Rarely do I find and share an article in my blog. I found this gem while researching Ted Cruz’s eligibility and his status as a Natural Born Citizen. 

I was going to write another article based on my collective research data but declared that this article was so well written and so easy to understand that I would not improve upon the content and I would be remiss to not share it with my readers in it’s entirety.

Laws, Codes and Eligibility – A Civics Lesson

Ted Cruz, as a matter of LAW and U.S. Codes…IS indeed qualified AND eligible to run for the office of president.

The Constitution, clearly states that to serve as president, one must be 35 years of age, one must have resided in the United States for at least 14 years and that one must be a Natural Born Citizen. Just as clearly, the Constitution never defines Natural Born Citizen nor do any of our founding documents but…later laws and codes DO.

The Supreme Court, which has NEVER entertained a case based on NBC and therefore, never issued any DECISION regarding NBC has, for a very long time, held that a Natural Born Citizen or…NBC…is one who is a Citizen at Birth or…CaB.

Further…the SCOTUS has long held that NBC includes those born in the United States or abroad to parents of a U.S. citizen.

Now don’t go all plural on me here as I will explain this.

British Common Law held that children, whether born on British soil or abroad were subjects of the crown if their parents were subjects of the crown and our founders and framers certainly recognized this.

The First Congress stated as a matter of law via The Naturalization Act of 1790 “the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens: Provided, That the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States.”

Yes…I know that Ted Cruz’s father was not a U.S. citizen but…this is not the end of the line in our civics lesson. Far from it in fact. The Naturalization Act of 1790 also included children whose MOTHERS were U.S. citizens so long as the FATHER had, at least, been a RESIDENT of the United States…so as not to follow British patriarchy standards used for the purpose of the monarchy.

Later, congress would strike the differentiation so that any child, born in the U.S. or abroad, with the residency requirement intact and A parent being a U.S. citizen would be legally…a Natural Born Citizen.

This is backed up by the Nationality Act of 1940 which clearly states: “In the absence of such legitimation or adjudication , the child, whether born before or after the effective date of this Act, if the mother had the nationality of the United States at the time of the child’s birth , and had previously resided in the United States or one of its outlying possessions, shall be held to have acquired at birth her nationality status.”

The Nationality Act of 1940 also shows that those born either within the United States or outside the United States (the latter being of note to Ted Cruz) to at least one parent (at least ONE parent) who was a United States citizen at the time of that child’s birth allows the conveying of that citizen parent’s United States citizenship to the child.

And as I stated yesterday…”While the Act of 1940 has been amended several times…the particular law in effect between 1952 and 1986 which covers Ted Cruz’s birth in 1970 shows that a child born either inside or outside the United States must have a (that would be “A” and not two) citizen parent who resided in the United States for at least 10 years, including five after the age of 14, in order to be considered a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.”

Congratulations Mrs. Cruz…you are the proud mother of a U.S. Natural Born Citizen baby boy.

But wait…there’s more…

So…congress, backed by long-standing recognition of the United States Supreme Court has held that being a Citizen at Birth is one and the same as being a Natural Born Citizen and since that recognition has also been held by the Harvard Law Review as well as Constitutional scholars and numerous law professors as well as valid U.S. laws and Codes…

Ted Cruz, because his mother, meeting every requirement, conveyed HER citizenship on her son Ted…at birth…and every law on the books both then and today along with existing U.S. code IS…INDEED…ELIGIBLE to run for and hold the office of President of the United States of America.

The fact that Ted Cruz was born in Canada has absolutely NO legal bearing on this whatsoever. None. Zilch. ZERO. His birth certificate is a legal document showing the time and location of his birth but does NOTHING to establish his citizenship in any way.

U.S. laws and U.S. code…some of it going all the way back to the founders and framers who served in the First Congress of the United States makes this VERY clear. And for those who continue to scream “CONSTITUTION…THE CONSTITUTION CLEARLY SAYS”…please remember THIS part of it…“This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land…”

It may not be what some folks want to hear…it may not be what they want to know or admit but…while you may not LIKE the laws…you must ABIDE by the laws. Support whoyou like but…Ted Cruz’s eligibility is a matter of U.S. LAW and U.S. CODES…not the stuff of false libertarian or liberal talking points.

During yesterday’s little nonsense firestorm, I implored those citing the “CRUZ AIN’T ELIGIBLE” nonsense to provide links to ANY U.S. laws or codes that would back them up.

None could…simply because no such laws or codes exist. All they did was repeat the same false narrative over and over again and, they continued to cite SCOTUS cases that had not one single thing to do with NBC at all…again…because no such case has ever been heard by the Supreme Court.

Here’s just one more little but important tidbit…

Since Cruz’s father had been a resident of the United States…Ted would have, by the Naturalization Act of 1790…been considered a Natural Born Citizen in accordance to the words of the Constitution and thus eligible to run for and hold the office he currently seeks. And by the way… One last thing in answer to all those who desperately and falsely try to compare Cruz to Obama…because they consider Cruz a threat to their one and only candidate of choice…the exact same laws and codes that make Cruz eligible…make Obama INELIGIBLE because Obama’s mother did NOT meet the requirements outlined here.

Thus ends our civics lesson.

Although I feel it will be a longshot for Cruz to win the nomination mostly because many within his own party will do everything within their power to make sure he is never President of the US. He does not tow the typical moderate line and will not be a puppet for the puppet masters to manipulate. 

With that said, I do feel it is our duty to allow the Republic of the USA to render any subjects that qualify to run for President to participate.

To negate a Natural Born Citizen from running for President would be totally against the intent of our forefathers and would minimize their protective measures taken many years ago to give any natural born citizen the right to be President of the greatest country on Earth.

