RNC Resolution Exposing United Nations Agenda 21

In Uncategorized on June 18, 2012 at 9:54 AM

Agenda 21 exposed by the RNC! The assault on our property rights are being addressed! Comprehensive Planning coupled with stringent land use regulations, annexation and zoning are leading the attacks on our personal property rights! The RNC is now taking the necessary steps to stop this massively expensive and expansive comprehensive growth plans and are encouraging others to do the same! It is a step in the right direction as our state and federal leaders are starting to see the light!

Enjoy the read below!

RNC Resolution Exposing United Nations Agenda 21

WHEREAS, the United Nations Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of extreme environmentalism, social engineering, and global political control that was initiated at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992; and,
WHEREAS, the United Nations Agenda 21 is being covertly pushed into local communities throughout the United States of America through the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) through local “sustainable development” policies such as Smart Growth, Wildlands Project, Resilient Cities, Regional Visioning Projects, and other “Green” or “Alternative” projects; and
WHEREAS, this United Nations Agenda 21 plan of radical so-called “sustainable development” views the American way of life of private property ownership, single family homes, private car ownership and individual travel choices, and privately owned farms; all as destructive to the environment; and,
WHEREAS, according to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy, social justice is described as the right and opportunity of all people to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by society and the environment which would be accomplished by socialist/communist redistribution of wealth; and,
WHEREAS, according to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy National sovereignty is deemed a social injustice; now therefore be
RESOLVED, the Republican National Committee recognizes the destructive and insidious nature of United Nations Agenda 21 and hereby exposes to the public and public policy makers the dangerous intent of the plan; and therefore be it further
RESOLVED, that the U.S. government and no state or local government is legally bound by the United Nations Agenda 21 treaty in that it has never been endorsed by the (U.S.) Senate, and therefore be it further
RESOLVED, that the federal and state and local governments across the country be well informed of the underlying harmful implications of implementation of United Nations Agenda 21 destructive strategies for “sustainable development” and we hereby endorse rejection of its radical policies and rejection of any grant monies attached to it, and therefore be it further
RESOLVED, that upon the approval of this resolution the Republican National Committee shall deliver a copy of this resolution to each of the Republican members of Congress, all Republican candidates for Congress, all Republican candidates for President who qualify for RNC sanctioned debates, and to each Republican state and territorial party office.

SD 21: An ominous updated plan by the United Nations

In Agenda 21 on March 26, 2012 at 12:46 PM

Sustainable Development in the 21st century (SD21)

We again are under attack! The giant has awakened and is making his needs known! The bear is hungry, has eaten his meal and is looking for more!

The United Nations in preparation for the Rio+20 Summitt and unlike the other Rio Summitts and even the Stockholm Summitt which yielded a weak, often disputed set of principles, they intend to get it right this time!

SD21 and the Rio Principles, as you will eventually become aware, is just one of 4 or 5 documents that is being prepared for Rio and portrays their interpretation and plan for the perfect environment for the United States and the rest of the world!

The perfect Environmental utopia is the plan! A world where you and or the business that “inflicts harm” will pay dearly for your carbon footprint by hefty fine, penalties or loss of property or business!

The last Rio Summitts, even by the UNs own admission have been slightly off target and lacking focus, often missing stated goals by 5 or 10 years. Goals not met to the UN means failure, goals not met to me means you are relying on false scientific data to make your claims which leads to your poor results!

The United Nations is in many words trying to get their game on! In other secular words, trying to get their spit (misspelled purposefully, not an auto correct problem).

They have seen great success getting the “grassroots” portion and it’s tough to use grassroots with the UN, but at the local level they have done a pretty good job working with the NGOs to bypass the will of the people! As in Bradley County, Tennessee, as in many local counties throughout the Nation they have implemented the proposed plans which has been fairly easy to do! Just promise a planner or a mayor a yum yum in their pocket and they are soon rocking their world like a teenager trying to get to first base!

Presumably, the courtship with these characters are pretty uneventful as they see bringing in federal grant money as the caveman clubbing and dragging home his prize bison carcas for the family of simple undeveloped minds to devour! Needless to say the quest didn’t measure up to the satisfaction of a full tummy and bowel evacuation.

The UN, for lack of a better phrase, is putting on their A-Game! They have and are stating they are learning from their past mistakes and are formulating a concoction of evil they feel will catapult them into the equivalent of an environmental climax.

These 4 or 5 suggested “soft laws”, “treaties”, legal heavy “hard laws”, “international laws” are going to be introduced shortly after this Rio Summitt! The talk in UN nation as evidenced by much chatter on their websites is they are attempting to what boils down to a circumvention of our Constitution! They can’t seem to understand why Americans just want take their hand and allow them to do whatever they want!

