Common Core Estimated Costs: Per pupil in Bradley County and across Tennessee

When someone speaks of introducing a “national” standard to drive a curriculum for use in every state in the US to include a total change of that system, two quick thoughts come to mind. First, the indoctrination of our children and secondly, th cost to me or the state I live in to implement.

Trying to find out the cost of Common core has been like trying to pull a bad tooth from a sleeping bear. 

Just the thought of trying to get “cost figures” from our elected and non-elected reps has proven to be quite a daunting and elusive task.

I have posed the question via email to several folks locally and have either not gotten an answer, totally ignored my question or have offered that it’s paid for by federal grants, no strings attached.

If one of these are truly your answer you are either oblivious or are trying to hide the cost fearing the publics backlash of such an expensive and unproven program.

It is pretty safe to assume that when I meet high resistance or avoidance of a question, there is a pretty good reason for it. Someone is trying to hide the facts.

Either way our schools get nationalized, our kids indoctrinated while the taxpayer gets duped once again.

I had to do a little research, which has now become one of my favorite pastimes and I had to look no further than the NGO, Non Governmental Organization, (a term first used by the UN in 1945, by the way) The NCSL, National Conference of State Legislators, where every legislator is an honorary member and their level of involvement on committees from there is an additional choice.

Jessica Mathews, a historian and Pulitzer Prize winner, once said this about NGOs  in Foreign Affairs in 1997:  “For all their strengths, NGOs are special interests. The best of them … often suffer from tunnel vision, judging every public act by how it affects their particular interest”. Since NGOs do have to worry about policy trade-offs, the overall impact of their cause might bring more harm to society.

No time has been wasted, as several of  our local reps have taken to the task of implementing Common Core in our communities and working quitely behind the scenes, seemingly trying to not look at the cost factor.

Take Todd Gardenhire,  Delores Gresham, Kevin Brooks (also an ALEC education committee member), Harry Brooks, Stacey Campfield for instance. They are deeply involved in this NGO (NCSL) and no one has barely heard of this organization. Again, a big opportunity for them to affect state policy, but very little oversight or accountability. Let’s cut to the chase and begin to see what this will potentially cost our state and our community.

Since no one has offered to relinquish the “Golden Budget” on their own, I found a nugget on the NCSL website, a presentation by Patrick Murphy in 2011, presumably to NCSL committee members, perhaps updated numbers are out there but I couldn’t find them.

In this presentation he touched on many issues that may affect the Common Core cost outcome to include the unknown, retooling teacher programs, technology infrastructure, staff training, staff reductions, changes in leadership, future market costs, costs not adjusted per state, existing costs and factors with no control like inflation or individual community adjustment costs for data, assessment and software upgrades.

From what I can gather and he has lumped the cost into three different paths, the business as usual approach (the most costly), Bare bones(mostly online) and a mix of the two (lowest cost). 

These approaches will be determined by the school districts approach using the technology provided and what upgrades may be needed to their present environment and their desire to spend the extra cash this program demands. 

The business as usual seems to take the lesser demand on the present infrastructure, this seems to be the least path of resistance, requiring the least change, yet the most expensive up front. So, we will use the business as usual model to form our costs to implement Common Core in our community, Bradley County.

In summary the gross costs per pupil in all states using the business as usual model will be about 289 dollars per child and 2,000 per teacher, I am assuming per year.

Lets take the number of kids in Cleveland/Bradley County: roughly 15,100. Using the numbers provided by NCSL above that’s a high end, business as usual, around 4.4 million add in fixed costs of 4 million  provided by NCSL and that’s around 8.4million.

With 15 ,100 students in Bradley County and a 17-18 students per teacher ratio that equates to about 888 teachers or let’s round to 900. 900 times 2,000 per teacher head and we have an additional  1.8 million in cost.

Combined teacher and student cost is estimated to be about 10.2 million for Bradley County. 

Now factor in all the Bill Gates computer software, training, upgrades, system parts and things that go whizz and you safely have another 2  to 3 million and around 13.2 million seems to be the implementation costs for Common Core. 

