UNITED NATIONS by my local press! You know, sort of like you know the mob exists, but you don’t go kissing Don Corleone on the lips, you know what I’m sayin? Huh?

But the same paper that did all that is now printing the same truth I had just divulged a few months earlier and much more eloquently I may add! The same paper that attempted to destroy me is now enjoying a profit on my story! Spouting the same thing that just a few months ago, said didn’t exist! Go figure!

Oh well! Small victories to me are just as sweet as the large ones! I go from pathetic to prophet in a blink of an eye! Thanks for the article! Keep them coming, will enjoy reading and re reading this for a long time!

Editorial afterthought: I have notified nearly every local politician, have given the same “sustainable” book by Henry Lamb to most all of them, have sat down with many of them and shared videos and other literature and have received very little feedback! The Federal grant money has won their hearts I am afraid!

At the Halloween Block party I personally handed Kevin Brooks, State Representative, 24th District a copy and asked him to read it and he assured me he would! I also asked him to halt the ICLEI/Agenda 21/United Nations led Chattanooga Regional Growth Plan, if only temporarily, to further look into what they are up to! To date, as of this article, nothing! No response about either! This is the disconnect of our local politicians to the people they represent that I have been referring to in past blogs! We have got to create change! Change comes from within the machine!

The article below! Read and pass around! I dare you!

WHAT IS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT?

Jim Davidson — NEWSPAPER COLUMN
Cleveland Daily Banner, January 2nd, 2012

It’s been said that over time we can do anything we really want to do. We can eat an elephant if we take it one bite at a time. This is the concept behind a group of elitist people who would like to take over the world, including America, and in the process take our precious freedom from us. Now that sounds like a radical statement, but hear me out and then make your own judgment as to how radical it is. Sometime back a thoughtful reader sent me a booklet titled, “Understanding Sustainable Development – Agenda 21 – A Guide for Public Officials.”
Please note that the concept of Sustainable Development and the danger it poses is directed toward public officials and not so much to ordinary citizens like me, and maybe you. However, after reading this booklet over several times, I felt it was something we all should know about, and then if our public officials won’t act we will know what to do.
First, what is Sustainable Development? As used in this context, it is a “buzz” term that refers to a political agenda rather than an objectively sustainable form of development.
Specifically, it refers to an initiative of the United Nations (U.N.) that took place around 1987 called the U.N. Sustainable Development Agenda 21, the most comprehensive statement of political ideology that is being progressively infused into every level of government in America. Agenda 21 was unveiled in 1992 during the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, commonly known as the Rio Earth Summit, where more than 178 nations adopted Agenda 21 and pledged to evaluate progress made in implementing the plan every five years thereafter.
This was never authorized by Congress because they used a technique called “a soft-law policy recommendation” not a treaty, and therefore needs no ratification. This was signed off on by former presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton, so the implementation is occurring on a non-partisan basis. There is far too much information to cover in one column, but it basically comes down to taking away our freedoms by restricting and controlling land use. If you do not think that is important, listen to these words by two other former presidents.
“Private property must be secured, or liberty cannot exist,” said John Adams. “Private property and freedom are inseparable,” said George Washington. And then these words from the Declaration of Independence: “…all Men….are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.” Here is the real rub and why we must be diligent to protect our rights and our freedoms: Rights found in the United Nations Charter and the Declaration of Human Rights are NOT granted and rescinded by their creator, but by men. Now that sounds like socialism to me.
Sustainable Development is a plan for global control, including America, using land and resource restriction, social transformation through education and other programs to accomplish this end. This is why our public officials must know about this and combat it if we are to remain a free people. The two key programs are called “The Wild-Lands Project” and its urban counterpart “Smart Growth.” The plan is to eliminate human presence on at least 50 percent of the American landscape and to heavily control human activity on most of the rest of American land. No land — no freedom. It is important for all of us, especially our public officials, to understand the concept of Sustainable Development. Congress can take your tax dollar inscribed “In God we trust” but cant wish you “Merry Christmas?”

