Bradley County Commission votes NO to Common Core, Yarber gets decision 

BCN Note: No one was actually hurt in the writing of this news blog. Humor was added to a very serious subject. The bout was fictional and fun, the details factual. My opinions are below based on my observations of the event as it unfolded.

Bradley County TN Commissioners have echoed the efforts of the Bradley County School Board and said NO to Common Core.

Former semi-pro boxer County Commissioner Jeff Yarber, who long ago hung up his gloves, but Tuesday, took them off the shelf and delivered a show of might reminiscent of his days on the circuit.

He stood mighty tall in this setting and went the full 10 rounds and was left shuffling in his corner unscathed.

Throughout the meeting Yarber stepped up, squared up on his opponent, left hand slightly in front of the other, weaved left and right, steps in head low, chin down and delivered a barrage of thunderous blows that left the impression that Common Core is not welcome in our community in any form. Even some of his own debated him but were left in a heap on the canvas of this political arena.

As the debate continued, the formally trained athlete, was fully prepared to go the distance and he did.

The bout started with the introduction for approval of two bills getting cranked up in the House and Senate. 

A vote to back HB 2332 and its Senate companion bill SB 2405 was debated and Jeff Yarber was scrapping the whole time. He took a few jabs off his ample iron jaw while fending off blows to defeat support for these bills. The intent of these bills is to remove Common Core and it’s cronies from our children’s presence, period! The bills are not there so they can be tweaked, renamed or repackaged. They are to be REMOVED, DISCONTINUE! Period!!!

If passed, the House and Senate bills would amend Tennessee Code Annotated section 49-1-302 to say “on July 1, 2014, the state board and the department of education shall DISCONTINUE the use of the Common Core state standards in English language arts and mathematics.” 

At that time, the standards that had been in place before Common Core standards were first being implemented in 2010 “shall become the standards for use by LEAs [local education agencies] and schools until the state board develops and adopts new Tennessee specific standards for English language arts and mathematics.” 

With the final vote pending, just as the Bradley County School Board had done a couple of weeks ago, Yarber and the County Commission stepped up and knocked down the formidable Common Core opponent.

Our buddies on the education board said that Common Core “would be highly disruptive to student growth.” 

During this title match, It was also mentioned that changes like postponing of PARCC assessment tests and tying those scores to teacher licensure, student data collection and non parent or teacher involvement would not be in the best interest of our teachers and ultimately our children.

Let’s not forget the lightweight contender Michelle Rhee of Students First, the ex wife of Heavyweight TN Education Secretary Kevin Huffman and Bantam weight Bill Haslam appointee have advocated, by their support of Students First, for parents to get out of the way so Common Core can be delivered uninterrupted as stated  in past interviews with Rhee. 

How convenient would it be to get parents, teachers, school boards and elected officials out of the way so the deed can be completed. Sounds like a win-win scenario if you ask me.

Like any good story or bout in this case there is always the spoiler. Today that is twofold. Commissioner Jeff Morelock and Bill Winters are once again those wet noodle types among mighty oaks. 

Morelock expressed his understanding of the school board’s resolution was that the board was in favor of the standards as a whole, but some changes needed to be made to them. Did he read the same resolution I did? I dont believe he read the same resolution!  He continued with his drivel of liberalism and said “there were some necessary changes, doing away with the standards would not help.”

Commissioner Bill Winters, Morelocks liberal Co Co buddy chimed in. Remember Yarber is bouncing around doing the rope a dope waiting to be engaged. I know it’s suspenseful but keep reading.

Commissioner Bill Winters said he “had a problem with the fact the Commission’s resolution supported repealing the state standards.”

He sluggishly continued and said ” he would not vote to repeal Common Core because the standards being removed would “tie the hands” of the legislators working to fix the parts of the standards that were not working well.” Hello Bill? The consensus, bills and resolutions are to get rid of it, to DISCONTINUE them, not fix them! Focus! Please allow me to enlighten you in a little constitutional secret. You as an elected official are the voice of the people, you have the authority to limit government intrusion at any level, thus balancing the power! You are a microcosm of the bigger picture Bill! You can do this!

In addition, Winters went on to say he “did not think the vote would be in line with what the local school board wanted.” Really Bill? Once again and please allow me to reiterate, the vote today is to DISCONTINUE the Common Core standards, not fix or tweak them. The vote today! The one before you now! A liberal slant is not the seal of approval and doesnt change the fact that you are voting in a few minutes to DISCONTINUE the standards not fix or tweak them. 

He went on to zap out all the remaining energy out of the room room finishing his monologue “The school board did not ask us to repeal this,” Winters said. He finally gathered enough liberal strength to say “the standards “could be worked for the good of the schools.” Ooooh Yawn, please wake me Jeff Yarber.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, MAY I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION, In the red corner, hailing from Clevegas TN, weighing in at probably a different weight from his previous days, lets here it for the one, the only, the scrapper, the commissioner of all commissioners, a Commissioner every one wants to be………..Jefffffffffff Yarrrrrrrrber! ARE……. YOU……..READY……. TO RUUUUUUUUUUUMBLE?

Commissioner Jeff Yarber relying on strength and momentum from his youth, meets gloves in the middle, and lands the first punch countering  “I am  in favor of Tennessee scrapping the Common Core standards altogether and creating new standards to replace them.” Kaaaa Pooooow!

Side step, 1-2 punch amongst a flurry of undercuts he continues “this means local education would not be “tied in with” the federal government. Yes! Morelock and Winters are punch drunk but not relenting.

Winters and  Morelock countered with a few soft jabs none phasing the Yarber. Yarber counters with a flurry, “Common Core is the problem, and we can do it better!!!!”

The crowd on their feet, Winters and Morelock on their heels, to the mat. Dazzled by the display of skill and precision of this prize fighter reborn, the ref steps in with the 10 count, 1-2-3… 

Commissioner Adam Lowe steps into the ring to finish off the opponent.

The atmosphere now has changed from a prize fight to a tag team WWF wrestling match, please allow the setting to morph in your mind.

A more cautious Lowe yet equally as effective mounts the ropes and from the top rope with bare chest, tight spandex shorts he shouts….. “the state bills in question were “simple” and “straightforward,” though he was not totally certain they were “a step in the right direction.”  The frenzied crowd yells “Deliver the fatal blow Adam! Jump down and deliver the fatal blow. The cautious approach allowed Yarber to suffer a few minor blows to his seasoned jawline but unable to daze him. Lowe is a thinker! He is contemplating his next move.

Lowe balancing on the top row, chest bare, pecs glistening continues….he believes “one of the problems the field of education has been facing has been the attention paid to reforming standards rather than actual teaching methods because “standards don’t have feelings.” “We continue to try to teacher-proof the classroom,” he said.  The standards dont have feelings!” Beautiful. Great skill from such a gifted orator, give the appearence that the standards are a living breathing set of standards. Im loving this approach. The crowd sinks back to it’s seats as Lowe steps down from the top rope.

Nice assist Commissioner Lowe, we need you in Yarbers corner, he needs water and some vasoline on his left eye.

Commissioner Terry Caywood, a little long in the tooth, but still with the vigor and stamina of the young bucs weighs in.. 