Tennessee has about 1 million students and that could equate to billions, I’ll let you do the math.

I am sure there will be people alot smarter than me look at the “numbers” I have provided and come up with another number and dispute my numbers. But you know what? I haven’t seen anyone else even attempt to take a stab at it but I bet I’m not too far off. And from your vantage point that’s the easy route to take.

I, too would attempt to hide these costs. Our community or state does not have this type of surplus. 132 million over 10 years. I feel my taxes going up as I peck away at the keyboard.

Look at the provided presentation and look at the numbers. Come to your own conclusion.

My conclusion;  I believe we need to talk with our elected leaders, look at the decisions they are making and take the needed steps to protect our children from this horrible set of standards that will dictate the curriculum. Thus leaving our teachers with no option other than to be a pawn of the federal government inside our sovereign state.

NGOs: Locally assisting UN to create a New World Order

NGOs, as explained and listed below shows you the massive involvement of the United Nations and the effort being exerted to completely transform our community.

Ask your self, “why are so many organizations partnering with the UN!” “Why in our community and in our neighborhood?” The answer is simple. Every community must have the infrastructure in place in every community in the world before a One World Government or a New World Order can be established. It’s a collaborative effort that is using common themes such as the eradication of poverty to promote social justice by redistributing the wealth of our country for the collective good of all!

The infrastructure, the growth plans, the right environment and a vast arrangement of people and organizations must be in place before the big plan is shifted into place. Pretty much the way I put a jigsaw puzzle together, fill in the borders then piece by piece fill in the middle till complete.

An NGO, according to the UN is an organization that is committed to the implementation of Agenda 21, a definition directly from the UNs Agenda 21 program.

I thought it would be interesting for you to see the United Nations influence on businesses and organizations that we in Bradley County are directly or indirectly involved with. This list is by all means not complete.

The circle of influence on our society is growing daily. This overwhelming influence leads me to believe there is a reason it is so saturated in our city and nation. The UN wants to control every aspect of our lives and eventually set up a New World Order under One World Government with a One World Religion as it’s base.

Simply not knowing or refusing to believe that your organization is not a partner is no longer an acceptable answer. The implementation phase is well under way. It is time and we must hold those organizations that have partnered with the UN on Agenda 21 to be accountable for our country’s demise.

Long gone are the days of arguing whether Agenda 21 exists or is being implemented in our community. We know that it is so we must stop it. If our elected officials will not step up and stop this then let’s step up and replace them with those that will.

Tea Party leader fires back about fliers

The ironic thing is there is not one mistruth is in this flyer! And our elected officials have stirred up one hell of a balew over it! It is all true! I am holding a document and would gladly provide a copy that clearly states that 300 homes in the downtown area will be “demolished and redeveloped” just as the flyer warns.

The mix up is that it is my belief that not even the Mayor is fully informed of the growth plan that he and his council have voted on and approved recently!

This is the price they pay for allowing 3rd parties and NGOs (Non Governmental Organizations) such as industrial boards, Chamber of Commerce or economic development appointees or committee members to make all the in between vote decisions for them. Then when the informed taxpayer, in this instance, an informed tea partier does his due diligence, researches numerous documents and presents facts to our elected officials they have that deer in the headlight look as if seeing it for the first time.

I have a very alert, well educated and intelligent group of individuals in the tea party and they are willing to go to bat to stop this type of spin on the truth even if it means great personal conflict or loss! It is a belief in the constitution, that if followed will flush out many who do not belong in office.

We can no longer sit back and trust our elected officials with the rings at a full gallop. We must, as concerned citizens, pull back on the bit and slow the stallion down while occasionally having to break them with a steady firm hand.

Our politician bureaucrat types are attempting to discredit and silence any person that speaks the truth in an open venue, such as passing flyers out to the public.

Not one single mistruth permeates this flyer! The biggest lie told on this story comes from a very misinformed Mayor and council that is not even aware of the plans inside the plan they voted to enact just a few short months ago.