In Government on December 16, 2011 at 5:10 PM

I am increasingly becoming all to aware that someone is running this country does not need to be there!

What is this country coming to when sending in your tax debt with “In God we trust” inscribed permanently on it and my Congressman cant send me a “Christmas card” with that same money I just sent my taxes in with?

Why have we been castrated by a few elitists? Why do we cow tow to this simple minority who are dictating to the majority the rules? It doesn’t sound sensible to me?

Where are all the real men and women that should be standing up and saying “Stop the madness?” Where are they? Did they get snipped and go into hiding?

You would think that someone in Congress currently would say, ok with near single digit approval ratings, “Americans”, many Cbristian Americans are overwhelmingly shouting, saying we are not doing something right here, we need to change course and fast!”

It would be so refreshing to hear one elected politician at any level say, “Enough is enough!” Near 90 percent of the American people we represent say, “time to do something different!” We are not well liked out there in district land!”

Not a single one, at at any level is willing to make that stand! I long for that one elected official to say “Today, ladies and gentlemen, we have heard you. We are standing up for your rights! Starting today, we are going to start listening to the majority of you Americans who still love this country, we are no longer going to be advised by a few vocal minority that are dead set on destroying this country!”

I would even like to hear it in an official commercial, with band music in the background, lightly playing the star spangled banner, perhaps in a John Wayne voice over, drums come to crescendo, and that voice says loud and boldly, In America, liberty will stand, we are starting today taking our country back from the few elitist, moronic leftist minority! Enough is enough! We are fed up and we ain’t(yes, I said ain’t) gonna take it no more!” What? A guy cant dream and wish this would happen? Would that not be the sweetest sound? Can you imagine the amount of people that would stand and cheer and watch as Nancy, Harry and Barrys hair gets blown back by the collective “whoosh” of air from millions sending that message? I’m getting chills just thinking about it!

Sadly, it’s only a dream, a wish! Will anyone stand up or is it time to elect people that will?

Our people will have to awaken from this sleep that has attacked them first! No change will be created until enough people are hurting and suffering I am afraid!

Soon and very soon I want to watch begrudgingly of course, the eyes of many AmericAns when they finally do wake up and say, “hey, wait a darn minute here! What happened to that great country we used to know? Why didn’t someone tell me?”

What has our country been turned in to?

What about the taxpayer that wants a “Christmas” card and not a “Holiday” card! I’m sure the numbers far outweigh the ones who may be offended by the word “Christ” on a greeting card!

Where are all the Christians on this issue? Where are the Americans? Why are the churches silent on this issue? Why are all the politicians silent? What happened to our backbones? Why do we deny Christ inside the government that is supposed to representative of the citizenry? Why are a vocal minority able to make and implement all the policy? One, I think our Reps have become spineless, two, yes, Im sure they will lose their “tax status” all the while, they lose their “freedom of religion or free speech”, three, Im sure castration hurts! I can’t figure this one out! Or maybe I did figure it out and I am in denial!

Anyway, I can still express my freedom of speech and while I still can without being fined by my government or placed in jail, I am going completely out on the edge here…………here goes…………MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND MAY ALL YOUR CHRISTMASES BE BRIGHT! GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND MAY GOD WATCH OVER EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU! MERRY CHRISTMAS! Have a great weekend! Keep reading and I’ll keep posting!

Please take another minute and read this very depressing article!

Congressmen Can’t Say ‘Merry Christmas’ in Mail
by Mark Tapscott –

Looks like the PC police have threatened members of the House of Representatives against wishing constituents a “Merry Christmas,” if they want to do so in a mailing paid for with tax dollars.

Members who submit official mailings for review by the congressional franking commission that reviews all congressional mail to determine if it can be “franked,” or paid for with tax dollars, are being told that no holiday greetings, including “Merry Christmas,” can be sent in official mail.