Sooooo… Run Cruz, run reader, run NBC it’s your right, it’s your duty.

I am flattered! 

I think! 

Many news outlets, individuals, RINOS and liberals attack my blog daily and this is one of those days.

I am ok with this seriously. The author of the blog in question, Rod Williams from a Disgruntled Republican has offered up a critique of a recent blog post from the Bradley County News.

In the first sentence, it is obvious he is not pro anything conservative or even a hint of tea party-ish! 

He levels that Republicans  should distance themselves from “nut jobs” like those on the “fringe” or extreme right of the party. My response to that and I quote Julia Roberts from the most excellent film Pretty Woman, “Big, huge mistake!” With this huge voting block isolated and thrown away no Republican or Independent can win without that percentage of voters. None or at least very few!

In the opening sentence and two or three times after “wacko-nut job” is my new blogging title, like I’ve not heard that before.  

Mr Rob Williams, via a Zimbio platform, and I’m assuming this, but I’m afraid he doesn’t like me addressing the many actions of our very left leaning Governor and his seemingly compliant nature with Sharia Law and it’s implementation.

It’s like somehow if you attack and attempt to discredit those shedding the truth it will somehow not be true!

In the article he published and I can assure you it’s a good read despite the title of the lead in story is
misspelled (God forbid, I call the kettle black, it’s easy to do) and the blog is missing the details of the timeline, the facts about Haslams actions in Tennessee, just a few minor details, it’s still worth reading.

But dont fret! Through the very interactive blogosphere, and my kids still make fun of my computer skills, or lack thereof, I can repost anything from my prior posts like a pro.

This blogger was so caught up in pointing out the reasons he didn’t like the blog that he left the details out, the truth, the proof, the timeline! Remember, he called me a “wacko nut job!”

There is a reason that the Tennessee Eagle Forum Facebook page and Tennessee Federation of Republican Women Facebook page and National sites such as Creeping Sharia and Pamela Geller picked up this blog and posted! It’s because it contains truth, is factual and definitely shows that at the very least TN Governor Bill Haslam is paving the road so Sharia Law can creep into our communities, essentially making Tennessee another Saudia Arabia. Look below at what was left out of the blog by Mr Williams. 

He states he was remiss to bring this to light for fear of it drawing attention to this subject and I quote, “I am not sure I should repost this because by calling attention to it is to promote it. On the other hand, I want those who may not know how the nut-jobs are attacking our governor and how they are spreading irrational fear to see an example of what is being spread” .Duh, this is the desired result! Shine a light on it Mr Williams, at least on my blog that is my intent, good or bad press gets my readers from 164 countries, 150,000 readers deep the info they desire! Post and repost! Please! 

Most of my readers are likeminded and share my views, even disgruntled Republicans who are fed up with the way they are running things in the state of TN!

The timeline was conveniently left out of his blog, but I have delicately, like a surgeon, I may add, posted it below!

November 2, 2010- Republican Bill Haslam has been elected Tennessee’s 49th governor, overcoming his rival’s claims that he was a “billionaire oil man” and has his own controversial statements on gun rights.

2011 Legislative session – anti-terrorism bill introduced based on the Carlos Bledsoe case (Memphis man who shot and killed Pvt. Andrew Long at the Little Rock Army recruiting center.)

May 2011- Tenn: DOJ submits teachers, principals, police to Muslim “sensitivity” training

June, 2011 – picture emerges confirming that the Muslim Rapid Response Team (which morphed into the TN American Muslim Advisory Council) had been working behind the scenes during the legislative session with TN DHS James Cotter.  This was the group that had formed to lobby against the anti-terrorism bill.

June 5, 2011- Tenn: Fed and state agencies refuse to identify Muslim group in taxpayer funded terrorism conference

August 2011- Al Qaeda’s Recruitment Cartoon & Knoxville News Sentinel’s Comics Target Children

October 2011- Hutton Hotel in Nashville submits to sharia, cancels speech on “preserving freedom”

November 7, 2011 – Commissioner Bill Gibbons (TN Department of Safety and Homeland Security), sends congratulatory letter to the AMAC members for organizing along with the Governor- approved partnership with TN DHS.

November 2011- Regarding comment that all Muslims should be purged from the US military. Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam (R) told The Nashville Scene, “I don’t think I would agree with Rick on that.” But when pressed to denounce Womick’s comments, as Muslim community groups have been urging, Haslam came up short, saying “I don’t know that’s my role. I would just say that on that issue I don’t agree with Rick.” 

December 2011:  When asked whether Governor Haslam had appointed a Muslim advisory board, Tennessee GOP Chairman Chris DeVaney responded that he had ”checked into this and apparently there is no truth to it.  It must be some kind of rumor.“

December 2011 – AMAC partners with the TN DHS to do first law enforcement training.

December 2011- Sumner County School system-Tennessee mom finds Islam in kid’s textbook, Sharia compliance discussed. 

2012 legislative session – Commissioner Gibbons, testifies in support of an administration bill permitting the TN DHS to enter into partnership agreements with private non-profit organizations like the AMAC.

February 2012 – AMAC partners again with TN DHS for law enforcement training; TN DHS refuses to disclose any information about the AMAC.

March 2012- Judge allows defendants in underage sex trafficking ring Muslim prayer breaks during trial. Muslim immigrants involved.

March 2012 – In reference to SB 2237/HB 2375 which would exclude Tennessee state government from partnering/entering into contracts with organizations like AMAC, Attorney General Cooper issues an opinion stating “…it is the opinion of this Office that the proposed amendment which would add an exclusion providing that no partnership or contractual agreement shall be entered into with any religious or political organizations, or any affiliate organizations, is constitutionally defensible.”

