Drew Johnson, a US reporter and friend of Bradley County News Network was tossed from a tax supported and funded UN World Healthcare Organization meeting where several US Delegates were inside.

The crime? He is a reporter who wanted to cover the inner meeting where many decisions are met that affect a great portion of America and nearly 180 countries.

He was pulled from his seat by his lanyard, stripped of his identification and shoved out the door, sliding into the hallway.

The UN Delegate in charge refused to return his badge so he could attend other meetings.

The Daily Caller Journalist is livid and rightfully so. The UN has limited freedom of speech despite its stance to support the same.

Tennesseeans and the US are preparing for another huge onslaught of Islamist refugees from Syria, Iraq and Somalia.

This dump of UN refugees from the Middle East will pour into 180 cities in 49 states across America with Chattanooga, Nashville, Knoxville and Memphis taking the lions share for Tennessee in 2015. This will wreak havoc on our cultural and economical health in our states.

It’s estimated there are 1.3 to 3 million refugees and family members waiting to seek refuge into the United States with an assist from the United Nations as part of the UN Refugee Resettlement Program.

Last year 70,000 people made their way into our country from the Middle East as part of the UN Program. Hundreds of thousands have already entered the US since 9/11/01.  

It is estimated that 600,000 or so refugees are “almost ready to go” from Syria in UN Refugee Settlement Camps today.

To add insult to injury there is another less known program that will create even more flow of refugees into our states and communities from overseas.

The UN Refugee Family Reunification program gives new refugees the vehicle, once established in your community,to invite their family members to the USA on the taxpayers dime with the same status and benefits given their refugee family members.

These two programs alone will provide the vehicle for millions more to enter our country, our state and our communities in the coming years, beginning now.

The US Government has been the biggest sponsor of all nations to accept refugees from muslim countries to include Iraq, Somalia and The Democratic Republic of Congo.The next huge rush of Syrian refugees is expected in the remaining months of 2015.

Not many people are aware that resettlement, ie, immigration is one of two common tactics being used to conquer the west and establish Islamic dominance in the world. One is Jihad or Holy War, the other is Al Hijra, the Islamic doctrine of conquest through immigration.

It’s about the numbers, procreating, establishing communities and changing the environment around them to advance Sharia Law, Islamic doctrine with separate civil protection apart from the Constitution in our free country. It’s definitely an interesting concept worth considering in light of the huge amounts of refugees preparing to enter our communities, Al Hijra. Why should this concern me?

The State Department in summarizing their stance on these refugees and their families said  “They are cleared for refugee status by the U.N. high commissioner on refugees (UNHCR), who assigns them to various countries. Once granted refugee status by the U.N. they are screened by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for any ties to terrorist organizations.” Remember, the US Department of Homeland Security has said there is no threat from Islamic Terrorists on the US but the FBI conflicted that statement when it clarified that Islamic Terrorism in the US is our number one threat. 

Also note, that Mohammed Ebiary, the Top US officer of the Department of Homeland Security has recently tweeted that the United States is an Islamic Country. He has been rumored to be linked with the Muslim Brother and makes you wander who is being protected by DHS.

In February 2014 according to WND.com, stunningly, “the State Department moved to ease the rules that protect the U.S. from accepting refugees with potential ties to terrorist organizations. The rules were seen as “too strict” by the refugee-resettlement groups that lobby Congress and the administration to continuously let in more Muslims from the war-torn Middle East.” This will put the citizens of the US in harms way. The “softening” of screening rules will allow many more Islamic extremists already radicalized to enter the US and should make us loudly skeptical of thes refugees.

The State Department has made it clear that the 9,000 or so far entering the US in the early months of 2015 will not be the end, many more will follow.

According to the State Department “The United States accepts the majority of all UNHCR referrals from around the world. Last year, we reached our goal of resettling nearly 70,000 refugees from nearly 70 countries (2014)”

“We plan to lead in resettling Syrians as well,”  “We are receiving roughly a thousand new ones each month, and we expect admissions from Syria to surge in 2015 and beyond.”

“Once refugees get to the United States they are placed on a fast track to citizenship and are able to get their extended families to join them in the states under the government’s reunification program”

State Department spokesperson Marie Arf, recently said “Obviously, we have several thousand in the pipeline, and that number will continue to go up.”

In the last few years, residents of Tennessee have seen large concentrations of Muslims inserted into and around our communities. They have not assimilated into our culture but instead have isolated themselves into many differing communities, many with ties to Islamic terrorist organizations. 

They are networking very well with established terrorist already in the US. The Terror Camps in differing states are providing an opportunity to travel pretty much unnoticed and off the grid from state to state to assemble this push toward jihad and Al Hijra.

This terrorist network is functioning at a very high level preumably well under the radar of the FBI, the CIA, State Department and DHS. Tennesseans and all of America is in great danger.

A great percentage of these refugees will enter the system and immediately receive free healthcare, welfare programs, housing, classes and food allowances all coordinated by mostly Catholic resettlement charities. A few within the established terrorist camps in the US have been arrested for welfare and food stamp fraud in the recent past.

Once their families arrive the same handouts are extended to them on the US Governments dole and the taxpayers dime. As many as 90 percent of the money coming into these charities in the business of resettling are from federal grants. This gives them accountability for what they do with the money and they should expect criticism if that money is used unwisely. 

I have chosen to look at the local impact on Tennessee since a large number of my readers are from this area. Keep in mind these numbers will be duplicated in 180 cities in nearly every state in the US. (See link below for resettlement plan by state and city below)

Let’s look at the numbers: These numbers were formulated on State department, UN Settlement and DHS estimates and represent averages. I could not find an exact amount ahead of this movement but one thing is for sure, many will come and many are waiting.