The thought that they are completely unaware that we know we are a sovereign and free country is beyond my comprehension. Basically, in a nutshell we like our freedom without interference of an international entity telling us what to do!

The UN has had great success in socialist, Monarchial, third world type countries because for one the constitution is not there with authentic freedom loving people, secondly they hand several million dollars to a starving country, they will put a windmill and a solar roof anywhere they want and as fast as they want!

The new game by the UN is to make International law accepted in the world! The bottom line is eventually the UN will run the world! The way they will do it and they have yet to ratify it, but they need our lawmakers to make it happen!

They have got a fake president to do it and be would sign on anything they want! I’m not so sure they will find a way but i am not so sure the fake president will somehow bypass the will of the people and all lawmakers and give them the green light anyways while upholding and honoring international law!

They need our congressmen, Senators, and governors to sign on and ratify or accept International Law as the law of the land! This is the bottom line, our last defense against a total socialistic threat! If our elected leaders cave to their desires, grab your ankles and hum “you are my sunshine.”

Finished! We will be! The flood of International
bodies will descend on our untouched virgin soil with their version of a perfect world and we will be ruled with a steady unfamiliar hand of a dictatorship we have never known!

Let the “conspiracy” monickers fly! Thats ok with me! People within my world saw me as a “kook” and a “madman” with scare tactics, but as soon as 2 weeks ago state legislators were passing resolutions to stop the UN from touching our state! I relish the prospect of figuring out a plot before it unfolds!

My grandmother had an uncanny way of putting the puzzle pieces together! I would sit on her lap as a child and listen to her read the bible and discuss the very times we face now! I didn’t completely know of everything she spoke of but as she has passed and I review her many notes and numerous cassete tapes she left it all sounds oddly familiar!

We must as a nation must not subject our great country to this attack! We are fighting for our freedom, friends, family and our sovereignty! Outside of that their is very little left to the good ole US that I would care to stay around and enjoy!

Get involved with your elected officials and make a statement to them and say it loudly, “GET THE UN OUT OF THE US AND KEEP THEM AND THEIR INTRRNATIONAL LAWS OUT OF IT!”

Here is the SD21 goals taken directly from this UN website! Kinda ominous seeing this before it us actually introduced!

Objectives and Goals

The overarching objective of the project is to construct a coherent vision of sustainable development in the 21st century, which will contribute to the success of the Rio+20 conference.
The project, funded by the European Commission – Directorate-General for Environment, aims to provide a high quality analytical input to the Rio+20 conference.

The specific objectives of the project are the following:

Prepare a substantive contribution to the debate in the UNCSD in 2012, which takes stock of the changes having occurred since the Earth Summit in 1992 and provide a clear vision and way forward for the international community, national governments, partnerships and other stakeholders in implementing the sustainable development agenda in an integrated manner.
Construct a coherent vision on sustainable development in the 21st century and analyse feasible pathways to sustainability.
Synthesize analytical and applied policy work regarding menus of policy options for a more sustainable, green growth that consider the specific economic, social, environmental and institutional context of countries in different stages of economic development.
Background
The United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (UNCSD), which will gather UN member states and other stakeholders in Brazil in 2012, is a key occasion to take stock of 20 years of action at all levels to promote sustainable development, and to provide a clear vision and way forward for the international community, national governments, partnerships and other stakeholders in implementing the sustainable development agenda in an integrated manner.

Knowledge must inform action – knowledge of what has and has not worked for sustainable development in the past 20 years, knowledge as well of important changes and new challenges that have emerged in the past generation. Only on this basis can we develop a clear vision of sustainable development for the 21st century. That vision needs to incorporate and build upon the rich output of various global assessments – including climate change, water, energy, and ecosystems – as well as the policy lessons from experience, respond to the evolving nature of the challenges, and draw upon the latest research on integrating sustainability and development into a common agenda. It also needs to recognize and motivate the contribution of all inhabitants of planet earth.

The SD21 project is built around a series of studies that will inform a synthesis report, “Sustainable development in the 21st century” (SD21). The SD21 body of studies is expected to become an important analytical and political contribution in its own right. Studies under the SD21 project will cover the following topics: assessment of progress since the Earth Summit; emerging issues ; long-term sustainable development scenarios; tools for managing sustainable economies; national and international institutions for sustainable development; and sector assessments.

Sustainable development, a new EPA tool

In Agenda 21, Government on March 5, 2012 at 9:42 AM

Our Mayor of Bradley County and our City Mayor have made it possible for the EPA, DOT and HUD to have full reign on our community by joining with ICLEI out of Chattanooga in support of the Regional Growth Plan to promote sustainability!