Caywood cautiously enters the ring very aware of the mood in the room, the roar of the crowd, he becomes invigorated, picks up Bill Winters and begins to spin him around the ring tossing him into Morelock, like a bowling pin they both fall and he grabs the mike and begins to shout  ” I have spoken with a teacher who said Common Core standards “took all the fun out of teaching.” Take that and put it in your pipe and smoke it, I Imagined Caywood saying that last part. The part he is playing in my mind is quite the opposite, he is really a kind gentle christian man unwilling to engage his peers this way.

And from back of the room, much like Ralphie, from the Christmas Story engaging Scut Farkus and Grover Dill in a fight that won Ralphie some respect in the neighborhood, Commissioner Mel Griffith tags in and says he was “very supportive” of the standards’ goals, but they were not being implemented well.” That splatted onto the mat like an overhydrated cow patty. 

Has he been listening to Morelock and Winters?  Somehow, are we blaming this on the teachers now? Anyway, he tried to punch but couldn’t allow the standards to be done away with, Ralphie is retired quickly.

With the fighting done and the warrior weary State Representative Kevin Brooks steps into the ring with his shiny suit, crisp red tie, neatly tucked, half windsor perhaps, hair motif perfectly aligned and undisturbed, he bounces up uncharacteristically and says “the bills would have the state completely scrapping the current standards, meaning it would “throw out the baby, the bathwater — all of it.” Was that an apology? Or did he see his baby (Common Core) just get tossed out with the bath water? Mr Brooks, the baby (Common Core) and the bath water (the standards) are what we want gone! It’s ok! It’s not a real baby.

He continued, “Instead of completely repealing Common Core, he said he was in favor of making “incremental” changes to the standards and changing the name to reflect those changes.” It is pretty clear that the message being sent is not being absorbed. Our elected bodies are saying NO to Common Core, not parts, not increments, ALL OF IT! To DISCONTINUE IT! Not tweak, rename or repackage the standards!

Question to Mr Brooks? If Common Core is fully repealed does this mean he returns his campaigns number one donor Michelle Rhee and Students First campaign donations? It’s a legit question that needs answering.

Few have worked as hard as Representative Kevin Brooks to
bring RTTT and Common Core to Bradley County. Ok, now I’m getting sweaty from that flurry of punches. Jeff Yarber I need a tag out.

Brooks continues “I have been asked what is the most-debated topic in Nashville right now,” Brooks said. “It is Common Core. (Because parents, teachers and school boards are mad and don’t want it) There’s nothing in me that wants to lower our standard, but the name……the brand……is broken.” 

Ok, do we tweak it and change the name? Florida and other states are doing this also. It does not change the facts. If it walks and talks like a duck? It’s a duck!

Ok let’s pretend this epic battle is coming to an end and my children are safely out of reach of a few of our commissioners for the time being.

The 14-member Commission passed the resolution sponsored by the ex prize fighter Jeff Yarber supporting the state bills with nine in favor, four opposed and one absent. 

Yarber has completed the bout and by KO, he chalks up another win.

Wait! There was one more breath of life left in the two on the mat. In one final expression of defiance his eyes slightly swollen, Bill Winters tarries to center ring facing Yarber and 8 other Commissioners and whispers, “I propose a substitute motion to pass a resolution simply saying the Commission supported the school board’s resolution and not mentioning the proposed state bills.” And he collapses to the mat. That motion failed!

Known as an observer and more of a ring manager Commissioner Mark Hall countered with his own motion right before the event concluded, he quips “lets have a work session to be discussed further,” As if to be saying, in other words let me delay this vote so I can find out what this Common Core thingy is. The motion failed! Several Commissioners reminded him this matter had already been discussed in previous meetings.

Enters Dan Rawls posing as the clean up crew, while lifting chairs, kicking aside popcorn boxes and candy wrappers, shouting from the observation deck, crowd dispersing around him he shouts “the passage of this resolution was “brave, calling it “a big vote.” 

The big victor tonight was Commissioner Jeff Yarber and the kids of our county. He stepped up for the teachers, Students, parents all over the county. 

Lowe deserves an assist. 

Yarber stands tall after this bout, the victor.

When all was said and done the County Commission as our elected representatives did what they needed to do.

In a big way, standing in the gap for the kids, parents and teachers who have been left out of the process but are now speaking up and winning small battles to regain our educational system from the hands of the federal government./

Thousands of miles from it’s “sister city,”  Phnom Penh, Cleveland Tennessee is seeing it’s appointed leaders being used as pawns to civil unrest in Phnom Penh.

The city with it’s willingness to exchange favors with a leftover regime of the Khmer Rouge has left our sister city on the brink of civil war.

It appears our selection of this city as our sister city was a thwarted attempt for a ruthless regime to retain power using American influence and select corporatism as its wedge.

Last year our elected leaders decided to join hands with a ruthless regime of dictators with connections to the Khmer Rouge, left over from the Vietnam War that killed 10s of thousands at the barrel end of a gun and a sword. 

This same regime with blood on their hands performing unspeakable atrocities on it’s people found their way into our beautiful community at the request of our local spiritual, business and political leaders. 

As they were paraded around in town as the next savior of our City on the back of its business model shared with the Chamber, we were entranced and blinded to the filth that was left in their wake. It is still amazing to me that money, greed and cronyism can blind many seeking to gain from this forced venture, but it is what it is.

This welcomed regime graced our city and brought with them a swath of destruction and remnants of evil that rivals many ruthless dictatorial leaders throughout history. These same folks that allegedly sprayed three hundred innocent souls with water then electrocuted them, allowed and participated in child pornography, child slave labor, child and adult prostitution rings, child sex rings, outright murder, displacement of it’s citizens from valued property in the center of town pulled from their homes and dumped in rice fields miles away, held deeds to valuable property, ruination of property rights for personal gain, citizens arrested for speaking up, threats upon the lives of protestors, cooperation with international bodies such as the UN, sympathizers of the UNs Agenda 21…….etc were allowed to parade around our city unchecked and unquestioned by it’s leaders.

The Governor of Phnom Penh was on the ropes and dancing when he visited Cleveland Tennessee.

Our elected officials were pulled into the Governors web of deciet in an attempt to save his much coveted position in Phnom Penh government of which was floundering and in steep decline and had been since 2008.

The Governor and his court used our religious and political good will to attempt to retain his governors seat by extending good will and false promises while in Cleveland.

In 2008, the PM leaked a statement to the locals that if Kep Chuk Tema could not unite his country and somehow “fix” their problems the axe would fall. 

During this time the UN placed sanctions on this government and took away any foreign aid to build the country using the Agenda 21 model for atrocities committed against it’s people in the 10s of thousands. 

The UN via their councils stated that if Kep Chuk Tema could regain his pride and establish his country as moving forward the money would return and sanctions lifted.

Shortly afterwards and a well timed visit to Bradley County he forms a bond with  local religious organizations to show him favor and hopefully to retain his power. 

It is my opinion only, but I am afraid our local religious organizations may somehow have joined hands with the UN, the Phnom Penh government, developers and our local government to further develop the country on the backs of those willing to participate with monetary gain as it’s facilitator. The money trail may be a revealing factor as soon as those numbers are reported.

Monetary gain or not, this venture was not based on a relationship formed solely on mutual trust. 

Agenda 21 is bad policy and runs over anyone that dares stop or attempt to halt it’s implementation. The progressive plan to upbuild our inner cities, displacing citizens from their private property with the assistance of the United Nations in any city whether it be Cleveland Tennessee or Phnom Penh is bad policy. 