TENNESSEE Designated resettlement target cities:

Chattanooga
Nashville
Knoxville
Memphis

It is known that 70,000 entered the US last year. That was about 450 refugees for every participating city and about 1,500 per state in 2014. These numbers alone have led to many negatives on our state and the Islamic influence felt in our state. First amendment issues have been challenged, seperate laws, crime rates, child endangerment, child sex crimes have increased with the migration of largely Somali immigrants in Nashville in recent years. Separate rules and preferred treatment treatment have been applied to Muslim populations relocating to our state with DOJ protection. This should not be happening in America and more immigrants resettling will only make a bad situation worse.

Sources reveal that an estimated 3 million or so could migrate to the US when it is all said and done. The per average share of refugees per city and state will skyrocket tremendously regardless of the specific exact number.

In one year the 450 refugees per community could skyrocket to 17,000 per community and about 70,000 per state based on State Department projections for Tennessee alone.

Every job that is available will be consumed quickly. The Government via the taxpayers will be called upon to provide food stamps, daycare, vouchers, school costs, disability and insurance to every refugee and their family members. Can you picture the change in our communities with millions of devout unwavering Muslims entering our communities with little or no intent to be American, clinging tightly to their own ideological political system with a religious tag, refusing to assimilate into our country?

Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville and Memphis will receive the lions share of Tennessee’s refugees. 72,000 Islamic refugees or so entering our state and community will weaken, not strengthen it.

This will plunge us into economic and cultural chaos. I believe this is purposeful and our president is dismantling our nation and fundamentally changing it’s course toward this impending disaster. 

The up surge of Islamists I believe is purposeful and it will eventually suck every bit of life out of our country. This is a solid plan. It is only a matter of time before the total transformation will take place, the seed is being planted, Al Hirij in action, Jihad is pending.

Once these seeds of refugees take place and begin to grow exponentially we will no longer be positioned to save ourselves or turn back. 

Those thousands will become millions, will become 10s of millions will become 100s of millions. The Hope and Change directive will be complete. Americas deathnail has been hammered. Mark my word. Unless we stand up and quickly this will be our final demise. Islamic domination of our country is not safe or viable.

Terrorist sleeper cells and Lone Wolf participants will abound, thrive and flourish under this resettlement program. Americans are asleep on this issue and many are not seeing the greater picture. 

This resettlement project will result in the downfall of our great nation. Look across the river at Australia and Great Britain for a glimpse of our future.

The Obama administration has been caught red handed putting a plan together to ouster Benjamin Netanyahu as Prime Minister of Israel.

This underhanded effort starts at the White House and goes through the  US State Department. It filters to American Donors, grassroots organizations in Israel, Obamas Field Director Jeremy Bird. It even involves diet company Slim Fasts S. Daniel Abraham and ends at the Zionist Camp and the planned election of Isaac Herzog. He is the desired replacement for Netanyahu with the help of the European Union and the UN. It reads like a sci-fi novel but it is not. The Obama admin is attempting to ouster Netanyahu right now, even as you read this blog entry.

Obama, the perpetual anti Jewish, Islamic sympathizer, socialist, communist President is taking the needed steps to oust the present leader of Israel, Bibi Netanyahu from office. It started out with a few jabs at each other then Obama in usual fashion got his feelings hurt and is now orchestrating efforts that could greatly destabilize the Middle East even further.

In March 2014, Obama demanded that Netanyahu accept a peace agreement accepting a two state solution between Palestine and Israel by April 2015. This obviously did not happen. Netanyahu and others cited that this action may plunge Israel into war and every Arab entity descend upon her with great loss of life and a possibly  a loss of Israel as a sovereign nation. Obviously, Obama knowing this would not deter his efforts.

 Jewish American relations have gone south in the last 6 Years and the many indifferences have come to a head as late. To add fuel to the fire Netanyahu was invited to
Speak to Congress by Speaker of the House John Boehner without Obamas approval ahead of March elections for an IsraeIi Prime Minister. This did not make Obama happy and an unhappy Obama seeks revenge in unethical manners.

To further understand the discord we must remember that in 2012 Netanyahu verbally campaigned against Obama becoming President and instead called for Romneys election. Obama did not forget.

What has been discovered is that Obama has sent his legion of minions to Israel to drum up support for Issac Herzog, the opposition leader with the Zionist Camp, a group that advocates a volatile two state peace compromise to ouster Netanyahu. This would fit in perfectly with Obama being an Islamic sympathizer and would fulfill his obligation, if any, to Islamic entities.

 In fact, the US State Department, John Kerry and Obama have assembled an anti Netanyahu campaign team loaded with US Tax dollars to ouster the highly effective Netanyahu in Israel. This move by the Obama Administration is unprecedented and may cause all out war in the middle east and insecurity of the rest of the civilized world. Not to mention highly unethical and may be illegal on the world stage.

Brietbart News reports, “Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Congressman Lee Zeldin (R-NY-1) teamed up on a strong letter sent to Secretary of State John Kerry on January 29. It demanded a thorough investigation into the details behind news reports that U.S. taxpayer dollars are being used to oust Prime Minister Netanyahu in the upcoming Israeli election.

“Has President Obama launched a political campaign against Prime Minister Netanyahu and his representatives?” Cruz asked in a press statement.

The answer is yes and here is how they are doing it.

One Voice,a PAC, a UN NGO, states on their website that they are a partner of the US State Department and have received hefty sums of money from alleged US donors to overthrow and defeat Netanyahu and establish a two state solution for middle east peace. One Voice solicits money on a grand scale to create “social and political” change all over the world.

On the ground in Israel according to Harretz, a popular newspaper in Israel has discovered that Jeremy Bird , a 2012 field officer for the Obama election campaign that tried to turn Texas blue with “Battle Ground Texas”, a PAC formed by Obama for President. 