April 2012-Judge in Tenn. mosque trial says expert witnesses on jihad cannot testify

April 2012- Bill Gibbons, Tennessee State Commissioner of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security (DSHS), establishing a partnership with a religious NGO, the American Muslim Advisory Council (AMAC) which has ties to local Muslim Brotherhood leaders via the American Center for Outreach (ACO). ACO is a Tennessee-based, non-partisan organisation that was established to inform, educate and empower Muslims to become engaged in society by providing the assistance and guidance the community needs.

May 2012- Governor vetoes bill that would have protected Christian student organizations at Vanderbilt and state universities.

May 2012- Nashville: 3 convicted, 6 acquitted in Somali sex trafficking case. Sex trafficking is quickly becoming a major problem in TN after Somali refugees transferred to Nashville, TN.

May 2012 – Governor approves appointment of Shariah Compliant Finance specialist Samar Ali as Economic and Community Development (ECD) International Director with known ties to Muslim Brotherhood and International Arab Bank.

May 2012 – AMAC trains TN Dept of Children’s Services.

May 2012- Refused to sign the Agenda 21 resolution passed by the state legislature (note that all Republicans voting in both the House and Senate voted yes).

July 20, 2012 – Full-page ad in The Tennessean of the Resolution opposing Governor Haslam’s administration partnership with the AMAC and the hiring of Shariah Compliant Finance Specialist, Samar Ali

July 2012- Williamson County Republican Party, the Stewart County Republican Party, the Carroll County Republican Party have submitted a resolution stating “The Governor of the Great State of Tennessee and his administration have demonstrated a consistent lack of conservative values. Mainly over his hiring of Sharia Compliance expert Samar Ali.

July 2012- GOP state Senate candidate Woody Degan of Shelby County charged the Haslam administration was “making our Economic Development Department Sharia compliant,” in part by hiring Ali as international director earlier this year.

August 24, 2012 – After listening to Islamic Networks Group (ING) founder speak on the subject of “Women and Shariah”, ACO intern Jihan Abdulla tells The Tennessean that as Muslim woman she feels like she has more rights than American women

August 2012 – Islamic Networks Group (ING) provides AMAC-sponsored training for their Islamic Speakers Bureau

September 2012 – James Cotter, the TNDHS Regional Advisor who met with the MRRT in June 2011 and who claims that approval for the AMAC went to the Governor, is promoted to the position of State Training Advisor

September 2012 – AMAC co-chairs Daoud Abudiab and Zulfat Suara join the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition (TIRRC) Board of Directors

February 2013- Libraries all across the state of Tennessee recieve National Endowment for the Humanities grants, which is financing the “Muslim Journeys” books/videos series to be placed in Tn libraries. The books are “intended to address both the need and desire of the American public for trustworthy and accessible resources about Muslim beliefs and practices and the cultural heritage associated with Islamic civilizations”

May 2013- Al-Jazeera plans to open a news bureau in Nashville.The Tennessean reports the news organization that bought Al Gore’s Current TV for $500 million earlier this year has said it will begin broadcasting Al-Jazeera America sometime late this summer. Vanderbilt religious studies lecturer Abdulkadir Gure said Nashville probably was chosen because it is geographically, politically and demographically central.

June 2013- Sends DOJ and FBI to prepare Manchester residents for acceptance of Sharia into their communities and to warn of negative posts about Islam on social websites you may face fines and imprisonment. Haslams office denies any knowledge of diversity event in Manchester TN.

The journey you just took should be more than enough to convince you that Governor Haslam has someone in his pocket. The “bank” so to speak should be obvious and should be enough to make you ask him some questions. Let’s assume he is not listening. While his head is turned let’s elect someone that cares about Tennesseeans!

I am assuming Mr Williams left the timeline out of his blog because it contained the truth and by including the timeline on Governor Haslams actions would perhaps somehow implicate the Governor with his a actions through association as I have.

The moral of this story! Speak the truth, support the facts and inform the masses regardless of the opposition.

Remember, “Where the flak is heaviest, it confirms the target!”

A protest is planned this Friday as once again a closed meeting is being conducted inside a taxpayer funded (yes the COC is partially funded with taxpayer revenue) venue about Common Core away from the general public.

If this does not convince you that something sinister is happening you will never be convinced of it. This is the second time in as many weeks that “private” meetings are being held and the public is not being invited about Common Core.

It is obvious that this is a deliberate attempt to slide an agenda into place without parent or school board influence or input. Corporatism and Nationalism of our schools are one of the biggest mistakes that can be made that affects our children.

The subversive and covert actions by these sinister organizations with a hidden agenda is surely enough to convince you that something is up and you are not supposed to know about it.

Here is a support letter from the Chamber of Commerce as it relates to Common Core. 

Corporate America and Big expansive Government is now running the show and the direction of our schools. School board influence is dwindling and parents can no longer direct decision making. This is a very sad statement.

The political pundits in DC have finally tired of blaming everything on George Bush and have shifted all the blame for everything wrong with Washington on the Tea Party.

Hearing the left and some on the right speak of the Tea Party stating they are a terribly disorganized bunch of malevolents, racists, terrorists, jihadist and anarchist with barely the membership to exist, irrelevant is humorous.

Everything from bad policy to Obamacare,to shutting down government is being blamed on one “small irrelevant” group. Doesn’t it leave the impression that this is a pretty formidable group capable of changing the state of our country with great force and might and no credit is given, only blame?

The attacks are coming on the hills of a very effective movement by the Tea Party in the last few weeks. This group seemingly has matured beyond rallies and rah rah moments to a well oiled and increasingly influential political group with devout and passionate members. The Tea Party is starting to organize, to put structure to a fluid movement, to scare the left and the not so right in DC! 