To make up for their information inadequacy they strike at the first person who happens to tell them something they have never heard or seen and instead of researching the data or “googling” the information as suggested, they assume the information is false and start a campaign against this valiant man and his family!

The campaign hoisted by this administration is irrehensible and truly has hurt those in it’s path! The ability of one person and it’s seven henchmen along with a willing press to do absolutely no research of any of the data in question is the true destructive component of a government and it’s governors that are sorely inconsiderate of their electorate.

I would truly be ashamed if this were my doing and hurting a family the way some have. The mental anguish this has placed on this person is almost unbearable and has caused a fine upstanding citizen to go underground to avoid tyranny from a runaway government.

Not a single reporter or elected representative that I am aware of has even bothered to raise a hand to research the facts. If they did they would clearly see that the information that is being hotly contested would bare out the truth and provide the answers and end the debate over truth or non truth.

It’s like Nancy Pelosi suggested on the Obamacare health care bill, sign it then we will read it later! The taxpayers are pretty aware of what is coming down the pike, it’s the elected officials that would sign on a paper bag without knowing what was in the bag, if it meant federal dollars coming their way!

CLEVELAND, Tenn. — The head of the Tea Party of Bradley County said Tuesday that Mayor Tom Rowland should resign after taking a stand against a flier — written by a tea party member — that says the city wants to destroy the homes in some Cleveland neighborhoods.

Donny Harwood, local tea party chairman, said Rowland thinks he is king.

The Cleveland City Council also voted unanimously to request a police investigation into the flier, a decision that Harwood says is “to basically manhunt down the source of the flier and have him arrested or brought up on charges.”

Harwood said the man who put out the flier recently joined the Bradley tea party and is “now in fear of his safety and well-being. I had to listen as his family wept in the background on a phone conversation because this mayor unjustifiably put out a bounty on his head!”

In his emailed statement, Harwood said the mayor and all the City Council, plus city planner Greg Thomas, should resign.

Rowland said Tuesday that “the job of city government is to protect its citizens and that includes misinformation that could put fear into senior citizens.”

Rowland has said there is no plan to destroy homes in the neighborhoods through a plan being developed by Bradley County, Cleveland and Charleston to accommodate growth for the next 25 years.

“The neighborhoods where the fliers were circulated are established neighborhoods where people have lived for two or three generations,” Rowland said. “They should not be given misinformation that creates fear.

“The council simply asked for an investigation to determine the source of the fliers so they can be given correct information. Of course, if any criminal laws are violated, that is a different matter,” Rowland said.

Calling the city government “runaway,” Harwood said that if he or the man who put out the flier are harmed, that the mayor, the council and Thomas “should be held responsible and investigated to the fullest extent of the law!”

NFRA RESOLUTION OPPOSING UNITED NATIONS’ COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLANNING

This is a very important and urgent message to all Americans! The United Nations is using select NGOs to implement Agenda21 or sustainable development to socially, economically and environmentally change our natural sovereign state of Tennessee and the rest of the nation!

Even as preparation and early meetings for the Earth Summit 2012 are underway, the UN is making plans to forcefully and diabolically push Agenda 21 into every household in America and in 178 other countries across the globe!

Dialogue, recent as last week from the Earth Summit is that the UN intends to make a reenergized push to implement Agenda 21 in our country and are hinting at getting our elected officials to once again entertain signing a treaty or enact new legislation for further implementation!

We as local Bradley County citizens are seeing first hand and deliberately how these NGOs are using and convincing our locally elected officials to circumvent the Constitution and the will of the people! We must act now to stop this plan!

Below a very influential group has seen the coerciveness nature of the Comprehensive Plan and are calling them out! This strong letter below was not formed by me but was forwarded to me from a concerned elected official! This letter calls for us to stop the comprehensive plan but yet our plan moves forward with out a word of defiance from the majority of our locally elected officials!