Bird has been busy as late in Israel working with One Voice, it’s many American Donors, to include Slim Fast billionaire S. Daniel Abraham to solidify votes against Netanyahu with old fashioned Western Political know how.

The Bird team of One Voice, Abraham have joined efforts with a grass roots team called V15 or Victory 15.

Victory 15 is to be the catalyst that engages voters to overthrow Netanyahu and offer up Issac Herzog, a New York blue blood with deep roots in Israel and is a proponent for a two state peace agreement.

Herzog, a puppet of the UN and the European Union is positioning himself to be the next PM of Israel. This action would favor a peace accord via a two state compromise with Israel giving up land. Early polls say Herzog had a 2 point lead and may become the next PM on March 17th, 2015.

This change in leadership aligned with an eventual 2 state accord will surely lead to an all out war with Israel being forced to defend itself against great odds and perhaps without it’s greatest ally, the United States. 

Some say Peace may never come from this, but if it does it could fulfill the prophecy for the 7 year tribulation period and the eventual reappearance of Jesus Christ. 

I personally believe the Obama Administration is greatly influencing this move and it’s aftermath. I can’t help but see evil in this man and what he stands for. 

Perhaps the passage below says it all about this very evil man we call our president. This President is forcing this exchange. He is either on a predestined track, maniacal or worse, both.

It goes like this, Daniel 9:27-  “Then he [the Antichrist] shall confirm a covenant with many for one week [7 years]…”

The bible is real clear what will happen if peace is made in Israel. The two state solution that Herzog, One Voice, Obama, V15 and Abraham desire will surely divide this country.

“For behold, in those days, and in that time [last days], when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and divided my land.” Joel 3:1-2 

My guess is the Middle East will never accomplish true peace only war that will have devastating consequences.

If this so called “peace” treaty is signed then we can expect Jerusalem to be a place of complete chaos. Even more so than it is now! 

 “Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it.” Zech. 12:2-3

“Will be cut to pieces!” Does this include the US and it’s evil leader? Do the people speak up in support of Israel? Do we get a pass because we elected a minion of evil to spell out the end or do we get cut to
pieces?

Perhaps I have dramatized too much, maybe not enough. 

The future holds the truth and it is fast approaching us.

In the last few years we have seen a movement in our country to nationalize our educational system, to implement Common Core in all our schools. 

Inside the schools, the most drastic change has been an overwhelming  theme of driving acceptance of different religions in our schools, particularly the overwhelming influence of Islam and Sharia law! I was left with the overwhelming question as to why such a push toward acceptance of multiple religions, in light of the recent push by the left to eliminate “religious” influence from our schools the last 40 years or so.

I believe I have followed the money trail to Pearson Education and our own TN State Governor Bill Haslam, with many assorted tentacles intertwined to deliver Haslams brand of bad policy towards education reform. Together they are deliberately spearheading this drastic change in tandem by implementing pro-Islamic literature and a global policy agenda that supports acceptance and integration of Islam into our communities. 

In my research, I had to look no further than the middle east, to Lybia and the regime of the late Muammar Gadaffi, Bill Haslam, Pearson Education and assorted friends for a connection.

Lybia and their regime own 26 million shares of Pearson stock, a huge 4 percent share, valued at nearly one half billion dollars. 

The LIA, Lybian Investment Authority and five members of Gaddafi’s family own the stock. With a Pearson portfolio this huge it surely carries great influence on the content inside it’s books and on our elected leaders. (See links below)

In the middle east, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood have invested heavily in Pearson Education and K-12 learning vehicles. 

It has even been reported by Bill Korach, at http://www.thereportcard.org 
that Pearson owners are deeply involved in the Muslim Brotherhood and linked to CAIR.  “Muslim Brotherhood documents seized by the FBI and presented at the Holy Land Foundation Trial in Texas revealed a plan by the Muslim Brotherhood and their subsidiary organizations like CAIR to penetrate and indoctrinate American K-12 students.”

” Key Pearson textbook consultants on Islam, Susan Douglass and Shabbir Mansuri have both been connected to the Muslim Brotherhood and voiced strong support of Islamic Madrassah, Islamic schools where hate for Jews and Christians is a daily lesson. (At the very least) The Pearson Libyan connection and others who may own Pearson bear deeper scrutiny.”

As perhaps one of the strongest lobbying groups in the US, you can easily see how Pearson educational books content could be swayed to contain an Islamic bias and may well explain the strong Islamic literature contained within many of their books.

Pearson has reportedly “frozen” Gaddafi’s holdings and the only explanation given was to keep his regime from funding Jihad against the Lybian people during the 2011 uprising. No mention of freezing the assets because of it’s influence on our K-12 system or on our Common Core curriculum. It has been reported that Pearson has gone on to say that this controversy has not affected their business greatly in the Middle East.

It seems wherever there is Islamic influence, Middle East money or big oil influence, the money trail always seem to end up in Tennessee and to Tn Governor Bill Haslam. It just seems this way. If it makes money Haslam seems to have his hands near it and allows it to influence his decision making in our state of Tennessee.

It appears Haslam is up to his neck tie in special interest or middle east money. His obvious actions listed below shows him extremely involved, a willing vessel for acceptance or the luckiest man on earth possibly making hundreds of millions on his educational endeavors. Figure in his TN Secretary of Education nominee Kevin Huffman and you have the perfect cocktail to make money off his endeavors into education reform,ie, Common Core, testing materials, online education tools, elearning modules, textbooks and assorted computer software for it’s implementation. It’s a strong suspicion with many links and warrants heavier scrutiny, perhaps in another opinion piece.  

Enter TN Governor Bill Haslam! 

If participation and facilitation make you a guilty party to benefitting off Common Core implementation and all it’s tentacles, then actions and outright policy changes to benefit self makes you part of the problem and responsible for the recent influx of Islamic and Sharia influence in our state, and renders you guilty.

