Both Tennessee Houses have voted and approved bills to apply for a Constitutional Convention of States.

The TN House took up the Balanced Budget Amendment (BBA) and approved it in 2014, the TN Senate approved the Conventon of States (COS) resolution in the spring of 2015. The House will vote on the COS resolution in January 2016 when it reconvenes.

The Tennessee State Legislature and Senate Houses have applied to Congress calling for amendments to the US Constitution. This action by our elected representatives could change, alter, eliminate or re-write our most sacred document that defines the freedoms we now partake of daily.

Both resolutions have passed with an overwhelming majority and now we await for a 2/3 majority to call upon Congress to make the Convention a reality once the vote is cast in January of 2016.

The measure can be stopped and We the People still have that ability to call House members and request they not approve the COS resolution in 2016. Time is short. We must be vigilant and expediant.

It is deeply regretful that the bid went forward and We the People did not foresee the many problems that may result from a Constitutional Convention sooner.

“Conservatives” in our State Legislatures by statement of their vote to conduct the process of amending the Constitution have acted irresponsibly.

The left through the years have resigned to the fact they could not do it on their own. They have now enlisted the right to assist them with the changes to the Constitution. The left has co-opted the right and the dance that ensues is a very dangerous and one that could disrupt our nation and hand it over to a New World Order, a much requested venture.

The US Constitution is the only thing keeping the left from creating that global utopian socialist nation under the control of foreign forces dead set on destroying our country.

Amendment changes to the US Constitution is too risky with too many people with the ability to place their paws upon the most precious document that relinquishes to us our God given rights and liberties.

The US Constitution is not yours to subject to the wiles of the left and evil people to do as they please. Leave it alone Mr or Mrs Statesperson.

“Conservatives” are saying that they will only be seeking to inject one amendment at a called convention. This is a lie!

By teaming with the left with its many constitution changing agendas, we know this to be a lie solely on their stated desire to do so.

The right is being used as the Trojan horse that will wheel up to the doors of a Constitutional Convention and to possibly change this document forever.

Let’s watch as that Trojan Horse is discovered.

Once at the gate of the convention the left with cover from their “Conservative” friends will knock on the doors of our rights at the convention. Knock, knock!

Our elected reps, our chosen delegates, once hearing the lustful knock of a combined “right, left” team effort will open that door.

Eyes will be curiously watching as the Trojan Horse will be hauled to a convention of states. Once inside, the belly of the giant will begin to slake and rumble. The trap door will become ajar from the eager vermin more than willing to embark. The horse will release its vile content onto the floor of a called convention.

As the sludge oozes from his belly, the barely recognizable forms will take shape. The surge of force will surely dislodge millions of dollars, several constitutions, special interest subjects and lobbyist and many diverse amendments and a host of other assorted ideologies.

As this Trojan Horse gives birth to its subjects, you begin seeing these delegates, numerous they may be, made up of hundreds of lobbyists and special interest groups they scatter among the convention and the feeding frenzy will ensue.

Once in place, the convention room may be closed off to any spectators, the doors closed and the dismantling ensues.

The speaker will make the call for order and for delegates to place their agendas upon the table. With a great ferocity each demanding their bought and paid for “changes”, the delegates will submit their considerations for adoption.

Each delegate will undoubtedly meet resistance from other better paid delegates and the proverbial chest thump and resulting dance will begin.

One delegate with less money influence will begin the squall of a dying calf, the better funded will strap on his sorosesque rapid fire cannon and lob his influence on to the convention hall. The less powerful will succumb to the monster we shall call a well funded entity.

The right whose eyes have been closed will now begin to open and start to see the lie they were fed, the result of bipartisan support and a blind cohesion with the left. Angst will build and regret shall encompass their sold out core.

The crowd will grow concerned, oddly uncomfortable while watching this three ring circus perform, peering to the right as if to question the lies…

The left will most likely yield the majority of delegates inside this debacle.

The Trojan Horse has been revealed and fearing retribution from opposing delegates they may seize the opportunity at a runaway convention possibly making a move to temporarily suspend state rights providing them immunity from any attempts to prosecute them for the seditious acts that will befall this convention.

We the People disillusioned with the tone and tenor of the convention will surely rise up paving another avenue for Civil unrest.

The Convention event has now lost stability. The “right”that got duped into believing them will now begin to attempt to control the event they helped create. A lengthy spin cycle with damage control will ensue, but it’s too little, too late.