NFRA RESOLUTION OPPOSING UNITED NATIONS’ COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLANNING

WHEREAS, the National Federation of Republican Assemblies recognizes that the pillars of freedom and liberty are life, liberty and property.

As such, we seek to identify those candidates that understand and support these same noble characteristics of our great nation and that it is the combination of these truths that makes America “exceptional”; and

WHEREAS, some little known facts about comprehensive land use planning, known as Agenda 21 include, but are not limited to, the following:

The UN’s Agenda 21 was revealed to the world at the Rio Earth Summit II in 1992;

Agenda 21 was signed into soft law in 1992 and requires only administrative approval and not legislative approval;

The UN’s Agenda 21 was granted administrative approval when President Clinton, through Executive Order, created the first President’s Council on Sustainable Development;

The President’s Council on Sustainable Development created the domestic plan known as “Sustainable America”;

Official non-Government Organizations known as NGOs are certified through the UN based on their compliance and willingness to institute UN created policies like Agenda 21 and the “Wildlands Project”.

Examples of NGOs include, but are not limited to: the Sierra Club, U.S. CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, APA-AMERICAN PLANNING ASSOCIATION and ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability; formally known as the “International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives.”;

GATT, NAFTA and other trade agreements also contain components that are derivatives from the economic components of Agenda 21;
Income redistribution as a form of “economic justice” is a tool to be used by Agenda 21;

Agenda 21 is anti-property rights;

The terms “Sustainable Development”, “Smart Growth”, “Comprehensive Land Use Plan”, and “Sustainable Agriculture” are domestic equivalents of Agenda 21; and

The Global Biodiversity Assessment Report identifies private property ownership, single family homes, traditional agriculture, and consumerism as “unsustainable.”;

therefore be it
RESOLVED, that we, the National Federation of Republican Assemblies (NFRA), oppose the nondomestic policies of Agenda 21 based on failure to recognize private property rights as one of America’s cornerstones of freedom and liberty;

be it further
RESOLVED, that Article one, Section ten of the Constitution prohibits any State or subordinate governmental body from contracting with nondomestic entities such as ICLEI;

and be it
RESOLVED, that the NFRA shall not endorse a candidate or elected official including the office of President that refuses to oppose the same.

The partnerships of the Chamber of Commerce, ICLEI and many other NGOs with the United Nations is truly un-American and unconstitutional and begs for Americans to pay attention as their sovereignty, property rights and our nations well being are at risk!

The severity of this situation grants that all Americans stand up to these aggressive socialists that are undermining the core of our nations welfare!

Please pass this information around to your patriotic friends and email lists! We are a nation under attack from within! All associations to these NGOs need to be made aware! Passive cooperation can no longer be tolerated!

Sustainable development, a new EPA tool

Our Mayor of Bradley County and our City Mayor have made it possible for the EPA, DOT and HUD to have full reign on our community by joining with ICLEI out of Chattanooga in support of the Regional Growth Plan to promote sustainability!

Not a single vote was cast by a single member of our elected body in our region or county! All they had to do was say yes to have them in here to regulate the fool out of us!

We no longer live in a community that relies upon it’s elected bodies to set policy for our county! We are now being ruled by an NGO(Non Governmental Organization) or some type of appointed member of a committee stocked full of beneficial parties that will rule in favor of their best interest!

We have lost our way when a constitutional republic fails to stand and govern by the will of the people! And on the other hand it’s we the people that are remaining silent so that it can happen as they wish!