Timelines and pointed data do more to establish this connection and basically renders fact and conjuncture along an organized path for easier consumption, for this reason I am a fan. Critics find it very difficult to dispute facts with links in an organized fashion. This once again tells me that where the flak is heaviest I have a confirmed target!

Let’s just look at what we do know then follow up on my research, then we draw our own conclusions, hopefully piecing the big puzzle together. Remember, this data is based on my opinion first and then while looking for facts I attempt to substantiate and support my claims. Some link up, some don’t. 1) One of the first actions of our Governor was to put out a policy to not allow Pearson or McGraw Hill books to be reviewed by the public and warning of any leaks of their content will be dealt with a stiff hand. The simple phrase that info cannot be reviewed or critiqued because of copyright restraints, sounds like he has a vested interest or the very least for some reason protecting the book companies, for whatever reason, scrutiny would be my guess and don’t try to get a book  of choice from your child’s school. My kids can’t even take their books home. What is the big secret? Bill Haslam declares no books on Common Core be reviewable, claiming copyrights laws protect us from looking at them!

2) Who owns Pearson? At least 26 million shares belong to the Muammar Gadaffi family via the Lybian Investment Authority and his five family members who have put together a nice portfolio! 3) Who once owned stock in K-12 education, a key component of Common Core, a complimentary reform measures that makes Pearson and other book and software companies multiple-billionaires? Ok, the cat is out of the bag, Bill Haslam invested 10,000 dollars in this program, but “didn’t know it” or failed to recognize that his portfolio contained this investment. He supposedly dumped it from his name and ditched the stock as it was uncovered by a Democratic foe as he was running for Governor.  My intuition would lead me to believe he perhaps got rid of the stock but has it close to him somewhere in another co-owned business, non profit or someone else’s name. Even early on he realized that 10,000 dollars invested in this up and rising stock would reap him possibly millions upon millions. A shrewd businessman and politician he is, a wise man he may not be. He knew education reform was on the way.

4) PILOT Oil is deeply associated with Lybia and Iran. Before his election, the then Democrat Gubernatorial candidate McWherter brought many of these issues to the table for review that I have discussed this evening. It is not to far a stretch to assume that Haslam is influenced by big oil and the middle east. To tie these together much less prove or implicate and tie them to Haslam is a stretch, but it makes you wander when most of his decisions are made about education reform it somehow seems to be tied to the middle east or big oil, you begin to think, where is his alliance? What is he protecting with these repeated bad policies with a middle eastern flare to them? Where is his ability to benefit personally from his policy? He has paved a way for Sharia Compliance with other actions in TN, why not with Education Reform? 6) The mere fact that Informational textbooks are replacing great works of literature in TN sets one to think that big corporate America is driving education reform changes. 8) PARRC Testing and Kevin Huffman, a Haslam appointee for Education Czar in TN, is shifting the load, favor and money to Pearson to conduct the tests, develop the tests and get them online with loads of software development to support it. This action leaves a lucrative money trail benefitting once again Pearson Education and vested parties, Haslam and Huffman. 10) Jeb Bush and Bill Haslam partner to bring Education Reform to TN. What do you know? Coincidence? I don’t think so!! 

After stepping down as governor in 2007, Jeb Bush created the Foundation for Excellence in Education, which advocates for school choice and higher standards in public education, he announced after speaking to Tn Governor Bill Haslam.

Bush admitted that “it was helpful to have money behind the reforms,” “You’re asking people to eat broccoli—it’s always good to have some hot-cheese sauce. The money is like that hot-cheese sauce,” Bush said.

At the meeting Haslam asked “As Republicans, what do we think the government’s role is in higher standards?” Sinking feeling!!! “What is the Governments role in higher standards?” Did Bill Haslam really ask that?

Jeb Bush went on to correct Governor Haslam and again reiterate, although falsely, that this is not a government program but a state led, school board, teacher and superintendent led education reform plan- emphasis added for maximum impact!

 Mr Bush added, “I’m a conservative, but this is a national imperative. We have close to no standards.” No standards? What have we been doing for the last 50 years?Just a note of interest, with Common Core there are actually much fewer standards than are currently in place, by the way Mr Bush.

Note to self, Bush’s and Haslam’s partnership and education foundation receives funding from major Republican Party donors as well as the philanthropic foundations run by Bill Gates and Michael Bloomberg.

13) Bill Haslam, the United Nations via the Gates Foundation awarded $90 million to Memphis City Schools almost a year ago to improve teacher quality. Teacher quality? Are you beginning to
see where teacher evaluations, pay for performance complete with hiring and firing decisions, loss of teaching licenses based on a child’s performance on tests was born? 

 In attendance at this meeting was the then newly elected Governor Bill Haslam, who quickly accepted Gates money for Tennessee schools, but it didn’t come without the favor for money given. Does Bill Haslam do anything he is not told while a check is being written? It doesn’t seem so!

And Bill Gates praised the state’s (Haslams)  willingness to try new things:

“This idea of measuring teachers is very important because a teacher wants to know what they could do better…”

Gates also said  he “wants data to drive teacher evaluations nationwide!”

And as the attention turned to Haslam as the new Governor, Bill Gates essentially tells Haslam what he will do, with a 90 million dollar bribe of course and Haslam does it!

Melinda Gates, Bill Gates spouse offered this challenge to our spongy Governor,

“For a governor-elect, it’s really ‘Continue the course,’ and there will be tweaks to make along the way; there are going to be some hard times ahead, as you try to make sure you get an effective teacher in every classroom. It’s going to take some political will to do that with the parents and the teachers, but I think he’s very committed and we’re excited to be here, and will continue to work with whatever administration is here working in Tennessee.”