Posturing from all sides, lobbyists and insiders will be breathing heavily as they run from aisle to aisle looking for a compromise or expansion of amendments.

The fear of a runaway or perpetual Convention has been realized. The right and the left have now become the same.

Upon exiting the chaotic convention one regretful patriot will inevitably emerge from Independence Hall on that fateful day reminiscent of that chilly fall day in 1787 when Ben Franklin departed the last convention.

A lady from the crowd lunges forward and yells “Dr what do we have a Republic or a Monarchy?” The response from the patriot will more than likely be “A New World Order under Parlimentary control by the UN, whether you want it or not!”

Ladies and gentlemen we are on the verge of some serious attacks on our US Constitution. The realization of a hostile takeover and destruction of our Constitution is just a Convention away.

The false assumption that an Article V Convention of States is benign is false. Yes, the Article V is Constitutional. But to question its intent and the timing of this call for a Convention is worth some serious contemplation.

The end result, regardless of how you word it, the US Constitution will suffer a great hit or be abolished all together inside a convention of delegates that may not share our vision of how we should live our lives under the protections given us.

Regardless of how you approach it, it could be a potential disaster, one that I’m not willing to watch happen.

Sure, in a perfect world I would love to think only one change will be performed upon the Constitution but the buzzards circling tells me otherwise.

Our forefathers didn’t provide a whole lot of instruction for delegates and the way a convention was to be run. This may have been purposeful but they may have underestimated the enormity of the attack and those dead set on changing it to their defined objective.

As a matter of fact we have never had a state led Amendment Convention. There is no example of us to follow, no precedence to lean on for guidance, only a slew of people wanting the same thing…..their amendment to be the one that gets the ok that leads to passage. This is an unmanageable issue that is too risky to ascertain.

This is not Tennessee’s first attempt to call on Congress to make amendment changes. In fact, I believe Tennessee has made three prior requests for a Constitutional Convention. There is a valid reason why Tennessee through the years has denied and rescinded this issue. It undeniably leaves the United States very vulnerable to the wiles of those willing to subjugate our sovereignty.

In 2010, Tennessee rescinded all calls for a Con Con. Even the RNC under the leadership of Reince Preibus called upon legislators to STOP the push for a CON CON, fearing the Trojan Horse scenario above would result.

The RNC, the Republican National Committee, condemned all attempts to change our US Constitution and urged our Tennessee elected representatives to stand down from all efforts because of the inherent damage doing so could do to our country and our state.

On August 22nd,2012 the RNC unleashed this WARNING to all legislators.

WHEREAS, the Constitution is also silent as to the agenda of such a Convention and sets out no way to limit the agenda of such a Convention, and,

WHEREAS, former U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Warren Burger concluded that there is no effective way to limit or muzzle the actions of a Constitutional Convention after it is convened; and,

WHEREAS, a Constitutional Convention would attract a multitude of individuals and special interest groups with agendas that would alter our Constitution beyond recognition….

Surprisingly two years later, despite this warning from their own party, our Tennessee reps have applied for a CON CON against their own party. What happened between 2012 and 2014?

You would suspect that this warning, this direction, would be enough to sway those in elected seats to halt their pursuit of a Constitutional Convention. It is akin to the constant consultation you give to your children that do not heed your advice.

In 2014, the current State Legislature took up the call to Congress as well as the State Senate in 2015 under the tutelage of Senator 9th District Mike Bell to conduct a Constitutional Convention.

Interestingly, some of the same legislators calling for a recision and repeal in 2010 voted for it in 2014 and 2015. Im only speculating but it looks as if special interest groups and lobbyist did a number on our elected reps in TN perhaps placing a little greenback into their personal coffers.

Why else would a Tennessee State Legislator or Senator buck the advice of their own party as they have in Tennessee? It’s worth consideration.

This frequent waffling, flip flopping and resistance on the same subject has to have some big money behind it. What else would make them turn one way one year and another way against the advice of their own party in 2014 and 2015. Sounds to me like a few prodigal sons need to find their way home.

Meanwhile we wait for other states to approve the applications for a CON CON as TN did or we stand against these wayward legislators tampering with our freedom and subjecting us to the possibility of propping up a new government that will equate to a socialist dump with all the non perks that go with that decision.

This is serious bidding and the health of our state, our nation and its people are at risk!