I have been warning you of Executive Order 13575! Obama has set into place a way to regulate most of our society and take what liberties you have away! Look back on previous blogs about this EO! It will once again show you what was in the works back then and today with very little fanfare what the plan is for the future

Sustainable development: latest tool for expanding EPA’s empire 
A corrupted National Research Council gives EPA power to regulate waterways via zoning and limit farming choices in the name of “sustainability”

Determined to concentrate power in the hands of largely unaccountable bureaucrats in Washington, Obama administration officials have devised a new scheme to justify expanding the regulatory reach of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). 
At the request of EPA, the National Research Council (NRC) issued a report last August laying out an “operational framework for integrating sustainability as one of the key drivers within the regulatory responsibilities of EPA.”  Referencing a little-noticed Obama Executive Order (13514) from 2009, the NRC report adopts the President’s definition of sustainability contained in the order.  Under that definition, sustainability means “to create and maintain conditions, under which humans and nature can exist in harmony, that permit fulfilling the social, economic, and other requirements of present and future generations.” 
Founded in 1916, the NRC is currently administered by the National Academy of Sciences, National Academy of Engineers, and the Institute for Medicine. In developing the “operational framework” for future EPA policies, the NRC cited the 1969 National Environmental Policy Act‘s (NEPA) use of the word sustainability in describing the federal government’s approach to the environment.  “That policy is what is now described as sustainable development,” the NRC notes.
It has often been said that “beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.”  The same holds true for sustainable development.  The term – never defined with any precision – has been a mainstay of the United Nations, environmental organizations, and, increasingly, federal, state and local governments.   A growing number of corporations – eager to parade their green credentials – frequently claim their products and technologies are “sustainable,” without ever telling the public what is meant by the term.  Sustainable development is also a pillar of Agenda 21.  Adopted at the UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) at Rio de Janeiro in June 1992, Agenda 21 is described by the UN Division on Sustainable Development as “a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations Systems, Governments and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts (sic) on the environment.”
The lack of any clear understanding of what is and is not sustainable bestows a huge amount of discretionary power in the hands of regulators and other government officials acting in accordance with a term whose meaning is withheld from the public.  Small wonder that Wendell Cox, Ronald Utt, and Brett Schaefer of the Heritage Foundation have warned that Agenda 21/sustainable development in the hands of EPA “would significantly expand the role of government in economic decision-making, impede development and economic growth, and undermine individual choice and policy flexibility in local communities.  Opponents should be concerned about efforts by the U.S. government to implement these policies, both nationally and locally.”
“EPA is already engaged in many projects that further sustainability aims, but the adoption of this framework  — implemented in stages – will lead to a growing body of experiences and successes with sustainability,” Bernard Goldstein, occupation health professor at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School for Public Health, told The Daily Caller (Aug. 4, 2011).  Goldstein, who chaired the NRC panels that drew up EPA’s sustainability framework, added that, “To the extent that the laws permit, working with other agencies EPA should be able to incorporate [sustainability] using this framework.”
That effort is already well underway.  In June 2010, for example, the Obama administration, by way of an executive order, launched its Ocean Policy Initiative (OPI).  The OPI will subject America’s waterways – oceans, rivers, bays, and the Great Lakes plus coastal and even inland areas – to federal zoning.  Under the scheme, these areas will be managed according to “coastal and marine spatial planning.”  As an unnamed administration official told the Los Angeles Times (July 19, 2010), “This sets the nation on the path of much more comprehensive planning to both conservation and sustainable use of resources.”
Similarly, the administration, on June 9, 2011, announced the creation via Executive Order 13575 of the White House Rural Council.  Like the Ocean Policy Initiative, the Rural Council is composed of more than two dozen federal agencies whose objective is to “enhance the federal engagement in rural communities.”  The executive order states that, “Strong sustainable rural communities are essential to winning the future and ensuring American competitiveness in the years to come.”
But it will be bureaucrats in Washington — working hand-in-glove with environmental groups, suppliers of renewable energy, and other political allies — who will determine what is sustainable down on the farm.  This massive expansion of the powers of the administrative regulatory state is taking place without the consent of Congress, state and local officials, much less the residents of rural America.

NFRA condemns A21 and comprehensive plan, Bradley County leaders forge on

The National Federation of Republican Assemblies recently made a statement and offered a supporting resolution regarding Agenda 21, Comprehensive planning and land use regulations stating these plans have no respect for the people’s rights to their own property!