The Governor wet and soiled himself in this instance and has in one fell swoop appeased the United Nations/UNESCO/Education Reformer. Gates continued,  “I’m excited by the momentum around education reform, and will maintain it going forward.” Notice, no questions asked, Bill Gates says do it this way, and it is done. No questions asked! Done!

Gates, a UN puppet ended the meeting with this; “Countries with educational systems outperforming the United States academically all have three things in common:
— Students spend more time in school.
— Schools in different areas share the same curricula, or “common core,” meaning a student moving cross-country can arrive in a classroom studying the same material as the old one.
— Teachers get lots of feedback about their strengths and weaknesses.

Think the Common Core State Standards are State led? 

Many have led you to believe that the Common Core standards were born from the states. 

The states had very little choice but to implement them, not create them.

They were left with no choice but to accept hundreds of millions of dollars to reform education.

The push from the top down forced the states to adopt the standards that were created using many layers of influence around the world.

Texas Education Commissioner Robert Scott stated that the common standards movement amounted to a “desire for a federal takeover of public education.” Now, additional states (who originally signed on), including Massachusetts, Iowa, Kansas, and Virginia, are expressing concerns about the common standards initiative.

It is so obvious the standards did not begin with the states, they were picked up by a determined messenger (Gates) from a higher entity (UN) and delivered to many non governmental agencies, wrapped up nicely and delivered to the states in the form of bribes (RTTT Grants)

OSCE- “We are not an agency of the UN”, exposing myth number one

In the last week the OSCE-(Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, formerly the Helsinki Commission, spurred by the United Nations desire to improve relations between the Worlds two nuclear superpowers Russia and the United States in the 70s, has gone on the offensive regarding the use of OSCE observers at 44 US polling sites.

In the fashion of the UN when during the exposure of Agenda 21, the OSCE is denying they are part of the United Nations and are attempting to discredit those who criticize their actions.

On there website http://www.OSCE.org, has begun to attack those exposing their intent by choosing several items mentioned in past blogs and adamantly denying those charges.

As you may be aware, reporting news at it happens requires extensive research and it’s readers demand that the information be accurate and factual. Creating a news story based on facts is fun to me, it gives me an outlet to vent and is very therapeutic in that I gain great pleasure and insight in revealing something that many have never heard of and the leftist media refuses to report.

With that said, I take great offense to reading that the OSCE has started spinning the truth to prevent exposure and are using my credibility as a vice to relay the version they choose not necessarily the truth.

The purpose of this blog is to show their deceptive techniques as lies and spin. I recently came across the opinion piece on their site and have decided to counter these lies with the truth and offer some insight into this stealthy organization. Sit back, relax and enjoy the debate. Remember, as UN most political situations you have to put the puzzle together before you can see the truth. Here goes.

Over the past couple of weeks, we have seen numerous misleading media reports regarding the role of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe in observing the upcoming general elections in the United States on 6 November.

In addition, we have been the recipient of countless messages from concerned citizens about our presence in the United States.

In response, here are a few facts that we hope will help dispel some of the rumors that have been circulating.

1. A huge lie.
1. The Organization for Security and Co-operation (OSCE) is not an agency of the United Nations. See below for BCN response.

2. Not a complete truth. They do my h more than observe and learn.
2. OSCE election observers are bound by a strict code of conduct, requiring them to maintain impartiality in the conduct of their duties, to perform those duties in an unobtrusive manner, and to not interfere in the elections in the United States in any way. They are not election police or referees. They will not play any role in counting votes or resolving election disputes. Their only role is to observe the process and to report on the degree to which that process meets the commitments that the United States has agreed to uphold.

3. A lie.
3. OSCE observers have not been invited by one political faction to investigate claims against any other political faction. The OSCE observers have been invited by the United States Government. In fact, the OSCE has already observed a number of US elections, including previous general elections in 2004 and 2008 and mid-term elections in 2002, 2006, and 2010, always at the invitation of the respective administration that was in office at the time of the election.

4. A lie.
4. The presence of OSCE observers is not in violation of US law. In fact, the OSCE is very aware that individual states have their own laws regarding the presence of observers at polling stations, and OSCE observers have never violated these laws in any of the five US elections already observed, and they will not do so this time.

5. A partial lie.
5. The United States is one of the founding members of the OSCE, having been a part of the Organization since it was first established in 1975 as an important multilateral forum for dialogue between East and West at the height of the Cold War. Click here to see the Organization’s timeline.

6. The OSCE has a longstanding invitation to monitor elections in every one of its participating States. The invitation can be found in the Organization’s Copenhagen Document, which was signed on behalf of the United States in 1990 by then-Secretary of State James Baker, under the Republican administration of George H. W. Bush. Baker, a native of the state of Texas, had previously been chief of staff under President Ronald Reagan.

Since agreeing to the principles of election observation, the United States has been a strong supporter of this practice, as both Democratic and Republican administrations have made it a standard practice over the years to invite OSCE observers to monitor both general and mid-term congressional elections.

8. Over the past twenty-plus years, citizens of the United States have taken part in OSCE election observation missions to many other countries, including places like Albania, Bulgaria, Canada, France, Kazakhstan, Russia, and the United Kingdom.

The OSCE recognizes that the United Nations Security Council bears primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security. Thus, the United Nations is the OSCE’s primary partner organization. In 1992, the participating States declared the OSCE (at that time CSCE) to be “a regional arrangement in the sense of Chapter VIII of the Charter of the United Nations”. In 1993, a Framework for Co-operation and Co-ordination between the United Nations Secretariat and the CSCE was agreed upon, and in the same year the UN granted the CSCE observer status.

The 2005 World Summit called on the United Nations to expand consultation and co-operation with regional organizations. On 17 October 2005, the UN Security Council adopted a resolution (S/RES/1631) which provided for further enhancing co-operation between regional organizations and the Security Council.