Selective corporatism is a death nail to private small business, deciding who is successful and who is not solely based on who you know or who you pay off royally is not a good way to build a country or a city. In Bradley County we do this deed extremely well.

Eventually, the citizens begin to
see the deception and realize that cronyism or you scratch mine I’ll scratch yours inside a good ole boy network is not the best for our community.

Shortly after Kep Chuk Tema and his delegation slid back to Phnom
Penh the City of Cleveland, in Chuk Tema fashion began it’s onslaught of similar tactics that Chuk Tema is now answering to. 

As the Cleveland regime, fresh off the Phnom Penh delegation visit began to leak and announce that South Cleveland was going to succumb to displacement of it’s citizens and the planned private property invasion by a greedy government was underway, in search of private property for placement of a self named Civic Center where homes used to be. Coincidence? Planned? Orchestrated with advice from Chuk Tema? We will never know but shortly after his departure our city began to see the same transformation as in Phnom Penh. 

Shortly after returning to Phnom Penh, Chuk Tema and many of his cabinet was dismantled and replaced by Governor Pa Soceatvong. He is a similar minded dictator with a harder line but has been asked to display a softer line to squelch a tenuous people from envoking a civil war, an uprising to suppress a tyrannical government. 

Sam Rainsy, the personable character that preferred to bow than shake hands with yours truly has been reduced to rubble since his return. 

He was recently photographed by reporters on the ground begging, crawling around asking for forgiveness for his bad policy. 

In the aftermath and return home it was reported that Chuk Tema offered H.E. Hun Sen 300,000 dollars in blood money to keep his position but he “sacked” him anyway! 

Wait a minute where did he get that money? He did just return from Cleveland Tn? Nah that’s really conspiracy at this time but who knows those rabbit hole chases have faired me well with exposing the truth. Hmmm? 

After all Governor Bill Haslam intended to use his NASCAR influence to treat them to a hot dog and a race at Bristol! 

I can make this stuff up guys! Follow the money is my old adage.

The bottom line is this. My Phnom Penh contacts on the ground are expressing a desire to overthrow this government of whom we call our sister, and stop the onslaught of radical, single handed, top down bad land abuse policy. 

Ladies and gentlemen, also in this country, the citizens of this country are speaking up and out, rallying around a  plan, formulating a takeover against the UN and Agenda 21. The tangled webs we weave often get exposed when the story is exposed and a microscope is applied. 

Sadly, as in Cleveland, these people are the recipients of this behavior and this scheme to level their homes and transform their country and we continue to assist their government because it makes us feel good and we get a mattress factory exported further exposing more children and adults to slave labor and encampment. 

Is turning out mattresses for a like-minded regime because a dictator was afraid he was gonna lose his position and power in our best interest. Sounds familiar doesn’t it?

Why are our leaders given a pass when it comes to this type behavior. Why does State Representative Kevin Brooks and Mayor Rowland who literally kissed the ring of a
ruthless dictator using religious connections to promote crony selective corporatism with an assist of the Chamber of Commerce while in step with the United Nations to implement Agenda 21? 

Remember last summer when our own local government turned on the citizens of Cleveland and Bradley County TN because they were notifying the residents in the area of  a plan to do exactly what Phnom
penh was doing that is causing a civil
war? 

An investigation was launched to lynch any one found stepping over that line? And the citizens of Bradley County had to hire attorneys to get a tyrannical Mayor off their backs and restore the US Constitution that had just been shredded.

How soon we forget! Do you see the stark similarities? Do you see why we call them sister? 

Sinister City would be the most appropriate name applied to this partnership. The devil definitely has a hand in this and the throngs of “do gooders” do not have to answer to men on Earth, their judgement will be from a much higher power!

The Cambodian delegations expenses were paid for by People for Care and Learning, the Phnom Penh government, and private donations. The paper trail begins here. Sadly, in my opinion,we have been reduced to a game of chess where the people of both cities are the pawns and big government and big corporatism are using greed as our motivator.

A recent email from Phnom Penh had this to say about the governor that visited our city ” Kep Chuk Tema of Phnom Penh city is about bribery, corruption, human vultures, unsanitary condition, traffic congestions, air polution. He was also responsible for the death of some 300 revellers on one New Year Day”…..” I can’t wait for the American Delegate to visit Phnom Penh and the nearby surrounding areas and offer their impression.”

The people of Phnom Penh see the game the American Delegation is
playing with their lives, only wish Clevelanders would do the same and expect the same change.

Once again the creeks are muddy as rural development progresses and the City of Cleveland presses on to build another Industrial Park in rural Cleveland Tennessee. Bradley County Tennessee has been dealt another heavy blow to the quality of our life.

The Chamber of Commerce and it’s many elected representatives that are pushing sustainable development  in our community need to hear from you about the steps they are taking that is leading to the corrosion of our city. Big  money, cronyism and greed are driving this decline in our quality of life.

Muddy runoff from an Industrial park is once again destroying our beautiful landscape and endangering the citizens of Bradley County Tennessee.

Poor inspections, careless contractors, speedy destruction and excavation of hundreds of acres of wooded land is promoting the  pollution of Brymer Creek.

The citizens of Bradley County have seen enough! Big Government forced upon us by hapless unelected bureaucrats must stop. It is time they listen to the citizenry.

Help save Brymer Creek, help save Bradley County! Stop the destruction of our land and its infrastructure.

George Soros/CREW attack Dejarlais: A saint, a sinner and moderate vie for TN 4th District Congressional seat

One of the most interesting stories in a long while is developing out of the wild wild west, better known as Bradley County Tennessee and the 4th Congressional District.

Tennessee State Representative Kevin Brooks announces today he “may” be throwing his hat in the race for the 4th District Tennessee Congressional seat, currently held by embattled Congressman Scott Dejaralis.

This makes for a very interesting race as Zack Wamps little boy Weston also announced he is exploring running for the much sought after 4th District Congressional seat.

This sets up the inevitable clash and deserving conversations between a sinner saved by grace with mistakes he made 13 years ago, Congressman Scott Dejarlais. The saint, an ordained Church of God minister whose associations have him appearing left of center and a Bill Haslam protege, State Representative Kevin Brooks. Little Wamp, a moderate young thinker hanging onto Daddy’s coattail, who has yet to date prove he can string enough votes of support outside Chattanooga. A billionaire Socialist who has lent large financial contributions to CREW, who is attacking the current Congressman. I would be remiss to say once again if I didn’t say I live for this type of thrill inside the political arena. We got us a race Tennessee!

The gravy definitely just got thicker when you toss in a smattering of George Soros and CREW and you have an unforgettable race full of trickery with a certain evil essence from the “scary spooky dude” George Soros. The many bells of alert are sounding across the country as these candidates jump into a world influenced by the money of this very evil man, perhaps a purveyor of the much talked about New World Order!

This helps explain the medias extreme bias attacks on the current Congressman because Soros has been long rumored to “own” the liberal media also. These layers of socialist involvement begs for you to also ask if Mr Soros and his Open Society Institute are influencing the candidates that are entering the race. This is a very interesting statement and will garner alot of research and attention from the “conservative grassroots” press who are very familiar with George Soros and his influence on Global politics.

I cannot make this stuff up y’all! This is the stuff Hollywood can’t put together and sell to a devouring public frequently enough.

