Sheriffs have risen up all over our great nation to stand up against the unconstitutional gun control measures being taken.

BCN Note: I have to say this is a very proud moment for my county. Sherrif Jim Ruth has stepped out and is standing tall among Sherrifs in Tennessee and across the nation. He along with Jim Hammond of Hamilton County are the first and only to stand against the onslaught of Obama gun control actions from Tennessee. This list of impressive constitutionalists are upholding their oath to the citizens of their respective towns.

When and I do believe the Feds under Obama executive orders or the authorization of the UN will be at our doors very soon to take our guns. Constitutional Sherrifs are the last defense between a tyrannical government and taking your guns. They are really the only ones that can stop them. How you may ask? The Sherrif makes a stand and deputizes every willing person in sight and we simply make a loud and persuasive argument for them to turn around and return to DC. It’s that easy. The trick being our Sherrif has to make the buck stop with him first.

After several people talking with Sherrif Ruth for the last couple of weeks, watching videos and exposing him to the realities of what can happen if the federal government oversteps it’s boundaries he summarized it best when he was quoted as saying ” I don’t think we realize how bad of shape out country really is in!”

George Soros/CREW attack Dejarlais: A saint, a sinner and moderate vie for TN 4th District Congressional seat

One of the most interesting stories in a long while is developing out of the wild wild west, better known as Bradley County Tennessee and the 4th Congressional District.

Tennessee State Representative Kevin Brooks announces today he “may” be throwing his hat in the race for the 4th District Tennessee Congressional seat, currently held by embattled Congressman Scott Dejaralis.

This makes for a very interesting race as Zack Wamps little boy Weston also announced he is exploring running for the much sought after 4th District Congressional seat.

This sets up the inevitable clash and deserving conversations between a sinner saved by grace with mistakes he made 13 years ago, Congressman Scott Dejarlais. The saint, an ordained Church of God minister whose associations have him appearing left of center and a Bill Haslam protege, State Representative Kevin Brooks. Little Wamp, a moderate young thinker hanging onto Daddy’s coattail, who has yet to date prove he can string enough votes of support outside Chattanooga. A billionaire Socialist who has lent large financial contributions to CREW, who is attacking the current Congressman. I would be remiss to say once again if I didn’t say I live for this type of thrill inside the political arena. We got us a race Tennessee!

The gravy definitely just got thicker when you toss in a smattering of George Soros and CREW and you have an unforgettable race full of trickery with a certain evil essence from the “scary spooky dude” George Soros. The many bells of alert are sounding across the country as these candidates jump into a world influenced by the money of this very evil man, perhaps a purveyor of the much talked about New World Order!

This helps explain the medias extreme bias attacks on the current Congressman because Soros has been long rumored to “own” the liberal media also. These layers of socialist involvement begs for you to also ask if Mr Soros and his Open Society Institute are influencing the candidates that are entering the race. This is a very interesting statement and will garner alot of research and attention from the “conservative grassroots” press who are very familiar with George Soros and his influence on Global politics.

I cannot make this stuff up y’all! This is the stuff Hollywood can’t put together and sell to a devouring public frequently enough.

George Soros a billionaire Socialist dead set on ruining America alone is enough of an “attention getter” to sell out many theaters. Add a sinner saved by grace, a saint under Haslams wing and a Wamp with unfortunately his Daddy’s name and a host of others vie for Tennessee’s very large and diverse 4th Congressional seat and you have sold out show that is going to gain national attention once it hits the “conservative” press circuit.

This is going to be fun right out of the gate and is going to reveal some very interesting facts to come out of this race into this blog news site. My heart is beating hard and the juices are flowing freely as this one is gearing up to be most interesting to say the least.

Chris Privette brings Doomsday preparedness to Bradley County, TN

On November 6th, 2012 at the Cleveland/Bradley Public Library, 795 Church Street NE, 630 pm the Tea Party of Bradley County will be posting “super Prepper” Chris Privette.

Chris is an ex Marine, US Air Marshall and national speaker with lots of information to give us and puts on a very lively performance.
 