An example of the bigotry coming from the beltway is when Harry Reid on September 23rd, 2013 stated “We’re not going to bow to tea party anarchists who deny the mere fact that Obamacare is the law.” “We will not bow to tea party anarchists who refuse to accept that the Supreme Court ruled that Obamacare is constitutional,” Reid said in a blistering opening speech. “The simple fact remains: Obamacare is the law of the land and will remain the law of the land as long as Barack Obama is president of the United States and as long as I’m Senate majority leader.”

Seems to me Harry is pretty worried and concerned that he is losing strength and power and that perhaps Obamacare could be dead in the water come mid term elections in 2014!

The recent attacks or flak being fired at Tea Party members all over the nation tells me that the Tea Party is over the intended target and is obviously rattling their chains.

The mere statement that pundits are saying the Tea Party  is non existent and incapable of doing anything constructive is inaccurate at best. 

The Tea Party is getting blamed for a boat load of things yet the left will never admit that the Tea Party is anything more than bumbling idiots with nothing better to do than stop the daily tyranny by the Obama regime? These actions speak volumes about a “small” but effective group.

Getting blame or credit for “ruining” every thing good in the country on the Tea party means we must be providing the bee in their bonnets, causing the left to squirm spurring vicious attacks on every day Americans on a daily basis. Meaning, the movement is doing exactly what it was intended to do! 

What you are seeing is an awakening of the people and a strengthening of a movement that is resilient and unbendable in the face of controversy, rhetoric and hate speech. 

The strength of the Tea Party and what you perhaps do not understand is that they are everyday Americans, not jihadist, anarchists, obstructionist or racist, they love their country to the core!

We wait on your tables, serve your coffee, fill your cars with gas, save your life in an emergency, sell your home, cash your checks, bag your groceries and even fix your plumbing and overflowing septic tanks. We are not freaks of nature, we are you. And the left is attacking you!

We are also a huge voting block and the left knows it. This is frightening to them who have a separate, differing agenda. 

A diamond is forged under extreme pressure and maturation, a Tea Partier is formed in much the same way. You apply dictatorial tyrannical pressure and that forms a bond stronger than steel. 

I am glad folks like the main stream media, liberals and RINOS have chosen this fight. Because of you the Tea Party is solidifying and regrouping amidst the attacks on everyday Americans working hard to provide a roof over their family’s heads. 

 The continuous spewing of rhetoric has an unintended outcome and by applying “pressure” it’s secures our country and the movement in ways you have yet to see and will probably never understand. 

The American spirit is inbred and like red blood cells and bone marrow it will always be a part of the Tea Party well into the next century. 

My parting advice is don’t apply excessive pressure on these lumps of coal unless you want to increase it’s worth and purpose.   

Republicans had best rethink the policy of distancing themselves from  perhaps its strongest and most passionate members. That’s a dangerous game with deleterious consequences.

We are not going away, we are no longer needing a marketing plan to recruit, Americans are flocking to the Tea Party for answers in droves.

Like it or not this little bitty group of irrelevant racists and jihadists are here to stay.

A Defeat for the Muslim Brotherhood, a Model for Winning

The Muslim Brotherhood was handed a tactical defeat on June 4, 2013 in Manchester, TN. The FBI and DOJ (Department of Justice) appeared at a meeting called by AMAC (American Muslim Advisory Council — Muslim Brotherhood) in Manchester, TN. It was to include a talk by a US Assistant Attorney General and an FBI agent in charge. The meeting was due to a joke posted by a Coffee County Commissioner on Face Book. The DOJ Assistant Attorney General Killian said in a newspaper interview that the joke might be in the category of a hate crime.

Over 1200 people came from all over the US to a meeting in a town of 10,000. The web had buzzed about free speech in Manchester and talk radio chimed in.

In the course of the presentation by Killian, several in the audience began to shout our retorts to him. At first some in audience tried to shush them, but the momentum began to build and the shouted challenges increased in numbers and volume. It should be noted that the shouts were factual and knowledgeable. An example: when it was mentioned how hard it was to be a Muslim refugee: “Free medical care, welfare and scholarships tough to take?” When Killian said that DOJ protected voter rights, the shouts were to the tune of: “You mean like protecting the Panthers in Philadelphia?”

There were also knowledgeable shouts about Islam: “We don’t care about the religion, it’s the politics. No Sharia.”

When Killian mentioned Eric Holder, the room erupted with thunderous boos. People were angry about the Feds. The FBI agent presented a better face, but he got blow back as well. Chants of “Ruby Ridge” and “Waco” rang out. This was a “mad as hell and not going to take it anymore” attitude.

There has been both praise and condemnation of the crowd. But to understand it, you had to be there. There was a palpable pent up anger about a long string of corruption out of the Obama White House: the IRS scandals; Major Nidal Hassan’s jihad called “work place violence”; vacuuming up everybody’s phone records; and more. They felt that the Feds were here to talk down to them, not to answer questions.

The Feds came to talk down to them since they are considered rednecks. Those rural white people who are not politically correct are called rednecks. Rednecks are the only under-class who have no protection or advocacy. They are the only group that can be mocked, ridiculed and made the butt of jokes. The worst of the ghetto blacks are forbidden to be called the equivalent of redneck, the N word. There is no RN word. Nope, they are rednecks, trailer trash, crackers, white trash and worse.

Another measure of society’s hatred of rednecks it this: if the shouters in the audience had been black, the media would have said that they were: “Speaking truth to power”. They would be reported as victims against oppression and fighters for social justice. But rednecks are called bigots and ignorant haters.

Why did the rednecks have to come and oppose political Islam? Simple, our leaders will not do the job.