George Soros a billionaire Socialist dead set on ruining America alone is enough of an “attention getter” to sell out many theaters. Add a sinner saved by grace, a saint under Haslams wing and a Wamp with unfortunately his Daddy’s name and a host of others vie for Tennessee’s very large and diverse 4th Congressional seat and you have sold out show that is going to gain national attention once it hits the “conservative” press circuit.

UN/OSCE sending “poll watchers” to monitor US election, TN included

The United Nations and the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) will be sending a 44 multi-national delegation to the United States to monitor and observe the US election process for human rights violations, voter suppression and election fraud.

The NAACP, the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, and others have sent a letter to Daan Everts of OSCE to warn of “a coordinated political effort to disenfranchise millions of Americans- particularly traditionally disenfranchised groups like minorities.”

Giovanna Maiola, a spokeswoman for OSCE, said that the monitors will “observe the overall election process, not just the ballot casting. They are focusing on a number of areas on the state level, including the legal system, election administration, the campaign, the campaign financing [and] new voting technologies used in the different states.”

Why only 44 state delegates? Missouri, South Dakota, North Dakota, and New Mexico, permit international observation during elections. Maiola said that OSCE will only observe in polls in states in which international access is permitted. This only adds up to 48 states mentioned, my guess is they will attempt to monitor states that have an international waiver, defying state law, perhaps in a few swing states not mentioned.

News of the UN-affiliated observers comes one day after Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Joel Pollak reported that the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Counter-Terrorism and Human Rights has warned Americans not to elect Republican candidate Mitt Romney as the next president. Alluding to Romney’s refusal to ban waterboarding in interrogation practices of terror detainees, Ben Emmerson of the UN said that electing Romney would be “a democratic mandate for torture.”

The ACLU, SEIU and True the Vote (ACORN associated) are sending 300 plus attorneys and thousands of volunteers across the nation to observe the voting process that in their opinion will “disenfranchise minority voters and not allow them to cast their vote.”

These plentiful leftist organizations along with the United Nations are making it very clear to the world that anyone getting elected but Barrack Hussein Obama is not going to be acceptable and they will do everything within their power to make sure that Obama is elected, even using international bodies to do so.

Armenian Gayane Horhannisyan and French observer Nicolas Teindes will be doing the duty as UN/OSCE observers in Nashville Tennessee and Frankfort Kentucky. In neighboring Georgia and Alabama the delegation assigned is as follows: Spanish observer Isabel Menchon-Lopez and the United Kingdoms James Morrison will do the honors in these states. The 44 person delegation assignment posted does not specifically address which one will go to which state, but be reassured they will be there.

In summation, one word “UNBELIEVEABLE!” We live in the United States a completely sovereign nation with our own election process that has served us well for many generations. For the most part it has gone unscathed and has done what it is constitutionally supposed to do, leaving us with a peaceful and serene transition.

Now I feel that our political system along with our Nation has been hijacked by a fake president with his race baiting, racist, war mongering, hate promoting, peace abating, clan of Socialist, Marxist, Leninist and un-American thugs are going to create a huge disruption at the polls this Novemeber 6th, 2012 that could possibly plunge our nation into a deep crisis and perhaps a revolution.

Think about it? The ACLU sending out 300 plus lawyers across the nation, the NAACP and Project Vote have petitioned the UN and OSCE(a human rights and voter fraud international watchdog) to watch our voting process. Something smells!

What if the election were to go to Romney and the Socialist favorite Obama loses? This raises the questions of why are these international delegates, attorneys and race baiters so heavily involved? In my personal opinion, I am convinced that the vote and the count will be protested and the election process will be halted and Obama will remain the fake president for an indefinite period, mass riots will break out, martial law will ensue, the Obama civilian police force and the US military activated, our guns pulled and our rights as humans suspended indefinitely. A recount of the vote by “international bodies” with international pressure to reinstate the Marxist dictator and the vote overturned. Obama nominated as the next president and the UN “calling him up” to be a world leader with supreme power over the New World Order. Before I lose you, I’m a blogger and activist, I’m supposed to inject likely scenarios based on my opinion and research. You want get it in the mainstream media, that’s for sure.

I know this reads like a sic-fi movie thriller straight out of Hollwood but im afraid it is a very likely scenario in our midst and these leftist guerillas within our own nation are imparting their will on our civil nation.

Let it be known, this scenario and possible future unrest will not come from the right, the patriots of this country. It will ignited by the aforementioned above. True Americans love this country and are willing to protect her. We do not need a fight in the streets and all restraint should be exercised but how much can this nation stand? War is hell and should be avoided at all cost. The left is setting this country up for it’s demise, the puzzle pieces are falling together and the spark they create on election day may be more than a free nation can bare.

In light of this recent news, I am curious as to how our State elected representatives will react to this news. I know a few will read this blog. Is it time to man up or woman up? If those who lead this state choose not to intervene and stop this potential disaster, are they to blame? Will inactivity by our state leaders be viewed by the citizenry they represent as passive and complicit? Only time will tell! We will see.

Thus far, I have not been able to find any public reactions to this debacle by our Tennessee elected representatives, but the news is young and has just surfaced, it may take a little more time for them to respond.

Will our State Representatives Eric Watson, State Representative Kevin Brooks, our Tennessee State House Leader, other reps, Congressman DeJarlais, Congressman Fleischmann, State Senators Mike Bell, US Senator Lamar Alexander, US Senator Bob Corker, Governor Bill Haslam and other State Representatives step up and re-establish our State and National sovereignty from the UN? Call them and demand they act. I hope they react. I honestly hope so, because I feel the safety and security of our state depends on it.

UN’s Millenium Development Goals: Ushering in the Antichrist and One World Religion?

We are living in perilous times. The economy is bad, the future looks bleak, poor people are lined up around the block in every soup kitchen in the US, homeless are strewn all over our city streets, the housing market has imploded leaving many with their only hope of recovery is to reach out to God almighty and his appointed leaders for help.

The poor, the middle class and quite frankly the upper income earners are having to tighten their belts just to make ends meet in todays economy.

Families are looking for help. Three meals and a cot are your most basic needs and even those are difficult to attain.

Who can help us? Who can get us back on our feet? The government? The Church? The United Nations?

This overwhelming “global poverty” dilemma is sadly being approached by all three of the aforementioned entitities and in partnership with each other.

The vehicle is Agenda 21 and the United Nations Millenium Development Goals or MDG’s abbreviated.

What can be bad about assisting the poor? Churches and spiritual leaders have done it for centuries. Why do they need to associated with the UN to continue this mission quest? Did the system of helping your poor and afflicted all of a sudden break down and is no longer functional? Why are we seeing the UN now cry out to our elected and spiritual leaders for help in eradicating poverty? I believe the answer is simple. There is an alternative motive to our religious leaders linking up with the UN. Continue reading and my intent is to show you the untold story.

We are arguably seeing the end of our society as we know it come to an end. The culmination of these combined efforts to not only stamp out poverty but implement Agenda 21 into every community in the world is the catalyst.

I believe we are witnessing the development and genesis of a “One World Government”, a “New World Order” and a “One World Religion” under the complete control of the United Nations and they are relying on our gratitude and servitude to achieve their deviant plan.

The eight Millennium Development Goals that came out of the UN Millenium Summitt in 2000 and again in 2010 is one leg of a many legged beast that will eventually lead to World Dominance by the United Nations over every facet of our existence.