I recently saw Chris speak to the Tennessee Tea Party Leadership Conference in Ooltewah and was he dynamic. He will tell and show us all phases of preparedness and the importance of being prepared in all types of disaster whether they be by nature or man made.

As hurricane Sandy pounds the East Coast, the current state of our economy and the perilous time our current fake president has created, it brings home the message of being prepared.

Fake President Obama has warned us of a “October surprise” and no one in the media is even asking him what he meant when he said that. I predict it will be a turn of events that may or could halt the way we currently live in the USA. At this point in time, being prepared for any situation to survive on the basics of the land will be of utmost importance to you in these uncertain times.

Never before have I felt such an urgency to prepare, “prep” for a drastic shift in our lifestyles. You may not be able to to run out to the grocery store for your needs. If your neighbor has prepped for bad times, they will be highly unlikely to share any of their supplies with you as their families safety and security will be at a premium, you will be on your own. Your immediate and long term survival will be solely up to you.

To have my family deteriorate and starve because I didn’t take a few extra steps to prepare and feed them in a doomsday scenario is not a situation I would want to be in. It doesn’t take much to prepare and the time you invest in their safety and security will be well worth the time of a few classes.
 
Preppers, as you may know are being “eyed” by the Federal Government agencies like the TSA and DHS as trouble makers or Anti Federalist and the US government has even created a military program of how to deal with these types of Americans. For some reason, they see being successful and safe during doomsday scenarios as a threat to national security. Sadly, “preppers” are being targeted as potential terrorist threats by this administration.
 
We are living in extremely perilous and unbalanced times and we best be prepared for anything. Remember, we are not the bad guys here. We are protecting our country and our constitution and they call us anti federalist, go figure.
 
As you may sense, many, including myself feel that this election may be our last one as a free nation with the rights we now know suspended soon thereafter. Hurricane Sandy may well be the opportune set up to suspend or negate our elections and declare martial law, thus plunging us into utter chaos and many in America protesting in the streets. This will quickly lead to an undesired revolution. The time is prime for this possible scenario and the left may surely make this scenario possible.
 
As I have stated before, and many within our own elected seats think the UN coming to our country to participate in our election process is benign and it’s being blown out of proportion. The UN via the OSCE is sending 44 delegates to 44 different states to monitor our elections at the request of the NAACP, ACLU, SEIU and others.

I believe that they will be here to throw a wrench in our constitutional republican process and assure the left wins this election, so their socialist US breaking ways will continue. I firmly believe that if Obama does not win there will be massive protest and our world as we know it will be turned up side down drastically. The Armenian and French UN delegates will be in Nashville very soon to monitor our state. I firmly believe the product of their known participation may be very litigious if their candidate is not successful.
 
If and when martial law is implemented you may see a tremendous need to be prepared to survive in a freedomless country with very tight and strict restraints on you and the ones you love. You better know what to do and it would be wise to do so quickly!!!!!!
 
Soooooooo, do not miss this meeting! Of all the meetings we have had in the past, none are as personally important to you as this one.

We will be the “go to” leaders of this community and region if the bottom falls out of this country and we need to be able to have the knowledge to lead by example. Hundreds of thousands around you may be without the information to survive and quickly attention will be focused on those that do. Which side do you want to be on?
 
Bring someone with you. Wake your neighbor! If you have militia friends who need a little extra training from one of the best please invite them to this meeting. This guy is that good.

Bradley County Finance Committee mulls 16 cent property tax increase

The County Commission via the Finance Committee is once again discussing taxing the citizens of Bradley County Tennessee.

The “what if” by the finance committee to propose yet another tax on the citizens in light of a recent overwhelming wheel tax defeat is beyond what my somewhat simple mind can handle.

Listen to the people! We do not want another tax! We are living in tough economic times! We are hurting. Struggling to feed our families and make ends meet.

Are we so comfy in our lofty elected and appointed posts that we do not see the ramifications? Why is it that everytime we need to fix something the first and second response is to turn to the peasants for a constant stream of seemingly endless requests on our revenue stream?