“I called the commission to ask for clarification and was told no ‘Merry Christmas.’ Also told cannot say ‘Happy New Year’ but can say ‘have a happy new year’ – referencing the time period of a new year, but not the holiday,” said a Hill staffer who requested anonymity.

Another Hill staffer told The Washington Examiner that “we were given that advice after submitting” a draft mailing.

Members of Congress send millions of dollars worth of mail to constituents every year but there are official rules that govern what can and cannot be said in those mailings. Members are barred, for example, from saying anything that might be construed as advocating their re-election.

But saying “Merry Christmas” is also not permitted, according to a Dec. 12 memo from the “Franking Commission Staff” concerning “Holiday Messaging.” The memo explains:

Members are unable at the current time to use official resources to record holiday greetings, post on social media/website, or send to constituents in franked mail or e-communications.

Member’s Congressional Handbook: GREETINGS-

Expenses related to the purchase or distribution of greetings, including holiday celebrations, condolences, and congratulations for personal distinctions (wedding anniversaries, birthdays, etc.), are not reimbursable.”

Franking Manual:

4(a). Example of Nonfrankable Items
-Birthday, anniversary, wedding, birth, retirement or condolence messages and holiday greetings are prohibited.”

You may make reference to the season as a whole using language along the lines of ‘Have a safe and happy holiday season.’ It may only be incidental to the piece rather than the primary purpose of the communication.”

A franking commission spokesman confirmed to The Washington Examiner that Members of Congress indeed cannot wish constituents “Merry Christmas” in any official mailing.

“Currently, incidental use of the phrase Happy Holidays is permissible but Merry Christmas is not,” said Salley Wood.

So it’s true, the elected representatives of the nation that puts “In God We Trust” on its currency are not permitted to use the greeting that has likely been uttered by every living adult American at least once in their lifetimes.

Just another demonstration that political correctness and freedom of speech, faith and thought are utterly incompatible.

NIXEL in Bradley County, sharing your personal info with the world

In Agenda 21, Government on December 8, 2011 at 8:27 AM

First of all, let’s establish the connection to and the reason for all this involvement in our community!

Once again it is our elected leaders who are contributing a great deal to the loss of our freedoms here in Bradley County and why our sovereignty is being given away all in the name of a few grants that for some reason they seem to feel is worth the trade off! Our freedoms for a few federal dollars is one of the saddest statements I have made in a long time!

Our elected leaders open participation in TACIR, ICLEI, Southeast Economic Development Council, and the Department of Homeland Security are the crux of our problems. They are not on the board of many of these organizations by accident. They are being usef as useful tools of the government to implement pretty much anything they want on the citizens they represent all for the few dollars that may pass his way! In other words, they are useful idiots, pawns for big government, willing participants for any “useful” programs that will assist the government and the United Nations (the global community) to facilitate a socialist agenda, thus our sovereignty and freedom at what ever cost they think it is worth!

As mentioned earlier, the local newspaper introduced the NIXLE Policing Sysytem to the citizens of Bradley County. All was fine and seemingly benign until a little research revealed a very disturbing trend for our community which is often done in this community and is the sole reason that this news blog was created and that was to give near 10, 000 readers of this blog the opportunty to see another side of the news, that news often left off the headlines of our news papers.

After reading the story and after noticing the “free NIXLE” system that was just given to us because we are such a great community and because we deserve it, after all doesn’t our Mayors have out best interest in mind, sure they do and that is why they think it such a great plan for our community! “It will make our community stronger, able to communicate with first responders and give out information on storms and hurricanes that hit our area! Sounds really good doesn’t it? Until you pull away the layers that so many have either been paid to hide or just blatantly hopes you wouldn’t look!

First layer, the NIXLE system! The NIXLE system is free because it has many components that are missing. NIXLE is only the delivery portion of this policing system it is the ying, the missing portion is the yang for lack of a better word!

The NIXLE system is only that, a policing system, which needs the other components, such as NLETS, INTERPOL and many other systems to connect to that are not “free!”