Call your state legislators to either say NO to a CON CON or rescind the application to make a call to Congress for a Convention.

Your country and your freedoms depend on your action or your silent consent.

You make that decision.

I’m only informing you of the risk and the potential result! My self prescribed duty is done.

TN US Senator Lamar Alexander has voted “Yes” to the  bipartisan budget bill yesterday that leaves wounded vets and retirees without 6 billion in retirement benefits over the next 10 years, interestingly enough and in contrast at the same time voted “Yes” to extend illegal immigration benefits. In addition, TN Congressman Chuck Fleischmann, (R) 3rd, voted “Yes” and Congressman Scott Dejarlais, (R), 4th District, voted against the measure.

An effort by a handful of Republicans in the US Senate failed to drum up enough support to halt cuts to pensions for our wounded warriors.

This controversial vote was a test run for the final vote in the Senate House, the final vote is expected to come this week, perhaps today.

US Senator R, Ala, gave his best effort to push an amendment through that would halt the veterans cuts by using a parliamentary procedure to force a vote on and undo the cuts for the military veterans. The move proved unsuccessful based on the likes of Lamar Alexander in the Senate and Congressman Chuck Fleischman in the House.

This move by our distinguished politicians from the great state of TN left the provision intact which takes 6 billion out of veterans hands over the next 10 years. Reminder, this is a hard earned reward for our veterans who sacrificed life and limb to finally one day retire with this benefit and now these politicians are voting to take this away? Shame on you!

In a much warranted move Sessions from Alabama wanted to eliminate 4.2 billion in aid to illegal immigrants in IRS credits. The sadness in this is our politicians have towed the PC crowd enough to wave benefits and pensions of veterans in favor of those that are not here legally.

Oddly enough at least on this cloture vote TN US Senator Bob Corker, Mr “I spend more time in the other aisle than my own” Corker voted “N0.”  There must not have been enough money available to shift his vote to the yes aisle, but there is still one more vote!

Sessions argued unsuccessfully to get other Republicans and Democrats off the fence and in typical bipartisan love fest with libs, the veterans get the shaft in
place of an illegal immigrant benefit package. In defeat mode, Sessions was quoted, “It’s not correct, and it should not happen,” he said from the Senate floor before the vote.

“By blocking my amendment, they voted to cut pensions for wounded warriors,” he said afterwards.

 “Senators in this chamber have many valid ideas for replacing these pension cuts, including my proposal to close the tax welfare loophole for illegal filers, and all deserved a fair and open hearing. But they were denied.”

He went on to add “we have cut military pensions instead of cutting welfare for illegal immigrants.”

The most upsetting comment came from Super Uber RINO Paul Ryan and his cohort Senate Budget Committee Chairman Patty Murray, D-Wash. when they argued “the GOP effort was really an attempt to kill the entire bill.” 

Wrap your heads around this ladies and gentleman. The gentleman who nearly was our Vice President on the R side of the aisle standing defiantly with liberals arguing that the only reason Sessions was being defiant and standing in the gap for veterans was because he wanted to shut down government and kill the whole bill. This is what happens when statesmen get in the way of the machine getting what they want. A merciful slaughter at the feet of our veterans.

Congressman Chuck Fleischmann and Senator Lamar Alexander have disappointed once again and have shown that protecting veterans rights is not on their minds and preserving benefits to those here illegally is a bigger concern. It was an amendment for Gods sake guys, not a change to or attempt to kill the whole bill.

We must act before it’s too late. Our country is being annihilated. Please share this information, comment below and let’s get this information out to a unknowing and seemingly uncaring society of people who prefer to ignore.

The 67-33 roll vote Tuesday by which the Senate advanced a bipartisan budget bill that essentially  extends spending and very few overall cuts. The vote removes the final hurdle to Senate passage. The Democratic-led chamber is expected to approve the bill on Wednesday.

The seemingly docile, reserved appearance of the Muslim Diversity Acceptance delegation in Manchester has gone into attack mode in local media leaving any dignity in the hallway of the Manchester Convention Center. 

After failing to provide a viable argument as to why they should be given special rights while depriving others of their first amendment rights, they expectedly turn to the race card! Why not? Everyone else does.

Poorly delivered talking points and a piss poor depiction propaganda film was not enough to win over the crowd and persuade the attendees from giving up their first amendment rights. 