Some have told me that it’s only about 50 dollars on the average home in the county. Quit looking at it as a single hit on our budgets, it cumulative and it’s more than likely permanent. This 50 dollars gets piled up on another 50 dollars etc and eventually we can’t pay it anymore and we lose our property and the rights that go with it.

I was recently asked in an email exchange from one of our elected State Representative “Why don’t you provide some solutions?” In other words, stop your bitchin and do something about it! Really? Should I, a citizen, who just cast a vote that elects you to be my representative and you tell me to provide solutions to solve the problems of our state and local governments. My response is to that scenario is either resign or don’t run again and I gaurantee you we can put a citizen in that will represent the people and act on their request. Please forgive me this morning, I woke up in a rather gripey mood and I feel an overwhelming need to apologize. This type of malarchy just sets me off.

If the best you can do is shuffle a few line item scenarios around to make it look good on paper then perhaps your rent is up and it is time to elect someone who can put it all together and get our county back on track. This is a replacement tax for Gods sake, in case the County loses the 3,000,000.00 case over a sales tax issue. This tax will not even be attributed to knocking down our current debt load, but to replace money lost! It will not help our situation one bit, it just gets us back to where we were! What an excellent opportunity to have to cut costs within our county budget. What an opportunity missed to fix our problem with big government before we tax the citizens further. That sounded original didn’t it and it looks proactive, right? Another apology for my grumpiness.

You have to be one brick shy of a load to think this will be the only tax in our future. We are facing a 4 to 10 billion dollar growth plan in our immediate future. Who do you think is going to pay for that? Let’s not also forget we have already shifted close to a million dollars to an out of state company that has at best cut out a cardboard cookie cutter county growth plan that has drawn the ire of and disapproval of 73 percent of our citizenry. We, you and our children will be the beneficiary of this debt fiasco. Oh yeah, how could we forget the county mayors stealthy 16 county, 3 state regional growth plan that is well under way. Let me mention this while I’m here and I will elaborate later, this regional growth plan will take your county, Bradley Counties tax dollars and send it to another county to help them pay for one of their projects. How you like those apples, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!

Is there some type of unspoken rule or edict that says our County has to take federal grant money in great amounts and more often than not turn around and ask the citizens to turn over increasingly greater amounts of their hard earned money? I am aware of Public Chapter 1101, but the immensity of it? Who dictates how big it has to be?

Keep in mind, I’m just a concerned citizen, with a keen sense of insight who happens to like to write. I am not a professor of finance nor a guru of all that is financial but let me ask one more question of our elected officials then I will shut up.

Why dont we fix our problems inside our own government house before we request more from the already unstable and stretched budgets of the citizenry? If someone can answer that with a logical response will get a big hug from me. Why not get our house in order first. Why not take the politics out of it and look at it from a human perspective?

King George and his court were ousted and our country reshaped some 250 years ago for this same type of behavior and blatant disregard for the people he represented. Sounds like it is time to do the same and vote these distinguished characters out of office before we can’t afford to live here anymore.

The message is simple, lean in closely, I am about to scream. NO NEW TAXES! PERIOD!

And I mockingly borrow from a quote by one our elected Mayors from the city as he screamed at me recently in one of his familiar rants, “If you are man enough,” and I add, “Put this to a referendum and let the citizens decide if they want to give you more of their hard earned money!” I am pretty sure the response will be the same as the wheel tax and the growth plan. This way it will leave you no doubt whether you are simply doing the job you were elected to do. No guilt, let the people decide for you. You know the old adage “to be representative of the people and for the people.”

Good day and I’m very curious to see if anyone mans up and steps up and not on the citizens of Bradley County Tennessee! I doubt it, but i’ve seen greater miracles.

Bradley County Wheel Tax dead, attention turns to those who voted for it

It was no surprise to tax paying citizens that a 32 dollar tax didnt pass in Bradley County! The citizens of Bradley County have once again said loudly “WE DO NOT WANT NEW TAXES, PERIOD!” We live in a tough economy yet our elected officials continue to attempt to dip into the pockets of the citizens once again to fix their budget woes.