The leaders in the pulpits of America are professionally ignorant cowards. Ministers and rabbis go to Family of Abraham events with Muslims and tip toe around any criticism. They cry over the Crusades and believe whatever they are told by Muslims. Over 100,000 Christians were murdered last year and there is an ongoing jihad against Israel, but not a word will be spoken to the Muslims about the Islamic crimes. Tears will be shed over graffiti on a mosque, but not one mention of Christians being machine gunned at Christmas services in Egypt.

What university has ever held an event where the jihad doctrine of Islam is discussed? Critical thought and fact-based reasoning are not allowed in their forums and curricula. The history of the deaths of 270 million Kafirs has no place in history departments. Sharia cruelty is not taught in feminist studies. No word about Islam may be spoken without approval from the MSA (Muslim Students Association, a Muslim Brotherhood front.)

Will law enforcement and the military protect us against political Islam? They do not even recognize the existence of an Islamic threat doctrine. All information about Islam in terrorism training must be approved by the Muslim Brotherhood.

Will the media protect our civilization in a civilizational jihad? Not just no, but hell no! The media is Islam’s mouthpiece and a savage opponent of everyone who opposes Sharia law.
What about American business? Islamic business fuels civilizational war with unlimited funds, just as the Koran commands. As an 11 year veteran counter-jihadist, I am unaware of American business support for the counter-jihadists. There may be small donations, but no systemic funding. Muslims get billions, and our fighters get a thousand. How will that work out?

Well, if the preachers, rabbis, professors, reporters, military, politicians, law enforcement and business are absent in a civilizational war, who shows up? Isolated warriors such as Spencer, Geller, Bostom, and others are the front line fighters. Oh, and Tennessee rednecks.

The Tea Party types and conservatives say that we should always be polite. My personal experience is that I have presented talks about political Islam that are very civil and polite for years. It doesn’t make any difference. I am still called a bigot, hater, Islamophobe, racist and merchant of hate. I have been told by community leaders that it is people like me that stir up the terror. They say I am an unpleasant man who frightens people. The Southern Poverty Law Center says that I am one of America’s top 10 bigots. “Doing it right” is judged to be immoral. Being nicer may not be the way to win a civilizational war.

Our society has become so wimpy and politically correct that there is no longer any righteous anger. We have become a nation of pleasant liars who are never angered at society’s outrages. We are ever so polite to those who destroy our civilization. We are a nation of zombies, but polite zombies. There have been over 20,000 jihad attacks since September 11, 2001, but you don’t want to mention that since someone might become uncomfortable or be offended.

For years we have watched as Muslims and dhimmis (apologists) have put on a multicultural love fest with Islam. In every case Islam has dominated. This was the first time in 11 years that the Kafirs dominated the information battle space in Tennessee — the first time.

How do we dominate the information battle space without shouting? Analyze what went right at Manchester. Here is what we and the rednecks did right:

• We showed up. Now is in this case we had 1500 show up, but we cannot use massive attendance as a usual tactic. However, a normal AMAC event would have put out chairs for a 100 people. We don’t need but a dozen people to dominate the meeting with information.
• We knew the doctrine of political Islam. We knew when people were lying or telling a half-truth.
• We knew the event was happening. We had intelligence and knew who the players were.
• We opposed the lies by voice, leaflet and signs. This is what rednecks bring to the party—rednecks are not politically correct and speak their minds. (That is part of the reason that they are hated.) They don’t give a hoot what the media/government/church types think. This spirit must be carried into every meeting. We must speak up and speak out. This is hard for those who are ruled by being “nice”.

We must learn how to co-opt the events without shouting. We must be organized and show up at every public event where Muslims come together with their ignorant dhimmi (apologist) partners. All of these events should become information battles. We should show up with signs and leaflets. If they will not allow signs, then bring cloth banners which can be put into bags and backpacks. We must do these things politely, but with authority like a warrior. And forget about the question and answer session for scoring points – the Q and A is always: write down your questions and we will select the ones we want to answer.

We must invite the Muslim Brotherhood and all of their supporters, such as government agencies and ministers, to our own events to explain their position to us, not in their power position of speaking down to us, but in a round table event centered on fact based reasoning.

The Manchester event was a rough hewn victory. We must learn lessons from it and then show up for every battle against this civilizational jihad.

Looking back at the American Revolution John Adams concluded in 1818:

“The Revolution was effected before the war commenced. The Revolution was in the minds and hearts of the people … This radical change in the principles, opinions, sentiments, and affections of the people was the real American Revolution.”

The subtle yet constant hints of a modern day revolution are surfacing in the United States as the Federal Government seizes more control of the states and the communities within our constitutional republic. The push back by Citizens on an empirical government has begun.

The Constitution was written to protect us from a tyrannical government, not used to institute laws and opinions to restrain the people and limit freedoms for any special groups or sects of Americans, it is for us all. I have rights also!

Subtle uprisings as seen in Manchester Tennessee are popping up all over the country. Passion is running high and we are on the crest of a movement set on securing our future.

Still in it’s infancy the steady drumbeat of revolution is seeping into conscious thought as a way to overcome an empirical Washington, the elitist, loyalist or Tories if you will, to tighten control on the farmer, the peasant, the patriot.

On display enmasse last evening at the Manchester Convention Center was a group of well over a thousand patriots gathered in one room.  In this setting, I witnessed a clash of two different ideologies and political systems.

The overwhelming concern was the DOJ, FBI forbearing the rights of a majority over the rights of the minority, circumventing the current law for sharia law.

The overwhelming realization that we all have the same rights under the  Constitution but that right is being altered because an Islamic political system refuses to live within stated boundaries and create their own Sharia compliant culture with separate carved out rights for a specific group that  ignores others rights.  

There was a quick realization that our country is changing and the liberal left is leading the charge.