The MDG’s are a direct initiative of the UN from the international program known as Agenda 21, specifically Chapter 3 of the 40 chapter plan to completely morph our world into a Socialist, Marxist Communistic and Godless society run by elitist with no other goal than the elimination of a sovereign and free people.

Before you tune me out and decide that this will never happen take a look around you and see that even locally, in your community, many of the MDG and Agenda 21 goals have been implemented and many more are on the way and have already occurred. I have taken the liberty to step outside a narrow minded thought process to piece the whole puzzle together. Before you take offense to what I am saying consider my motivation. My goal and many know this, my children and their children and in fact your children will be living in this environment that is being created by our esteemed religious leaders. I can’t bare to leave this to my lineage. The attacks on me because of my stances are certain to come and will come from those involved and those that usually have something to hide or have come to the conclusion that what I am saying is unfounded without researching it themselves. I am really ok with this. I sleep very well at night knowing that I have at least drawn attention to a very sinister plight.

Agenda 21 via the MDG’ is insidious and admittedly clever. The actions of the UN are enticing, prolonged and consistent. Who doesn’t want to see poor people get a helping hand, a womans equal rights observed, a healthy baby delivered, a home built for a poor family, an improved educational system or the eradication of Tuberculosis and HIV from the surface of the Earth. Very few people would deny these needs to the afflicted. Sadly, this is not the whole story.

Our devoted and spiritual local church leaders have bought into this fix for the worlds problems and are being manipulated on the world stage for the gain of many that have not fully yet been recognized as being the catalyst to our demise. I personally doubt few have looked behind the organization that is driving these initiatives or goals.

Even our local Tn State Representative Kevin Brooks has been drafted into this UN agenda 21 approach to eradicate global poverty although just last year drafted a resolution in the Tennessee state house to rid ourselves of the insidious program called Agenda 21. This would appear as hypocritical but I honestly dont think he has taken the time to evaluate the complete package that he is incessantly pushing into our community using his church affiliated base for implementation. If he did, I think his approach would be different.

Our local Chamber of Commerce whose international organization has “Chief Consultative Status” with the United Nations is playing a huge part of the implementation of Agenda 21 in our community. The Chamber of Commerce is a willing and knowing partner in this endeavor and will go to any length to make sure if its success. Their partnership with the UN is undeniable at this point and their true motives are not hidden.

Local church leaders such as the honorable T.L Lowery who initiated the MDGs into our community and was wined and dined by Ban Ki Moon at the UN in New York to facilitate this into our lives.

My beloved pastor Mitch Maloney has been recruited for implementation of certain aspects of the MDGs and has even donated needed water/sewer lines in slums in Cambodia.

The World Church of God and North Cleveland Church of God has direct involvement.

Our own Cleveland Mayor Tom Rowland and his seven city councilmen recently gave a notable horrendous dictator the key to our city in support of the MDGS.

People for Care and Learning, the UNs Habitat for Humanity, elected officials and spiritual leaders all over our community are being drafted into this evil empire that many have claimed is the direct path to the unveiling of the Antichrist and the facilitation of the end times.

Involvement of our community church leaders does not make them bad people. In fact, quite the opposite. These leaders have done more good for this old world in a day than many in a lifetime. Their continued association knowingly or unknowingly with a ruthless evil organization like the UN is where we separate and their ongoing support becomes questionable and would cast doubt to their credibility and intentions.

I believe our community leaders have been co opted by the United Nations to implement this scheme to eradicate global poverty via Agenda 21/MDGS.

Our leaders have failed to recognize the reality of joining hands with a very dangerous and powerful world power called the United Nations, that is gaining momentum with every assist from our leaders is a calculated risk that many seem to indulge despite numerous warnings.

Linking with the UN to implement these goals that go beyond eradicating poverty to implementing sustainabilty and environmental controls on our country, as demonstrated in goals 7 and 8 of the MDG’s is a very dangerous game to play with the lives of your congregations and constituents.

Take the time to acquaint your self with the information below and ask the question, who and what organizations are pushing this agenda and why. Simply expelling your involvement because you think it is impossible and is untrue, your naievete is no longer acceptable. The repercussions on the citizens of different communities are the ones that will suffer from your decisions and your continued participation.

The educated response and the knowledge you now attain through this blog and the information provided now puts you in the know. No longer can you be a participant in this deviant plan without the knowledge that you are doing the devils work through Agenda 21 and the MDG’s. No more excuses.

The Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) are eight international development goals that all 193 United Nations member states and at least 23 international organizations have agreed to achieve by the year 2015. The goals are:

eradicating extreme poverty and hunger,
achieving universal primary education,
promoting gender equality and empowering women
reducing child mortality rates,
improving maternal health,
combating HIV/AIDS, malaria, and other diseases,
ensuring environmental sustainability, and
developing a global partnership for development.

Each of the goals has specific stated targets and dates for achieving those targets.

Debate has surrounded adoption of the MDGs, focusing on lack of analysis and justification behind the chosen objectives, the difficulty or lack of measurements for some of the goals, and uneven progress towards reaching the goals, among other criticisms. Although developed countries’ aid for achieving the MDGs has been rising over recent years, more than half the aid is towards debt relief owed by poor countries, with remaining aid money going towards natural disaster relief and military aid which does not further development.

A UN conference in September 2010 reviewed progress to date and concluded with the adoption of a global action plan to achieve the eight anti-poverty goals by their 2015 target date. There were also new commitments on women’s and children’s health, and new initiatives in the worldwide battle against poverty, hunger and disease.

Government organizations assist in achieving those goals, among them are the United Nations Millennium Campaign, the Millennium Promise Alliance, Inc., the Global Poverty Project, the Micah Challenge, The Youth in Action EU Programme “Cartoons in Action” video project and the 8 Visions of Hope global art project.

The aim of the MDGs is to encourage development by improving social and economic conditions in the world’s poorest countries. They derive from earlier international development targets, and were officially established following the Millennium Summit in 2000, where all world leaders present adopted the United Nations Millennium Declaration.

The MDGs originated from the Millennium Declaration produced by the United Nations. The Declaration asserts that every individual has the right to dignity, freedom, equality, a basic standard of living that includes freedom from hunger and violence, and encourages tolerance and solidarity. The MDGs were made to operationalize these ideas by setting targets and indicators for poverty reduction in order to achieve the rights set forth in the Declaration on a set fifteen-year timeline.

The MDGs were developed out of the eight chapters of the Millennium Declaration, signed in September 2000. There are eight goals with 21 targets, and a series of measurable indicators for each target.

Please look closely at these goals and you will quickly see where this is about more than eradicating global poverty.

Challenges and what does it cost?

Although developed countries’ aid for the achievement of the MDGs have been rising over recent years, it has shown that more than half is towards debt relief owed by poor countries. As well, remaining aid money goes towards natural disaster relief and military aid which does not further the country into development. According to the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (2006), the 50 least developed countries only receive about one third of all aid that flows from developed countries, raising the issue of aid not moving from rich to poor depending on their development needs but rather from rich to their closest allies.

Many development experts question the MDGs model of transferring billions of dollars directly from the wealthy nation governments to the often bureaucratic or corrupt governments in developing countries. This form of aid has led to extensive cynicism by the general public in the wealthy nations, and hurts support for expanding badly needed aid.

Over the past 35 years, the members of the UN have repeatedly made a “commit[ment] 0.7% of rich-countries’ gross national income (GNI) to Official Development Assistance.” The commitment was first made in 1970 by the UN General Assembly.