The 76 percent of Bradley Countians that voted “NO” to a new wheel tax sent a resounding and clear message to it’s elected officials that we don’t want you dipping into our pockets to fix your budget problems. Either step up and fix the problem or get out of the way. We have given you two years plus to fix it and not a solution yet!

We the people can no longer sit by as our school board and the county commission mismanage our budget and overspend just because the available line of credit is there to do so. We are millions in the hole and it is time to call these leaders out who have passively allowed our budget to get a pass just because we have called it balanced. How can you call it balanced with nearly 100 million in debt? Where did that money go? And we have no consistent plan to pay down our debt! Eventually, we run out and we go bankrupt.

Our haphazard, half way, non chalant effort to bring down our debt is lacking a definitive plan and it is way over due. In 2 years, we can start concentrating on getting representatives in our districts that will truly represent the people, not a few special interest groups that makes the politicians feel good. The people far outmeasure them and it’s about time our elected leaders listen to their voice.

The Bradley County School Board presented their wants and the Bradley County Commission voted 11-2-1 for the new tax and its time to expose these tax and spend liberals for what they truly are, liberals in disguise. In some circles these folks are called RINOs, Republicans In Name Only, except for the one known Democrat, he is just voting party line. Again, that’s my opinion!

County Commissioners Ed Elkins and Mel Griffith are the only two not supportive of a wheel tax and have gone on record several times as saying so and voted against this wheel tax.. The remaining 12 and the one that was absent for this important vote must be dealt with and shown that if you choose to tax the citizens, the people will once again vote to speak their mind. The next election will place a target on the remaining commission members and voted out of office and replaced with someone that truly cares about the people of this community!

I am already hearing rumblings that since the wheel tax didn’t pass the school board is going to re present their wants and possibly a showdown over a new property tax increase will be in our future. Who will vote for this? We will see. This can also be put to referendum, just depends where our elected officials alliances are.

We have plenty of time to put together a game plan to oust these progressive liberals, so let’s get busy! We need elected officials in office that represent the people not the few who are influenced by those that whisper in their ears to return favors or maintain a certain pseudo status in town. Those days are fading away! Time for true patriots to direct the tide back in favor of the citizens of Bradley County!

By doing so he is attempting to make Bradley County and the state of Tennessee Sharia compliant! Is anyone gonna stop this mad man? 21 sure signs your community is deeply rooted within Agenda 21

In Bradley County Tennessee, to the best of my knowledge started about 2 and one half years ago! The public and the citizens got involved much later in the process and that was by design! The complete process was sold and bought by our Mayors and local PPPs,NGOs and appointed boards long before!

The infiltration of the United Nations Agenda 21 plan into our and your community happened before it was even recognized that Agenda 21 was the status quo!

For many months in Bradley County and Cleveland, Tennessee a systematic “conspiracy theory” punch was delivered by many leaders in this town to any concerned citizen that may dare raise his or her head on this subject! This was also by design and begs to draw attention to those leaders as the useful idiots of this process in our community!

As you mentally make a check off of the 21 items below, make a mental note of some program that have been introduced alongside these objectives! Our community, I dare say to some degree has all of them checked off!

Now it is time to absorb the punch and now say we must get leaders on our councils/commissions/Mayors offices/State Rep/Congressmen/State and federal Senators and Governors that have Americas priorities in place and not their own!

Once replaced we must tear down all those committees, boards and defund these programs and stop the endless taxpayer dollars from flowing like water in the form of grants and loans!

Has your town or city been infiltrated by United Nations policies of Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development? Below is listed a collection of 21 signs that point to the likely involvement of this radical new philosophy in your community.

1. Your community is a member of organizations such as ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives), or ICMA (International City/County Management Association) – these organizations promote the creation of sustainable communities in line with United Nations Agenda 21.

2.) Your community has a Sustainability Director or Department of Sustainable Development that is in charge of coordinating the planning and implementation of sustainable development policies in your area.