Not a single vote was cast by a single member of our elected body in our region or county! All they had to do was say yes to have them in here to regulate the fool out of us!

We no longer live in a community that relies upon it’s elected bodies to set policy for our county! We are now being ruled by an NGO(Non Governmental Organization) or some type of appointed member of a committee stocked full of beneficial parties that will rule in favor of their best interest!

We have lost our way when a constitutional republic fails to stand and govern by the will of the people! And on the other hand it’s we the people that are remaining silent so that it can happen as they wish!

I have been warning you of Executive Order 13575! Obama has set into place a way to regulate most of our society and take what liberties you have away! Look back on previous blogs about this EO! It will once again show you what was in the works back then and today with very little fanfare what the plan is for the future

This story below is confirming what we knew 6 months ago! These tiny steps turn into reality while securing yet another notch in Obamas proverbial belt on his way to a forced sustainable world using the EPA as his guide!

Sustainable development: latest tool for expanding EPA’s empire
A corrupted National Research Council gives EPA power to regulate waterways via zoning and limit farming choices in the name of “sustainability”

February 27, 2012by BONNER COHEN, PH. D.
Determined to concentrate power in the hands of largely unaccountable bureaucrats in Washington, Obama administration officials have devised a new scheme to justify expanding the regulatory reach of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
At the request of EPA, the National Research Council (NRC) issued a report last August laying out an “operational framework for integrating sustainability as one of the key drivers within the regulatory responsibilities of EPA.”  Referencing a little-noticed Obama Executive Order (13514) from 2009, the NRC report adopts the President’s definition of sustainability contained in the order.  Under that definition, sustainability means “to create and maintain conditions, under which humans and nature can exist in harmony, that permit fulfilling the social, economic, and other requirements of present and future generations.”
Founded in 1916, the NRC is currently administered by the National Academy of Sciences, National Academy of Engineers, and the Institute for Medicine. In developing the “operational framework” for future EPA policies, the NRC cited the 1969 National Environmental Policy Act‘s (NEPA) use of the word sustainability in describing the federal government’s approach to the environment.  “That policy is what is now described as sustainable development,” the NRC notes.
It has often been said that “beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.”  The same holds true for sustainable development.  The term – never defined with any precision – has been a mainstay of the United Nations, environmental organizations, and, increasingly, federal, state and local governments.   A growing number of corporations – eager to parade their green credentials – frequently claim their products and technologies are “sustainable,” without ever telling the public what is meant by the term.  Sustainable development is also a pillar of Agenda 21.  Adopted at the UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) at Rio de Janeiro in June 1992, Agenda 21 is described by the UN Division on Sustainable Development as “a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations Systems, Governments and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts (sic) on the environment.”
The lack of any clear understanding of what is and is not sustainable bestows a huge amount of discretionary power in the hands of regulators and other government officials acting in accordance with a term whose meaning is withheld from the public.  Small wonder that Wendell Cox, Ronald Utt, and Brett Schaefer of the Heritage Foundation have warned that Agenda 21/sustainable development in the hands of EPA “would significantly expand the role of government in economic decision-making, impede development and economic growth, and undermine individual choice and policy flexibility in local communities.  Opponents should be concerned about efforts by the U.S. government to implement these policies, both nationally and locally.”
“EPA is already engaged in many projects that further sustainability aims, but the adoption of this framework  — implemented in stages – will lead to a growing body of experiences and successes with sustainability,” Bernard Goldstein, occupation health professor at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School for Public Health, told The Daily Caller (Aug. 4, 2011).  Goldstein, who chaired the NRC panels that drew up EPA’s sustainability framework, added that, “To the extent that the laws permit, working with other agencies EPA should be able to incorporate [sustainability] using this framework.”
That effort is already well underway.  In June 2010, for example, the Obama administration, by way of an executive order, launched its Ocean Policy Initiative (OPI).  The OPI will subject America’s waterways – oceans, rivers, bays, and the Great Lakes plus coastal and even inland areas – to federal zoning.  Under the scheme, these areas will be managed according to “coastal and marine spatial planning.”  As an unnamed administration official told the Los Angeles Times (July 19, 2010), “This sets the nation on the path of much more comprehensive planning to both conservation and sustainable use of resources.”
Similarly, the administration, on June 9, 2011, announced the creation via Executive Order 13575 of the White House Rural Council.  Like the Ocean Policy Initiative, the Rural Council is composed of more than two dozen federal agencies whose objective is to “enhance the federal engagement in rural communities.”  The executive order states that, “Strong sustainable rural communities are essential to winning the future and ensuring American competitiveness in the years to come.”
But it will be bureaucrats in Washington — working hand-in-glove with environmental groups, suppliers of renewable energy, and other political allies — who will determine what is sustainable down on the farm.  This massive expansion of the powers of the administrative regulatory state is taking place without the consent of Congress, state and local officials, much less the residents of rural America.