A tense evening has revealed the federal government is taking a stand and protecting their six, alongside political islam.

The DOJ, the FBI and a federal leftist led government are preparing to lead the charge against the constitution while limiting free speech and carving out a niche for a requesting minority despite the rumblings of millions in our nation. 

The seemingly simple request to indict, monitor, prosecute and imprison Americans for speaking out against political Islam on social media has sparked outrage in the state of Tennessee. 

Representing first hand accounts, I witnessed on June 4th, 2013, around the water cooler, in and around the convention center, I heard the following;  “Why are my civil rights being suspended because another sect of our populace refuses to assimilate and adopt the nations laws that have existed for well over 250 years  inside a constitutional republic?” “Why must we be the ones to suffer because they demand it?” “Are we not protected by the Constitution?”

The first shot, figuratively of course, was fired tonight  in Manchester TN as concerned patriots in droves took a stand for the Constitution that has been the glue that has kept this country free.

Reviews and commentary was mixed after the large event on our stand for freedom as the huge crowd filed out and worked their way back to their humble abodes. Were we well represented and was our message affected?

The leftist media response was predictable and expected. “They were loud, they were obnoxious, racists, rude to the speakers, disrespectful and downright near militant as hundreds of right wing extremists gather in Manchester TN!”

Most surprising to me was the evaluation of many within the Tea Party that showed reservation for views expressed inside the venue an their overall performance.

A modern day revolution was launched from this room and we failed to recognize it as that.

The silence in the aftermath at what was probably the greatest stand in many years by the Tea Party and we walk away disappointed? 

Social media and Tea Party groups have gone silent in the aftermath of the convention and for what reason?  Perhaps we have allowed the leftist media to dictate to you political correctness, damping the spark that could cause a flame to create change, DONT DO IT! 

This was a glorious night where, yes, people spoke up and were loud and some even obnoxious but this is passion folks! This is patriotism!  This is a peaceful rebellion! The revolution many talk about all the time just happened. The people spoke up! This is the outrage that has been missing for a while in this country. 

Sure I asked for silence a few times because I thought it was necessary for us to hear what they had to say. The night is what it was! 

An ideological revolution against tyranny! LET IT BE! 

I overheard messages on the way out such as “We have lost our way”, “our message has been distorted”, the “fringe in the room showed their arses”, “we should have remained silent and we would have been more effective”, “the media will spin this as a bad thing.” NO!  We have found a common message and tapped into a vein that could fuel change. Does anyone remember the Occupy Wall Street embarrassment recently? This group tonight, tame by comparison, peacefully assembled and somehow the OWS guys seemingly get a leftist pass and our loud voices condemned. This is purposeful folks! Shame them into silence and they will shut up and go away!  Silent servitude never changed a country!

In all the perceived discord a memory of our not to distant past has been forgotten and a comparison of modern day patriots
to the warriors of the past was not drawn or just momentarily forgotten in our search to remain politically correct.

The evening was very mild if you compare it to the last American Revolution where burning houses, murder, tar and feathering were the routine for a nation of patriots trying to break free from a emperial tyrannical British government.

No arrests were made last evening, hundreds of people peaceably assembled in the scorching heat, provided taunts and insults toward a population that refuses to assimilate into American Culture yet demand change as part of their existence and yet  noone was tarred and feathered, no militia raids or charges on strongholds made. 

Objection to a litany of admiration for the Department of Justice, FBI and the federal government overreaching and offering “protection” for political Islam while issuing warnings to those Americans that do not comply to their requests while receiving biased treatment in front of freedom loving citizens is enough to spark outrage in any freedom loving patriot.

Remember, the media and this opposing political system system wanted to see a fight! They wanted a citizen to get out of line completely and the incident videoed and broadcasted for all the world to see. That did not happen, because tremendous restraint was exercised. Voicing discontent, raising your hands in the air and disrupting a meeting is not the nail that buries a movement. Please guys, I watched an OWS guy defecate on a police car, widespread drug use, rape and attempted murder last summer and somehow we view that as “they were upset an misunderstood!”  

We left the Manchester Convention Center, police cars clean, the women respected and drug or alcohol free, even singing and praying on occasion. The Convention hall was left in pretty good shape by comparison, no arrests, to my knowledge, no one was murdered, raped or tarred. Gosh! No one expected this from the Tea Party? Please! we have a track record for five years and so far not a single incident of disobedience unless you consider yelling in a room unlawful! This is not how we roll!

You did see the mood shift near intermission as the police and secret service flocked to the corners of the room near the halfway point and call off the intermission over “safety concerns and heightened tensions!” 

This was purposeful as if a
little drama would elicit a response requiring intervention. Even this was a failed attempt to evoke some “poor redneck” to act
out!  

Much to the event holders chagrin, the very large passionate group gathered outside for some old timey passionate rallying and chest thumping, filed in and out very orderly, grabbed some chips and spicy salsa and some lemonade, then filed outside for another hour of speeches and evaluation and nothing reportable happened! Let me add once again, NO REPORTED EVENTS! Not a single arrest! 

Loud and obnoxious, if you saw it that way, perhaps but not against the law or the constitution. NO laws broken!!! This is something to be proud of!  

Passion is needed today in this world of passiveness. You wanted someone to speak up and act and exercise their freedom of speech, you got it tonight, the right way! Now embrace it.

The night was not all fueled by the jeers in the room from the patriotic crowd. The opposing side had a game plan too. 

The plan as I viewed it initially was for AMAC, OIC and the DOJ to appear as solemn, quiet and hushed  victims. 

The subdued atmosphere with a bowed chin and quiet demeanor, perhaps a reflection of their culture, but it was very obvious. The line of demarcation was being drawn! The itended road map route changed as many speakers became intolerant and reactive to some of the loud objections. The tone changed from somber to snarky, mean spirited, challenging and condescending as the nerves of the speakers became frazzled.