This resolution and statement below did not come from a conservative right wing spokesperson or media outlet! This did not come from Glenn Beck or Alex Jones, it came from the NFRA on the heels of a resolution made by the RNC and a bill proposal by Tennessee State Representatve Kevin Brooks to halt and desist the Agenda 21/ICLEI COmprehensive Planning process.

These resolutions are evidence to me that our elected officials are starting to listen the people they represent and are absorbing the enormity of this sinister and diabolical plan to rid our country of it’s sovereignty, inalienable and property rights!

They have now gone a step further and have taken the initiative to call out the groups that are responsible for implementing these “Comprehensive Plans” using the United Nations Agenda 21 model for “sustainable growth.”

The NGOs, Non Governmental Organizations such as the APA-American Planning Association, the Chamber of Commerce (of which holds the number one Consultative Status with the United Nations) Sierra Club and locally, the Cleveland and Bradley County planning offices, the Industrial Development Board, “the SSD gang” (I warned you of months ago), TACIR and the many other boards not representative of the people of Bradley County!

Our locally elected officials continuing to be complicit with the Comprehensive plan is a failure of our local government to constitutionally operate!

This shameful display of cooperation with a foreign entity to destroy our country borders on illegal and is definitely unconstitutional! This blatant disregard for our sovereignty and our mere survivability should be condemned and these complying officials removed from office by the strength of the ballot box.

As soon as tomorrow our County Planners, Mayors and many elected officials in cooperation with ICLEI, McBride Dale and Clarion are presenting a “Comprehensive Plan” to the public using the United Nations Agenda 21 as a directive tool!

This is no longer our elected officials and planners moving forward without notification and ignorance! This is full cooperation with ICLEI, the UN and NGOs setting out to destroy our country, our property rights and our way of life!

The meeting tomorrow, Monday January 30th, from 7 to 9 pm, at the Five Points museum with planners, elected officials and NGOs will be a direct overt act to circumvent the people of Bradley County and will show direct cooperation with a foreign entity to undermine our constitutional republic.

A reminder to readers our County Commission has not authorized this action and have voted for it not to move forward. County Planner Corey Divel has countered that the County has committed to the funding to assist with implementation. But no vote to go forward! The city council and Mayor Tom Rowland have voted yes on the BCC 2035 Strategic Growth Plan.

It will be interesting to see who will show up at this big “visioning” meeting! Who will remain complicit above all sensible warnings, bill drafts and resolutions? Who will the “useful idiots” be that remain committed to this process?

We can no longer stand back as our elected officials give away our country and our county to an agent of an International entity that does not have our best interest in mind. This direct and deliberate violation of our rights cannot be tolerated and all should be held accountable for their actions.

The NFRA, the RNC and most recently our very own Kevin Brooks have presented resolutions and bills to stop Agenda 21. I believe our leaders are beginning to see the Comprehensive Plan, Agenda 21 process for what it truly is. They are now willing to step up to stop it, we should make sure their resolutions and bill proposals and efforts do not go to waste.

The question still remains why is Bradley County, Tennessee still going forward with this costly and unconstitutional plan? Why are our Mayors and select elected representatives still moving forward when leaders in the nation and many within their own parties are saying halt.

Read below, look closely at it’s content and then tell me we have nothing to worry about! The nation sees it, some of our elected state officials, a few local guys see it, but, why are our planners and mayors still moving forward?

I am afraid it is the lust and lure of the mighty federal tax dollar and the selfish pride of not wanting to admit they were wrong. Then sprinkle into the equation the thought that some may be in deeper than we think and can’t get out even if they wanted. I think now you can begin to see a little more clearly!