The two organizations maintain close contacts and co-operation through elaborate mechanisms of high-level dialogue, as well as co-ordination and information-sharing at staff-level:

The OSCE has observer status in the UN General Assembly, while the UN is invited to participate in OSCE Ministerial Council and Summit meetings. UN representatives are frequently invited to address the OSCE Permanent Council. 

Representatives of relevant United Nations entities are invited to participate in the main annual OSCE events, including the Human Dimension Implementation Meeting, the Economic Forum and the Annual Security Review Conference.

Annual UN-OSCE staff-level meetings serve as an important venue for exchange of information and co-ordination of activities.

Can you see the obvious and forthright lie? The OSCE stating they are not an agency of the UN is very misleading and could have very dire circumstances for the US if the elections are somehow disrupted by one of these leftist fringe groups.

TN Secretary Tre Hargett: UN/OSCE will adhere to state election laws

Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett and State Election Chief Mark Goins generously shared about 30 minutes from their busy morning for a telephone conference with me regarding the UN/OSCE poll watching issue.

As in a conversation reported between the Secretary of State Hargett and Tn State Senator Mike Bell he assured me that every person that enters the polling area will be subject to the laws of the state of Tennessee.

He went on to say you, me, the OSCE will be held to the letter of the law if we break the law, just as all people would.

I spoke with the two officials regarding several topics and out of respect for the Secretary and Chief Goins I will not divulge any other information in this venue because I was not speaking as a reporter/blogger but as a concerned citizen, and I do keep my word.

On some issues we agreed to disagree. The point is both were representative of the people and they gave freely of their time to me who had many questions and they provided answers.

Isn’t that what our elected representative are supposed to do?

It’s kinda refreshing.

Obama, Clinton grant UN “poll watchers” diplomatic immunity, Texas AG says “bring it”

BCN Note- A showdown between Lone Star Texans Attorney General Abbott, Governor Rick Perry and Communist, Marxist and Socialist Barrack Hussein Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton is quickly heating up over UN Monitors from the OSCE observing our elections.

As attention to this battle intensifies the fangs are coming out and the real reasons the United Nations are in our back yard is starting to come to light!

Obama granting this OSCE “poll watching” group “full diplomatic immunity”, meaning they are above the law and not required to follow our state election laws speaks volumes of why they are in our country.

When groups like ACORN (True Vote) although defunct are still very active under another name, ACLU, NAACP, SEIU, Al Sharpton you know there is an agenda. It seems this UN/OSCE delegation which has now grown to 150 or so has turned from apolitical to partisan. Recent research has revealed that the constitutional voter ID laws are the fuel that is igniting their increased presence in Tennessee and the US.

It is evident that their continued and increasing presence at polling places all over the US is going to fan a possible revolution if Obama loses that will be preceeded with a massive deluge of lawsuits challenging our elections and they will have the strength of an international body at their backs. Mark my word it’s clear as crystal.

Obama Backs UN-linked Election Monitors, but Texas Stands Firm

As the national scandal over United Nations-linked “elections monitors” in the United States continues to grow after Texas threatened potential prosecutions, the international outfit deploying “observers” demanded that the Obama administration come to its aid. The U.S. State Department promptly claimed that the UN-affiliated monitors would have “full” diplomatic immunity. But in the Lone Star State, officials fired back and upped the ante: Don’t mess with Texas.

On October 23, Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott sent a strongly worded letter to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) warning that its representatives could be prosecuted if they violate state law or are found within 100 feet of a polling place. Among the most serious concerns was the fact that the UN partner organization was working with discredited far-left radical groups to supposedly seek out conservative “voter suppression” schemes — mostly state laws aimed at preventing election fraud.

In a statement, the OSCE also said it would monitor “compliance” with unspecified “international obligations” supposedly applicable to the United States. The controversial organization, which includes as members the governments and dictators ruling Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and other nations, responded to Texas with its own letter to the U.S. State Department warning against any efforts to “restrain” its personnel.

“The threat of criminal sanctions against OSCE/ODIHR observers is unacceptable,” complained Janez Lenarcic, chief of the OSCE’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) monitoring operations. “The United States, like all countries in the OSCE, has an obligation to invite ODIHR observers to observe its elections.” (Emphasis added.)  

The Obama administration responded to the controversy by purporting to offer the international “elections monitors” supposed “diplomatic immunity” — essentially claiming that they were above the law, even in Texas. The two monitors for Texas, scheduled to be deployed in Austin, are Conny Jensen from Denmark and Melanie Leathers from the United Kingdom, documents show. In an October 26 press conference, State Department spokesperson Victoria Nuland claimed that “in general, we give them protected status.”

The spokesperson also claimed there were “no sovereignty issues” involved, emphasizing, as Texas’s attorney general did, that the OSCE obviously has no authority over the states it chooses to monitor. “They have said that they do not intend to violate any laws while in the United States,” Nuland claimed. “So we are going to let the conversations go forward between the OSCE and Texas and see how that goes.”

In the Lone Star State, however, officials did not take kindly to the international whining or the Obama administration’s response. “No UN monitors/inspectors will be part of any TX election process,” tweeted Texas Gov. Rick Perry, a Republican, in support of his chief law-enforcement officer. GOP U.S. Senate candidate Ted Cruz, a popular conservative who made opposition to UN schemes a key part of his campaign, also saluted Abbot for standing up to the scandal-plagued international outfit.  

The Texas attorney general, meanwhile, remained defiant despite State Department pronouncements and OSCE complaining. “UN-related vote monitors warn Texas: Don’t mess with us. My response: BRING IT,” Abbott tweeted in response. He also quoted Sam Houston saying: “Texas has yet to learn submission to any oppression, come from what source it may.” Following the tweets, Abbot also sent an official letter to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton laying down the law. 