At one point, while viewing an obviously propaganda style 15 to 20 minute video that displayed dissent in the public around Murfreesboro over the recent building of the mosque depicting objectors to the mosque as white, poor, disheveled and redneck. 

Many in the room yelled “PROPAGANDA” and “TAQIYAH!!! The crowd was sarcastically challenged by the speaker as she raised her voice and said ” you are using words you don’t even understand.”

Another challenge came when one of the speakers said her family was eighth generation American after shouting down an attendee who said they were from six generations of Americans. She quickly countered with ” I was born and raised right here on Monteat Mountain” at which time the crowd shouted it’s “Monteagle Mountain!”

AG Killian took the podium and was met with stiff opposition when he started singing the praises of his “boss” AG Eric Holder. At this point he was in my opinion,rightfully set back with taunts especially after the recent displays of injustice displayed by “his boss” in light of the recent Benghazi, Fast and Furious, EPA, IRS and AP reporter scandals.

FBI Agent Moore while approaching the podium hearing the taunts and jeers regarding AG Holder stepped to the podium and shouted “Attorney General Eric Holder” and when boos rang out again he quickly and condescendingly chuckled and said “I just wanted to get out of the way ahead of time!”

He also went on to say after making some comments about social websites and the surveillance they are doing on it, countered defensively and laughingly said “if its on the Internet it must be true.”

Another speaker while giving a set of statistics only referencing a few Christian on Muslim violence cases refused to divulge the obvious 400 murders per day around the world of Islam murdering Christians every day and this was obvious to the throng of objectors. 

While reading the demographics she would over accenuate and raise her voice to say the word “white” often taunting more objection from the assembly.

Sure the evening was tense and at times a little loud and spirited but what American that values their freedom wouldn’t be? 

The mix of religion, politics, freedom, objections from the right and left caused quite a stir but has has left many in every community thinking about what is happening to our country and has caused many to speak up and come to her rescue.

Everything did not go without controversy, nor should you have expected it to do so. Doing so would mean we were mindless drones in a time warp.

Allow me to repeat loud and boisterous! The criticism of these patriots does not warrant counting out these great citizens as extremists or racists. This group showed up in mass tonight in support of their country and constitution and fought for it! Shame to you if you think otherwise!

If you were offended then you probably have not been engaged in the fight! The fight for freedom is tense and is worth fighting for. As my daddy used to say or some version thereof, ” If the dog cant hunt, stay on the porch and watch! 

The Main Stream Media will do what they are prompted to do by their Commander in Chief and depict this as a negative. I have simply chosen to make this a positive. 

For the last five years we have advocated for the “sheep to awaken from the sleep!” Well, that happened tonight and I in no way will discredit this very well orchestrated event where most everyone was on their best behavior in spite of the fact that we are about to lose our country to the left!  In my humble opinion, the Manchester TN revolution was a success.

A revolution as necessary as this one cannot be condemned. The table was set with many agendas and the purpose of this meeting was derailed and a strong message sent! Mess with our country, our rights and our
Constitution and you will surely meet the wrath of a peaceful, albeit, raucous rebellion. 

An ideological rebellion with a peaceful and non violent end is the preferred route. We don’t need the masses to approve to make our point. Three percent snagged our country out of the hands of the left with our might in the past and it can be done again.

I believe a strong message without violence can create the change we want. Knowledge, facts, social media and truth can win this war. If shouting upsets you then I request you to reevaluate where you stand in this rebellion! 

The peaceful rebellion has only begun.

The ironic thing is there is not one mistruth is in this flyer! And our elected officials have stirred up one hell of a balew over it! It is all true! I am holding a document and would gladly provide a copy that clearly states that 300 homes in the downtown area will be “demolished and redeveloped” just as the flyer warns.

The mix up is that it is my belief that not even the Mayor is fully informed of the growth plan that he and his council have voted on and approved recently!

This is the price they pay for allowing 3rd parties and NGOs (Non Governmental Organizations) such as industrial boards, Chamber of Commerce or economic development appointees or committee members to make all the in between vote decisions for them. Then when the informed taxpayer, in this instance, an informed tea partier does his due diligence, researches numerous documents and presents facts to our elected officials they have that deer in the headlight look as if seeing it for the first time.

I have a very alert, well educated and intelligent group of individuals in the tea party and they are willing to go to bat to stop this type of spin on the truth even if it means great personal conflict or loss! It is a belief in the constitution, that if followed will flush out many who do not belong in office.

We can no longer sit back and trust our elected officials with the rings at a full gallop. We must, as concerned citizens, pull back on the bit and slow the stallion down while occasionally having to break them with a steady firm hand.

Our politician bureaucrat types are attempting to discredit and silence any person that speaks the truth in an open venue, such as passing flyers out to the public.

Not one single mistruth permeates this flyer! The biggest lie told on this story comes from a very misinformed Mayor and council that is not even aware of the plans inside the plan they voted to enact just a few short months ago.

To make up for their information inadequacy they strike at the first person who happens to tell them something they have never heard or seen and instead of researching the data or “googling” the information as suggested, they assume the information is false and start a campaign against this valiant man and his family!

The campaign hoisted by this administration is irrehensible and truly has hurt those in it’s path! The ability of one person and it’s seven henchmen along with a willing press to do absolutely no research of any of the data in question is the true destructive component of a government and it’s governors that are sorely inconsiderate of their electorate.

I would truly be ashamed if this were my doing and hurting a family the way some have. The mental anguish this has placed on this person is almost unbearable and has caused a fine upstanding citizen to go underground to avoid tyranny from a runaway government.