The United Nations has requested that 0.7 percent of our GNI, Gross National Index, in the trillions and only second to Chinas to be donated in support of the UN and their goal to eradicate debt across the globe.

As mentioned very little of this “relief” gets to the nations that need it. A part of the agreement is to also “forgive” or “relieve” other nations debts. This is clearly redistribution of wealth that will eventually destroy our own economy and “equalize” us into just another third world country thus eliminating the “great Satan” of it’s wealth in the name of promoting social justice.

Each economically advanced country will progressively increase its official development assistance to the developing countries and will exert its best efforts to reach a minimum net amount of 0.7 percent of its gross national product at market prices by the middle of the decade.

The UN “believe[s] that donors should commit to reaching the long-standing target of 0.7 percent of GNI by 2015”.[46]

Many organizations are working to bring U.S. political attention to the Millennium Development Goals. In 2007, The Borgen Project worked with Sen. Barack Obama on the Global Poverty Act, a bill requiring the White House to develop a strategy for achieving the goals. As of 2009, the bill has not passed, but Barack Obama has since been elected President.

The United Nations Millennium Campaign is a UNDP campaign unit to increase support to achieve the Millennium Development Goals and seek a coalition of partners for action. The Millennium Campaign targets intergovernmental, government, civil society organizations and media at both global and regional levels.

The Millennium Promise Alliance, Inc., or Millennium Promise, is a U.S.-based non-profit organization dedicated to the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals and founded in 2005 by renown international economist and Special Advisor on the MDGs to the UN Secretary General, Professor Jeffrey Sachs, and Wall Street leader and philanthropist, Ray Chambers.

8 Visions of Hope is a global art project that explores and shows how art, culture, artists, musicians as positive change agents can help in the realization of the eight UN Millennium Development Goals.

The Development Education Unit of Future Worlds Center envisions, designs and implements development education awareness campaigns, trainings, conferences and resources since 2005. Leads a number of European-wide projects such as the Accessing Development Education and TeachMDGs.

You can see the enormity of this project on the world scene. If this were just about eradicating poverty this could be seen as a gratuitous project. It is about much more than just poverty eradication it’s about big money, sustainable development and world power through domination.

Sadly, our church and elected leaders are only seeing this as a mission field at which they can throw their effort and hard work into.

They are either complicit in this scheme, naive in their approach or are in denial that they are dealing with the devil and some may say ushering in a “One World Government” and facilitating the rise of the Antichrist.

NFRA condemns A21 and comprehensive plan, Bradley County leaders forge on

The National Federation of Republican Assemblies recently made a statement and offered a supporting resolution regarding Agenda 21, Comprehensive planning and land use regulations stating these plans have no respect for the people’s rights to their own property!

This resolution and statement below did not come from a conservative right wing spokesperson or media outlet! This did not come from Glenn Beck or Alex Jones, it came from the NFRA on the heels of a resolution made by the RNC and a bill proposal by Tennessee State Representatve Kevin Brooks to halt and desist the Agenda 21/ICLEI COmprehensive Planning process.

These resolutions are evidence to me that our elected officials are starting to listen the people they represent and are absorbing the enormity of this sinister and diabolical plan to rid our country of it’s sovereignty, inalienable and property rights!

They have now gone a step further and have taken the initiative to call out the groups that are responsible for implementing these “Comprehensive Plans” using the United Nations Agenda 21 model for “sustainable growth.”

The NGOs, Non Governmental Organizations such as the APA-American Planning Association, the Chamber of Commerce (of which holds the number one Consultative Status with the United Nations) Sierra Club and locally, the Cleveland and Bradley County planning offices, the Industrial Development Board, “the SSD gang” (I warned you of months ago), TACIR and the many other boards not representative of the people of Bradley County!

Our locally elected officials continuing to be complicit with the Comprehensive plan is a failure of our local government to constitutionally operate!

This shameful display of cooperation with a foreign entity to destroy our country borders on illegal and is definitely unconstitutional! This blatant disregard for our sovereignty and our mere survivability should be condemned and these complying officials removed from office by the strength of the ballot box.

As soon as tomorrow our County Planners, Mayors and many elected officials in cooperation with ICLEI, McBride Dale and Clarion are presenting a “Comprehensive Plan” to the public using the United Nations Agenda 21 as a directive tool!

This is no longer our elected officials and planners moving forward without notification and ignorance! This is full cooperation with ICLEI, the UN and NGOs setting out to destroy our country, our property rights and our way of life!

The meeting tomorrow, Monday January 30th, from 7 to 9 pm, at the Five Points museum with planners, elected officials and NGOs will be a direct overt act to circumvent the people of Bradley County and will show direct cooperation with a foreign entity to undermine our constitutional republic.

A reminder to readers our County Commission has not authorized this action and have voted for it not to move forward. County Planner Corey Divel has countered that the County has committed to the funding to assist with implementation. But no vote to go forward! The city council and Mayor Tom Rowland have voted yes on the BCC 2035 Strategic Growth Plan.

It will be interesting to see who will show up at this big “visioning” meeting! Who will remain complicit above all sensible warnings, bill drafts and resolutions? Who will the “useful idiots” be that remain committed to this process?

We can no longer stand back as our elected officials give away our country and our county to an agent of an International entity that does not have our best interest in mind. This direct and deliberate violation of our rights cannot be tolerated and all should be held accountable for their actions.

The NFRA, the RNC and most recently our very own Kevin Brooks have presented resolutions and bills to stop Agenda 21. I believe our leaders are beginning to see the Comprehensive Plan, Agenda 21 process for what it truly is. They are now willing to step up to stop it, we should make sure their resolutions and bill proposals and efforts do not go to waste.

The question still remains why is Bradley County, Tennessee still going forward with this costly and unconstitutional plan? Why are our Mayors and select elected representatives still moving forward when leaders in the nation and many within their own parties are saying halt.

Read below, look closely at it’s content and then tell me we have nothing to worry about! The nation sees it, some of our elected state officials, a few local guys see it, but, why are our planners and mayors still moving forward?

I am afraid it is the lust and lure of the mighty federal tax dollar and the selfish pride of not wanting to admit they were wrong. Then sprinkle into the equation the thought that some may be in deeper than we think and can’t get out even if they wanted. I think now you can begin to see a little more clearly!

NFRA RESOLUTION OPPOSING UNITED NATIONS’ COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLANNING
WHEREAS, the National Federation of Republican Assemblies recognizes that the pillars of freedom and liberty are life, liberty and property. As such, we seek to identify those candidates that understand and support these same noble characteristics of our great nation and that it is the combination of these truths that makes America “exceptional”; and
WHEREAS, some little known facts about comprehensive land use planning, known as Agenda 21 include, but are not limited to, the following:
The UN’s Agenda 21 was revealed to the world at the Rio Earth Summit II in 1992;
Agenda 21 was signed into soft law in 1992 and requires only administrative approval and not legislative approval;
The UN’s Agenda 21 was granted administrative approval when President Clinton, through Executive Order, created the first President’s Council on Sustainable Development;
The President’s Council on Sustainable Development created the domestic plan known as “Sustainable America”;
Official non-Government Organizations known as NGOs are certified through the UN based on their compliance and willingness to institute UN created policies like Agenda 21 and the “Wildlands Project”. Examples of NGOs include, but are not limited to: the Sierra Club, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, American Planning Association, and ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability; formally known as the “International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives.”;

Income redistribution as a form of “economic justice” is a tool to be used by Agenda 21;
Agenda 21 is anti-property rights;
The terms “Sustainable Development”, “Smart Growth”, “Comprehensive Land Use Plan”, and “Sustainable Agriculture” are domestic equivalents of Agenda 21; and
The Global Biodiversity Assessment Report identifies private property ownership, single family homes, traditional agriculture, and consumerism as “unsustainable.”; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that we, the National Federation of Republican Assemblies (NFRA), oppose the nondomestic policies of Agenda 21 based on failure to recognize private property rights as one of America’s cornerstones of freedom and liberty; be it further

HJR 587: State Rep. Kevin Brooks adopts resolution to stop Agenda 21 in Bradley County

Breaking News:

Legislation has been proposed in the Tennessee House by State Representative Kevin Brooks that could possibly halt the recent flurry of Agenda 21 activity in Bradley County, Tennessee. This single action may also halt the Regional Growth Plan out of Chattanooga and it’s association with ICLEI!