ICLEI’s Harvey Ruvin and Mayor Tom Rowland share a connection!

In Agenda 21, Government on November 30, 2011 at 2:28 PM

Remember the man that said this?

“Individual rights will have to take a back seat to the collective.”

Harvey Ruvin, Vice Chairman, ICLEI. The Wildlands Project

Well our very own Mayor Tom Rowland has a connection to Harvey Ruvin, one of the architects of the Agenda 21 process in this region! Harvey has influenced ACIR and I have recently shared my concern that ACIR is being “used” in a similar way as ICLEI . As is evidenced in a prior  news blog I titled “TACIR is our ICLEI!” The similarities are many and are being used to change the landscape of our environment.

Mayor Tom Rowland is a major pawn in this whole Regional Growth Plan and the implementation of Agenda 21 into our region. The mayor and his cohort Mayor Gary Davis have signed on or are being complicit with the plans the Southeast Tennessee Economic Development Council and Beth Jones has for our region.

The point is, ICLEI is a direct descendant of the United Nations and they are being given authority by our Mayors without County or City authority, completely circumventing the elected officials that represent you! This Regional Growth plan is situating us to accept major money from the Federal Government which means many strings will be attached, meaning new regulations and higher taxes to pay for it.

Our local governments are broke, near bankruptcy and we are growing our region! We do not have the money to do so, yet we continue to make plans that will result in BILLIONS of growth? Why do you think that is? We are chasing the money and have become prostitutes to our Federal Government! Every thing we are not supposed to be!

Look at the biography of Harvey Ruvin, and the similarities to our own government leader Tom Rowland! There seems to be more similarities than the fact that they shared leadership roles within ACIR/TACIR! They are both globalists and have sold out our sovereignty for the safety and sanctitiy of our community. This is such a sad statement and a bad crowd for him to be hanging around in! Our Mayor and one of the architects of Agenda 21 sharing the same resume! This should frighten many and show their collective plans for our region.

“Individual rights will take a back seat to the collective”  is such a scary vision to share with any one and to think that through this ACIR/TACIR connection, one they both share, this could become a reality!

1) Harvey Ruvin served a four-year term on the prestigious Advisory Committee on Intergovernmental Relations (ACIR). He chaired the ACIR Research committee. (Presidents Reagan and Bush, 1987-91).

1) Mayor Tom Rowland is serving his second term as Co-chairman of the board at TACIR,  the Tennessee Advisory Committee on Intergovernmental Relations

Just for fun read this biography and draw similarities! Both have the same goals!

ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability was founded in 1990 by local governments at the United Nations Headquarters in New York as the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI). ICLEI is a democratically governed membership association of cities, towns, counties, metropolitan governments, and local government associations. Its headquarter is located in Toronto, Canada.

The above information is directly from the http://www.UN.org website!

This information was not generated by me nor did I in anyway manipulate the material provided! This compiled information came straight from the source, the United Nations and ICLEI!

Bradley County, Mayors Tom Rowland and Gary Davis and 15 other counties in a 3 state region have joined with Chattanooga, Mayor Ron Littlefield(who are very supportive members of ICLEI and other NGOs Non Governmental Organizations), mainly the Chamber of Commerce who enjoys “chief consultative status” at the United Nations and are joining forces with the EPA, HUD and the DOT to enter into a full scale assault into our community with the Regional Growth Plan beginning January 2012!

This initiative is not understood by our Locally elected officials nor do they know what it is about but they are so willing to remain silent while the Federal grant money flows in! What a sad statement that we are selling our souls for grant money!

Our State Representatives Kevin Brooks, Eric Watson, Senator Mike Bell have the ability to stop this but to date have done nothing but make sure of it’s success!

Our Federal representatives Corker, Fleischmann, Haslam and Alexander have also remained mute! Perhaps the Chamber of Commerce has them tucked neatly into their pockets!

Our press is too lazy to investigate or put the pieces of the puzzle together for a hungry constituency and are probably willing participants in the scheme! Our failure to report this as a society is abominable and every person that ignores this repeated call should be outed and exposed!

The Mayors leaving our locally elected officials out of the loop was purposeful while they were being appointed to the boards of the very NGOs (Mayor Davis to the Southeast Regional Development council by Beth Jones and of course Mayor Rowland on TACIR which is our equivalent of ICLEI!) are implementing this disastrous and diabolical plan!