NFRA RESOLUTION OPPOSING UNITED NATIONS’ COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLANNING
WHEREAS, the National Federation of Republican Assemblies recognizes that the pillars of freedom and liberty are life, liberty and property. As such, we seek to identify those candidates that understand and support these same noble characteristics of our great nation and that it is the combination of these truths that makes America “exceptional”; and
WHEREAS, some little known facts about comprehensive land use planning, known as Agenda 21 include, but are not limited to, the following:
The UN’s Agenda 21 was revealed to the world at the Rio Earth Summit II in 1992;
Agenda 21 was signed into soft law in 1992 and requires only administrative approval and not legislative approval;
The UN’s Agenda 21 was granted administrative approval when President Clinton, through Executive Order, created the first President’s Council on Sustainable Development;
The President’s Council on Sustainable Development created the domestic plan known as “Sustainable America”;
Official non-Government Organizations known as NGOs are certified through the UN based on their compliance and willingness to institute UN created policies like Agenda 21 and the “Wildlands Project”. Examples of NGOs include, but are not limited to: the Sierra Club, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, American Planning Association, and ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability; formally known as the “International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives.”;
GATT, NAFTA and other trade agreements also contain components that are derivatives from the economic components of Agenda 21;
Income redistribution as a form of “economic justice” is a tool to be used by Agenda 21;
Agenda 21 is anti-property rights;
The terms “Sustainable Development”, “Smart Growth”, “Comprehensive Land Use Plan”, and “Sustainable Agriculture” are domestic equivalents of Agenda 21; and
The Global Biodiversity Assessment Report identifies private property ownership, single family homes, traditional agriculture, and consumerism as “unsustainable.”; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that we, the National Federation of Republican Assemblies (NFRA), oppose the nondomestic policies of Agenda 21 based on failure to recognize private property rights as one of America’s cornerstones of freedom and liberty; be it further
RESOLVED, that Article one, Section ten of the Constitution prohibits any State or subordinate governmental body from contracting with nondomestic entities such as ICLEI; and be it
RESOLVED, that the NFRA shall not endorse a candidate or elected official including the office of President that refuses to oppose the same.

IS THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE A UNITED NATIONS FRONT?

 Ever wander why we had zero job growth in the US last month, want to know why our unemployment rate remains around 10 percent? Look no further than the Chamber of Commerce! Do you realize the Chamber boasts 3 million companies within it’s grasp and they are “supposed to be creating the jobs! ” Let’s put this in very simple terms, say of my nine year old who asked me the other day while discussing jobs at the dinner table, she said Dad, if they have 3 million people in their group why don’t they ask every one in that group to hire 1 person each and the Jobs needed would be decreased by 3 million and just keep doing that over and over till everyone had a job! Beautiful right? The mind of a 9 year old she is a genius! The only deterrent to her simple yet logical plan is the Chamber of Commerce doesn’t really want to create jobs in the US they want to ship them over seas to improve everyone else’s economies just as the United Nations would love to have them do and they are willingly complying to their demands and it is now no secret of their devotion to destroy America because under Socialism if other countries are benefiting and we share the wealth, the Chamber under the guises of the UN have fulfilled their mission! We must get the Chamber of Commerce and their false leadership out of our country and out of every town, city and county in our great nation! The Chamber of Commerce is a front for the United Nations! There is no doubt about it, just look at the outcomes! We are a nation that has been fooled long enough! Most people, including Chamber of Commerce members, would be astonished to learn the extent of power that organization exerts over international, national, state and local policies. With the exception of a few leaders at the top, most members never learn about the inner sanctum of the Chamber which appears to think locally but actually acts globally.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other blankets were formed in 1912 and the International Chamber in 1919. Individual Chambers were invited to join these blanket organizations and most of them did. Their existence helps to explain why separate Chambers of Commerce all over the country — even the world — frequently adopt similar local policies or support the same legislation. (1)

The International Chamber of Commerce is one of many international/ national non-governmental organizations (NGOs) which have consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). Organizations associated with the United Nations through the ECOSOC have surrendered their own sovereignty to the United Nations’ world dictatorship. They belong to the regional government world management system. They cannot be counted on to support the U.S. 
constitution. (2)

Along with the Chamber of Commerce, we find other NGO interlocks such as the International Planned Parenthood, International Free Trade Unions, World Assembly of Youth, League of Red Cross Societies, International Social Security Association, World Veterans Federation. At last count 2012 international and national organizations have consultative status. (3)

The Economic and Social Council was the one thing lacking in the old League of Nations that was replaced by the United Nations. The ECOSOC opened the way for the Chamber to have direct and continuous influence upon international affairs, even though it was a non-governmental organization.