3.) Your community has a Vision, Master, or Comprehensive Plan typically created within the past 5-10 years that promotes the three E’s of Sustainable Development (Environment, Economy, and Social Equity) also known as the “Triple Bottom Line”.

4.) Your community supports compact, high density, mixed use, pedestrian and bicycle oriented development patterns, constructed primarily along public transit and rail corridors. This is also known as Smart Growth, New Urbanism, or Resilient Communities. These communities also promote alternative modes of transportation away from the traditional automobile toward policies which endorse and encourage public transit whenever possible to curb fossil fuel usage and lower carbon emissions. This may include the implementation of community wide Biking and Pedestrian plans.

5.) Your community is actively promoting healthy communities through sustainable agriculture and community gardens; encouraging a shift away from the current free market driven food system to a new locally-focused, publicly incentivised sustainable food system.

6.) Your city or town has established an Urban Growth Boundary beyond which all development including the suburbs is considered SPRAWL and blight and is discouraged through various incentives and regulations.

7.) Your town has joined with local regional councils or with the state or federal government to promote Sustainable Communities Planning or to launch new sustainable initiatives.

17.) There is involvement from multiple Non-Governmental Organizations in your city’s planning and development initiatives. Any new planning involves these NGO’s and many other “stakeholders” in the collaborative, consensus-building, “visioning” process that details the plans for your community’s future.

18.) Your local school systems begin promoting environmental awareness and sustainable development; with a focus on becoming environmentally literate, good global citizens. Your school may be involved with International Baccalaureate or other UN sponsored education agendas.

19.) Your local government authorities begin using and exceeding their constitutionally granted powers alongside private organizations to assist in the promotion of sustainable initiatives through Public-Private Partnerships.

20.) You see a focused and significant push toward “social equity” interfaith initiatives that promote a “one world” mentality along with community diversity, multiculturalism, sameness of faiths, social inclusion and environmental stewardship.

21.) Your community uses language that calls for “redefining” how we determine progress and prosperity away from traditional wealth and growth measurements like GDP (Gross Domestic Product) toward more philosophical non-specific ideas such as well being and happiness.

The above signs are but a few that illustrate the implementation of Sustainable Development ideology in your community. If you see these signs unfolding around you in your various local institutions you may want to deepen your level of research into Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development and begin working to shine the light of truth in order to expose these globalists anti-American policies for the one world reality that they serve.

Clean Water Act: EPA blasts Bradley Counties Wright Brothers Construction with heftiest fine ever

The EPA sues a local business that employs thousands of workers and feeds perhaps thousands in this county for nearly 3 million dollars, the single largest fine in the history of the EPA under the federL governments green initiative the Clean Water Act!

The Charleston, Tennessee construction company that has provided millions in new roads and enough jobs to offset anything the Chamber of Commerce, Amazon or Wacker have ever tried to do and can you believe not a single word of support in their favor by a single person in the current administration of the city mayor, county executive, the city council, the county mayor, county commissioner, city or county Sherrif or any of their deputies, state representatives x 2, state senator, congressman, US Senator x 2 or the governor in the great state of Tennessee has said a word in their defense! Can you believe it? You know why? The federal government has castrated these leaders who are apparently absent of any cahunas to stand up and dare defend a local that employs hundreds perhaps thousands!

Local State Representative Kevin Brooks 24th District Tennessee who received thousands of dollars in campaign funds from Wright Brothers and not a word I have heard uttered publicly in their defense! People this is America, this is small business doing well and if we can’t defend that great honor to work hard and be successful we might as well just toss in the towel now cause we are doomed! Where are you Mr. Brooks on this issue, come out wherever you are!

We are under attack by the very people you told me that if they did anything like you speak of “we will not let them do it” Well, Mr Commissioner, who sits on the far right of the oval, they are doing what you said would probably never happen, “we would never cast a vote to let something like that happen” Well, that time has come and gone! Eat these words, chew them slowly, digest them rapidly because there are many more fines that will be dealt on to the many good businesses in our county and you know why they will? Because you have given them the power to do so!