This blog is a little lengthy, especially the list of member cities and NGOs! Can you see an international plan being implemented? It is happening all around us for years, is now coming to a head and we are still unable to see the clear connection! So please read intently and ask your self these two questions 1) Am I a willing participant in this plan and is my silence allowing implementation? 2) if this is not an International United Nations all out assault on our nation and world, then what is it?

Who we are
More than 1126 local governments and their associations, representing over 500 million people in 70 countries, constitute ICLEI’s membership. As a democratic, membership-driven association, every Member has a vote at council meetings where the priorities and direction of the organization are determined.

Governed by the ICLEI Charter put in place by its founding Members, our mandate is to build an active and committed membership of local governments and local government associations.

Council
The Council is the general assembly of ICLEI Members which is composed of Full Members. ICLEI also offers Associate Membership to non-governmental organizations, research institutions, state governments and other entities. The Council meets every three years on the occasion of an ICLEI World Congress. After the founding congress in New York, USA (1990), Council meetings were held in Toronto, Canada (1993), Saitama, Japan (1995), Dessau, Germany (2000), Athens, Greece (2003) and Cape Town, South Africa (2006). The Council elects the Executive Committee, approves the six-year Strategic Plan, which is updated every three years, and receives the Triennial Report. The Council also adopts a Declaration of Commitment, in support of the Strategic Plan.

That UNITED NATIONS CONNECTION TO ICLEI!
This is a length read (64 pages directly from the UN website) for the sake if time look at page 62 item 52, “The local Agenda 21 survey” (google it)

“The plan will on regardless if we have local, state or federal approval says ICLEI Executive and Policy Assistant Susanne Salz, who also spoke at the Conference, said the reaction from communities in the US to the Kyoto Protocol provides a good example of how local players have the power to make changes. Despite the refusal of the US government to ratify the protocol, more than 1,000 mayors from across the country signed the pact to meet the protocol’s targets for greenhouse gas emissions; a 7 percent reduction by 2012 from 1990 levels.”

“We can get started without them [the federal governments],” she said.

“The government is beholden to this old paradigm – they withdraw their support from the industries and the businesses that can create green economies. But the cities are going to act anyway and create their own agenda.”

Miller said she is hopeful that governments will respond to the call; but, she notes, local communities will continue to make progress even if officials don’t.

“Even if that doesn’t happen, it [the push for sustainable development] will still be going forward with these local organizations and governments… so it doesn’t matter if it fails in a way, the movement will still be taking shape,” she affirmed.

This woman is a representative of ICLEI sending a very strong message with an extremely bleak outcome! YOU CAN’T STOP US, WE WILL GO AROUND YOU TO MAKE IT HAPPEN, just as they have in Bradley County

Chamber of Commerce uniting with Unitied Nations to implement Agenda 21 in Bradley County

In Agenda 21, chamber of commerce on October 3, 2011 at 6:24 AM

I am going to place a scenario to you and I am going to encourage you to look up the information I have provided, do your own research and hopefully with my assistance, you come to the same conclusion.

You can come to the end of your research and decide for your self, that you do not agree with me, that is ok! You and I will disagree and go our separate ways and I will be comforted that you have seen the truth and you have shown the facts. I am OK with that, I do not have the ego that needs to have everyone agree with me!

I recently had the pleasure of hearing our Chamber of Commerce President Gary Farlow at a Commission meeting recently describe how he has been disrespected by many in the community!

For whatever reason, he chose to make this an issue in a public forum!

One thing he said was that he was aware that we have a Constitiutional, 1st Amendment right to speak as we want! He also offered “ you wanna talk about disrespected? I have been told I was going to take away someones child, I have been called a Communist, a Socialist and part of an International body that is going to take over the world, Do you know how many times I have been called a communist? End of his sentence!

I have addressed several articles in this venue that have called the actions of NGOs (Non Governmental Organizations) communistic or socialistic in nature, but where did he get that someone is calling him those names or particularly him in that nature?

I would say perhaps his close association to a Communist, Socialist organization like the United Nations prompted this dialogue with the Bradley County Commissioners!

Maybe you didnt catch the intent of that last paragraph but let me rephrase.

The Chamber of Commerce in Bradley County is closely associated with Communists, Socialist and the United Nations even while Mr Farlow attempts to dispel it!

Remember just a few short months ago when I stood in the Bradley County Commission room and stated that Agenda 21 is being fulfilled in this county and its influence on our town is driving the policy in this County? The Growth Plan, The COC, the Educational system were all enablers of this huge scheme and we are falling into the hands and influence of the United Nations?