“It appears that OSCE is under the misimpression that the State Department can somehow help its representatives circumvent the Texas Election Code. Texas law prohibits unauthorized persons from entering a polling place — or loitering within 100 feet of a polling place’s entrance — on Election Day,” the attorney general explained to Clinton. “OSCE monitors are expected to follow that law like everyone else.”

Of course, as Clinton already knows, Texas election laws govern anyone and everyone who wishes to participate in elections held in the Lone Star State, Abbott said. “The fact that representatives of the United States joined the U.S.S.R, Yugoslavia, Romania, and other OSCE member-nations in signing a document at a 1989 conference in Copenhagen has absolutely no bearing on the administration of elections or laws governing elections in the State of Texas,” he warned.

If the OSCE wants to visit Texas during the election, Abbott said the state would welcome the opportunity to educate its representatives about state elections — perhaps it could be useful to OSCE member regimes like the brutal communist tyrant ruling over Belarus. “But OSCE is not above the law and its representatives must at all times comply with Texas law when they are present in this state,” he added.

The 1990 OSCE governing document signed by the representatives of the U.S. government and cited by the international group in its pleas with the Obama administration is “legally irrelevant” in Texas and “will have no impact” on the way the state administers its election, Abbott pointed out. However, the attorney general still added that, even according to that agreement, observers are required to follow applicable law. In other words, the OSCE is making “false” claims.

In addition to misconstruing its own governing documents, in its letter to the Obama administration, the OSCE promised only to follow all “national” laws and regulations. “This statement may simply reveal that the OSCE is unfamiliar with our nation’s federalist system,” Abbott observed in his letter to Clinton. “On the other hand, it may reveal that the OSCE does not consider itself restrained by state law.”

In either case, Texas needs assurances from the OSCE that it intends to strictly comply with all state laws. So far, Abbott said, those assurances have not been forthcoming. There are other problems, too, however.  

“In addition to my desire to defend and enforce Texas election laws, I am also concerned that an unnecessary political agenda may have infected OSCE’s election monitoring activities,” the state’s top law enforcement officer explained, citing the international outfit’s objections to efforts aimed at preventing registration fraud as well as state laws requiring voter ID. “The OSCE may object to photo identification laws and prohibitions on felons voting — but our nation’s Supreme Court has upheld both laws as entirely consistent with the U.S. Constitution.”

Ironically, Abbott added, the OSCE’s U.S. election monitoring boss, diplomat Daan Everts, hails from the Netherlands, which requires that all voters present identification to help combat fraud. “Why the OSCE appears to now question voter identification laws in the United States is beyond reason. Perhaps it is just politics,” the letter stated. “Regardless, the OSCE’s perspective on Voter ID is legally irrelevant in the United States.”

Meanwhile, the attorney general also took the opportunity to blast the OSCE yet again for meeting with “plainly partisan” U.S. organizations. Among the American groups working with the OSCE are the NAACP, the ACLU, and assorted splinter groups like “Project Vote” formed after the taxpayer-funded, Obama-linked organization ACORN collapsed in disgrace amid charges of massive voting fraud.

In letters and meetings with the international monitors, those groups warned of alleged efforts by conservatives to “disenfranchise” minority voters. The OSCE promised to follow up on the half-baked accusations, drawing widespread criticism and ridicule across the country.

“This appears to reflect a concerted effort to politicize an initiative that was previously perceived as an international information exchange program,” Abbot wrote. “While Texas may welcome visitors from any nation or international organization who wish to learn more about the steps the State has taken to protect the integrity of state elections, we need not open our doors and accommodate an international effort affiliated with partisan organizations in the United States that wish to suppress electoral integrity.”

Of particular concern, Abbot said, was an organization known as Project Vote, which recently boasted that it was helping to advise the OSCE on what issues and jurisdictions to “monitor” this election. “In light of Project Vote’s history of voter registration fraud and its more recent failed attempt to enjoin Texas election laws that were enacted to prevent fraud, no legitimate international body would affiliate with Project Vote,” the attorney general wrote. “Consequently, OSCE’s affiliation with this dubious organization necessarily undermines its credibility and the independence of its election monitors.”

Abbott also took the opportunity to provide some constitutional education for Clinton and Washington, D.C., which seemingly view Texas and other sovereign U.S. states as mere provinces subject to the whims and dictates of the federal government. In the Lone Star State, at least, officials apparently know that the United States was founded under a system in which the central government has limited and specifically enumerated powers. 

“The United States Constitution authorizes the States to regulate the conduct of state and federal elections within their borders,” Abbott’s letter continues. “Unlike the unelected bureaucrats at the OSCE, our State’s leaders and decision-makers were duly elected by Texas voters. Elected members of the Texas Legislature enacted the Texas Election Code to ensure our State’s elections are free, fair, open, and reliable.”

Finally, the attorney general emphasized again, Texas’ election laws do not authorize OSCE representatives to enter polling places. If they do, there will be consequences. Nothing in any OSCE governing documents has any impact — legal or otherwise — on how elections are conducted in Texas, Abbott warned.

“If the OSCE does not wish to follow the laws that govern everyone else present in the State of Texas, including the voters who elect our State’s leaders, then perhaps it should dispatch its representatives to another state,” Abbot concluded. “In closing, I have a simple request: Please work with the OSCE to ensure they agree to comply with Texas law. If they refuse to do so, OSCE’s representatives may be subject to legal consequences associated with any violations of state law.”

Analysts and activists across the country promptly showered praise on the state of Texas and its officials for standing up to the controversial international scheme while protecting state sovereignty, constitutional values, and the rule of law. However, more than a few experts also warned that the UN and its affiliates were becoming increasingly threatening. If America hopes to maintain its freedom and sovereignty, it must continue to resist any and all efforts to impose or even legitimize purported international “authority” over the American people.