The Mayors x 2 and both of their councils have married this beast and have openly refused to stand up and say anything to stop the onslaught of the EPA, DOT and HUD! you accepted millions in federal grants that allowed this to happen! This is on you, current administration of elected representatives! State Representatives Brooks and Watson, while on your state watch, you refused to say a thing, although I begged heavily for you to stop this onslaught! Political correctness is no longer accepted as the excuse! Families and businesses you represen are bow being affected by the Feds because you accept a few dollars I’m grant money in return!

Did you know our sherrifs could tell the EPA to stand down and not fine these job creators! Did you know that? Yes they can! They can protect our county and city and they can officially run them the hell out of Tennessee! They are our guardians!

They took an oath to protect you and the businesses you run! They have this power! They can keep the federal government and the EPA at bay with one strong showing of their badges! Is there anyone that wants to stand up for the working class? Are we too numb? Do we think that whatever the EPA or the Federal government deals out we are obligated to take it? States have rights too and we can step up and protect her!

The obvious problem is noone has a set, they were chopped off when the grant money was accepted! It is so sad that a man of any character has yet to stand up and defend the entrepreneur called Wright Brothers Construction!

Get in line, any other business that dares deal with the devil, accept their money and be expected to jump through their hoops! Farmers, the fines I warned you of many times are coming to you too!

The EPA with some far out idea that the Wright brothers have somehow stopped the spawning of some pink salmon a thousand miles downstream by blocking some 150 linear feet of creek bed with dirt and residue from all the construction they have done is the main problem, good God help us all! This is the crux of the lawsuit and fines of nearly 3 million dollars!

Let’s pretend now that you decide to move a mound of dirt that may somehow, in their personal and professional opinion may block the water to a 2 inch smelt some 350 miles south of us! Let this be your backyard and let’s pretend you own a dairy farm. That dairy farm that you vehemently denied water to by blocking the natural flow of water, you risk having your dairy farm being foreclosed upon because you can’t pay the fines that the EPA brings down on you because “carbon” and minerals can’t flow downstream!

The fines may accumulate every month or so and their is nothing you can do about it! The EPA HAS SEALED THE DEAL!

The regional plan that the Mayors have so willingly signed off on is the real problem! You see they have given you the full shaft! They have sold your soul to the devil! The regional growth plan with the insistence of ICLEI and the Chattanooga planners has made this a reality!

Below is a copy from the EPAs website boasting of this huge fine which is revenue for them to hire more agents to do the same in greater amounts! This is what they have done in other states before Tennessee!

(Washington, DC – December 12, 2011) The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) announced Wright Brothers Construction Co. and the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) have agreed to pay a $1.5 million dollar penalty and spend more than $1.3 million to offset environmental damages to resolve alleged violations of the Clean Water Act (CWA). The civil penalty is one of the largest ever under the CWA provisions prohibiting the unauthorized discharge of dredged or fill material into waters of the United States.

The proposed Consent Decree in this matter resolves a Clean Water Act (CWA) civil judicial action for violations stemming from the unlawful disposal of excess rock and soil generated from the expansion of U.S. Route 441 and U.S. Route 76 in Rabun County, Ga. 

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) conducted the highway expansion projects and hired Wright Brothers Construction Company (Wright Brothers) to dispose of excess material generated from the projects. The contracts between GDOT and Wright Brothers specifically required Wright Brothers to obtain environmental clearance from GDOT prior to using any site as a fill site. GDOT approved sites that included streams considered to be waters of the United States.

Wright Brothers is headquartered in Charleston, Tenn. and performs site preparation, grading, excavating, highway and heavy construction services.

Violations

The Defendants violated Sections 301 and 404 of the CWA by discharging dredged and/or fill material into waters of the United States without, or in violation of, a permit issued under Section 404 of the CWA by the Army Corps of Engineers. 

Between 2004 and 2007, the Defendants buried and/or piped seven primary trout streams while disposing of excess material generated from the U.S. Route 441 and U.S. Route 76 expansion projects.  These actions impacted approximately 2,800 linear feet of stream.