Remember? I was even mocked in the local papers, even a phone call was made to the UN about claims that citizens were accusing the UN of being involved in Bradley County and a write up discounting our towns involvement in Agenda 21?

Now, we have gone from not even believing or knowing about Agenda 21 and the United Nations to concerned citizens and government officials telling me “I acknowledge the United Nations exists, I have read about Agenda 21, now can you tell me how it is going to affect us locally. Local citizens are speaking up in public forums because they believe their civil and personal rights are being taken away by many in our elected offices by the United Nation through the Chamber of Commerce.

Conspiracy was the tone when they would half heartedly research the subject. “you would be much more effective in getting the word out if you didnt bring up that Agenda 21 crap” as one Commissioner told me. Now we are consumed by it and everyone is asking me how to get rid of it!

All the while, tons of information on this subject are on the internet and even on the UN website and easily accessible.

I have taken the time to research it and display it here for you. I have done this because you wanted the “proof!” You wanted to know that if it existed then where is it?

Well sit right back, pull your computer close and give your kids a hug because our county as you know it is about to change forever.

This may be your first trip down this road and I will be gentle, slow and deliberate. I realize that much of this may be hard to swallow, but please before you tune me out, at least look at the facts I have presented and again dont believe me, I want you to do most of the visual hands on work then let me know what you think, using your own brain to make any conclusion you want.

First step! Get on the http://www.un.org website and look around!

Put in some key words, any words you like in the upper right hand of that page. Put in Chamber of Commerce, more particularly International Chamber of Commerce, World Chamber of Commerce, US Chamber of Commerce, NGO, Chamber Consultative status, Chamber of Commerce RIO+20, Sustainability, Agenda 21, any word you want!

Even put your own name in there, I discourage that, you may get a call in the morning from the UN or the Chamber chastising you for daring research this subject and exposing all the lies. That was a joke!

Secondly, as you scroll around look for key words, you soon begin to realize and ask your self why are all these things on the UN website? Then through normal deduction you begin to realize that all this stuff I have been hearing about is really on there and is originating from within the United Nations. All those “conspiracies” start to reveal themselves with facts and truths! How can a conspiracy be real? Right? Why does one agency have all these printed articles on their website and is true!

Third, now you have started to become a little bit less skeptical, on this same website go to the International Chamber website at http://www.iccwbo.org/id93/index.html, remember this is not my website this is the Chambers international website and look how clever the two C’s have the United Nations world globes in them. Cute huh? That is their marketing person not me. Remember, I don’t want you to believe me, I want you to see it your self……read on!

The natural flow of this organization down to us goes like this; United Nations, DESA, World Chamber of Commerce or International Chamber of Commerce, US Chamber of Commerce, State, and thgen finally to the local Bradley/Cleveland Chamber of Commerce! That is the family tree so to speak of! Please continue reading!

Regarding Private Partnerships and NGO status and the use of the Chamber of Commerce to fulfill the UNs objective , Ban Ki Moon UN Secretary General to the UN says this “Addressing Global challenges requires a collective and concerted effort involving all actors through partnership and alliances and by pooling comparative advantages, we increase our chances success.”
On that same page a little further down, it encourages joining a group called “One World” through Sustainable development, human rights and Environmental Protection.

On that same page read about NGOs and the role of the Chamber in their ultimate plan!

Left hand column, front page of the International Chamber of Commerce, press the tag “What is it” under the heading “setting rules and standards” it says the International Chamber of Commerce-ICC works with World Banks, finances billions in trade every year, abides by the ICC International Court of Arbitration, makes life easier for small companies that cannot afford big legal departments, promotes World business recommendations to the WTO-World Trade Organization, speaks for world business when governments take up issues such as intellectual property rights, transport policy, trade law or the environment, and every year leaders of the G8 host country to provide business input to the summit.

The big kicker here is and listen to this THE ICC-INTERNATIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IS THE MAIN BUSINESS PARTNER OF THE UNITED NATIONS AND ITS AGENCIES!, I typed this large but these are not my words, the main business partner of the UN! Wow!

Keep reading it only gets better and I will capitalize it just to yell it out loudly, hold your ears!

In 1945, THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RECEIVED THE HIGHEST LEVEL CONSULTATIVE STATUS WITH THE UNITED NATIONS! Just in case you do not know what Consultative status is with the United Nations let me try to explain.

There are currently 3,501 affiliations, organizations….NGOs that have “special status” with the UN and the Chamber of Commerce is at the top as stated in the UN Charter as part of the United Nations Economic and Social Council and DESA- Department of Economic and Social Affairs, two very active entites of which I follow closely on Social websites.