NIXLE must have a NLET system to operate effectively! NIXLE will get this in our community because our local guys have done their initial job and that was to accept it. Next, we must purchase NLET, then the grants start pouring in! What will the NLET and other systems cost? No telling and to date, I have not been able to confirm how much, but I can bet it will not be cheap!

NIXLE is a notification system asking for subscribers, they ask you to sign up for free, give all your personal info, they upload this into a data bank and the process starts.

It has been rumored on EMA blogs by Rick Wimberly and Lorin Bristow that NIXLE will sell your info to advertisers and in turn sell advertising space on NIXLE! This rumor has to date been squelched by NIXLES CEO and founder Craig Mitnik. Mr Mitnik has stated that he plans to not sell advertising but plans to fund NIXLE with other projects with his customer list of 3600 agencies throughout the nation!

Here is where the “free” part comes into play. Mitnik and company have developed related technology they intend to sell to the private sector. He believes this will be more lucrative than selling to public safety and will help support his public safety efforts, he stresses “that his public safety system and his private sector systems are not commingled!”

“One of these systems is the NLETS system (National Law Enforcement Tech Systems) which has very strict standards for security.

WWW.NLETS.org calls it system the “International Justice and Public Safety Network” this system with the assistance of NIXLE links together and supports every state, local and federal law enforcement, Justice Department and other public safety agencies for the purpose of sharing and exchanging critical information teaming with the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (USDOJ) to pursue the necessary security measures for enhanced law enforcement sharing.

Furthermore, on their website they answer the question “Who are we?” “We are owned by the states, a 501 (c) 3 non profit company, the use of info is composed of all US and territories, selected international agencies (United Nations) and a variety of strategic partners that serve the law enforcement community, all cooperatively exchanging data.” Types of data shared 1) Motor vehicle and drivers data to Canadian and INTERPOL databases, 2) State criminal history records, 3) Drivers license info 4) Corrections info 5) Photos. This data amounts to over 1 billion transactions a year to over 900,000 personal computers, mobile and hand held devices in the US and Canada at 45,000 user agencies and to 1.2 million individual users! Is this sounding so “groovy and benign” now! You can thank BCN reporting for giving you the other side…….for free of course!

What we do? “We are dedicated to diligently growing the network….at the lowest possible cost. Also, wea are a proving ground for information sharing technology and we are a trusted source for GRANTS (your tax dollars) to develop breakthrough programs which NIXLE owns that support the men and women who need the right info 24/7/365!

Grants, NLET is very proud of one of our flagship programs, GRANTS! Nearly 10 million dollars in grants acquired thus far! “Because we are a not for profit organization, owned by the states, we can obtain grants from the DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY (thanks Mayors and your connections) Science and Technology Directorate and the National Institute of Justice. It is nice to also note that NLETS retains approximately 25 percent of the grants (their profit share) but the rest is awarded to the states, then NLETS contracts it’s services to the individual states, ie BRADLEY COUNTY TENNESSEE, to get the work done! They go on to boast on the website that the best part of the business model of NLETS is that they do all the work so it is not necessary for the states to procure the grants for themselves, but my assertion is that if the states procured this money themselves their would be 25 percent more to go around, just thinking out loudly again, shame on me! But NLETS is going to do all the work for you as long as they get their 25 percent cut of your tax dollars! Right? It’s the American government way, right?

NLETS further mentions it’s companies strong connection to public private partnerships, you know those Non Governmental Organizations (NGOS) that bypass your local government and implement all those wonderful programs in our communities without a single vote cast by elected officials that represent you.

NLETS also mentions it silent partners that work closely with them to make sure you are safe of course…..traffic enforcement, red light, speed and toll violation camera companies, local, state, federal and international agencies such as DHS, INTERPOL, and other international agencies like the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) and the UNITED NATIONS! These agencies combined help track down violatora which increases revenue and helps with information sharing! Each time a law enforcement (listen closely, it gets good here) official sends a registration or drivers license query beyond their state borders it transmits across the NLETS NETWORK and back in less than a second 100 million times a month, “without the officers realizing it!” Law enforcement officers use the NLETS NETWORKS every time they send a query out of state, which is often the case with traffic violations, and they don’t even realize it! This data is not only used by local, state and federal agencies, “it is used by the DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY, INTERPOL and other international bodies such as the UNITED NATIONS AND WHO”, the World Health Organization, really?