The “NGO community” may be referred to as the New Global International that is refining and expanding the mission of the Socialists International. (4)

THE CONSENSUS GAME

The idea of a “civil society” (ostensibly represented by the NGOs) is a way of presenting the process as if it were a democratic one when, in fact, it isn’t at all. The U.N. uses NGO delegates to essentially stack the deck at its policy conventions in order to easily ratify its predetermined platform. (5)

The ECOSOC passed a resolution in 1996 stipulating that NGOs with consultative status must “be in conformity with the spirit, purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations” and that the organizations “shall undertake to support the work of the United Nations.” (6)

While some groups may have joined the United Nations in an NGO status hoping to be a small ripple in a big pond, the outcome could be frustrating and disheartening because of the evil one-world forces against them.

And while we are hearing about wars and rumors of war, perhaps Robert Hunter with the Center for Strategic and International Studies said it best: “It is important that it goes right because it is getting the American people used to this kind of operation… it is creeping the American people up on the idea of accepting the use of American forces under United Nations command.” (7)

The Chamber of Commerce gets it direction from the International Chamber of Commerce which has special recognition at the United Nations. Unfortunately, the Chamber presidents don’t know this. Most of them are good local folks who want to help their community. (8)

The United Nations continues to serve, as it has since its inception in 1945, as a major Marxist spy and propaganda apparatus and a hotbed of anti-Americanism. (9)

WORLD IS BEING RESTRUCTURED

Multinational corporations and tax-exempt foundations, in cooperation with the U.S. government, your local schools and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce are restructuring not only our educational system by preparing children for a one world government and alienating them from their parents in the process, but our free society as well. The Chamber hierarchy has been up to its eyeballs working for world government ever since the foundation of the United Nations, which is nothing more than a Communist front.

The New York Times (7/11/1998 P. 9) said, “After heavy lobbying by the computer industry and the Clinton administration, the Senate rejected a proposal to tighten control of the sale of American supercomputers to China and Russia and instead voted for further study of the issues…” So it was the computer companies and the Chamber of Commerce which pressured the GOP for Red Sales and the sunset of U.S. Security. (10)

The alleged defrocked former leader of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachev, who has never renounced his love, admiration and respect for Marxist/Leninist ideology,  is now ensconced in the commandant’s residence of the Presidio in San Francisco. He lives there and operates his Gorbachev Foundation USA from those beautiful grounds. (11)

And from its confines issues pronouncements about the coming global despotism envisioned by his Soviet predecessors, such as Lenin, Stalin, Brezhnev and Andropov. (12)

His 1994 World Forum concentrated on “fundamental challenges and opportunities confronting humanity as we enter the next century… we are giving birth to the first global civilization… Inherent within the Forum is the potential for establishing a global brain trust to continue into the next century… and to provide the framework for stability and regulated human interactions…” (13)

Bill Gates and other corporation executives attended “The State of the World Forum” in San Francisco in 1995. This Forum is a thinly veiled call for convergence and world government. (14)

Truly, we have not only helped wheel this latest Trojan Horse inside the gates, we are stabling it in the finest of sumptuous quarters and feeding it the most delectable of our abundant produce -the fertile, febrile brains of our highly impressionable youth. (15)

It has been frequently observed that history repeats itself, and that those who will not learn the lessons of the past are condemned to repeat them. Lenin understood the appeal of potential trade and bragged that, when the time came to hang the capitalist class, they would be competing for the contract to provide the rope. (16)

So if some Americans are wondering about the “state of the union” and why it is in the shape it is in, we need look no further than the Chamber of Commerce and other NGOs. While your local Chamber members may be vehemently opposed to much of what the International Chamber supports, they have no say in the real decision making any more than dues-paying teachers to their unions. The leaders at the top are the final authority.