After many months of many emails, conversations and educational material sent out to our elected officials regarding Agenda 21, our movement has just inhaled a breath of fresh air. The Tennessee legislature has stepped up to the batters box and hit a home run!

The game is far from over and we still have the arduous task ahead of us to get this resolution to fruition in the House and Senate. It is a start and it is gladly accepted.

State Representative Kevin Brooks has put forth the resolution to stop the Agenda 21 process in our County and Region. It is now our duty to assist him with getting this resolution through the House as a bill.

This first essential step in the right ditection is only the beginning. The implementation of such legislation could have huge implications for Bradley County and the region.

Many in Non-Governmental roles are still pushing Agenda 21 items in Bradley County. Huge expensive and far overreaching comprehensive growth plans are still being pursued, even as I speak in Bradley County, Tennessee.

The RNC recently proposed similar legislation as HJR 587 and I am encouraged by both. I am cautious at best and concerned this proposal could die in committee and never reach its potential.

This resolution used as a device to halt the assault on us will be very welcome. Making its way through the house as a bill will be, I’m afraid, harder than it looks as legislators may find it very difficult to give up those federal dollars and face the wrath of perhaps a Mayor with other plans. We will see what the short term future holds and will remain optimistic that this difficult resolution will make it out of committee and onto the floor as a bill.

This resolution, if it remains true to its purpose and intent should put a stop to the growth plans that are forthcoming in Bradley County. As you may know, the growth plans are a very important step in the implementation of Agenda 21 in our communities.

We must stop this Agenda 21 process and cut off all of its existing tentacles that are running rampant throughout the district!

Our Mayors Rowland and Davis should know that a strong message has been sent to them! They should stop in kind the push to implement Agenda 21 in Bradley County!

Neutralizing this threat and attack on our property rights and sovereignty before it gets completed, is crucial. Your constituency have spoken and Mr Brooks has responded favorably! Please accept his stance against Agenda 21 and stop the surge to its fulfillment.

Many citizens across the state and nation are making this stand and so should our local Bradley County and Chattanooga Regional elected leaders.

Existing bills such as HB 1554 and an assortment of other actions are only hurting the taxpayers of Bradley County. The endless drain on our economy will be evident if these plans go forward.

The sovereign district Mr Brooks represents in Tennessee deserves this resolution to become a reality!

Bradley County and the thousands of people you represent will be much better because of your stand against Agenda 21!

Your resolution to unleash the grip of the United Nations and Agenda 21 on our community will hopefully reach deeply into plans that are already in place in Bradley County.

Eliminating PUD housing, land use regulations, property grabs, conservation easements, EPA, HUD and DOT strangulations on local business, international codes, annexations, flag subdivisions, brownfields, Greenway and historic designation has set you aside from all the others!

Complete annihilation of those processes with your proposed legislation is very welcome! This proposal is sure to change the landscape of our community and State forever. This resolution alone has stepped in and done more with one stroke of the pen than the citizens of Bradley County could do in years.

Let’s make this proposal have teeth! Let’s not allow this to remain talk and hyperbole. Let’s put legs on it and make it walk! We can stop this in it’s tracks!

Let this be a strong message to Beth Jones of the East Tennessee Economic Development Council and Armando Carbonell a direct representative of ICLEI and the UNITED NATIONS that State Representative Kevin Brooks has made the necessary steps to halt Agenda 21.

We will stop this and it all began in Bradley County! Have a great day and we will continue to hold this Representative accountable and responsible for changing the face of politics in Bradley County!

The citizens of Bradley County have spoken and the house and the RNC have responded. These bold first baby steps were very much needed in the fight against Agenda 21 activity in Bradley County!

RNC passes resolution to halt and expose Agenda 21 and ICLEI

This is a good day for American citizens, particularly, in Tennessee! Our RNC State Executive Committeewoman D6, Peggy Lambert, has co-sponsored a resolution to expose Agenda 21 and perhaps put an end to this runaway international program to take your personal property rights and put an undue burden on you by paying for this atrocious, overexpensive, overreaching growth plan!

They, the RNC, in the last few days have made Agenda 21 it’s main focus for 2012! What a victory! We have come from being called conspiracy theorists and kooks to the RNC making this their number one priority in 2012 and passing a resolution unanimously to expose and halt it!

I do know that many so called Republicans in this town and state are still pushing and supporting Agenda 21 via the growth plan, comprehensive plan and the ICLEI inspired and led 16 County, 3 State Regional growth plan out of Chattanooga! It is even mentioned in the resolution!

We need to communicate with our 2 Mayors in Bradley County, our two State Representatives Kevin Brooks and Eric Watson, our State Senator Mike Bell, Congressman Fleischmann and our Governor and two Senators that their continued support of this growth plan, comprehensive plan is unconstitutional and if you talk to constitutional purists, this complicity with a foreign nation inside the United States could be called a treasonist act and could be left up to the citizens of the state to file charges for doing so!

ICLEI and it’s connection to the United Nations and our county, its mayors and state representatives working side by side with these international entities to make sure this growth plan moves forward is unconstitutional and possibly treasonist!

I have warned our local and state representative of this day for months now and to date they have ignored my requests to stop this monstrosity of a growth plan directly from the United Nations and to date no action o statement had been taken to stop it!

Now the RNC of which they are affiliated with has taken the bold step to expose and halt Agenda 21 and they are still hightailing it toward the glorious land of the few federal grants they have been promised for cooperating with ICLEI and the UNITED NATIONS!

The day is coming and I believe it has arrived when the citizens of this state and nation awaken and realize this diabolical plan is from a very dark place and every one of my local and state representatives have been taken by her sensual money desire! The love of money has foreshadowed the freedom of it’s citizens! Everyone of you that has been complicit should be ashamed, better yet replaced at the ballot box next election!

Your poor decision making should be enough to replace you but to see you bow in a hail of votes against you or even a recall of your eligibility for being very cooperative with another foreign entity and charged with treason may be the icing on the cake!

Think it want or can’t happen? You didn’t think this was an ICLEI led, United Nations inspired attack on our country either just 9 months ago when I and others got laughed out of the courthouse and scorned in the local press for trying to warn you?

On December 19th, 1985 in Knoxville Tennessee,at the Knoxville MEPS CENTER, a rainy afternoon, on my entrance into the US Army which embarked upon an 8 year term and nearly a year on foreign soil in support of my country, I TOOK AN OATH! TO DEFEND MY COUNTRY AGAINST ENEMIES BOTH FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC! PERIOD!