This is really starting to warm my heart! The innocent sharing of all my personal info with the whole world from little ole Bradley County Tennessee is really making me feel special! What else can this harmless little system called NIXLE/NLETS do for me?

Glad you asked! The pictures taken from the traffic/speed cameras (we had them just a few months ago, till they were femmes not cost efficient and citizens such as myself started law suits against them and they were taken down) yep those same cameras that took 1000s of pics of your license plates, well guess what else this system can do? They can create a thumbnail of your license plate from the photo of you vehicle, upload it into the NLETS system and wallah, it is shared with international agencies, your name, age, birthdate, residence, social security number, car make and model. This information is permanently stored in some vault at the UN archives, for your safety of course and for any other use they may find necessary and expedient!

Once the local law enforcement guys are able to communicate nationally and internationally (thanks to our elected Mayors), the DHS, NIXLE and NLETS recieves this information and it is then uploaded to INTERPOL, a “strategic partner” with the UNITED NATIONS! “This then allows them the opportunity to deter crime at the international level! INTERPOL (international police) then relies on current technology and maintains a range of global databases such as criminal and suspected individuals, search requests for wanted persons, fingerprints, photos, DNA profiles, list and stolen travel documents, stolen vehicles and illicit weapons related to criminal cases.

Through this system the United Nations and INTERPOL join together for International police peacekeeping….of course, it’s all about world peace and loving one another, never a thought of tracking every thing you do and everywhere you go, just in case you turn out to be a domestic terrorist, remember SB 1867?Recently that bill gives the military unilateral authority to detain “suspected domestic terrorist” and whisked off to another country and tried by a military tribunal only on suspicion of questionable activity! Yes while you were sleeping your senators voted for this bill, this week!

Please now refer to the YOU TUBE videos from your recliner and place of comfort. Please view the next videos to show the connection of the UNITED NATIONS to INTERPOL which links NIXEL and NLETS to Bradley County! “policy matters more than ever before” and “UN and INTERPOL join together for international police peacekeeping”

In these two videos the international police, the UN and member states began drafting an action plan through NIXLE, INTERPOL and NLETS to implement this doctrine at the UN! At a ministerial meeting they both agreed and the action plan was enacted at the INTERPOL General Assembly in 2010!

WWW.scribd.com/mobile/documents/1 page 6 states NLET worked with INTERPOL to provide states direct access to INTERPOL databases and Interpol message keys were developed to enhance greater communication. Strategic partners such as American Traffic solutions, lojack, NIXLE, ONSTAR, vision air, Red Flex traffic systems, laser craft, datamax, ALS state and local solutions.

NLETS business model also calls for the following plan and is how they plan to make money off of you and your data with the cooperation of our Mayors and local law enforcement officers.

The following link establishes this info http://www.scribd/…/NLETS-DMVs-interp , NIXEL is accepted into the communities, NLETS is purchased and identifies potential funding sources, applies for funding, extends funding to the staff via their vendors, aids the states/vendor in planning and execution, and then monitors the continued success of the project!

NLETS has recently recieved federal grants from the US Dept of Justice, Department of Homeland Security to demonstrate the viability of exchanging interstate drivers license photos and recently recieved a grant from the National Institute of justice for geospatial info capabilities! Satellite photos!

Other sources for this info can be found at http://www.justice.gov/usbcb/initiatives/index.php , http://www.justnet.org/lists/…/1073/Locke.ppt , http://www.hendanpub.com/resources/…/details.asp

With this information shared it still leaves a lingering question. Do you think the seemingly sinister introductions of sovereignty stealing programs like NIXLE and NLETS are intentional moves to destroy our freedoms or are they sincerely being done to devise an international plan to eventually turn our communities into socialist Gestapo type regimes?