Not a single reporter or elected representative that I am aware of has even bothered to raise a hand to research the facts. If they did they would clearly see that the information that is being hotly contested would bare out the truth and provide the answers and end the debate over truth or non truth.

It’s like Nancy Pelosi suggested on the Obamacare health care bill, sign it then we will read it later! The taxpayers are pretty aware of what is coming down the pike, it’s the elected officials that would sign on a paper bag without knowing what was in the bag, if it meant federal dollars coming their way!

CLEVELAND, Tenn. — The head of the Tea Party of Bradley County said Tuesday that Mayor Tom Rowland should resign after taking a stand against a flier — written by a tea party member — that says the city wants to destroy the homes in some Cleveland neighborhoods.

Donny Harwood, local tea party chairman, said Rowland thinks he is king.

The Cleveland City Council also voted unanimously to request a police investigation into the flier, a decision that Harwood says is “to basically manhunt down the source of the flier and have him arrested or brought up on charges.”

Harwood said the man who put out the flier recently joined the Bradley tea party and is “now in fear of his safety and well-being. I had to listen as his family wept in the background on a phone conversation because this mayor unjustifiably put out a bounty on his head!”

In his emailed statement, Harwood said the mayor and all the City Council, plus city planner Greg Thomas, should resign.

Rowland said Tuesday that “the job of city government is to protect its citizens and that includes misinformation that could put fear into senior citizens.”

Rowland has said there is no plan to destroy homes in the neighborhoods through a plan being developed by Bradley County, Cleveland and Charleston to accommodate growth for the next 25 years.

“The neighborhoods where the fliers were circulated are established neighborhoods where people have lived for two or three generations,” Rowland said. “They should not be given misinformation that creates fear.

“The council simply asked for an investigation to determine the source of the fliers so they can be given correct information. Of course, if any criminal laws are violated, that is a different matter,” Rowland said.

Calling the city government “runaway,” Harwood said that if he or the man who put out the flier are harmed, that the mayor, the council and Thomas “should be held responsible and investigated to the fullest extent of the law!”

American Majority will be conducting a candidate training session in Cleveland, TN on Saturday, January 14th at the Bradley County Library (795 Church Street) from 10:00am-4:00pm. The event will be geared toward giving candidates and campaign mangers the resources and information that will help them effectively organize in their communities to defend limited government and free market principles. Registration is $50.00 per person, and includes training materials and lunch.

US Chamber of Commerces Tom Donohue tells Tea Party Freshmen “We will get rid of you”

In light of increasing pressure to increase the National Debt Ceiling recently the Chamber of Commerce Tom Donohue said that if the Tea Party Congressional freshmen do not vote for raising the debt ceiling he says “We will get rid of you!”

Why is he saying these vile things? Because he represents most “big businesses” , “banks” and “corporate America” and he is afraid his lobbyist want be able to get to these freshmen and God forbid they pass legislation that doesn’t favor his big, huge businesses!

I have a feeling the Freshmen are setting the pace and Head Rooster Tom can’t persuade them or buy them, they are for now going to listen to the people who put them in those freshmen positions and not listen to him! Have you ever seen a spoiled child have his toy taken away by another child….um hum, similar!

I am thinking to myself, who is the Chamber of Commerce to threaten any citizen in this country, then I think back to their history, affiliations and motivations.

The Chamber of Commerce has an inflated level of importance in the United States! They have been promoted by to many people, politicians and lobbyists as the “fixer of the job problems in the world” when in fact, by their actions and results they are quite the opposite!

The US Chamber of Commerce is a direct minion or operative of the United Nations at work in th US! It is no big secret that the Chamber is the number one Consultant to the UN assigned in 1945, just a few short months after the UN was formed! The UN riding on the back of the Chamber have found their vehicle of delivery of their Socialist views on the world!

It is no secret today that the UNs view of the US is viewed upon as one of great personal wealth and too many personal freedoms and they realize that to create a Socialist world that breeds their philosophy of what is ours is theirs must be desimminated throughout our culture, wallah the Chamber of Commerce steps in with a shared view of the United Nations and Tom Donohue spouting on frequent occasions his Socialist views discreetly on the citizens of the US!

For Tom Donohue to speak out against the United States Congress about a decision that could affect millions of Americans way of life for many years, perhaps decades to come speaks volumes of the Socialist influence of the Chamber of Commerce and its connection to the United Nations!

Why is a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) who are not elected by anyone and have little to no responsibility to the taxpayers are encouraging Congress to spend billions of taxpayers money! Why are they trying so hard to influence the Freshmen lawmakers through fear and intimidation! You know the answer! It is because the more we spend the broker we become, the broker we become the more equal we are to the rest of the world!

Its a simple math equation and America is slowly waking up to the fact that the Chamber is promoting this demise of our country from within and Americans are weighing in now and calling them out just as Tom Donohue is trying to get rid of our Congressmen but from an opposite point of view!

Don’t just take my info provided! Look for yourself, look at the facts all over the globe and the Internet! There is a reason that the Chamber of Commerce is the number one lobbyist group in the US, inside our capital buildings in DC spending 100s of millions with over 150 lobbyist pushing their agenda in Washington DC with allegations and rumors that they are accepting millions from foreign companies! They are attempting to alter the culture and influence of Socialistic ideas directly from the UN! The US Chamber of commerce with all it’s inflated “governmental type influence” on out United States is bad policy and not a preferential route to our economies recovery!

We have in just a few short months seen the debt ceiling increase nearly 3 trillion more dollars while asking for another raise and the Chamber along with a Socialistic President is ruining our country one agenda, one goal, one taxpayer at a time! We must get the Chamber of Commerce out of our country and toss them back to Geneva and Paris to join their number one partner in business… The United Nations!