Their disgust grew as the evening waned on and a rather stoic submissive delegation turned cynical and even taunting those in attendance seeking constructive info from them, possibly a hint of radicalism surfacing as tension and resistance mounts, a dark cloud is rising above the meeting!

The objective of convincing the masses to play nice and adopt Sharia Law was a miserable failure and was observed in their mannerisms throughout the evening.

The plan to bypass the Constitution was dismantled by many freedom loving citizens, most from the great state of Tennessee and from neighboring states. 

Let me assure you this is not only a Manchester issue, this is an national issue. 

These attempts to shred the Constitution are not isolated to little Manchester Tennessee.

My question is why wasn’t our diverse crowd accepted by this delegation? Doesn’t the door swing both ways? Why would a peaceful political system resign to calling those that gathered racist? Is this not hate speech? Perhaps not. Perhaps so!

They are also denying that the purpose of the meeting was to somehow bridle social media posts and to keep you from making negative posts about political Islam. 

The Tullahoma News shared this from the beginning and made a point to highlight this in their column pre meeting. 

This delegation was hoping to buzz into town, whisper a little propaganda and then proceed with their freedom eliminating ways unchecked with an escort from the federal government.

What these Muslims Americans failed to recognize and managed to label  incorrectly was the fact that what they witnessed on June 4, 2013 was angry fed up Americans tired of seeing their Constitution being stepped on, shredded and disrespected, defending their rights.

This group saw first hand the resolve of the American people to
keep their country pure, acknowledging only the Constitution and the distinct freedoms that go with it.

In a desperate attempt to somehow seem superior, The Muslim Diversity delegation called the meeting akin to a KKK rally, an old fashioned KKK rally! That is original! Never heard that before! 

Really? “A KKK rally, an old fashioned KKK rally?”

Is that all you got? For real? I am pretty sure and confident this was not a  Klan rally!

And this brings me to a curious word picture.  How do they know what an old fashioned Klan rally looks like? 

Did they forget that these folks, although misguided, tacky and look horrible in hooded sheets have the same rights under the constitution to gather peacefully as their CAIR, OIC, AMAC  groups sponsored and supported by the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist group. 

To say the KKK is disruptive and loud how do we label these terrorists groups loving and peaceful?

The  passion and spirit shown  in Manchester Tennessee is what has kept this country free for over 250 years. 

You just crossed over into and disgraced the blood line of many patriots who have given their life to prevent you from attempting exactly what you did this past week, circumventing the Constitution using the federal government as your shield.

You cant blame these “peaceful and loving” members of Islam for mislabeling such an event inside a free constitutional republic because they have no example of which to compare. 

The best example they have is in the many middle eastern countries where a gathering as large as this usually results in riots, deaths, hangings, beheadings, burnings and alot more shouting and disruption. So, I guess they expected the same.

It seems they were looking for that one event to sound the sirens to silence the majority. 

I believe they were a little dissappointed the evening went off without a single incident. 

Not a single recording of a law being broken. Not a single video with some sort incriminating sound bite, no violence whatsoever.

This left them with the old “go to solution, call them racist, that will sway public opinion and make us look shiny and bright!  Not!

You have gone to this bank a few hundred times too many and the race card is worn out and needing a rest. 

It is sad the diversity group went into non diversity mode on us but hey you gotta give it the ole college try. Right? After all, old habits die hard!

Let this be clear. The unmistakable fervor in the room you saw in Manchester is called fighting for our freedoms and standing against injustice, peacefully.

If this offends a Muslim and forces the race card, so be it. We were not asking for their acceptance when we we went into the room and we didn’t ask for it on the way out. We were demanding you leave our freedoms alone and asking you to
assimilate into our culture or simply leave our great country on your own accord. 

Why is it that we have to be the ones needing diversity training, why aren’t they attending a meeting to assimilate into our communities? I guess it would be too much to ask a Muslim to live like the rest of the 260 million or so Americans do! We coexist and it has worked pretty good so far, why can’t you? We are not asking you to give up your rights but you are mine! 

What they don’t realize is there is a push back in this country against attempts of the left to negatively change our country and a modern day revolution was indeed started in Manchester and it is spreading like wildfire across the nation and not just in Rutherford or Coffee County, the whole nation.

Americans are just about to meet their fill limit and are beginning to finally say “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!” 