Are our leaders simply useful idiots, with the naievete of a child watching innocently as our country is being destroyed? I would like to think the latter, but a part of me thinks otherwise!

If our leaders are that naive then maybe they don’t need to be placed in a position of authority with the ability to make decisions for the citizenry! Maybe it high time to be out with the old and in with a new form of responsible leadership!

ICLEI’s Harvey Ruvin and Mayor Tom Rowland share a connection!

In Agenda 21, Government on November 30, 2011 at 2:28 PM

Remember the man that said this?

“Individual rights will have to take a back seat to the collective.”

Harvey Ruvin, Vice Chairman, ICLEI. The Wildlands Project

Well our very own Mayor Tom Rowland has a connection to Harvey Ruvin, one of the architects of the Agenda 21 process in this region! Harvey has influenced ACIR and I have recently shared my concern that ACIR is being “used” in a similar way as ICLEI . As is evidenced in a prior  news blog I titled “TACIR is our ICLEI!” The similarities are many and are being used to change the landscape of our environment.

Mayor Tom Rowland is a major pawn in this whole Regional Growth Plan and the implementation of Agenda 21 into our region. The mayor and his cohort Mayor Gary Davis have signed on or are being complicit with the plans the Southeast Tennessee Economic Development Council and Beth Jones has for our region.

The point is, ICLEI is a direct descendant of the United Nations and they are being given authority by our Mayors without County or City authority, completely circumventing the elected officials that represent you! This Regional Growth plan is situating us to accept major money from the Federal Government which means many strings will be attached, meaning new regulations and higher taxes to pay for it.

Our local governments are broke, near bankruptcy and we are growing our region! We do not have the money to do so, yet we continue to make plans that will result in BILLIONS of growth? Why do you think that is? We are chasing the money and have become prostitutes to our Federal Government! Every thing we are not supposed to be!

Look at the biography of Harvey Ruvin, and the similarities to our own government leader Tom Rowland! There seems to be more similarities than the fact that they shared leadership roles within ACIR/TACIR! They are both globalists and have sold out our sovereignty for the safety and sanctitiy of our community. This is such a sad statement and a bad crowd for him to be hanging around in! Our Mayor and one of the architects of Agenda 21 sharing the same resume! This should frighten many and show their collective plans for our region.

“Individual rights will take a back seat to the collective”  is such a scary vision to share with any one and to think that through this ACIR/TACIR connection, one they both share, this could become a reality!

1) Harvey Ruvin served a four-year term on the prestigious Advisory Committee on Intergovernmental Relations (ACIR). He chaired the ACIR Research committee. (Presidents Reagan and Bush, 1987-91).

1) Mayor Tom Rowland is serving his second term as Co-chairman of the board at TACIR,  the Tennessee Advisory Committee on Intergovernmental Relations

The Regional Growth Plan, ICLEI, EPA, HUD and the DOT are on their way to Bradley County with Agenda 21 with the assistance of our own Mayors!

ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability was founded in 1990 by local governments at the United Nations Headquarters in New York as the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI). ICLEI is a democratically governed membership association of cities, towns, counties, metropolitan governments, and local government associations. Its headquarter is located in Toronto, Canada.

The above information is directly from the http://www.UN.org website!

This information was not generated by me nor did I in anyway manipulate the material provided! This compiled information came straight from the source, the United Nations and ICLEI!

Bradley County, Mayors Tom Rowland and Gary Davis and 15 other counties in a 3 state region have joined with Chattanooga, Mayor Ron Littlefield(who are very supportive members of ICLEI and other NGOs Non Governmental Organizations), mainly the Chamber of Commerce who enjoys “chief consultative status” at the United Nations and are joining forces with the EPA, HUD and the DOT to enter into a full scale assault into our community with the Regional Growth Plan beginning January 2012!