With this status and with the power invested in the Council of Europe and OSCE- Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe via resolution (93)38 the NGOs selected by the UN are granted access to all records and to numerous topical compilations related to OSCE field activities plus it gives civil society access to nearly all intergovernmental processes at the United Nations dealing with economic and social development, gender issues, SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, SMALL ARMS and HUMAN RIGHTS! Sorry shouted again, just in case you fell asleep!

Did you catch that?

The Chamber of Commerce has the inside track to the UNITED NATIONS and are our direct connection to Sustainable Development, planning and Agenda 21 projects. To date the Chamber of Commerce has been the “silent partner”, the “the UN mole in our cities” and minion of the Socialistic United Nations.

I have been wandering who has been pushing the agenda around here, even gave me a few headaches trying to figure it out and it has been discovered.

The website also suggests that the UN via the Chamber uses local colleges, elected officials, legislators and representatives to push their agenda. This is a multi pronged approach to its implementation. We know that is happening in Bradley County, just read some of the papers or attend some of their functions.

A huge function is in the works, June 4-6, 2012, in RIO de Jeneiro at the RIO+20 Summit. Many are calling this the final push to implementation of Agenda 21 in our country, which also marks the 20 th anniversary of the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, UNCED, and the 10 th anniversary of the World Summitt on Sustainable Development, WSSD.

This conference will include Heads of States and Government officials to secure “RENEWED POLITICAL COMMITMENT FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT”, assess the progress to date and the remaining gaps in the implementation of the outcomes of the major summits on SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT and address new and emerging challenges!

NGO accreditation and pre-registration for the Conference will be announced at a later date!

Guess who has front row seats, first chair, numero uno status at that Conference?

You guessed it THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE!

As I am researching this animal, I am finding it to be very lengthy and in depth with many, many layers.

I am also thinking that many local Chamber folks are going to read this and not have a clue of what I am talking about and will quickly dismiss it.

I am sure and know many of the folks at the Chamber are very good folks with very nice families. I dont take that away from them.

I don’t feel they are knowingly personally involved in this gradual takeover of our Sovereignty and eventual plans for a single operating government! But I do believe this is intentional and someone is in the know and I have a few ideas of who that may be and will be revealed as the facts come in!

I believe the unknowing part, the deception is a well thought out plan and has its roots in secrecy by the United Nations.

So when I choose to say the things above, this does not make them bad people or a knowing part of this takeover, it just makes them unfortunately associated with an organization that has it strings pulled by the United Nations, that’s all!

Take this information and determine if you see a link to the United Nations and just be a little more attentive and look around our community, see the change, dissect the information and either you will be overwhelmed by the information you uncover or you will say this is nonsense. Either way, you have been able to make your own decisions!

I have posted a few other links that will require further research and will give you something else to chew on!

BCC Strategic Growth Plan or Land Grab?