Loving your country and speaking out to save it does not make those that attended the meeting racist, it makes them freedom loving Americans dead set on keeping it free. 

In the words of Braveheart as he pounced around on his horse before meeting the enemy while thrusting his fist in the air shouting,  “FREEDOM!!! FREEDOM!!!!”

This my friend is the rumbling you hear, this is a freedom yell, a defensive stance, a far cry from a KKK rally! 

Sensible Americans know this, your insensitivity and  irresponsible words delivered today shows your disdain for a civilized crowd that didn’t appease and bow to your wishes. You didnt get your way and now you cry racist. Poor pitiful you!

Id even go as far to call this a new form of hate speech…………Attorney Killian? FBI Agent Moore? Wanna enforce some Title 18 US Prosecutory Code? Here is you something to do? Did you hear what they called us? Yep racist! Shame on them!

34 Senators say LOST Treaty dead, Chamber of Commerce says “it will pass”

Never before in my recent memory have I seen the United Nations and the Chamber of Commerce work so closely to advance and perhaps get a treaty to fruition as I have the UNs Law of The Sea Treaty!

The overwhelming sense here is the Chamber saying to the United Nations, I will help you and I will obey your commands.

Follow the money trail and you will see the importance of why the two international powerhouses want this treaty to pass in the United States Senate.

Trillions of dollars, loss of our property rights, loss of rights to hundreds of miles of seabeds containing trillions in oil and gas rich property and will result in a loss of royalties and eventual distribution of wealth bound over to the UN for distribution. This move would make the UN an international power with unlimited powers, thanks to the Chamber of Commerce.

I have long said the Chamber is not our friend and are dead set on ruining our economy for the greater good of the collective. The Chamber of Commerce pushing for this treaty in light of the international picture further supports the bigger picture of taking control of the US economy and dispersing it to the world so that our collective wealth can be easily used by the world, thereby leveling a current injustice.

Redistribution of wealth! The royalties will be passed off to the international UN authorities and dispersed to poorer countries assisting with their poverty, a stated goal of the UN per Agenda 21 and other of it’s many policies.

Environmentalists have said that if the treaty passes and America is able to “tap” into unaccountable unmeasureable “hydrocarbon reserves” thus further degrading our environment with huge carbon loads lawsuits will ensue, further harming our economy and further contributing as a source to spread Americas wealth to the rest of the world against our will. This will only further our economic decline and drastically affect out way of life. Less for us and our economy means less in your pockets.

More conservative Republicans disagree including Joe Miller, Murkowski’s former rival for her Senate seat.

“To transfer two-thirds of the earth’s surface over to the governance of the United Nations is just a crazy thought,” Miller said Thursday. “And whether or not there’s some short-term economic benefit, (it) is a terrible thing to do, if you love this country and are really supporting its continued sovereignty.”

Senator Bob Corker even chimed in with Chamber Donahue:
Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) appeared to acknowledge as much when he questioned Jack Gerard, the president and CEO of the American Petroleum Institute.

“It’s a bit of an out-of-body experience to hear you testify about the administration doing something to help the oil industry,” Corker said.” he went on to conclude, “I’m very neutral on this,” Corker concluded. “I’m here to learn.” Sure you are Mt Corker!

Perhaps the real answer as to why Corker will not state his position on LOST! too much money out there to say no!

Opponents argue that the treaty infringes upon U.S. sovereignty and forces the United States to abide by international environmental restrictions, while making American companies pay royalties to a United Nations body. With a slew of U.S. businesses coming out in support of the treaty, however, one Insider noted: “When the military, the business community, environmentalists, and the [Chamber of Commerce] are all on board, that’s a pretty good sign.”

Recent tweets detected have seen an emphasis on exposing the advantages of LOST on current business. Funny thing, the UN emphasizes it’s because of climate change and pollution. You can bet your buttocks that if LOST passes in the Senate the US will suffer immeasurable fines for tapping into those hydrocarbon reserves! The UN can’t lose, they will see wealth beyond what we can tally because of the Chambers assistance with this scam.

In conclusion, when you hear the Chamber of Commerce say confidently that LOST will pass and say it so confidently, you can bet they will be shifting loads of money to our Senators to sway their opinion. Keep an eye on the opportunists who may change their minds then follow the money trail back to them. It would be safe to say and it is again my opinion only but Senators Corker and Alexander will be at the front of the line, waiting to latch on to that money nipple.