My country is attempting to be destroyed from within and it can come in many forms such as a suit, a dress, or a set of camos! But it is up to me and other citizens that have taken the oath and frankly those that have not taken the oath, but are citizens of this great nation who are dead set on protecting her!

It is our duty! We must push on to secure this country from all invaders even if they were elected by us!

Thank you RNC for leading the way! Now lets support them! It shouldnt matter where you are politically, republican, Democrat or independent, we should unite to save our country!

That Section of the Constitution prevents membership of states, cities and counties in an organization called International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI)… but I’ll bet many readers of this article live in a city, town, or county that belongs to ICLEI because ICLEI has more than 600 active members throughout the United States. Those members are cities, counties, and states, not individuals.

If your state is spending your tax dollars to violate Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution to pay for membership in ICLEI, you need to do something about it. The Constitution says no state should enter into an alliance with a group devoted to supporting international policies unfriendly to America.

Our County Mayor Gary Davis and City Mayor Tom Rowland joined with ICLEI out of Chattanooga and signed on to implement the Chattanooga/ICLEI led 16 County, 3 State Regional Growth Plan for Bradley County! This in my opinion is unconstitutional and treasonous! Just an opinion, but one deep seated in the pages of that ole document called the US Constitution!

They embarked on this without one single vote being cast or one council or commission member knowingly informed! This is a sinister act and they should be held accountable for every action they take from here on out!

Additional Note: The Cleveland council and Bradley County commission members upon notification of this sinister act have also remained, to date, quiet and complicit in this very dark, diabolical and sinister act upon the citizens of this county and region!

Clean Water Act: EPA blasts Bradley Counties Wright Brothers Construction with heftiest fine ever

The EPA sues a local business that employs thousands of workers and feeds perhaps thousands in this county for nearly 3 million dollars, the single largest fine in the history of the EPA under the federL governments green initiative the Clean Water Act!

The Charleston, Tennessee construction company that has provided millions in new roads and enough jobs to offset anything the Chamber of Commerce, Amazon or Wacker have ever tried to do and can you believe not a single word of support in their favor by a single person in the current administration of the city mayor, county executive, the city council, the county mayor, county commissioner, city or county Sherrif or any of their deputies, state representatives x 2, state senator, congressman, US Senator x 2 or the governor in the great state of Tennessee has said a word in their defense! Can you believe it? You know why? The federal government has castrated these leaders who are apparently absent of any cahunas to stand up and dare defend a local that employs hundreds perhaps thousands!

Local State Representative Kevin Brooks 24th District Tennessee who received thousands of dollars in campaign funds from Wright Brothers and not a word I have heard uttered publicly in their defense! People this is America, this is small business doing well and if we can’t defend that great honor to work hard and be successful we might as well just toss in the towel now cause we are doomed! Where are you Mr. Brooks on this issue, come out wherever you are!

We are under attack by the very people you told me that if they did anything like you speak of “we will not let them do it” Well, Mr Commissioner, who sits on the far right of the oval, they are doing what you said would probably never happen, “we would never cast a vote to let something like that happen” Well, that time has come and gone! Eat these words, chew them slowly, digest them rapidly because there are many more fines that will be dealt on to the many good businesses in our county and you know why they will? Because you have given them the power to do so!

The Mayors x 2 and both of their councils have married this beast and have openly refused to stand up and say anything to stop the onslaught of the EPA, DOT and HUD! you accepted millions in federal grants that allowed this to happen! This is on you, current administration of elected representatives! State Representatives Brooks and Watson, while on your state watch, you refused to say a thing, although I begged heavily for you to stop this onslaught! Political correctness is no longer accepted as the excuse! Families and businesses you represen are bow being affected by the Feds because you accept a few dollars I’m grant money in return!

Did you know our sherrifs could tell the EPA to stand down and not fine these job creators! Did you know that? Yes they can! They can protect our county and city and they can officially run them the hell out of Tennessee! They are our guardians!

They took an oath to protect you and the businesses you run! They have this power! They can keep the federal government and the EPA at bay with one strong showing of their badges! Is there anyone that wants to stand up for the working class? Are we too numb? Do we think that whatever the EPA or the Federal government deals out we are obligated to take it? States have rights too and we can step up and protect her!

The obvious problem is noone has a set, they were chopped off when the grant money was accepted! It is so sad that a man of any character has yet to stand up and defend the entrepreneur called Wright Brothers Construction!

Get in line, any other business that dares deal with the devil, accept their money and be expected to jump through their hoops! Farmers, the fines I warned you of many times are coming to you too!

The EPA with some far out idea that the Wright brothers have somehow stopped the spawning of some pink salmon a thousand miles downstream by blocking some 150 linear feet of creek bed with dirt and residue from all the construction they have done is the main problem, good God help us all! This is the crux of the lawsuit and fines of nearly 3 million dollars!

Let’s pretend now that you decide to move a mound of dirt that may somehow, in their personal and professional opinion may block the water to a 2 inch smelt some 350 miles south of us! Let this be your backyard and let’s pretend you own a dairy farm. That dairy farm that you vehemently denied water to by blocking the natural flow of water, you risk having your dairy farm being foreclosed upon because you can’t pay the fines that the EPA brings down on you because “carbon” and minerals can’t flow downstream!

The fines may accumulate every month or so and their is nothing you can do about it! The EPA HAS SEALED THE DEAL!

The regional plan that the Mayors have so willingly signed off on is the real problem! You see they have given you the full shaft! They have sold your soul to the devil! The regional growth plan with the insistence of ICLEI and the Chattanooga planners has made this a reality!

Below is a copy from the EPAs website boasting of this huge fine which is revenue for them to hire more agents to do the same in greater amounts! This is what they have done in other states before Tennessee!

(Washington, DC – December 12, 2011) The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) announced Wright Brothers Construction Co. and the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) have agreed to pay a $1.5 million dollar penalty and spend more than $1.3 million to offset environmental damages to resolve alleged violations of the Clean Water Act (CWA). The civil penalty is one of the largest ever under the CWA provisions prohibiting the unauthorized discharge of dredged or fill material into waters of the United States.

The proposed Consent Decree in this matter resolves a Clean Water Act (CWA) civil judicial action for violations stemming from the unlawful disposal of excess rock and soil generated from the expansion of U.S. Route 441 and U.S. Route 76 in Rabun County, Ga. 

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) conducted the highway expansion projects and hired Wright Brothers Construction Company (Wright Brothers) to dispose of excess material generated from the projects. The contracts between GDOT and Wright Brothers specifically required Wright Brothers to obtain environmental clearance from GDOT prior to using any site as a fill site. GDOT approved sites that included streams considered to be waters of the United States.

Wright Brothers is headquartered in Charleston, Tenn. and performs site preparation, grading, excavating, highway and heavy construction services.

Violations

The Defendants violated Sections 301 and 404 of the CWA by discharging dredged and/or fill material into waters of the United States without, or in violation of, a permit issued under Section 404 of the CWA by the Army Corps of Engineers. 

Between 2004 and 2007, the Defendants buried and/or piped seven primary trout streams while disposing of excess material generated from the U.S. Route 441 and U.S. Route 76 expansion projects.  These actions impacted approximately 2,800 linear feet of stream.