In Uncategorized on June 20, 2011 at 1:09 PM

The City of Cleveland, Mayor Rowland, City Council have voted to recently enact the Growth plan for our City and with a collective pounding of a gavel that has plummeted our city into the most restrictive, highly regulated, highly taxed, most expensive land grab in our Bradley County history, this year. The County has recently tabled a vote on the growth plan to a later date.Your property rights have essentially dissipated and your taxes raised on that property have risen significantly! The Mayor will try to convince you that “our city has the lowest tax rate in the state of Tennessee!” I have heard this to ad nauseam and my answer to that is it may have been true last year, but in the near future, I gaurantee you, will not be true because of this vote. The BCC Growth Plan if you look at it thoroughly, will cost billions of dollars, and if we are implementing a “Vision Plan” for the future with those kind of numbers doesnt it make sense that it will cost you the taxpayer in the form of new taxes?
The Presidents Council on Sustainable Development, a direct result of the United Nations objective Agenda 21, by executive order of then President Bill Clinton the growth plan is being implemented in Bradley County. The PCSD says this about the land grab, land Agenda item 10 (d) 1) Land because of it unique nature and the crucial role it plays in human settlements, cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individiuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principle instrument and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes. social justice, urban renewal, and healthy conditions for people can only be achieved if land is used in the interests of society as a whole. (3) To exercise such control effectively, public authorities require detailed knowledge of the current patterns of use and tenure of land; appropriate legislation defining the boundaries of individual rights and public interest. (4) Above all Governments must have the political will to evolve and implement innovative and adequate urban and rural land policies, as a cornerstone of their efforts to improve the quality of life in human settlements. Recommendation D.1 Land Resource Management a) Land is one of the most valuable natural resources and it must be used rationally. Public ownership or effective control of land in the public interest is the single most important means of improving the capacity of the human settlements to absorb changes and movements in population, modifying their internal structure and achieving a more equitable distribution of the benefits of development whilst assuring the environmental impacts are considered. (b) LAND IS A SCARCE RESOURCE WHOSE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO PUBLIC SURVEILLANCE OR CONTROL IN THE INTEREST OF THE NATION. D.2 Control of land use changes says in section (b) CHANGE IN THE USE OF LAND, ESPECIALLY FROM AGRICULTURAL TO URBAN, SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO PUBLIC CONTROL AND REGULATION! SUCH CONTROL MAY BE EXERCISED THROUGH 1)Zoning and land use planning, direct intervention (through creating land reserves and preservation areas), legal controls via changes in boundaries, conditioned leases, communal land, public private mixed development enterprises, building and local permits, replotting, fiscal controls ie; property taxes, tax penalties and tax incentives, planned coordination between urban development and the promotion and location of new developments. Recommendation D.3 (b) THE UNEARNED INCREMENT RESULTING FROM THE RISE IN LAND VALUES RESULTING FROM CHANGE IN USE OF LAND FROM INVESTMENT OR DECISION OR DUE TO THE GENERAL GROWTH OF THE COMMUNITY MUST BE SUBJECT TO APPROPRIATE RECAPTURE BY PUBLIC BODIES UNLESS THE SITUATION CALLS FOR OTHER ADDITIONAL MEASURES SUCH AS NEW PATTERNS OF OWNERSHIP, THE GENERAL ACQUISITION OF LAND BY PUBLIC BODIES, Recommendation D.5 (b) PAST PATTERNS OF OWNERSHIP SHOULD BE TRANSFORMED TO MATCH THE CHANGING NEEDS OF SOCIETY AND BY COLLECTIVELY BENEFICIAL! I didnt just quote a communist paper or a Socialist type program from another country. I just quoted from the Presidents Council on Sustainable Development that has been directly influenced by the UNITED NATIONS and by executive order has passed this concept down to our individual communities elected on by our local officials. Our current City Mayor has introduced us to this plan and the council has voted for its inception. You want see this in the daily headlines, mainly because most people would not believe it! The general public and our elected officials of Bradley County doesnt even see the connection, further enhancing the capability of our elected officials to implement these Socialist type programs in our communities! Next time you see the Mayor or its Council tell them thank you for giving away your proprerty rights and increasing your tax burden. Good bye private property, the Government in Bradley County is well on its way to grabbing your land and my land!

Bradley County News, Off and Running!

In Uncategorized on June 13, 2011 at 4:28 AM

Today June 13th, 2011, a new leaf has been turned over. A goal for many months and years has finally come to fruition! A news reporting blog in Bradley County that tells the untold story and an outlet to balance the news that goes out in our local media. I feel privileged to have this opportunity to express myself daily if I need to or weekly if I have to, but finally a place to go to hear the other news that often does not make the front page. I will attempt to take news directly from the headlines of our local newspapers and other media outlets and review every major article and mirror that article with a new thought to be known as Bradley County News!  A first of its kind in Bradley County that I am aware of.

My writing style is usually pretty loose and not too regimented with no formal training and may even lack correct grammar structure and really hack people off on occasion. I am ok with that and I share the belief that if I am ticking people off I have done what I need to do, draw attention to the real story that may be lurking in the shadows. I want to not only provide a source to get information out in the community to educate the people of Bradley County but to be a resource for people who are fed up with the way our left wing, biased media are manipulating the news to set their own agenda. I started this blog for the sole reason that while nearly 20 years of living in Bradley County I have seen local media manipulate the news which influences the public to their agenda with no balance at all with reporting.  I have attempted to get the “real news” out and for years only to get squashed by the larger media print. I sent my last long, lengthy, detailed letter to the editor about a week ago knowing all too well that the  information I presented would never see print because of its exposure of the truth. So guess what, I created my own source of reporting and informing and I no longer feel the need to write another letter to the editor, although I may if I choose, but now I can write “LETTERS TO THE EDITOR”  everyday if I choose. So now you know part of my motivation, the other part will present it self as the blogging continues.

So, if you want fluff and sugar coated reporting you might as well turn around and go buy the local media papers and go cry  to your momma cause the news here will be different from what you hear on radio and newspapers everywhere. The content may be hard to swallow and may make grown adults blush but the intent is balance that hasnt been in our local media coverage for years.

Set back enjoy the ride, get mad if you want, let out a scream at something I have written and when you do and believe me you will, my job will be done and my day made.  I seek to inform and investigate then report my findings on a frequent basis, tell your friends to come and watch the show while we balance and restore our local community reporting to a different standard.