This initiative is not understood by our Locally elected officials nor do they know what it is about but they are so willing to remain silent while the Federal grant money flows in! What a sad statement that we are selling our souls for grant money!

Our State Representatives Kevin Brooks, Eric Watson, Senator Mike Bell have the ability to stop this but to date have done nothing but make sure of it’s success!

Our Federal representatives Corker, Fleischmann, Haslam and Alexander have also remained mute! Perhaps the Chamber of Commerce has them tucked neatly into their pockets!

Our press is too lazy to investigate or put the pieces of the puzzle together for a hungry constituency and are probably willing participants in the scheme! Our failure to report this as a society is abominable and every person that ignores this repeated call should be outed and exposed!

The Mayors leaving our locally elected officials out of the loop was purposeful while they were being appointed to the boards of the very NGOs (Mayor Davis to the Southeast Regional Development council by Beth Jones and of course Mayor Rowland on TACIR which is our equivalent of ICLEI!) are implementing this disastrous and diabolical plan!

This blog is a little lengthy, especially the list of member cities and NGOs! Can you see an international plan being implemented? It is happening all around us for years, is now coming to a head and we are still unable to see the clear connection! So please read intently and ask your self these two questions 1) Am I a willing participant in this plan and is my silence allowing implementation? 2) if this is not an International United Nations all out assault on our nation and world, then what is it?

The information directly from the UNITED NATIONS website!

More than 450 cities, towns, and their associations worldwide comprise ICLEI’s membership. Through its campaigns, ICLEI helps local government generate political awareness of key issues, and evaluate local and cumulative progress toward sustainable development. Who we are
More than 1126 local governments and their associations, representing over 500 million people in 70 countries, constitute ICLEI’s membership. As a democratic, membership-driven association, every Member has a vote at council meetings where the priorities and direction of the organization are determined.

Governed by the ICLEI Charter put in place by its founding Members, our mandate is to build an active and committed membership of local governments and local government associations.

Council
The Council is the general assembly of ICLEI Members which is composed of Full Members. ICLEI also offers Associate Membership to non-governmental organizations, research institutions, state governments and other entities. The Council meets every three years on the occasion of an ICLEI World Congress. After the founding congress in New York, USA (1990), Council meetings were held in Toronto, Canada (1993), Saitama, Japan (1995), Dessau, Germany (2000), Athens, Greece (2003) and Cape Town, South Africa (2006). The Council elects the Executive Committee, approves the six-year Strategic Plan, which is updated every three years, and receives the Triennial Report. The Council also adopts a Declaration of Commitment, in support of the Strategic Plan.

That UNITED NATIONS CONNECTION TO ICLEI!
This is a length read (64 pages directly from the UN website) for the sake if time look at page 62 item 52, “The local Agenda 21 survey” (google it)

“The plan will on regardless if we have local, state or federal approval says ICLEI Executive and Policy Assistant Susanne Salz, who also spoke at the Conference, said the reaction from communities in the US to the Kyoto Protocol provides a good example of how local players have the power to make changes. Despite the refusal of the US government to ratify the protocol, more than 1,000 mayors from across the country signed the pact to meet the protocol’s targets for greenhouse gas emissions; a 7 percent reduction by 2012 from 1990 levels.”

“We can get started without them [the federal governments],” she said.

“The government is beholden to this old paradigm – they withdraw their support from the industries and the businesses that can create green economies. But the cities are going to act anyway and create their own agenda.”

Miller said she is hopeful that governments will respond to the call; but, she notes, local communities will continue to make progress even if officials don’t.

“Even if that doesn’t happen, it [the push for sustainable development] will still be going forward with these local organizations and governments… so it doesn’t matter if it fails in a way, the movement will still be taking shape,” she affirmed.

This woman is a representative of ICLEI sending a very strong message with an extremely bleak outcome! YOU CAN’T STOP US, WE WILL GO AROUND YOU TO MAKE IT HAPPEN, just as they have in Bradley County