Iowa joins other states reigning in UN “poll watchers”, TN remains mute

Iowa has joined with Alabama and Texas as states listening to the will of the people and warning UN “poll watchers” that they will be arrested if they violate strict election and voting laws.

In a specific statement Iowas Secretary of State issued a warning to UN “poll watchers” that if they enter polling areas and are within 100 feet of a voting booth they will be arrested on the spot.

Many have reported seeing UN “poll watchers” inside election buildings meeting candidates and observing along side election officials as a few sources observing the observers have confirmed.

To date, in Tennessee we have not heard such a bold statement from our elected leaders even at the behest of many of their constituency.

Altough Tennessee State Senator Mike Bell did report via email, in a conversation recently with Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett, Bell went on to explain Hargett said the observers will only be there to “learn and observe and the will adhere to election laws.”

Senator Bell added that concerns about the observers were “overblown” but did affirm his distaste for the UN in this email statement, “First, I will say we should be completely out of the U.N.  This organization is (and) has always been controlled by interest who would like nothing better than to take down America.”

Multiple attempts to converse with other Tennessee local state and federal officials has gone unanswered.

Several concerned citizens from Bradley County, Tennessee are exploring the option of seeking court injunctions to stop the observation and potential overreach of UN/OSCE delegates while on US soil if our representatives fail to act.

The lack of response of our elected officials to protect our sovereignty and integrity of our election process should be noticed, especially in light of a recent Tn State House resolution by State Representative Kevin Brooks, HJR 587, condemning UN involvement in our communities, as it relates to Agenda 21, a UN agenda to transform our communities. The measure passed easily in the house and Senate but failed to get Governor Bill Haslams signature.

The letter below from Iowa Secretary of State Shultz lays down specific ground rules for UN involvement from observers and draws a line in the sand citing specific state laws that confines their activities in and around the polling booths.

(DES MOINES)—Matt Schultz, Iowa Secretary of State, issued the following statement in response to reports that members of a UN-chartered delegation are being dispatched across the United States, including Iowa, to observe the General Election:

“As Secretary of State, I support the efforts of other nations to learn more about our election process and ways in which they might improve their own election systems. We welcome the four international visitors to our great state.

The Texas Secretary of State recently drew the ire of the OSCE when he announced that UN International poll watchers would be arrested if they showed up within 100 feet of polling areas. However, it was reported yesterday that members of this organization are attempting to gain access to Iowa polling places on Election Day. My office met with two delegation representatives last week to discuss Iowa’s election process and it was explained to them that they are not permitted at the polls. Iowa law is very specific about who is permitted at polling places, and there is no exception for members of this group.”

Iowa Code section 49.104 defines the limited number of individuals permitted at polling places on Election Day, and section 49.105 states that poll workers “shall order the arrest” of any persons violating these provisions.

Any election law violations can be reported to the Iowa Secretary of State’s office by calling the Election Hotline at 1-888-SOS-VOTE.

The OSCE recently responded to the Texas Secretary of State in a speech to NATO and in a letter to Secretary Hillary Clinton regarding Texas’ threats to arrest UN “poll watchers” that violate the law.

“The threat of criminal sanctions against [international] observers is unacceptable,” Janez Lenari, the director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), said in a statement. “The United States, like all countries in the OSCE, has an obligation to invite ODIHR observers to observe its elections.”

It shows that we have allowed way too much control by international bodies when they scathingly address the US and it’s people the way the OSCE Director Janez Lenari recently did.

This type of reprimand by the UN asserts that they have some type of ownership and supervision of a free people. This is unacceptable to a freedom loving country and should not be tolerated by those in office that represent us.

“The only thing between accepting tyranny from the UN is an undying desire from its patriots to remain sovereign and free!”

OSCE TO NATO: “The US is obligated” to allow monitoring of US elections

In what can be summed up as the most under reported story of our time is that our elections have been under surveillance of UN International bodies since 2002 with incremental increased authority over them.

In a recent press release by the OSCE Ambassador Janez Lenarcic, he addresses NATO over concerns the Texas Attorney General said he would arrest OSCE observers if they stepped foot in his state. The idea that an international body would address NATO and the UN over our states wanting to remain free and sovereign is beyond me.

The mere thought that the UN or the OSCE has scolded the US in front of NATO makes me sick at my stomach. We ask them to leave and they get upset and whine. Folks let me tell you this is another incremental and gradual takeover of our nation that I have harped on for years. We open one door to them and then another and then we are under UN control completely.

They are even whining to Secretary of State Clinton. You know they will get whatever they want from her.

WARSAW, 24 October 2012 – Ambassador Janez Lenarčič, the Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), expressed his grave concern today over the threat of criminal prosecution of OSCE/ODIHR election observers.

This threat, contained in an open letter from the Attorney General of Texas, is at odds with the established good co-operation between OSCE/ODIHR observers and state authorities across the United States, including in Texas, Lenarčič said, adding that it is also contrary to the country’s obligations as an OSCE participating State.

The ODIHR Director shared his concerns in a letter to United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

“The threat of criminal sanctions against OSCE/ODIHR observers is unacceptable,” Lenarčič said. “The United States, like all countries in the OSCE, has an obligation to invite ODIHR observers to observe its elections.”

The ODIHR Director also stressed that any concerns or reports that the election observers intended to influence or interfere with the election process were groundless. He underlined that OSCE/ODIHR election observers adhere to all national laws and regulations, as well as a strict code of conduct.

“Our observers are required to remain strictly impartial and not to intervene in the voting process in any way,” Lenarčič said. “They are in the United States to observe these elections, not to interfere in them.”

The ODIHR limited election observation mission for the 2012 general elections in the United States consists of a core team of 13 experts, from 10 OSCE participating States, based in Washington D.C., and 44 long-term observers deployed throughout the country. These are the sixth United States elections the Office has observed, without incident, since 2002.
